We must be getting closer to the Holy Days as I have been attacked from all sides since before the New Year began, not so much from those outside who do not understand the scriptures, although they too have had their shots at me, but more so from those who claim to know the scriptures and have been agreeing with the teachings put forward on this web site.

Yeshua told us it would be so.

Matthew 10:16 “Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. 17 But beware of men, for they will deliver you up to councils and scourge you in their synagogues. 18 You will be brought before governors and kings for My sake, as a testimony to them and to the Gentiles. 19 But when they deliver you up, do not worry about how or what you should speak. Brethren please pray for those who are attacking those things being taught here on this web site. It has been a trying couple of weeks. Disagreeing is one thing, but the verbal and personal attacks are never helpful.

Before we begin this week I want to share with you all again the Schedule for the Spring Holy Days now that we have had witnesses come forward and have seen the News Crescent moon.

Friday March 27- Saturday March 28 2009 is the 1st day of the Month of Aviv and is the first day of the 2nd Sabbatical Year in this, the last Jubilee cycle of this age.

As we are told in Lev 23 we now count forward by 14 days to Passover day which will be from Thursday April 9, to Friday April 10.
The First Day of Unleavened Bread will be on the weekly Shabbat from Friday April 10 to Saturday April 11, 2009.

The Wave Sheaf Offering day or Day of First Fruits will remain Sunday April 12 2009. This is the day we begin to count to the Omer from, and for 50 days until the Sunday May 31st which is Pentecost.

The Last Day of Unleavened Bread is Thursday April 16 to Friday April 17 2009 During the days of Unleavened Bread we are to eat unleavened bread and we are not have any leaven in our homes.

Astronomically and Agriculturally Corrected Biblical Hebrew Calendar
“AVIV 6009 A” is the calendar flavor of the month.

Passover will be Celebrated at Sundown, the Sixth Day, April 10, 2009
This is the Start of the Sixth Shmittah Cycle Since the Release of Zion (This is Michaels teaching and not mine, I will have more to say on this later)
Nehemia Gordon, relating the belated witness of several new moon observers in the land of Israel, reports that the new moon of the aviv was sighted in Israel after sunset Friday March 27th despite overcast skies in much of Israel that evening. Michael Rood, author of the AACBHCalendar, was teaching in Johannesburg South Africa and was waiting impatiently for the official new moon report before finalizing this year’s publication of the Creator’s Calendar. The late reporting caused a good bit of consternation that would not have occurred during the Temple period. Several witnesses did not use their phones to call in on the Sabbath because of rabbinic takanot – whereas before the rabbis changed the calendar in 359 C.E. it was expected that the witnesses would make an arduous journey to Jerusalem even on the Sabbath in order to report the new moon. The common man took on the role of a priest and labored in the Temple service. It was considered to be a holy duty to observe the Creator’s calendar – not a Sabbath violation.

This year we calculated that under ideal conditions the moon could have been seen on the evening of March 27th – but the conditions are not always ideal on planet earth. The Creator’s calendar is not based on “could have,” “would have,” or “should have” it is based on observed reality rather than calculation or speculation. Twelve years ago, Biblical Astronomer Robert Scott Wadsworth set the minimum standard for observability at 1% illumination, 8 degrees above the horizon at 5 minutes after sunset, Jerusalem time. Michael Rood published the Astronomically Corrected Biblical Hebrew Calendar that year and presented the calculations and minimum  standards of observability to the Israeli New Moon Society in Jerusalem for comparison with their calculations and observations. Wadsworth’s standard for observability was confirmed by the actual observations of rabbinic scholars in Israel. However, potential  observability is a man-made guideline that allows us to publish a calendar that must be confirmed by actual observation. Even if the new moon is calculated to be below the 1% – 8 degree threshold, we are still standing on hilltops in Israel attempting to see it. If there is 0% illumination we don’t bother to look and we do not print a page for the AACBHCalendar unless there is a possibility of the moon being seen by the naked eye – that is why we set the potential observability standards – not to predetermine what we are going to see or when we are going to celebrate the feasts. The sighting or non-sighting of the new moon is the reality by which the Creator has commanded us to observe His Feasts. A one day difference this year could have meant that the Feast of Shavuot would have occurred an entire week later if the moon was not seen on the evening of Friday, March 27th.

From the questions I have received since last week’s emails, it has become apparent that many of you are under certain delusions about the number of days in a month. Since the creation of the Earth and the Moon, the moon circumnavigates around the earth in 27.3 days. {27 Days, 7 hours, 3 minutes sidereal} But the actual true time that it takes to go around the earth is 29.5 days. {29 days, 12 hours, 44 minutes}This is because as the Moon completes one orbit around the Earth, the Earth has moved in its orbit around the Sun by approximately 26°. Because of the Earth’s movement, the Moon is not in exactly the same spot relative to the Sun when it completes its lunar orbit. It takes approximately 2 more days for the Moon to travel back to the same position relative to the Sun. This is why the lunar phase cycle, Synodic Month, takes approximately 29.5 days to complete even though the lunar orbit, Sidereal Month, was completed in approximately 27.3 days. Early cultures used the Synodic Month (Lunar Phases) as a basis for their calendars in order to count Earth days.

Now because there are 29.5 days on average some time more and sometimes less we end up with this half day that we have to do something with. This is added to the next month, which then is 30 days in length. Not every other month is 29 or 30 days. But each month is either 29 or 30, and never 31.

Now many will be thinking that the bible says the moon used to be 30 days, and they quote Noah to prove their point. But have you really looked at this proof. Also this week because many of you still do not know how to count which is what this previous article will help you to do, for some we need to take you back to kindergarten. In fact if the next article is too hard for you then get your 5 year old to help you with the math in this next article.

If you send your 5 year old in to a room and tell them to bring back 3 apples and 3 oranges, what do you expect? 3 apples and 3 oranges. Yet this logic escapes some when it comes to the supposed Good Friday crucifixion and Easter Sunday resurrection. We will now prove to you that the only sign that Yeshua gave that He was the Messiah was that He would be in the grave for 3 Days and for 3 nights. Not parts of a day or parts of a night. In our proof we will also show that the crucifixion day was a Wednesday and the resurrection day was the end of the weekly Sabbath. Alarming News: Bank Losses Spreading!

On Thursday April 2, 2009 two of the world’s most respected economic authorities issued separate reports saying that the worst is still ahead.

With the U.S. officially in the 17th month of recession — the longest since the Great Depression of the 1930s — The World Bank and The Office of Economic Development (OECD) just warned that this year, global industrial output will fall for the first time since World War II.

Worse: Global trade will plunge by double digits — as much as 12.2% or more!

In plain English, the World Bank and OECD might as well have shouted what I’ve been saying all along …

“Unemployment, bankruptcies and foreclosures are about to EXPLODE!

I have been purging about 4 thousand names from the list of those email addresses that no longer exist. And about 1000 others have signed up. Also on Thursday the G20 meeting had some stunning announcements. The hair on my back stood up when I heard the following on the radio.

The G20 leaders’ meeting in London agreed to a wide range of steps to help get the global economy back on track, including more than US$1 trillion to help developing countries impacted by the crisis.

The money is actually in the form of loans — “mainly to rescue eastern European countries that are struggling with enormous debt problems and their governments could collapse.”

“Canada and the United States wanted additional public spending in their own countries to create jobs and stimulate consumer growth,”

“Pumping money into Eastern Europe and into the poorest countries in Africa are not going to stimulate consumer spending because they don’t really buy very much.”

According to reports, French President Nicolas Sarkozy and German Chancellor Angela Merkel were opposed to more stimulus, fearing it could lead to inflation.

The leaders also agreed on a “global approach” to dealing with impaired or toxic assets, Brown said.

Sarkozy, who is reportedly considering walking out of the meeting if it fails to live up to his demands, says he wants “major reform of financial regulation” with tax havens and hedge funds first in the firing line.

Criticizing tax havens, Sarkozy said: “We want to be able to establish a clear map of money flows. We want to know exactly where the money is, where it goes, and by what routes.”

He also called for “hedge funds to be registered and controlled.” “We can accept debate on the extent of the regulation, but we cannot tolerate any longer the institutions being beyond control,” he said.

“We are in a great crisis. People are suffering, and people who are suffering have got nothing to do with the origins of the crisis.”
German Chancellor Angela Merkel echoed his words in their joint press conference. “We’re not negotiating here. We want regulation, and all those who don’t understand that are walking toward another crisis,” she said.

Speaking after a morning meeting with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Obama said G-20 delegates have “a responsibility to act with a sense of urgency” and come up with “tough new rules” for managing the world economy.

To understand just how scary this news is you have to read Revelation 13:1-18
1 Then I* stood on the sand of the sea. 11 Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon. 12 And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence, and causes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. 13 He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men. 14 And he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who was wounded by the sword and lived. 15 He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed. 16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, 17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. 18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666.

Take heed brethren, this European Beast that has been since the days of Nimrod, is coming into its own, and is determined to fix this crisis and make it so that it does not happen again. Read again what French President Nicolas Sarkozy and German Chancellor Angela Merkel are saying in joint new conferences. Germany has always been the heart of the beast. The rod of Yahweh that He uses when He disciplines Israel. He is about to use at rod one more time.

Isaiah 10:5-19
5 “Woe to Assyria, the rod of My anger And the staff in whose hand is My indignation. 6 I will send him against an ungodly nation, And against the people of My wrath I will give him charge, To seize the spoil, to take the prey, And to tread them down like the mire of the streets. 7 Yet he does not mean so, Nor does his heart think so; But it is in his heart to destroy, And cut off not a few nations. 8 For he says, ‘Are not my princes altogether kings? 9 Is not Calno like Carchemish? During the next 11 years the USA is going to find itself on the outside with Europe. They may even be blamed for this crisis we are now in. This will lead to a war that the USA is not ready or willing to fight, and she will be destroyed. We are going to explain this in the weeks to come so stay tuned.
