3 Days and 3 Nights -The Many Things This Proves

Joseph F. Dumond

Isa 6:9-12 And He said, Go, and tell this people, You hear indeed, but do not understand; and seeing you see, but do not know. Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their hearts, and turn back, and be healed. Then I said, Lord, how long? And He answered, Until the cities are wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land laid waste, a desolation, and until Jehovah has moved men far away, and the desolation in the midst of the land is great.

Shabbat Shalom to the Royal Family of Yehovah, this Sabbath is the fourth of the Sabbaths of counting the Omer.

Judges 17:6   In those days there was no king in Israel, but every man did that which was right in his eyes.

Jdg 21:25  In those days there was no king in Israel. Every man did the right in his own eyes.

Psa 12:2  They speak vanity each one with his neighbor; with flattering lips and a double heart they speak.

Psa 12:3  Jehovah shall cut off all flattering lips, the tongue that speaks proud things,

Psa 12:4  that has said, With our tongue we shall do much; our lips are our own; who is lord over us?

Proverbs 14:12   (MKJV)
12  There is a way which seems right to a man, but the end of it is the ways of death.

Deu 12:8  You shall not do according to all that we do here today, each doing whatever is right in his own eyes.

I have pointed out to you all how taking the wave offering from the end of the season is an abomination to Yehovah. We showed you how Cain did this and Yehovah did not accept it. We showed you how the word Aviv means Green Ears of grain. Many would not listen to our witness nor to our witness when we showed you the Barley was ready for Wave Sheaf Day on March 3, 2024. Instead of weighing our testimony, many attacked the character of Randy Cates and myself. Some continue to speak Lashon Harah about us and our work.

This week, we will allow one of the other Barley searchers to testify in their own words about the state of the wheat as of March 28, 2024. Some of you will be waving the Barley Wave Offering this Sunday, March 31, while the majority will not do so until April 29, 2024.

We live at a time when we do not accept the King we have over us and that is Yehovah. So every man does what is right in his own eyes. Soon our King will be here and then many will have to answer for the things they have done and said about Yehovah’s witnesses that He gave us

For those interested, we are leaving the article about the Hillel Calendar being out of sync with the seasons by 19 days.

We are also this week explaining about the ceremonies or portions that are read leading up to the Red Heifer and Passover. 2024 marks the time the heifers will be 3 years old. They must be sacrificed this year if they are ready.

Finally, this week, we will explain many things that can be found in our book It Was A Riddle, Not A Command. What do the 3 days and 3 nights teach us about the coming of the Messiah? It is much bigger than you think. There are two Holy Days, the Jews do not know the meaning of. One is the Feast of Shouting and the other is Shemini Atzeret. Once you understand the 8th Day Feast in relationship to the events of Passover, your Bible will then become alive with new revelations and understanding. I hope you enjoy this article and I also hope you will get your copy of It Was A Riddle Not A Command at either Amazon or sightedmoon.com. If you order it through sightedmoon by clicking on the link you can read it today and learn these truths over this Easter Weekend.

Torah Portion

Torah Portions

We read through the entire Torah along with the Prophets and the New Testament, once over the course of 3 1/2 years. Or according to the Sabbatical Cycle which means we read it all twice over a 7-year period. This allows us to cover more in-depth rather than being rushed to cover as much as is covered on an annual basis. We allow all to comment and take part in the discussions.

Septennial Torah Portion

If you go to Torah Portion at our archived section, you can then go to the 7th year which is the 7th year of the Sabbatical Cycle, the one we are in now, as we state at the top of every News Letter. There you can scroll down to the proper date, and see that this Shabbat we could very well be midrashing about:

Genesis 7

Joshua 16-18

Psalm 13-17

Matthew 10

As we approach the end of the year we are doubling up on our Torah Portions so that we can fit them all in before the year ends. We thought we had an Adar Bet and four more weeks. I am not sure we do so we are going to double up.

If you missed last week’s exciting discoveries as we studied that section, you can go and watch past Shabbats on our media section.

Join Our Sabbath Meetings

Join Our Sabbath Meetings

There are many people in need of fellowship and who are sitting at home on the Sabbath with no one to talk to or debate with. I want to encourage all of you to join us on Shabbat, and to invite others to come and join us as well. If the time is not convenient then you can listen to the teaching and the midrash after on our YouTube channel.

What are we doing and why do we teach this way?

We are going to discuss both sides of an issue and then let you choose. It is the work of the Ruach (Spirit) to direct and to teach you.

The medieval commentator Rashi wrote that the Hebrew word for wrestle (avek) implies that Jacob was “tied”, for the same word is used to describe knotted fringes in a Jewish prayer shawl, the tzitzityot. Rashi says, “thus is the manner of two people who struggle to overthrow each other, that one embraces the other and knots him with his arms”.

Our intellectual wrestling has been replaced by a different kind of struggle. We are Wrestling with Yehovah as we grapple with His Word. It is an intimate act, symbolizing a relationship in which Yehovah and I and you are bound together. My wrestling is a struggle to discover what Yehovah expects of us, and we are “tied” to the One who assists us in that struggle.

Today, many say Israel means “Champion of God”, or better — the “Wrestler of God”.

Our Torah sessions each Shabbat teaches you and encourages you to constantly challenge, question, argue against, as well as view alternative views and explanations of the Word. In other words, we are to “wrestle with the Word” to get to the truth. Jews worldwide believe that you need to wrestle with the Word and constantly challenge Dogma, Theology, and views or else you will never get to the Truth.

We are not like most churches where “The preacher talks and everyone listens.” We encourage everyone to participate, to question and to contribute what they know on the subject being discussed. We want you to be a champion wrestler of the Word of Yehovah. We want you to wear the title of Israel, knowing that you not only know but are capable of explaining why you know the Torah to be true with logic and facts.

We have a few rules though. Let others talk and listen. There is no discussion about UFO’s Nephilim, Vaccines or conspiracy-type subjects. We have people from around the world with different world views. Not everyone cares who is the President of any particular country. Treat each other with respect as Fellow wrestlers of the word. Some of our subjects are hard to understand and require you to be mature and if you do not know, then listen to gain knowledge and understanding and hopefully wisdom. The very things you are commanded to ask Yehovah for and He gives to those who ask.

Jas 1:5  But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and with no reproach, and it shall be given to him.

We hope you can invite those who want to keep Torah to come and join us by hitting the link below. It is almost like a Torah teaching fellowship talk show with people from around the world taking part and sharing their insights and understandings.

We start off with some music and then some prayers and it’s as though you were sitting around the kitchen back in Newfoundland having a cup of coffee and all of us enjoying each other’s company. I hope you will grace us with your company someday.

Sabbath services begin at 12:30 PM EDT where we will be doing prayers songs and teaching from this hour.

Shabbat Services will begin at about 1:15 pm Eastern.

On the Holy Day, Passover Monday February 26, 2024, we will be having two meetings. One at 10 AM Eastern and the afternoon will be 2 PM Eastern. Look forward to seeing you all there.

We look forward to you joining our family and getting to know us as we get to know you.

Joseph Dumond is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.

Counting the Omer Week Four

Counting the Omer Week Four

Sunday March 3, 2024 is יוֹם הֲנָפַת הָעֹמֶר Yom Hanafat Ha’omer (Day of the Waving of the Sheaf).

When the Temple stood, this day marked the official commencement of the grain harvest.

Deuteronomy 16:9 You shall count seven weeks to yourselves. Begin to count the seven weeks from the time you began to put the sickle to the grain.
And sheaves of barley were cut and brought to the Temple as a wave-offering on Wave Sheaf Day. It is done on behalf of the nation. One Omer’s worth is two dry litres of flour.

Leviticus 23:9-14  9 And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying, 10 Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, When you have come into the land which I give to you, and shall reap the harvest of it, then you shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest to the priest. 11 And he shall wave the sheaf before Jehovah to be received for you. On the next day after the sabbath the priest shall wave it. 12 And you shall offer that day when you wave the sheaf, a male lamb without blemish of the first year for a burnt offering to Jehovah. 13 And its food offering shall be two-tenths part of fine flour mixed with oil, a fire offering to Jehovah for a sweet savor. And the drink offering of it shall be of wine, the fourth part of a hin. 14 And you shall eat neither bread, nor parched grain, nor green ears, until the same day, until you have brought an offering to your God. It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
This day also marks the beginning of the 50-day count to חַג הַשָּׁבֻעוֹת Shavuot (Pentecost; Feast of Weeks). Yom Hanafat Ha’omer is counted as Day 1 and Shavuot as Day 50.

There are different methods of counting the 50 days. According to some, the commandment ‘and you shall count for yourselves fifty days’ means to simply observe the 50th day as Shavuot, while others actually declare out loud the number of each of the fifty days. A medieval Karaite Jewish practice combines two methods of declaring the daily count. The first method is the counting of seven weeks. Each day, the number of the week and the number of the day in the week are declared. So for example, the first day is ‘first day of the first week’. The second counting method used is an overall number for each day. In this method Day one is ‘the first day’ and Day 25 is ‘the twenty-fifth day’. These two methods are used to satisfy the commandment to count seven weeks (Deuteronomy 16:9) as well as the commandment to count fifty days (Leviticus 23:16). Below is a list of the counting for each day.

Lev 23:15 And you shall count to you from the next day after the sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete.

Lev 23:16 To the next day after the seventh sabbath you shall number fifty days. And you shall offer a new food offering to Jehovah.

You are to count seven sabbaths, as we are commanded in verse 15, and 50 days, as we are told in verse 16. In Deuteronomy, we are commanded to count from the time we put the sickle to the grain.

Deu 16:9 You shall count seven weeks to yourselves. Begin to count the seven weeks from the time you began to put the sickle to the grain.

If you get the timing wrong about when the month of Aviv begins, then people will declare you can cut the barley and store it. This is not what Deut 16:9 says. When you put the sickle to the grain, you begin to count. But you are also told to take the barley on the first day of the week during the days of Unleavened Bread. It is because they have errored about when Aviv is that the other groups all say you can harvest anytime and store the grain and then later make your first fruits offering. Understand and know the facts.

Update on the Wheat

This week, I want to share with you something that Brian Convery of Abib of God stated on March 28, 2024, on his Facebook page. This was Thursday, March 28, and according to his calendar, he will be keeping Wave Sheaf Day on Sunday, March 31, 2024, along with those following Becca Bidderman. Randy Cates and I showed you how the Barley was Aviv for Wave Sheaf Day on March 3, 2024. We also showed you how the domesticated wheat fields were already beginning to turn brown at that time. This was down near Re’im.

I was going to go back to Israel this week to show you what others are not showing you about the barley and the wheat, but I do not need to do so now. You can witness these things yourself.

Those following Devorah and Yoel HaLevi will be keeping Passover on April 22, 2024, and also have some things to explain.

What I would like you all to do is go to this Facebook page. It is in Hebrew. So when you are asked the questions, copy the Hebrew over to Google Translate and then respond in Hebrew back to get it. Three simple questions. You do not need to comment; just look at the pictures and note the time and places. Those at higher altitudes and in the north are still green. Those in the south around the Negev have now turned brown.

If we have 100 people watching this before the start of the year, we could get many more accurate pictures of the crops in the land of Israel, and then we will not be dependent on a few people who report according to their own understanding. Here is the link. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1629688417246907.

Thursday March 28, 2024
Good Morning and a happy 3rd day of the feast of UB to you!
And yes, the term for the weather conditions in Jerusalem for the foreseeable future with little exception is “sweltering.”
With all the heat engulfing the Land we will see many of the migrators and in particular the white storks pass through without any delays as they are racing north to raise a new batch of offspring. They will in some instances make a quick stop in cut fields to “ingest” some exposed little tasties whether alive or dead. Lots of photos being taken of this event across the countryside.
That is bananas covered in the background.
Then lots of lambs wild and domestic across the countryside as well.
To answer some questions next we have a photo of a field of wheat which is being allowed to reach machine grade moisture levels and then be harvested for its grain.
Yes, to the question that it needs to be completely dried out including the stalk. This photo shows a good visual of how that process works. Notice some are more dried that others in sections of their stalks. In a week they will all be completely dried out if not sooner with this dramatic heat wave hitting the grain regions. By the way thank you Father for that acclamation to our faith. This field here did not get rains until into November so it was not ready for the First Fruits contest like the ones that germinated as a result of October rains but it is certainly aviv now and could be simply cut and dried and then winnowed very quickly.
Please remember aviv is a term we use to describe the moment the seeds become physiologically mature so that they can reproduce themselves. At that point they have lots of moisture in them but when dried can be easily ground into flour as we have demonstrated over the many years of doing this.
Then a nice little ridge view of a location which houses domestic grains, wild barley, wild oats and a few tares thrown in for good measure.
Last we have another domestic field of grain planted in one of the November rain location. In a week it will be dried out nicely for sickle methods of harvesting, and within a week after that by machine. Until one see’s how rapidly grain dries when these weather events of sun, wind, and heat hit the Land it is difficult to imagine. I still think of Alan witnessing to this and reporting to his grain growing friends in Australia to the speed of this event.
Now I will start putting up the promised posts for today.
Our peace we give to you.
I have not posted all the pictures Brian is talking about except the one above, which is not his but is from Greta Iliashenko, taken near Modi’in between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.
I have highlighted those things Brian is saying. First of he said this “Notice some are more dried that others in sections of their stalks. In a week they will all be completely dried out if not sooner with this dramatic heat wave hitting the grain regions.
I am not going to disagree with him but I want you to look at the grain. What is it? Is it barley or wheat? It is wheat. In a week Brian says it will be ready to cut. But he is keeping the Wave Sheaf Day for the barley this Sunday, March 31. His Wheat should not be ready until 50 days later when he is going to be keeping Shavuot.

Now we began our counting on March 3, 2024. This Sabbath completes our 4th week. In three more weeks will be our Shavuot. This wheat field will according to Brian Convery be ready to harvest wheat in about a week. Most assuredly, it will be ready in three weeks when I and those who kept Passover with me will complete our counting to Shavuot on April 21, which is the day before the Hillel Calendar people will be keeping Passover and Devorah and Yoel and those following them will be keeping Passover a day or two later. All these people will be keeping Passover and we will be looking for wheat to offer at the same time for Yom HaBikkurim. Yom HaBikkurim is also the Chag HaBikkurim, Festival of First fruits, which is another name for Shavuot, and it was tied to the first fruits of the wheat harvest.
Houston we have a problem!

Brian then goes on to say the following:

but it is certainly aviv now and could be simply cut and dried and then winnowed very quickly.
Please remember aviv is a term we use to describe the moment the seeds become physiologically mature so that they can reproduce themselves.

Wheat is not Aviv. I have written a few times now to explain how the month of Aviv is not the month of ripe brown Barley heads of grain. Wheat is never called Aviv. The word Aviv has been bastardized to mean something it is not. And this is where many of the current searchers are missing the mark.
Aviv means GREEN HEADS of Grain. Not ripe heads of grains.

Bba% (Bba% ABB) ac: ? co: Grain ab: ?

bm) Biba% (Biba% A-BYB) – Green Grain: The new green ears of growing grain as the parent seeds attached to the stalk (pole) of the next generation of crops. Also Abib, the name of a month in the Hebrew calendar. [freq. 8] |kjv: abib, corn| {H24}

The month of Aviv is the month when the heads of barley are green. But you have time it, so roastable Barley is available by Wave Sheaf Days.

The next picture is from Galit Sherf on March 23, 2024, and you will notice the fields are being cut for silage. This is from Menahemia area south of the Sea of Galilee, while the storks are looking for food in the short wheat fields.

The pictures below are from https://www.facebook.com/groups/1629688417246907/user/100000587731481 who also has many pictures of wheat, and many of her pictures come from Megiddo area, which is a few weeks behind the Negev. Randy and I were up there and it was all green when we reported the Negev Aviv for March 3, 2024. This pictures below are all taken March 26 and they are just stunning.

Then on Friday Brian posted the following:

Friday March 29, 2024
Hi Guys and Happy Prep Day to all, as well as day 4 of the 7 days of UB.
Just think Wavesheaf day is only two more days away so lets check on the imminent start to the Harvest.
Yifat and Elad are in agreement: the domestic barley and wheat are ready to bundle into sheaves on Sunday or when the folks get back from the Feast of UB.
In the third photo I have circled some of the last remnants of wild barley growing with their sisters the barley and their cousins the wheat that are still to be found in this region. Remember earlier in the year how much wild barley was towering over their relatives in these fields in Galed.
And then look at 3 fields in the upper elevations and in the little valleys hidden high above the lower levels. These fields are advancing rapidly as is to be expected with all the sun, heat, and wind. Some are already into the dough stages.
Then one of the high elevations with the grasses already making the turn to their summer color look.
Then a quick look at the temperatures in Ofakim for the next 10 days. Ofakim is in the heart of the Negev grain growing region. Its going to be a very short harvest period in the NW Negev folks. Maybe a few straggler fields in 3 weeks that were planted late but not many. Keep in mind that domestic barley and wheat can stay patiently on the stalk awaiting harvesting for 4-6 weeks after aviv if necessary and depending on meteorological and predation conditions.
Our peace we give to you!

I want you to pay attention to the things Brian is saying. Listen to what he says. He says “I have circled some of the last remnants of wild barley” So look at the picture. That is the LAST REMNANTS of the barley. You are to present the first fruits. Which for those following Brian and Becca is to take place this Sunday March 31, 2024. But these are the last remnants, according to Brian. We are to offer the First Fruits of the Barley, which Randy and I showed you was ready on March 3, 2024. We kept Passover the week before.
Brian also says that the barley and the WHEAT are ready to harvest starting on Sunday. It is supposed to be Wave Sheaf Day for the Barley on Sunday for those following him. But he is telling you the wheat is ready to harvest starting Sunday. Yet for him the count to the wheat harvest only begins on Sunday. For those of you who kept Passover last month and began the wave Sheaf Day on March 3, you have just three more weeks until the FIRST of the WHEAT is to be offered for the two Loaves Wave Offering at Shavuot. Will the wheat be ready on time for that? According to Brian it is already ready.
The following pictures are taken by יפעת ינוקא in the Galed area west of Afula, Israel on March 29, 2024

The Month of Chum

Let me begin this section with two reports about the barley that have come in this week.

The first report is from Devorah and is dated March 21, the day after she went out. March 21 represents the 10th day of the month, as some are now using it to determine if the barley is Aviv or not. When you read Devorah’s report, you will notice—or you should notice—that she does not find any ripe barley. You will also notice that she does not go to the Negev but only stays in the Jordan Valley. She also does not provide any pictures with her report. When Randy and I were there in the Jordan Valley, on February 25, 2024 the barley was in the worm and dough stage. We were not able to get back to report on this area on Wave Sheaf Day as we were in the Negev at that time.  But the fields we looked at were very close to be ready to be made into a Wave Offering. Check Point Charley was in the head but they were empty.

The second report I am going to share with you is from Brian Convery, who just went to Israel and has now returned and posted his report with pictures. Listen to what he is saying about the barley condition. He states categorically that it is shattering and provides video evidence. He also states the fields are now all a golden brown.

You are to judge, so look and judge. This Sabbath is March 23, 2024. It is the 12th of what some are calling the 1st month and what the majority are calling the 12th or 13th month. After you read their reports I will continue to our teaching about what is Aviv, which I had prepared before I had seen these two reports.

Dear Friends,

We’re glad to be back from our 2nd Barley Inspection of the season, and want to thank the Creator for His protection, and all of you, for your heartfelt prayers and support.

The purpose of this inspection was to determine whether the barley in the Plains of Jericho (Joshua 5:10-12), became Aviv by the10th of this Biblical Month (21 March 2024). The reason being, that some understand Chodesh HaAviv to be the month in which the barley becomes Aviv intime for Chag HaMatzot (Feast of Unleavened Bread). This understanding is based on the fact that the barley is described as being Aviv at Chag HaMatzot (Ex 9:31, Lev 23:10, Joshua 5:10-12), that Yom HaNafat HaOmer (The Day of the Wave Sheaf Offering) is when the sickle begins on the standing grain (Dt16:9), and that we’re supposed to bring the reshit (first) of our harvest to the Priest (Lev 23:10) at this time.

Just to remind you, Aviv Barley is when the barley has finished developing (Ex 9:31,Ex 23:15, Lev 23:10, Lev 23:14, Dt 16:9, Dt 16:16-17, Joshua 5:10-12), however there’s still a lot of moisture remaining in the seeds. Therefore, if one were to harvest at this stage, the heads (that’s the top part of the stalk that holds the seeds), would either need to be left in the sun to finish drying, or they can be dried immediately by parching them with fire (Lev 2:14, Lev 23:14,Joshua 5:10-12, Rut 2:14, 1 Samuel 17:17, 1 Samuel 25:18, 2 Samuel 17:28).

We carried out this inspection on 20 March 2024, which was the 9th day of the Biblical Month. We focused our inspection on the Plains of Jericho (Joshua 5:10-12), which is today referred to as the Jordan Valley, because we know that the barley should be Aviv by Chag HaMatzot (Feast of Unleavened Bread) in this region(Joshua 5:10-12). You are invited to watch the video of us testing the seeds on the inspection.

JORDAN VALLEY

00:10 – Field #1 – Planted

This planted field was in the worm stage. The farmer had smushed the stalks into bundles, presumably he plans on cutting them soon for silage.

03:40 – Field #2 – Volunteer

This volunteer field is right across the street from Field #1, and was also in the worm stage.

06:29 – Field #3 – Planted

This planted field had mostly empty seeds, with a few in the worm and Aviv stages.

16:39 – Field #4 – Volunteer

This volunteer field is right across the street from Field #3, and was mostly empty, with a few in the worm and Aviv stages.

19:36 – Field #5 – Planted

This planted field had a lot of empty and worm stage seeds.

SDE TRUMOT (Just North of the Jordan Valley)

27:13 – Field #6 – Volunteer

This volunteer field had mostly empty seeds with a few in the worm and Aviv stages.

33:38 – Field #7 – Planted

This planted field had a lot of empty seeds with a few in the worm and Aviv stages.

Those of you who have been following our reports for a while, know that we tend not to share when we plan on beginning the year. Instead, we provide this first-hand reliable report on the development of the barley, along with some Bible passages for your consideration. We hope this report has been helpful to you in deciding when to begin the year, and remember, it’s important to begin the year in the month which you believe to be Chodesh HaAviv (Ex 13:3-4, Ex 23:15, Ex 34:18, Dt 16:1), regardless of what month you may currently be in, as one’s understanding is constantly increasing.

As the barley is going to continue ripening very quickly now, we don’t see a need to carry out more Barley Inspections this season. However,we are looking forward to being in touch with you again as we get closer to theupcoming New Moon Observation (9 April 2024). Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter and social media platforms, so you receive the information regarding the upcoming New Moon Observation, as soon as it comes out.

We want to once again thank the Creator for His protection, and all of you, for your heartfelt prayers and support. And a special thanks to everyone who participated in this Barley Inspection with us. You not only served as a witness to the state of the barley, but also shared many valuable observations and insights, which contributed to its overall success. That being said, the observations, interpretations, and opinions presented in this report, are those of Devorah Gordon, and may or may not represent those of the other participants on this inspection.

Our second report from Abib of God.

Thursday March 20, 2024
Good Morning Dear Brethren and the rest of you as well.
Nice to be home, it is good to be home in my little piece of the earth.
And yes, many of you guys who view this Page and our website are brethren in our calling from Father unto His Son Jesus/Yeshua the Christ/Messiah. But there are a lot of folks who are not part of that calling who use the information we provide in our postings. And that is a welcomed and a good thing is it not.
And then there are some who need special noting from time to time; like grifters, wolves in sheep’s clothing, and such placed in the Abib Calendar narrative here at the end of the age to distort, contort, and outright deceive. They have a vital task in separating the chaff from the actual grain. They like their father are used to test our resolve quite often. And let us not forget the Tares and Mixed Multitude who use every opportunity they can to display their unbiblical rants.
Please understand this is not a condemnation of them all, but just a simple understanding of the facts surrounding their patterned purpose.
It is good to be home. Can’t repeat it enough. An eventful trip in many ways. From being put on the no-fly list to Israel by one of our adversaries and to meeting old friends it has been quite satisfying watching the spirit of our Elohim connect all the dots in this wonderful Month of Abib. But I hate the flights and time spent in airports. The flight back is 13.5 hours in the air on just the Tel Aviv to Miami leg of it. This lovely one had people hacking and gagging on phlegm buildups and let’s not forget some puking in the isles.
It has been a very busy year putting up posts daily and starting with the reporting back in October. The only reason we intensified it after October is because the early rains had started in many locations in the Land. Thus, the seed in the ground germinated for another Abib Growing Cycle. Some understand the tremendous importance of the early rains stating in October and some are completely clueless to this fact. Like a good attentive farmer, we then follow the grain growth through the season to its maturity. That is a must if you want to be able to project when you will need the manpower for a harvest.
The NW Negev is as beautiful as I have ever seen it. A patch quilt and mosaic of all the different shades from green to yellow in the maturing process of the grains growing there. Just think what it will look like come the actual wavesheaf day on March 31st.
Once again, it is important to state clearly, we do not cut a wavesheaf, nor wave one. For me the function was fulfilled with the actions of my Savior when He qualified to be the First of the Firstfruit of many brethren and then beaten out prior to shedding His blood as the Passover Lamb of Fathers household.
We are tasked with getting the timing of it correct so we can keep the appointed times of meeting with our Elohim in the annual rehearsals/holy days they have declared. And yes, it is designed to start immediately after the Wavesheaf has been accepted when the farmers returned home after their keeping the Passover events at the Temple in Jerusalem. It has a spiritual reality of it which puts the exclamation mark on it.
In many respects the same physical activity is in play with those in Judaism who conduct inspections. Neither do they cut a wavesheaf offering but for a different reason. There is no Temple to bring it to in following the command to do so. Thus, they too only need to get the timing correct. I say only not in a light way. But a specific and truthful way just like us.
In both camps some have integrity and some do not. Once again, all part of the testing here at the end of the age.
I promised you some videos so I have attached a few of them that most are looking to review.
The very first is of a field of wheat which has been taken over by the red strain wild barley. I have never seen such a beautiful sight as this one this year. The wheat is at the Leviticus 2:14 minimum but the wild barley is easily shattered and can be ground into flour. Just look at the size of this field of red strain wild. It towers over the stiff-necked wheat just as it should. By the way there are over 3 dozen confirmed groupings of wild barley found in Israel. They are even different in genetic structure from ones that grow on south facing hills, with those that grow on north facing hills. And many such differences are found in the Land.
You have heard me talk about this strain of wild barley since a few years after we started making in Land inspections. It is always the healthiest and as a friend of mine says strongest of the strains. You have also heard me relate this to the spiritual equivalent of our Lord and Savior. The red streaks running through the seeds tell me they reflect the shed blood of Him as a result of the beatings/winnowing He took as my Wavesheaf Offering prior to being killed as the Passover Lamb. Look at the volumes of it here in the distance still standing as opposed to the spot I am standing in which was knocked down by the rain.
Then another video of wild barley at my first stop outside of Kiryat Maliki on route 3 in the NW Negev. By the way the intersection of 3 and 232 (Hodaya) is all yellow in color as it is one of our traditionally early locations, year in and out.
Then just a simple reminder of what many fields look like in the upper Jordan Valley and south ridge of the Jezreel Valley. This is wheat with wild barley growing in it. Both are in the dough stages. After that is a comparison photo from yesterday from the same general location in the Upper Jordan Valley from one of the photographers we follow. See how easy it is. They can do the leg work for you if you know how to read grain. For instance, how do we know this wheat holds aviv standard seeds? Look at the awns starting to spread. Wheat gets very ugly and scraggly when it is moving through stage 8 dough growth.
Then we have a witness from where Todd was crowned king of this location a few years ago. It is once again aviv. By the way that is an inspectors inside joke.
And one more look at a domestic 2 row and 6 row barley field in the NW Negev that is aviv. Now look at the other signs in it. We have wild barley aviv and bowing. Those are the big beautiful heads in the forefront. And look at the wild oats blowing in the wind as well. They are empty hulls as is the pattern in a good location. The wild oats drop seeds about 2 weeks before the barley reaches true maturity when in good agricultural ground. Just a beautiful sight isn’t it you old timers! There are many similar ones this year in the Negev.
And let’s not forget or ignore in the process the incredible weather ahead for Jerusalem and the rest of the Country plays in it. Here is the 10-day forecast for Jerusalem starting with today. It wasn’t like that on Monday night up into Tuesday. Gramma would say: “it rained cats and dogs.” The maturing process will even escalate more rapidly now. That is a simple agricultural fact. With these high temps in Jerusalem at the top of the Judean Mountains just think of the heat in the lower level grain growing regions.
Once again, the NW Negev has clearly won the race to receive the crown of the First of the Firstfruits this year. It isn’t even close. Thousands of acres of barley and wheat have been cut in the past 2 weeks for silage and hay. There are still thousands of acres in and entering the dough stages still standing but will not be allowed to reach the age which they can be machine harvested: or in simple terms, 9-11 percent moisture content. Thus, thousands of acres of Leviticus 2:14 plus domestic grain to date. Also, large swaths of wild barley by itself in and at the aviv stage. Some past it as well, all growing in agriculturally used soils. Yes, it is the Month of Abib.
By the way I will get back with emails soon. Thanks for your patience, it’s been quite hectic. Someone tried to hack our email accounts but were caught before they could. Thus, I could not see them until returning home.
From Bridget, Brenda, Linda and myself we hope you have a wonderful festival season ahead. And as the saying goes: “until we meet again” our peace we give to you!

March 21, 2024, was the 10th day of the second month. It was also the first month for some who declared last month an Adar Beit or a 13th month.

There is a new Takanot that we are eagerly watching to be enacted while searching for the barley. That the barley must be Aviv on the 10th day of the month or it is an Adar Beit. Without any scriptural command in Leviticus to follow this, some have created a new takanot and mai’asim out of the command to bring in the lamb on the 10th day of the month. This was never a command to bring in the barley on the 10th day of the month. So, we are watching to see how those who promote and follow this newest takanot are going to implement it.

This year, in 2024, we see two of the “Christian” barley searching groups implementing this new Takanot and keeping Passover this week on March 26. At the same time, the two Karaite barley searcher groups and all those on the Hillel calendar are keeping Passover next month, which is April 22 and 24, depending on their beliefs. For those following Devorah right now, it is the 12th month, and for those following the main body of Karaites and Yoel HaLevi, this is the 13th month.

It certainly is a mess, isn’t it?

This note is for the silent majority who are searching for the truth and weighing the evidence. I will show you the evidence in a moment. I am not accusing anyone here. I am pointing out some facts that need to be remembered.

Have you considered how we got to this position with so many different groups all claiming to be following Yehovah? At the exact same time, this confusion with the calendar is present, we have also entered the 10 days or years of Judgment, the time when the Saints are to be sealed and also when they will be martyred.

Rev 6:10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, Until when, Master, holy and true, do You not judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?Rev 6:11 And white robes were given to each one of them. And it was said to them that they should rest yet for a little time, until both their fellow servants and their brothers (those about to be killed as they were ) should have their number made complete.

Revelation 7:14  And I said to him, Sir, you know. And he said to me, These are the ones who came out of the great tribulation and have washed their robes, and have whitened them in the blood of the Lamb.

Revelation 13:15  And there was given to it to give a spirit to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast might both speak, and might cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed.

Revelation 17:6  And I saw the woman drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. And when I saw her, I marveled with a great marveling.

Matthew 10:21  And brother will deliver up brother to death, and the father his child. And the children shall rise up against their parents and cause them to be put to death.

Matthew 23:34  Therefore, behold, I send prophets and wise men and scribes to you. And you will kill and crucify some of them. And some of them you will scourge in your synagogues and persecute from city to city; 35  so that on you may come all the righteous blood shed on the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel to the blood of Zechariah the son of Berachiah, whom you killed between the temple and the altar.

John 16:2 They shall put you out of the synagogue. But an hour is coming that everyone who kills you will think that he bears God service.

Hebrews 11:40  for God had provided some better thing for us, that they should not be made perfect without us.

These final 10 years of judgment usher in the 7 Trumpet plagues of Revelation 8. But before Revelation 8 begins, there is this one little verse stopping the Trumpet plagues until something else first takes place.

First, notice the very first trumpet plague.

The Seventh Seal and the Golden Censer

Rev 8:1  And when He opened the seventh seal, there was silence in Heaven for about half an hour.

Rev 8:2  And I saw the seven angels who stood before God, and seven trumpets were given to them.

Rev 8:3  And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer. And many incenses were given to him, so that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints on the golden altar before the throne.

Rev 8:4  And the smoke of the incense which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God from the angel’s hand.

Rev 8:5  And the angel took the censer and filled it with fire from the altar, and cast it into the earth. And voices and thunderings and lightnings and an earthquake occurred.

The Seven Trumpets

Rev 8:6  And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound.

Rev 8:7  The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mixed with blood, and they were cast on the earth. And the third part of trees was burned up, and all green grass was burned up.

The very first Trumpet plague, in which one-third of all the trees and all the grass are burned up, is prevented from happening until the sealing of the Saints takes place in Chapter Seven.

Rev 7:1 And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth so that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.

Rev 7:2 And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God. And he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,

Rev 7:3 saying, Do not hurt the earth or the sea or the trees until we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.

Rev 7:4 And I heard the number of those who were sealed, one hundred and forty-four thousands, having been sealed out of every tribe of the sons of Israel.

Notice in the chart below precisely how hot it has been not just in the first three months of this year but also over last year.

We are in the final ten years…the final time of judgment after six millennia. And we are watching for the sealing of the Saints to take place before the Trumpet Plagues begin. How does this happen? As you just read there is a large earthquake.

In our article about the Mark of Yehovah, we show you what His mark is. I encourage you to sign up for free and read this entire article. Let me take out this next section to show you something.

Again, we have a mark on the forehead by Yehovah who mourns over the evil being done. We now have the following 6 verses in Revelation concerning the mark:

17 “and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.” (Revelation 13:17)

11 “And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.” (Revelation 14:11)

2 “And I saw something like a sea of glass mingled with fire, and those who have the victory over the beast, over his image and over his mark and over the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, having harps of God.” (Revelation 15:2)

2 “So the first went and poured out his bowl upon the earth, and a foul and loathsome sore came upon the men who had the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image.” (Revelation 16:2) 20 “Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone.” (Revelation 19:20)

4 “And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.” (Revelation 20:4)

Next, we are going to look up the word “signs”. There were 83 verses given, so I looked for signs that related to hands and foreheads.

1 “Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 2 “Consecrate to Me all the firstborn, whatever opens the womb among the children of Israel, both of man and beast; it is Mine.” 3 And Moses said to the people: “Remember this day in which you went out of Egypt, out of the house of bondage; for by strength of hand the Lord brought you out of this place. No leavened bread shall be eaten. 4 On this day you are going out, in the month Abib. 5 And it shall be, when the Lord brings you into the land of the Canaanites and the Hittites and the Amorites and the Hivites and the Jebusites, which He swore to your fathers to give you, a land flowing with milk and honey, that you shall keep this service in this month. 6 Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, and on the seventh day there shall be a feast to the Lord. 7 Unleavened bread shall be eaten seven days. And no leavened bread shall be seen among you, nor shall leaven be seen among you in all your quarters. 8 And you shall tell your son in that day, saying, ‘This is done because of what the Lord did for me when I came up from Egypt.’ 9 It shall be as a sign to you on your hand and as a memorial between your eyes, that the Lord’s law may be in your mouth; for with a strong hand the Lord has brought you out of Egypt. 10 You shall therefore keep this ordinance in its season from year to year.” (Exodus 13:1- 10)

Here we have a sign that would be on our hand and a memorial on our forehead (between our eyes). What is that sign? In Exodus, it was the keeping of Passover was a sign on our hands and between our eyes. In Exodus 31, it is not just the days of Unleavened Bread, but all the Sabbaths, plural, which are a sign that we are to keep from year to year.

12 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 13 “Speak also to the children of Israel, saying: ‘Surely My Sabbaths you shall keep, for it is a sign between Me and you throughout your generations, that you may know that I am the Lord who sanctifies you. 14 You shall keep the Sabbath, therefore, for it is holy to you. Everyone who profanes it shall surely be put to death; for whoever does any work on it, that person shall be cut off from among his people. 15 Work shall be done for six days, but the seventh is the Sabbath of rest, holy to the Lord. Whoever does any work on the Sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death. 16 Therefore the children of Israel shall keep the Sabbath, to observe the Sabbath throughout their generations as a perpetual covenant. 17 It is a sign between Me and the children of Israel forever; for in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, and on the seventh day He rested and was refreshed.’” 18 And when He had made an end of speaking with him on Mount Sinai, He gave Moses two tablets of the Testimony, tablets of stone, written with the finger of God. (Exodus 31:12-18)

We also have the following verses explaining to us that these commandments are to be bound in our hand and to be kept in front of minds always and for ever.

1 “Now this is the commandment, and these are the statutes and judgments which the Lord your God has commanded to teach you, that you may observe them in the land which you are crossing over to possess, 2 that you may fear the Lord your God, to keep all His statutes and His commandments which I command you, you and your son and your grandson, all the days of your life, and that your days may be prolonged. 3 Therefore hear, O Israel, and be careful to observe it, that it may be well with you, and that you may multiply greatly as the Lord God of your fathers has promised you, ‘a land flowing with milk and honey.’ 4 “Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one! 5 You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. 6 “And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. 7 You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. 8 You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. 9 You shall write them on the door posts of your house and on your gates. (Deuteronomy 6:1-9)

1 “Therefore you shall love the Lord your God, and keep His charge, His statutes, His judgments, and His commandments always… (Deuteronomy 11:1)

18 “Therefore you shall lay up these words of mine in your heart and in your soul, and bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. 19 You shall teach them to your children, speaking of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. 20 And you shall write them on the door posts of your house and on your gates, 21 that your days and the days of your children may be multiplied in the land of which the Lord swore to your fathers to give them, like the days of the heavens above the earth. 22 “For if you carefully keep all these commandments which I command you to do–to love the Lord your God, to walk in all His ways, and to hold fast to Him– 23 then the Lord will drive out all these nations from before you, and you will dispossess greater and mightier nations than yourselves. 24 Every place on which the sole of your foot treads shall be yours: from the wilderness and Lebanon, from the river, the River Euphrates, even to the Western Sea, shall be your territory. 25 No man shall be able to stand against you; the Lord your God will put the dread of you and the fear of you upon all the land where you tread, just as He has said to you. (Deuteronomy 11:18- 25)

10 “Therefore I made them go out of the land of Egypt and brought them into the wilderness. 11 And I gave them My statutes and showed them My judgments, ‘which, if a man does, he shall live by them.’12 Moreover I also gave them My Sabbaths, to be a sign between them and Me, that they might know that I am the Lord who sanctifies them. 13 Yet the house of Israel rebelled against Me in the wilderness; they did not walk in My statutes; they despised My judgments, ‘which, if a man does, he shall live by them’; and they greatly defiled My Sabbaths. Then I said I would pour out My fury on them in the wilderness, to consume them. 14 But I acted for My name’s sake, that it should not be profaned before the Gentiles, in whose sight I had brought them out. 15 So I also raised My hand in an oath to them in the wilderness, that I would not bring them into the land which I had given them, ‘flowing with milk and honey, the glory of all lands, 16 because they despised My judgments and did not walk in My statutes, but profaned My Sabbaths; for their heart went after their idols. 17 Nevertheless My eye spared them from destruction. I did not make an end of them in the wilderness. 18 “But I said to their children in the wilderness, ‘Do not walk in the statutes of your fathers, nor observe their judgments, nor defile yourselves with their idols. 19 I am the Lord your God: Walk in My statutes, keep My judgments, and do them; 20 hallow My Sabbaths, and they will be a sign between Me and you, that you may know that I am the Lord your God.’ (Ezekiel 20:10-20)

With the preceding verses, we can easily see that the mark of Yehovah is the keeping of His laws, Sabbaths and Holy Days. When we keep them, they become a Sign on our Hand and a Sign between our Eyes. “The hand” signifies the way we live, our way of life, the way we work or conduct ourselves. The expression, “Between our eyes,” signifies the way we think and how we will treat others. It is our heart, our innermost being, our thoughts. With this understanding we can now read the following verses in Revelation with a clearer understanding.

3 saying, “Do not harm the earth, the sea, or the trees till we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads.” (Revelation 7:3)

4 They were commanded not to harm the grass of the earth, or any green thing, or any tree, but only those men who do not have the seal of God on their foreheads. (Revelation 9:4)

16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, (Revelation 13:16)

1 Then I looked, and behold, a* Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand, having His Father’s name written on their foreheads. (Revelation 14:1)

4 And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. (Revelation 20:4)

4 They shall see His face, and His name shall be on their foreheads. (Revelation 22:4)

1 Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, 2 not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come. 3 Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, 4 who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. 5 Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you these things? 6 And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time. 7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. 8 And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming. 9 The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, 10 and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, 12 that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness. (2 Thessalonians 2:1-12)

Notice here in Thessalonians that the mystery of lawlessness (not keeping Yehovah’s Laws) is at work. The lawless one is Satan performing signs and lying wonders, unrighteous deceptions on those who would not love the truth of Yehovah and keep his laws. On them Yehovah will send strong delusion that they should continue to believe a lie. What Lie? Satan is the father of all lies.

44 “You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.” (John 8:44)

If you are not keeping the commandments, then you are a liar if you also say, you obey Yehovah. 4 He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. (1 John 2:4)

So, keeping the Holy Days at the wrong time is the same as keeping the Sabbath at the wrong time.

We are commanded to keep the month of Aviv and to keep the Passover IN THE MONTH OF AVIV. It was in the month of Aviv that the Exodus took place. All 5 groups this year have different views about what is Aviv and when it is Aviv. You must wade through all the talk and discover what Yehovah tells you is Aviv. Moses struck the rock instead of speaking to it, and he was not allowed into the Promised Land because of that one small thing. And this in spite of all the other great things he did. Was it not a little thing to hit the rock instead of speaking to it? He was, after all, told to hit the rock once before.

Is keeping Passover in the wrong month a little thing or a big thing?

Deu 16:1 Observe the month Abib, and keep the Passover to Jehovah your God. For in the month of Abib, Jehovah your God brought you forth out of Egypt by night.

I want you to focus in on this word Aviv. In the Paleo Hebrew, the original meaning of this word Aviv, is:

B) Bba% (Bba% ABB) ac: ? co: Grain ab: ?

bm) Biba% (Biba% A-BYB) – Green Grain: The new green ears of growing grain as the parent seeds attached to the stalk (pole) of the next generation of crops. Also Abib, the name of a month in the Hebrew calendar. [freq. 8] |kjv: abib, corn| {H24}

It is the month when you have NEW GREEN EARS of barley. It is the month of GREEN EARS. This is what Aviv means. If all the fields are turning brown, then the barley is no longer green ears but they are now ripe or brown ears.

If you go to Abib of God on Facebook, you will see all the pictures they are posting as of March 19, 2024, in which the barley fields are now all brown. The fields in the north will still be green, but those in the south are now turning brown. They are not Aviv or green ears.

Somewhere in our understanding we all have, including myself, accepted the meaning of the word Aviv to be ripe heads of barley turning brown. But this is not what the Bible says “in the month of Aviv” means. It is the month of Green Ears. But the barley must be far enough along that there is an Omers worth of green heads that can be roasted and then turned into flour. This is a very thin line. Passover did not take place in the month of Brown Heads of Grain.

Even the ancient barley ceremony harvested the barley after the Sabbath during the days of Unleavened Bread. This ancient ceremony demonstrates the barley had nothing to do with the 10th of the month like the lambs. This ceremony demonstrated the resurrection of Yehshua and the Saints, who were the first of the first fruits, as Paul describes them, who came back to life. This was a huge miracle in 31 AD when it came to fruition. All those years leading up to this time were rehearsals of this major event that only Matthew 27:50 even mentions. No one else did, and yet it is the greatest event to have taken place. Yehshua and the host of captives came back to life. Without this event, we would never understand the meaning of the Wave offering at Shavuot, but because we do understand what the Barley Wave Sheaf Offering represented, we can with certainty understand the wheat two loaves of bread Wave Offering and what it means. And because of the Jubilee Cycles, we can also know exactly when this event will be fulfilled in our lifetime.

This is why it is so important to understand that the month of Aviv is the month of Green Ears, not the month of Brown ears. In Hebrew, the word brown is Chum. I was going to return to Israel and show all the fields of Chum ears to demonstrate this to you, but others are already doing so without knowing it.

This was a very tough year for determining the barley. It required faith and knowledge of the barley’s life cycle. It is the first year in the final ten years of judgment. It is the first trumpet plague year. Before that trumpet begins, the Saints must be sealed, and then there will be a great earthquake. There are only 12,000 from each tribe.

Now that you understand the word Aviv means green ears, return to reading the report from Abib of God and decide if this is the month of Green ears or the month of Brown ears. And if you see the pictures Abib of God is posting then what will the barley fields look like next month? The farmers have already begun to harvest. Does that in itself not tell you something? They are harvesting before Wave Sheaf Day for those keeping Passover this month and they are harvesting over a month to early for those keeping Passover in April.

Deu 16:1 Observe the month Abib, and keep the Passover to Jehovah your God. For in the month of Abib, Jehovah your God brought you forth out of Egypt by night.

Hillel Out of Sync

The Jewish calendar is out of sync. Fix it

The next ‘Blessing of the Sun’ will occur in April 2009 – 19 days ahead of schedule.

We observant Jews count the Omer – 50 days from Pessah to Shavuot – because the Torah commands us to. Every night we’ve been reciting the number of days and weeks that have passed and look forward to the coming festival, rightly called Shavuot, or Weeks. In Greek it is Pentecost – the counting of 50. This counting of 50 days between festivals seems to have been an ancient custom among farmers. Many of the festivals are two months apart. If the farmer celebrated seven days of harvest festival, added an extra day, as the eighth day of Shemini Atzeret is added to Succot, and if he then counts 50 days, he is on to the eve of the next festival. This basic count of 59 days, or just two full months, would have applied between Pessah and Shavuot if we counted as the pre-rabbinic Ethiopians did, taking “from the morrow of the Sabbath” (Leviticus 23:15) to be the day after the whole festival, thus bringing Shavuot to 15th of Sivan. It was the Pharisees who changed all that so as to bring Pentecost forward to coincide with their date for the Theophany at Mt. Sinai. THE JEWISH calendar has been a lunar one, confirmed by the sighting of the new moon, at least from the time of the little tablet, the so-called Gezer Calendar excavated in 1908, considered to be of the 11th century BCE, which counted the agricultural year in consecutive months, four of them in pairs. In matters of time, the month is a natural phenomenon, as are the day and the solar year, although the three are difficult to correlate. The month is actually 29.530588 days long and the solar year 365.2422 days, which makes calculation difficult. In the early Roman Empire the year was still counted as a lunar one and correlation with the seasons was chaotic and unwieldy. It was so until the time of the Emperor Julius Caesar, who was advised by astronomers to scrap the lunar count and fix a solar year of 365 and 1/4 days. That fraction of a day was not practical so it was decreed to have three years of 365 days, and one of 366 days every four years. Known as the Julian Calendar, it had the desired effect of regulating the days and months with the seasons. The new reckoning was introduced in 45 BCE and was expected to be correct for time everlasting. But it was not to be. THE CALENDAR year was more than 11 minutes too long, which meant an increase of one day in about 130 years. Thus by medieval times, after a period of say, 1,000 years, the calendar year was already seven days in advance of the sun. By the time reform came, under Pope Gregory XIII, the calendar was 10 days ahead of the solar system, and consequently in March 1582, the new Gregorian Calendar took 10 days out of the month of October of that year. It was not an easy reform to swallow, and Great Britain was the last major country to adopt it, not doing so until nearly 200 years later in 1752. It was then that popular riots called for “the return of our 11 days,” that led to the Treasury being forced to move the tax year 11 days forward from the quarter-day of March 25 to April 5. As the Julian year had been too long by about three days in 400 years, the Gregorian Calendar solved the problem by declaring that the leap day should be ignored at every century year and only used in those centuries divisible by 400, as is still the practice today. SO FAR, so good, but how does that impact on the Hebrew calendar? We are very meticulous in our counting, as for instance in counting the Omer between Pessah and Shavuot; and, after all, we did invent the seven-day week. It is now adopted all over the world, while the 10-day week of the ancient Egyptians and the five-day week of the more recent French Revolution never took hold. Our calendar has been a very ingenious one, having solved the problem of relating the lunar counting to the solar reality, and ensuring that festivals did not fall on unsuitable days of the week, like Yom Kippur on a Friday or Pessah on a Monday. But its very ingenuity should not lead us into thinking it infallible. When confirming the calendar by sighting of the moon became impractical, tradition has it that a fixed calendar was set down by the Patriarch Hillel II in 358 or 359 CE. It is not certain that this was so as, for instance, Maimonides does not mention it, though he says that monthly sightings did cease some time before the end of the Babylonian Talmud. Although some flexibility may have continued, it is clear that by the time of the Geonim in the ninth century a fixed calendar was being adhered to. That calendar, like all previous ones, divided the year into four tekufot or seasons, which conformed to the solstices and equinoxes of the earth around the sun. The first division was the tekufa of Nissan, or the spring season. It was in that season that the festival of Pessah had to fall, as the Torah tells us to “Observe the month of Aviv (Spring) and make Passover” (Deuteronomy 16:1), so the calculation of the four seasons was of paramount importance. ALTHOUGH we do not know when the fixed calendar started, whether in the fourth century or not, it is our guiding light today and 26 years ago it told us that the “Blessing of the Sun” was to be on April 8, 1981. It is a ceremony held every 28 years, when the sun is considered to be in the same position as the one it held in the days of Creation, that is, on a Wednesday. If the year is held to be 365 days long, then the date of its “birth” – its birthday – falls on the same day of the week every 28 years. But when we celebrated that in 1981, the tekufa date was April 8, or 18 days after the true astronomical equinox of March 21. In other words, the Jewish calendar was 18 days out of sync with the heavenly facts. How did this happen? Quite simply because the original calculations, whether by Hillel II or others, were based on the Julian Calendar of their time and, as we have seen, the Julian Calendar would now also be about 15 days out of line with the sun. Does this really matter? As the tekufa of Nissan, or Spring, continues to progress ahead of the sun, by more than 11 hours a year, we shall find that in time it will approach nearer and nearer to the astronomical summer, and the festival of Pessah will no longer fall in our tekufa of Nissan. It can be calculated that this will occur in about 640 years, and then we will be in breach of the Torah law. The festival may still be in the spring, but the tekufa of Spring will be in the summer. SO GREAT BRITAIN was not the last country to adopt the Gregorian correction of the Julian calculations. The Hebrew calendar has not yet recognized the discrepancy but it is something we should consider very carefully and quite soon, for the next “Blessing of the Sun” will occur in two years‚ time, in April 2009, so it would be sensible to reform the calendar before then, so that our prayers will be in line with God’s Creation, and not 19 days ahead of it. As in England, that change may well cause riots in the streets, this time in Jerusalem and Bnei Brak – but is it sensible to let this time bomb go on ticking any longer? The writer is a Fellow of the Albright Institute of Archaeological Research, Jerusalem.

Shkolim, Para and HaChodesh for the Red Heifer

Torah Portions for the Red Heifer

During the month of Adar, four different special Torah readings are read on Shabbat. Three of the four are directly related to the upcoming month of Nisan and the holiday of Passover, which begins on the 15th of Nisan. (April 22).

These three readings are known as Shkolim, Para and HaChodesh. This coming Shabbat will be the reading of Parashat Para, the first 22 verses from Numbers 19, which describes the ordinance of the red heifer.

Parah and Hachodesh

Following the holiday of Purim, preparations for Passover begin in earnest. On the home front, Operation Chametz-Free House kicks into high gear. On the synagogue front, we supplement the weekly Torah readings with two special Pre-Passover readings. On the Shabbat that falls on or before the first of Nissan, we read the special “Hachodesh” reading. The week before that, we read the “Parah” reading.

Parah

The Torah reading of Parah (Numbers 19) details the laws of the “Red Heifer” and the process by which a person rendered ritually impure by contact with a dead body was purified.

We fulfill the Temple-related rituals by studying their laws in the TorahWhen the Holy Temple stood in Jerusalem, every Jew had to be in a state of ritual purity in time for the bringing of the Passover offering in the Temple. Today, though we’re unable to fulfill the Temple-related rituals in practice, we fulfill them spiritually by studying their laws in the Torah. Thus, we study and read the section of Parah in preparation for the upcoming festival of Passover.

According to some Halachic authorities, there is a Biblical requirement for all men to hear the special Parah reading.

The special Parah haftorah (Ezekiel 36:16-36) discusses G‑d’s promise to “purify” and cleanse the Jews when He re-gathers them and returns them all to the Land of Israel during the Messianic Era.

The Lord’s Concern for His Holy Name

Ezk 36:16  And the Word of Jehovah came to me, saying.

Ezk 36:17  Son of man, when the house of Israel lived in their own land, they defiled it by their own way and by their doings, even as the defilement of woman’s impurity, their way was before Me.

Ezk 36:18  So I poured My fury on them, because of the blood that they had shed on the land, and for their idols by which they defiled it.

Ezk 36:19  And I scattered them among the nations, and they were scattered through the lands. I judged them according to their way and according to their doings.

Ezk 36:20  And when they entered the nations where they went, they even profaned My holy name by saying to them, These are the people of the Jehovah, and they are gone out of His land.

Ezk 36:21  But I had pity for My holy name, which the house of Israel had profaned among the nations where they went.

I Will Put My Spirit Within You

Ezk 36:22  Therefore say to the house of Israel, So says the Lord Jehovah: I do not do this for your sake, O house of Israel, but for My holy name’s sake, which you have profaned among the nations where you went.

Ezk 36:23  And I will sanctify My great name, which was profaned among the nations, which you have profaned in their midst. And the nations shall know that I am Jehovah, says the Lord Jehovah, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes.

Ezk 36:24  For I will take you from among the nations and gather you out of all lands, and will gather you into your own land.

Ezk 36:25  And I will sprinkle clean waters on you, and you shall be clean. I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from your idols.

Ezk 36:26  And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. And I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh.

Ezk 36:27  And I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you shall keep My judgments and do them.

Ezk 36:28  And you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers. And you shall be My people, and I will be your God.

Ezk 36:29  I will also save you from all your defilements, and I will call for the grain, and will increase it, and will lay no famine on you.

Ezk 36:30  And I will multiply the fruits of the tree and the increase of the field, so that you shall never again receive the curse of famine among the nations.

Ezk 36:31  And you shall remember your own evil ways, and your doings that were not good, and shall despise yourselves in your own sight for your iniquities and for your abominations.

Ezk 36:32  I do not do this for your sake, says the Lord Jehovah, be it known to you. Be ashamed and confounded for your ways, O house of Israel.

Ezk 36:33  So says the Lord Jehovah: In the day that I cleanse you from all your iniquities, I will also cause you to dwell in the cities, and the wastes shall be built.

Ezk 36:34  And the waste land shall be tilled, instead of being a ruin before all passing by.

Ezk 36:35  And they shall say, This land that was wasted has become like the garden of Eden. And the wasted, deserted and ruined cities now are fortified and inhabited.

Ezk 36:36  And the nations that are left all around you shall know that I Jehovah build the ruined places andplant that which was wasted. I Jehovah have spoken it, and I will do it.

Hachodesh

The Hachodesh reading (Exodus 12:1-20) recounts G‑d’s historic communication to Moses in Egypt on the first of Nissan, two weeks before the Exodus, regarding the establishment of a Jewish (lunar) calendar, the Paschal Offering, matzah, bitter herbs, and the seder.

The Passover

Exo 12:1  And Jehovah spoke to Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying,

Exo 12:2  This month shall be to you the beginning of months. It shall be the first month of the year to you.

Exo 12:3  Speak to all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth of this month they shall take to them each man a lamb for a father’s house, a lamb for a house.

Exo 12:4  And if the household is too little for the lamb, let him and his neighbor next to his house take according to the number of the souls, each one, according to the eating of his mouth, you shall count concerning the lamb.

Exo 12:5  Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year. You shall take from the sheep or from the goats.

Exo 12:6  And you shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month. And the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the evening.

Exo 12:7  And they shall take some of the blood and strike on the two side posts and upon the upper door post of the houses in which they shall eat it.

Exo 12:8  And they shall eat the flesh in that night, roasted with fire, and unleavened bread. They shall eat it with bitter herbs.

Exo 12:9  Do not eat of it raw, nor boiled at all with water, but roasted with fire, its head with its legs, and with its inward parts.

Exo 12:10  And you shall not let any of it remain until the morning. And that which remains of it until the morning you shall burn with fire.

Exo 12:11  And you shall eat of it this way, with your loins girded, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand. And you shall eat it in a hurry. It is Jehovah’s passover.

Exo 12:12  For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the first-born in the land of Egypt, both man and beast. And I will execute judgments against all the gods of Egypt. I am Jehovah.

Exo 12:13  And the blood shall be a sign to you upon the houses where you are. And when I see the blood, I will pass over you. And the plague shall not be upon you for a destruction when I smite in the land of Egypt.

Exo 12:14  And this day shall be a memorial to you. And you shall keep it as a feast to Jehovah throughout your generations. You shall keep it as a feast by a law forever.

Exo 12:15  You shall eat unleavened bread seven days; even the first day you shall put away leaven out of your houses. For whoever eats leavened bread from the first day until the seventh day, that soul shall be cut off from Israel.

Exo 12:16  And on the first day shall be a holy gathering, and in the seventh day there shall be a holy gathering for you. No manner of work shall be done in them, except that which every man must eat, that only may be done by you.

Exo 12:17  And you shall keep the Feast of Unleavened Bread. For in this same day I have brought your armies out of the land of Egypt. Therefore you shall keep this day in your generations by a law forever.

Exo 12:18  In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at evening, you shall eat unleavened bread, until the twenty-first day of the month at evening.

Exo 12:19  Seven days there shall be no leaven found in your houses. For whoever eats that which is leavened, even that soul shall be cut off from the congregation of Israel, among the aliens and among the natives of the land.

Exo 12:20  You shall eat nothing leavened. In all your dwelling-places you shall eat unleavened bread.

The special Hachodesh haftorah (Ezekiel 45:18-46:15) is a prophecy regarding the Paschal Offering that will be brought in the Third Holy Temple.

Ezk 45:18  So says the Lord Jehovah: In the first month, in the first of the month, you shall take a bull without blemish, a son of the herd, and cleanse the sanctuary.

Ezk 45:19  And the priest shall take of the blood of the sin offering and put it on the doorposts of the house, and on the four corners of the ledge of the altar, and on the gateposts of the inner court.

Ezk 45:20  And so you shall do on the seventh of the month for each man who goes astray, and for the simple. So you shall atone for the house.

Ezk 45:21  In the first month, on the fourteenth of the month, you shall have the Passover, a feast of seven days. Unleavened bread shall be eaten.

Ezk 45:22  And on that day the ruler shall prepare for himself and for all the people of the land a bull for a sin offering.

Ezk 45:23  And seven days of the feast he shall prepare a burnt offering to Jehovah, seven bulls and seven rams, without blemish, daily for the seven days, and a kid of the goats daily for a sin offering.

Ezk 45:24  And he shall prepare a food offering of an ephah for a bull, and an ephah for a ram, and a hin of oil for an ephah.

Ezk 45:25  In the seventh month, on the fifteenth day of the month, at the feast he shall prepare like these seven days, according to the sin offering, according to the burnt offering, and according to the food offering, and according to the oil.

The Prince and the Feasts

Ezk 46:1  So says the Lord Jehovah: The gate of the inner court that faces eastward shall be shut the six working days. But on the Sabbath it shall be opened, and in the day of the new moon it shall be opened.

Ezk 46:2  And the ruler shall enter by the way of the porch of that gate outside, and shall stand by the gatepost. And the priests shall prepare his burnt offering and his peace offerings, and he shall worship at the threshold of the gate. And he shall go out, but the gate shall not be shut until the evening.

Ezk 46:3  And the people of the land shall worship at the door of that gate before Jehovah on the sabbaths and in the new moons.

Ezk 46:4  And the burnt offering that the ruler shall offer to Jehovah in the sabbath day shall be six lambs without blemish, and a ram without blemish.

Ezk 46:5  And the food offering shall be an ephah for a ram, and the food offering for the lambs as he shall be able to give, and a hin of oil to an ephah.

Ezk 46:6  And in the day of the new moon it shall be a bull without blemish, and six lambs, and a ram. They shall be without blemish.

Ezk 46:7  And he shall prepare a food offering, an ephah for a bull, and an ephah for a ram, and for the lambs as his hand shall be able to get, and a hin of oil to an ephah.

Ezk 46:8  And when the ruler shall enter, he shall go in by the way of the porch of that gate, and by its way he shall go out.

Ezk 46:9  But when the people of the land come before Jehovah in the appointed feasts, he who enters by the way of the north gate to worship shall go out by the way of the south gate. And he who enters by the way of the south gate shall go out by the way of the north gate. He shall not return by the way of the gate by which he came in, but shall leave opposite it.

Ezk 46:10  And the ruler shall go in among them when they go in. And when they go out, he shall go out.

Ezk 46:11  And in the feasts and in the appointed feasts the food offering shall be an ephah to a bull, and an ephah to a ram, and to the lambs as he is able to give, and a hin of oil to an ephah.

Ezk 46:12  And when the ruler shall prepare a free-will burnt offering or peace offerings willingly to Jehovah, one shall then open to him the gate that faces eastward, and he shall prepare his burnt offering and his peace offerings, as he did on the Sabbath day. And he shall go out. And after his going out, one shall shut the gate.

Ezk 46:13  You shall daily prepare a burnt offering to Jehovah, a lamb without blemish, a son of a year. You shall prepare it every morning.

Ezk 46:14  And you shall prepare a food offering for it every morning, the sixth of an ephah, and the third of a hin of oil, to make the fine flour moist; a food offering every day by an ordinance forever to Jehovah.

Ezk 46:15  So they shall prepare the lamb, and the food offering, and the oil, every morning for a burnt offering continually.

Laws for Purification

Num 19:1  And Jehovah spoke to Moses and to Aaron saying,

Num 19:2  This is the ordinance of the law which Jehovah has commanded, saying, Speak to the sons of Israel that they bring you a red heifer without blemish, in which there is no blemish, on which no yoke ever came.

Num 19:3  And you shall give her to Eleazar the priest that he may bring her forth outside the camp. And he shall kill her before his face.

Num 19:4  And Eleazar the priest shall take of her blood with his finger and sprinkle of her blood directly before the tabernacle of the congregation seven times.

Num 19:5  And he shall burn the heifer in his sight, her skin and her flesh and her blood with her dung, he shall burn.

Num 19:6  And the priest shall take cedar-wood and hyssop and scarlet, and throw it into the midst of the burning of the heifer.

Num 19:7  Then the priest shall wash his clothes, and he shall bathe his flesh in water. And afterward he shall come into the camp, and the priest shall be unclean until the evening.

Num 19:8  And he who burns her shall wash his clothes in water and bathe his flesh in water, and shall be unclean until the evening.

Num 19:9  And a man that is clean shall gather up the ashes of the heifer, and lay them up outside the camp in a clean place, and it shall be kept for the congregation of the sons of Israel for a water of separation. It is a cleansing for sin.

Num 19:10  And he who gathers the ashes of the heifer shall wash his clothes and be unclean until the evening. And it shall be to the sons of Israel, and to the stranger that lives among them, for a statute forever.

Num 19:11  He who touches the dead body of any man shall be unclean seven days.

Num 19:12  He shall purify himself with it on the third day, and on the seventh day he shall be clean. But if he does not purify himself the third day, then the seventh day he shall not be clean.

Num 19:13  Whoever touches the dead body of any man that is dead, and does not purify himself, defiles the tabernacle of Jehovah. And that soul shall be cut off from Israel. Because the water of separation was not sprinkled upon him, he shall be unclean. His uncleanness is still upon him.

Num 19:14  This is the law when a man dies in a tent. All that come into the tent, and all in the tent, shall be unclean seven days.

Num 19:15  And every open vessel which has no covering bound upon it, it is unclean.

Num 19:16  And whoever touches one that is killed with a sword in the open fields, or a dead body, or a bone of a man, or a grave, shall be unclean seven days.

Num 19:17  And for the unclean they shall take of the ashes of the burnt heifer of cleansing for sin, and running water shall be put to it in a vessel.

Num 19:18  And a clean person shall take hyssop and dip in the water, and sprinkle upon the tent and upon all the vessels, and upon the persons that were there, and upon him that touched a bone, or one killed, or one dead, or a grave.

Num 19:19  And the clean person shall sprinkle on the unclean on the third day, and on the seventh day. And on the seventh day he shall purify himself, and wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water. And he shall be clean at evening.

Num 19:20  But the man that shall be unclean, and shall not purify himself, that soul shall be cut off from among the congregation, because he has defiled the sanctuary of Jehovah. The water of separation has not been sprinkled upon him. He is unclean.

Num 19:21  And it shall be a perpetual law to them, that he who sprinkles the water of separation shall wash his clothes. And he that touches the water of separation shall be unclean until evening.

Num 19:22  And whatever the unclean touches shall be unclean. And the soul who touches shall be unclean until evening.

Parshat Shekalim Haftorah in a Nutshell

II Kings 11:17-12:17.

The Parshat Shekalim Torah reading discusses the annual obligation for every Jew to give half a shekel to the Temple coffers. The haftorah discusses the efforts of King Jehoash (9th century BCE) to earmark these communal funds for the upkeep of the first Holy Temple.

Background for this haftorah: Because of an alliance with the Northern Kingdom of Israel, idol worship had become rampant in the erstwhile righteous Davidic dynasty-controlled Southern Kingdom. When the king of the Southern Kingdom, Ahaziah, was killed, his mother Athaliah murdered the remainder of the royal family and seized the throne. During her brief reign, she actively promoted idolatry. Unbeknownst to her, one of Ahaziah’s sons, a small baby, was hidden and survived. When he became seven years of age, Jehoiada the High Priest led a successful revolt against Athaliah, and installed the child king, Jehoash, as the new King of Judea.

The haftorah begins with the new king renewing the people’s covenant with G‑d. They destroyed all the pagan altars and statues and appointed officers to oversee the Holy Temple. Jehoash then instructed the priests regarding all the funds that were donated to the Temple. According to his plan, all the funds would be appropriated by the priests. In return, the priests would pay for the regular maintenance of the Temple. In the 23rd year of Jehoash’s reign, the priests neglected to properly maintain the Temple. Jehoash then ordered that all monies should be placed in a special box that was placed near the Temple altar, and these funds were given directly to the workers and craftsmen who maintained the Temple.

A “Massive Altar” For The Red Heifer Sacrifice

Has Been Constructed In Israel

Since the time of Moses, only nine red heifers have been sacrificed.  Now, a “massive altar” for the tenth red heifer sacrifice has been built in Israel, and there is a tremendous amount of speculation that it could happen soon.  In September 2022, five red heifers were flown from the state of Texas to the land of Israel.  Since that time, one of them has been disqualified, but the other four continue to be candidates for a red heifer sacrifice.  As I discussed last week, there was “a practice run of the purification ceremony” in 2023.  But an official ceremony must be conducted before the heifers get too old to be used for such a sacrifice.

So will a red heifer be sacrificed in Israel in 2024?

According to CBS News, a “massive altar” has already been constructed.  In the video that I have embedded below, you can see footage of this altar starting at the two minute mark…

I was absolutely floored when I first saw that.

A red heifer sacrifice would need to happen on the Mount of Olives, and the land where the sacrifice would take place is owned by Rabbi Yitshak Mamo

According to those working on the project, the ceremony of the red heifer needs to be performed on the Mount of Olives, and in a place that would have looked directly into where the Temple stood. The land directly east of the Temple Mount, purchased 12 years ago, meets both of those standards.

Rabbi Yitshak Mamo owns that land on the Mount of Olives. Mamo is with Uvne Yerusalim, a group that preserves Israel’s history and works to educate future generations.

Concerning the specifics of the land, he told CBN News, “It had to be exactly at the front of the place that the priest that made this ceremony can see the Holy of the Holy Place.”

But the clock is ticking.

If the heifers get too old, they will no longer qualify.

During a recent public appearance, Mamo explained that “we are very close to the third year of these cows”…

“If there is any [mathematicians] here, so you can understand that we are very close to the third year of these cows,” reveals Mamo. “Which means that with the help of God, we will get permission from God and from the people to make the ceremony. And then we can be pure.”

Recently, there has been a lot of buzz that we could actually see a red heifer sacrifice very soon.

Last month, All Israel News reported that the Temple Institute wants to conduct a sacrifice “before Passover 2024”

As of now, four of the heifers remain blemish-free and, according to Temple Institute rabbis, they hope to carry out the ceremony before Passover 2024.

This year, the Jewish people will celebrate Passover on April 22nd.

That is about a month away.

During a recent broadcast, Glenn Beck also discussed the possibility that a red heifer sacrifice could happen in the very near future.  The following is an excerpt from a transcript of that broadcast

If you’re going to rebuild the temple, you need to purify it.

And purifying it, according to the book of numbers, chapter 19, is a heifer. A red heifer ceremony. That results in the creation of ash and water mixture.

And that cleanses the entire nation of Israel. From ritual impurity.

And then the ceremony requires some of the blood to be sprinkled at the front of the tabernacle. That later became the temple.

It usually took place at the Mount of Olives, where they are planning on doing this again in the coming days.

It is essential for all aspects of the temple, and temple worship to take place.

In addition, anyone participating in temple worship, would be required to be sprinkled with the ash water.

Beyond that, even without the presence of a physical temple, the ceremony, would be — would allow the general population to be ritually cleansed and remove much of the religious prohibition for a Jewish presence, on the Temple Mount.

When are they planning on doing it?

Well, they imported these red heifers before October 7th.

We now know that Hamas said, that this was going to — this was part of the reason, because they’re going to use the red heifers to purify the temple, which is desecration to them.

Purifying them, so they can then, actually, go up, and even if there’s no temple. They can pray as if they were in the temple.

They’re going to do this, passover weekend. So Easter weekend.

There has been a lot of speculation on social media that a red heifer sacrifice could potentially take place on March 29th because the “Sabbath of the red heifer” begins at sundown that evening…

Shabbat Parah for Hebrew Year 5784 begins at sundown on Friday, 29 March 2024 and ends at nightfall on Saturday, 30 March 2024. This corresponds to Parashat Tzav.

Shabbat Parah (“Sabbath [of the] red heifer” שבת פרה) takes place on the Shabbat before Shabbat HaChodesh, in preparation for Passover. Numbers 19:1-22 describes the parah adumah (“red heifer”) in the Jewish temple as part of the manner in which the kohanim and the Jewish people purified themselves so that they would be ready (“pure”) to sacrifice the korban Pesach.

I have not been able to find any confirmation that a sacrifice will happen on March 29th.

So I don’t know if we will see anything happen on that date or not.

But I do believe that the Temple Institute fully intends to conduct a red heifer sacrifice at some point in 2024.

And when that happens, Israel’s enemies are going to go haywire.

As CBS News has reported, Hamas has actually admitted that the red heifers were one of the reasons why they attacked Israel on October 7th…

When Hamas spokesman Abu Ubaida began a speech marking the 100th day of the war in Gaza, one confounding yet eye-opening proclamation escaped the headlines. Listing the motives for the Palestinian militant group’s Oct. 7 massacre in Israel, he accused Jews of “bringing red cows” to the Holy Land.

The cows he was talking about are red heifers, which now graze at a secure, undisclosed location in the Israeli-occupied West Bank. Some Jews and Christians believe they’re key to rebuilding the Jewish temple that once stood in Jerusalem, and to beckoning the Messiah.

Once Israel’s enemies realize that a red heifer has been sacrificed, they are going to go absolutely nuts.

So this is a really big deal.

Let’s keep watching and praying, because it appears that events in the Middle East are about to get very, very interesting.

Late Breaking News on the Red Heifer

Israel to hold Conference on preparation for Red Heifer Ritual

Jordan News

TEL AVIV — The Temple Institute is scheduled to hold a conference on Wednesday to discuss the religious preparations for performing the ritual of sacrificing the red heifer.

This ritual aims to purify from the ‘impurity of the dead’ to surpass the prohibition imposed by the Great Rabbinate of Israel from entering the Al-Aqsa Mosque due to the lack of purity condition, Quds Press reported.

The conference will be held in the Shiloh settlement north of Ramallah, where the five cows, imported from Texas, are under special care and round-the-clock monitoring.

Several rabbis advocating for conducting the rituals will speak at the conference after the cows have reached the minimum legal age required for the purification process, which is two years and two months. This condition specifies that the cows must not be younger than this, but they can be older.

Additionally, a report issued by the Jerusalem Foundation International in Lebanon on Tuesday explained that the extremist Temple groups rely on establishing the purification ritual with the red heifer to enable hundreds of thousands of religious Jews to enter the Al-Aqsa Mosque, who currently refrain from doing so out of adherence to the official rabbinic prohibition.

The foundation stated, “This – if it happens – would effectively open the way to multiplying the dangers surrounding Al-Aqsa and increasing the number of intruders and participants in imposing rituals therein.”

The Temple Institute had published an announcement last February calling for volunteer priests to be trained in the rituals of purification with the red heifer. It set special conditions for the volunteers, and this process is supposed to take place on a piece of land seized by these groups for this purpose on the Mount of Olives opposite the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

It is worth mentioning that the date recorded in the sacred religious texts of these groups for the slaughter of the red heifer and the purification falls on April 10, the day of Eid al-Fitr.

3 Days and 3 Nights -The Many Things This Proves

3 Days and 3 Nights -The Many Things This Proves

Mat 12:38  Then certain of the scribes and of the Pharisees answered, saying, Master, we want to see a sign from you. 39  But He answered and said to them, An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign. And there shall be no sign given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah. 40  For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the huge fish, so the Son of Man shall be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. 41  The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it, because they repented at the proclaiming of Jonah, and behold, One greater than Jonah is here. 42  The queen of the south shall rise up in the Judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it, for she came from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon, and behold, One greater than Solomon is here.

When we go to the account in Jonah, we read the following:

Jon 1:16  Then the men feared Jehovah exceedingly, and offered a sacrifice to Jehovah, and vowed vows. 17  And Jehovah had prepared a great fish to swallow up Jonah. And Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights.

Jon 2:1  And Jonah prayed to Jehovah his God out of the fish’s belly, 2  and he said, I cried to Jehovah from my distress. And He answered me. Out of the belly of Sheol I cried for help, and You heard my voice. 3  For You cast me into the depths of the seas, and the current surrounded me. All Your breakers and Your waves passed over me. 4  Then I said, I am cast off from Your eyes, yet I will look again toward Your holy temple. 5  Waters encompassed me, even to the soul; the depth closed around me; the seaweed was bound to my head. 6  I went down to the bottoms of the mountains; the earth with her bars was around me forever; yet You have brought up my life from the pit, O Jehovah my God. 7  When my soul fainted within me, I remembered Jehovah; and my prayer came in to You, into Your holy temple. 8  They who take heed to lying vanities forsake their kindness; 9  but I will sacrifice to You with the voice of thanksgiving; I will fulfill that which I have vowed. Salvation belongs to Jehovah! 10  And Jehovah spoke to the fish, and it vomited Jonah out on the dry land.

This sign that Yehshua gave was the only sign that He was the Messiah. It was the only sign.

When John asked if He was the Messiah, Yehshua said;

Mat 11:1  And it happened, when Jesus had finished commanding His twelve disciples, He left there to teach and to proclaim in their cities. 2  But when John heard in the prison of the works of Christ, he sent two of his disciples. 3  And they said to Him, Are You he who should come, or do we look for another? 4  Jesus answered and said to them, Go and tell John again those things which you hear and see: 5  the blind receive their sight, and the lame walk; the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear; the dead are raised, and the poor have the gospel proclaimed to them.

Joh 1:1  In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2  He was in the beginning with God. 3  All things came into being through Him, and without Him not even one thing came into being that has come into being. 4  In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 14  And the Word became flesh, and tabernacled among us. And we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and of truth.

Isa 43:3  For I am Jehovah your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior; I gave Egypt for your ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for you.

Yehovah was and is our saviour. Yehovah was and is Yehshua. Yehovah is the one we hung on the tree.

Isa_43:14  So says Jehovah, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; For your sake I have sent to Babylon, and have brought down all of them as fugitives, and the Chaldeans, whose shout is in the ships.

Isa 43:15  I am Jehovah, your Holy One, the Creator of Israel, your King.

Isa_44:6  So says Jehovah, the King of Israel, and His redeemer Jehovah of Hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and besides Me there is no God.

Isa_44:24  So says Jehovah, your Redeemer, and He who formed you from the womb, I am Jehovah who makes all things; who stretches out the heavens alone; who spreads out the earth; who was with Me?

Isa_47:4  Our Redeemer, Jehovah of Hosts is His name, the Holy One of Israel.

Isa_48:17  So says Jehovah, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel, I am Jehovah your God who teaches you to profit, who leads you by the way that you should go.

Isa_49:7  So says Jehovah, the Redeemer of Israel, His Holy One, to Him whom man despises, to Him whom the nation hates, the servant of rulers: Kings shall see and arise, rulers also shall worship, because of Jehovah who is faithful, the Holy One of Israel, and He shall choose You.

There are a number of things that this only sign of being in the grave 3 days and 3 nights reveals to us and helps us to know a number of things that seem confused in our time now by those who do not keep the Torah.

But the scripture in Thessalonians always rings true the more I think about it. Those who refuse to believe the Torah are given over to delusional thinking, and they believe it.

2Th 2:7  For the mystery of lawlessness is already working, only he is now holding back until it comes out of the midst. 8  And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the breath of His mouth and shall destroy with the brightness of His coming, 9  whose coming is according to the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10  and with all deceit of unrighteousness in those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, so that they might be saved. 11  And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie, 12  so that all those who do not believe the truth, but delight in unrighteousness, might be condemned.

There are many today who believe in delusional teachings. And the more they chase after them, the more delusional they become. Those who say the Lunar Sabbath is the ‘true’ Sabbath or the Enoch Calendar or the Jubilee Calendar or even the Hebrew calendar are the ‘true’ and holy Calendars we are to follow. Many say that Good Friday and Easter Sunday are the true holidays we are to keep. Again, because these people did not delight in the Torah, they were given over to these delusional ideas and have fallen head over heels after them.

The only sign given is that the Messiah would be in the grave for three days and three nights. This simple statement proves each of these other calendars to be false. All you have to do is stop and think about it for a little while.

But there is even more that this simple line proves to be false. Many expect and believe with their whole hearts that Jesus is coming back very soon now. Any day or at least at the end of the 6th millennial day, whenever that ends. And then he is going to take them all to heaven at the rapture, where they will be with Him in heaven forever.

The only sign that the person who was killed on the tree on the 14th of Nisan is our Savior and Messiah was that He would come out of the grave 3 days and 3 nights later, just as Jonah came out of the fish 3 days and 3 nights later. Yet this simple statement proves all of these claims above to be false claims.

Good Friday- Easter Sunday

If Yehshua was killed at 3 PM on Good Friday and rose from the grave Easter Sunday, then we are all morons.

Let’s count Friday as one day. It was not because it was at the end of the day when He died, but let us just count it anyway.

We have Friday and Friday night as one day and one night.

Then we have Saturday and Saturday night for the 2nd day and night.

Then we have Sunday and Sunday Night. As the 3rd day and night.

If you believe in Good Friday and Easter Sunday do you not see a problem here? It is impossible to get 3 days and 3 nights when even your tradition says He rose Sunday morning.

I will explain in the next section with scriptures and answer both it and this Good Friday scenario at the same time if you will allow me.

Wednesday the 14th Thursday the 15th, Friday the 16th, Sabbath the 17th, 1st day the 18th

We begin in John chapter 18. Chapter 17 is the last supper and they have now gone over to the Mount of Olives where Yehshua is arrested.

We need to explain this so that some understand that the day begins when the sun sets. Sunset is the start of the day, and then the morning is the next 12 hours of that same day.

We read in Genesis;

Gen 1:3  And God said, Let there be light. And there was light. 4  And God saw the light that it was good. And God divided between the light and the darkness. 5  And God called the light, Day. And He called the darkness, Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

Gen 1:6  And God said, Let there be an expanse in the middle of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. 7  And God made the expanse, and divided the waters which were under the expanse from the waters which were above the expanse; and it was so. 8  And God called the expanse, Heavens. And the evening and the morning were the second day.

Gen 1:9  And God said, Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together to one place, and let the dry land appear; and it was so. 10  And God called the dry land, Earth. And He called the gathering together of the waters, Seas. And God saw that it was good. 11  And God said, Let the earth bring forth tender sprouts (the herb seeding seed and the fruit tree producing fruit after its kind, whose seed is in itself) upon the earth; and it was so. 12  And the earth brought forth tender sprouts, the herb yielding seed after its kind, and the tree producing fruit after its kind, whose seed was in itself. And God saw that it was good. 13  And the evening and the morning were the third day.

Gen 1:14  And God said, Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to divide between the day and the night. And let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days and years. 15  And let them be for lights in the expanse of the heavens to give light upon the earth. And it was so. 16  And God made two great lights: the greater light to rule the day and the smaller light to rule the night, and the stars also. 17  And God set them in the expanse of the heavens to give light upon the earth, 18  and to rule over the day and over the night; and to divide between the light and the darkness. And God saw that it was good. 19  And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.

Gen 1:20  And God said, Let the waters swarm with swarmers having a living soul; and let birds fly over the earth on the face of the expanse of the heavens. 21  And God created great sea-animals, and every living soul that creeps with which the waters swarmed after their kind; and every winged fowl after its kind. And God saw that it was good. 22  And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the waters of the seas and let the fowl multiply in the earth. 23  And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.

Gen 1:24  And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after its kind, cattle, and creepers, and its beasts of the earth after its kind; and it was so. 25  And God made the beasts of the earth after its kind, and cattle after their kind, and all creepers upon the earth after their kind. And God saw that it was good. 26  And God said, Let Us make man in Our image, after Our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the heavens, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over all the creepers creeping on the earth. 27  And God created man in His image; in the image of God He created him. He created them male and female. 28  And God blessed them. And God said to them, Be fruitful, and multiply and fill the earth, and subdue it. And have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the fowl of the heavens, and all animals that move upon the earth. 29  And God said, Behold! I have given you every herb seeding seed which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree in which is the fruit of a tree seeding seed; to you it shall be for food. 30  And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the heavens, and to every creeper on the earth which has in it a living soul every green plant is for food; and it was so. 31  And God saw everything that He had made, and behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

In each of the six days of creation Yehovah states that the evening and then the morning, parts of the same day. This then leaves us with an evening and the day part for the seventh day upon which Yehovah rested.

Gen 2:1  And the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. 2  And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had made. And He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had made. 3  And God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He had rested from all His work which God created to make.

To make sure you understand this sunset-to-sunset mentality, Yehovah then states it categorically in Lev 23.

Lev 23:26  And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying, 27  Also, on the tenth of this seventh month, this is a day of atonement. It shall be a holy convocation to you. And you shall afflict your souls and offer a fire offering to Jehovah. 28  And you shall do no work in that same day, for it is a day of atonement, in order to make an atonement for you before Jehovah your God. 29  For any soul who is not humbled in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people. 30  And any soul who does any work in that same day, the same soul will I destroy from among his people. 31  You shall do no kind of work. It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings. 32  It shall be to you a sabbath of rest, and you shall humble your souls. In the ninth of the month at evening, from evening to evening, you shall keep your sabbath.

You now have biblical proof that the day begins at sunset and then ends at sunset the next day. The Sabbath begins at sunset, not when three stars can be seen or other folklore traditions. Sunset to sunset.

Yehshua also said that there were 12 hours in a day. If there are 12 hours in a day then there are also 12 hours in the night.

Joh 11:9  Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If anyone walks in the day, he does not stumble because he sees the light of the world.

So our three days are three 12-hour periods of daylight and three 12-hour periods of nighttime.

Now, let’s begin to follow the chain of events that took place at this time in chronological order.

Yehshua had eaten the last super with the apostles and washed the disciples’ feet after sunset, when the 14th day of Nisan had begun. In the evening of this same 14th of Nisan, they walked over to the Mount of Olives, and there Yehshua prayed. And there, He was arrested and then brought before Annas and Caiaphas, the High Priest, while it was yet dark.

And still, while it was dark, they sent Yehshua to Pilot.

Joh 18:28  Then they led Jesus from Caiaphas into the praetorium. And it was early. And they did not go into the praetorium, that they should not be defiled, and that they might eat the Passover.

They would not enter the praetroium so as not to defile themselves before Passover, which starts at the end of the 14th day when the 15th begins.

Again, in John 19, we are told that it was the preparation day of the Passover. This is the 14th day of Nisan.

Mar 15:24  And when they had crucified Him, they divided His garments, casting lots on them, as, to what each should take. 25  And it was the third hour, and they crucified Him.

This 3rd hour is 9 AM on the day part of the 14th. Yehshua has now gone before Annas and Caiaphas. He went before Pilot and then Agrippa and back to Pilot. This all took place during the night and very early morning hours. And then, at 9 AM, He was hung on the tree.

Joh 19:13  Then when Pilate heard that saying, he brought Jesus out and sat down in the judgment seat at a place called the Pavement (but in the Hebrew, Gabbatha). 14  And it was the preparation of the Passover, and about the sixth hour. And he said to the Jews, Behold your king!

Luk 23:44  And it was about the sixth hour, and there was a darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour. 45  And the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was torn in the middle. 46  And crying with a loud voice, Jesus said, Father, into Your hands I commit My spirit. And when He had said this, He breathed out the spirit.

Then, when Yehshua had died, the Priest asked to have the legs broken in order that those being crucified might die faster so that they could take them down from the tree before the High Holy Day of Passover actually began on the 15th day at sunset.

Joh 19:30  Then when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, It is finished! And He bowed His head and gave up the spirit. 31  Then the Jews, because it was Preparation, begged Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away, so that the bodies should not remain on the cross on the sabbath. For that sabbath was a high day. 32  Then the soldiers came and broke the legs of the first, and of the other who was crucified with Him. 33  But when they came to Jesus and saw that He was already dead, they did not break His legs.

After Yehshua died on the tree at about 3 PM, which is the 9th hour, then Joseph of Arimathea had to cross over the Kidron and go back to the Praetorium and ask Pilot for the body of Yehshua. He then had to return with the centurion, who stuck the spear in Yehshua to ensure he was dead. By this time, it would be the 10th hour. Now, with only about two hours until sunset, they had to remove the body and place it in the tomb before sunset as the High Holy Day was about to begin.

Joh 19:38  And after these things, Joseph of Arimathea, being a disciple of Jesus (but secretly for fear of the Jews) begged of Pilate that he might take away the body of Jesus. And Pilate gave permission. Then he came and took the body of Jesus. 39  And Nicodemus also came, who at the first came to Jesus by night, and brought a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about a hundred pounds. 40  Then they took the body of Jesus and wound it with linens with the spices, as is the custom of the Jews to bury. 41  And in the place where He was crucified there was a garden, and in the garden a new tomb in which no one yet had been placed. 42  There, then, because of the Preparation of the Jews, because the tomb was near, they laid Jesus.

On the 15th day of Nisan is the High Holy Day that John spoke of.

Lev 23:5  In the fourteenth day of the first month, between the evenings, is Jehovah’s Passover, 6  and on the fifteenth day of the same month is the Feast of Unleavened Bread to Jehovah. You must eat unleavened bread seven days. 7  On the first day you shall have a holy convocation. You shall do no work of labor,

I want you to look at this next verse carefully.

Luk 23:53  And he took it down and wrapped it in linen. And he laid it in a tomb that had been cut in the stone, in which no man had before been laid. 54  And that day was the Preparation, and the sabbath drew on. 55  And also women were following, who were accompanying Him out of Galilee, who watched the tomb, and how His body was placed.

Luk 23:56  And they returned and they prepared spices and ointment. And they rested on the sabbath day according to the commandment.

Verse 53 tells you it is still the 14th day when Yehshua was killed and they laid him in the tomb. It was the preparation day for the high Holy Day which is also called a Sabbath. That Sabbath that was about to come was the 15th day of the month and it is the First day of Unleavened Bread. This is why they rushed to get His body in the grave.

Notice in verse 56 that they worked to prepare the spices and ointments. This could not be done on the High Day, but it was done on Friday, which is also the preparation day for the weekly Sabbath, which they rested on. Notice it says they “returned” after the High Holy Day and prepared the ointment on the Friday, Preparation day.

Luk 24:1  And on the first of the sabbaths, while still very early, they came to the tomb bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them.

This expression, the first of the Sabbath is the first day of the Feast of Weeks when they began the counting of the Omer.

Mar 16:1  And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene and Mary, the mother of James and Salome, had bought sweet spices so that they might come and anoint Him. 2  And very early in the morning, the first day of the week, they came upon the tomb, the sun having risen. 3  And they said among themselves, Who will roll away the stone from the door of the tomb for us? 4  And looking up, they saw that the stone had been rolled back, for it was very great. 5  And entering into the tomb, they saw a young man sitting on the right, clothed in a long white garment. And they were frightened. 6  And he said to them, Do not be frightened. You seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He is risen, He is not here. Behold the place where they laid Him. 7  But go tell His disciples and Peter that He goes before you into Galilee. There you will see Him, as He said to you. 8  And they went out quickly and fled from the tomb. For they trembled and were amazed. Neither did they say anything to anyone, for they were afraid. 9  And when Jesus had risen early the first day of the Sabbath, He appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom He had cast seven demons.

Joh 20:1  The first of the sabbaths Mary Magdalene came early to the tomb, darkness still being on it, and she saw the stone taken away from the tomb. 2  Then she ran and came to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple whom Jesus loved, and said to them, They have taken away the Lord out of the tomb, and we do not know where they have laid Him. 3  Therefore Peter and that other disciple went forth and came to the tomb. 4  So they both ran together. And the other disciple outran Peter and came first to the tomb. 5  And stooping down he saw the linens lying, yet he did not go in. 6  Then Simon Peter came following him and went into the tomb. And he saw the linens lying there. 7  And the grave-cloth that was on His head was not lying with the linens, but was wrapped up in one place by itself. 8  Therefore, then, that other disciple also went in, the one who came first to the tomb. And he saw and believed. 9  For as yet they did not know the Scripture that He must rise again from the dead. 10  Then the disciples went away again to themselves. 11  But Mary stood outside of the tomb, weeping. And as she wept, she stooped down into the tomb. 12  And she saw two angels in white sitting there, the one at the head and the other at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain. 13  And they said to her, Woman, why do you weep? She said to them, Because they have taken away my Lord, and I do not know where they have laid Him. 14  And when she had said this, she turned backward and saw Jesus standing, but she did not know that it was Jesus. 15  Jesus said to her, Woman, why do you weep? Whom do you seek? Supposing Him to be the gardener, she said to Him, Sir, if you have carried Him away from here, tell me where you have laid Him and I will take Him away. 16  Jesus said to her, Mary! She turned herself and said to Him, Rabboni! (which is to say, Master!) 17  Jesus said to her, Do not touch Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father. But go to My brothers and say to them, I ascend to My Father and Your Father, and to My God and your God.

But later, this same day, Yehshua appeared to them and asked the apostles to touch him and examine the holes in His hands and feet.

Joh 20:18  Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord and that He had spoken these things to her. 19  Then the same day at evening, being the first of the sabbaths, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, Peace to you! 20  And when He had said this, He showed them His hands and His side. Then the disciples were glad when they saw the Lord. 21  Then Jesus said to them again, Peace to you. As My Father has sent Me, even so I send you. 22  And when He had said this, He breathed on them and said to them, Receive the Holy Spirit.

Luk 24:36  And as they spoke this, Jesus Himself stood in their midst, and said to them, Peace to you! 37  But they were terrified and filled with fear, for they thought they saw a spirit. 38  And He said to them, Why are you troubled, and why do thoughts arise in your hearts? 39  Behold My hands and My feet, that I am He! Handle Me and see, for a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see Me have. 40  And when He had spoken this, He showed them His hands and feet. 41  And while they still did not believe for joy, and wondered, He said to them, Have you any food here? 42  And they handed to Him a piece of a broiled fish and of a honeycomb. 43  And He took it and ate before them. 44  And He said to them, These are the words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things must be fulfilled which were written in the Law of Moses and in the Prophets and in the Psalms about Me. 45  And He opened their mind to understand the Scriptures. 46  And He said to them, So it is written, and so it behoved Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day, 47  and that repentance and remission of sins should be proclaimed in His name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. 48  And you are witnesses of these things. 49  And behold, I send the promise of My father on you. But you sit in the city of Jerusalem until you are clothed with power from on high. 50  And He led them out as far as Bethany. And lifting up His hands, He blessed them. 51  And it happened as He blessed them, He withdrew from them and was carried up into Heaven. 52  And worshiping Him, they returned to Jerusalem with great joy. 53  And they were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen.

At first, Mary could not touch Him, but later that same day, Yehshua told the Apostles to touch Him and examine the holes in His hands and feet.

You now have the chronology of the events surrounding the death and resurrection of Yehshua.

He was arrested in the evening of the 14th day. Tuesday evening. He was then tried and hung on the tree at 9 AM again, still on the 14th day, which is now Wednesday. At 3 PM, He dies, and by about 5 PM or 6 PM, just before sunset, He is buried. All of this is on the 14th day of the 1st month. Sunset to sunset.

Wednesday after Sunset is the start of the High Holy Day of the 1st Day of Unleavened Bread. It is the 15th day of the 1st month. Thursday day is also this same Feast day. This is now the 1st night and the 1st day of the counting of the 3 days and 3 nights.

Thursday night and Friday day is the weekly Preparation day for the weekly Sabbath. This is the day the ointment was prepared. This is the 16th day of the 1st Month. It is now the second night and the 2nd day Yehshua was in the earth.

Friday night and Saturday day is the weekly Sabbath and it is the 3rd night and the 3rd day. This is now the 17th day of the 1st month.

Then the women came on the first day while it was still dark to apply the ointment  But Yehshua was already gone. He would have risen from the tomb at the end of the Sabbath and just as the 1st day of the week was about to begin at sunset.

The 1st day of the week would then be Saturday night and Sunday day and this was the 18th day of the 1st month.

It was at 9 AM, the time of the morning sacrifices, that Yehshua rose to Heaven as the wave Sheaf offering. Once He presented Himself and those He took with Him from the graves, then he returned to the earth the same day on the 1st day of the week, where he met the Apostles.

Now that we have the biblical scriptures to back us up, we can easily see that Good Friday and Easter Sunday are not even close to what the scriptures actually say.

The next thing this chronology shows to be a false teaching is the Lunar Sabbath lie that some try to put over on those who do not do a complete bible study. The Lunar Sabbath people say that every Sabbath comes on the 14th or the 15th day of every month. (there are two schools of thought in this. One is the 14th and the other is the 15th).

But no matter which school is putting forth these lies, in the chronology above from your own Bible, both the 14th day, a Wednesday, and the 15th day, a Thursday, are never considered the Sabbath. The High Sabbath was on Thursday, but the weekly Sabbath was on the 17th day. And this weekly Sabbath proves them wrong.

Wednesday the 14th must have a crescent moon to begin the month.

We have been emphasizing the importance of knowing how the month begins and that it begins with the first visible crescent of the moon sighted after sunset.

We have now established from the gospel accounts that Wednesday must be the 14th day of the 1st month in order to have 3 days and 3 nights completed in time for the women and apostles to see Yehshua on the 1st day while it was still dark.

Now we must look and see if there is a crescent moon visible in Jerusalem that ends up having a Tuesday evening and Wednesday day, 14 days later for the preparation day.

We read that Yehshua was beginning His 30th year when He started His ministry after being baptized by John.

We have proven in other teachings, which we are not going to cover in this one that Yehshua was born Sept 11, 3 B.C. and the time when He began His ministries was after the Feast of Trumpets in 28 C.E.

Luk 3:23  And Jesus Himself was beginning to be about thirty years of age, being (as was supposed) son of Joseph, son of of Heli,

From Trumpets 3 BC until the year 28 is 30 years. At the Feast of Trumpets 29 CE, Yehshua was 30 years on this earth.

Yehshua then read the Isaiah scroll at Passover in 28 C.E., which is the acceptable year, or the Sabbatical year.

Luk 4:18  “The Spirit of the Lord is on Me; because of this He has anointed Me to proclaim the Gospel to the poor. He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim deliverance to the captives, and new sight to the blind, to set at liberty those having been crushed, 19  to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.”

When we count the Passovers, we can see that there were three years that passed from the start of His ministry to the final Passover when He was killed.

Joh_2:13  And the Passover of the Jews was near, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.

Joh_2:23  And as He was in Jerusalem at the Passover, at the feast, many believed in His name when they saw the miracles which He did.

Then we read about His travels and, in Chapter 5, another Feast when Yehshua went again to Jerusalem. This is now the year 29 CE

Joh_5:1  After this there was a feast of the Jews, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.

The next Passover is now in Chapter 6, and then the Feast of Tabernacles followed this in John 7. This now makes it 30 CE

Joh_6:4  And the Passover was near, a feast of the Jews.

Joh_7:2  And the Jewish Feast of Tabernacles was near.

The next mention of Passover is now chapter 11, and this then leads us up to the time Yehshua was crucified at Passover 31 CE.

Joh_11:55  And the Jews’ Passover was near. And many went out of the country up to Jerusalem before the Passover in order to purify themselves.

When we check the Torah calendar dates for 31 CE. we can see that in the month they claim to be the first month there was a crescent moon on the Tuesday night Wednesday day. But this makes the 14th land on a Tuesday unless the moon was not seen, and they had a 30-day month the month before.

If the month before was a 30 day month then we have a crescent moon to begin the month and the 14th landing on Wednesday matching the day Yehshua was killed.

But lets say that they had a 13th month that year. This would make what Torah Calendars is saying is the 1st month, it would make it the 13th month. This would then make the 2nd month according to them, the 1st month.

When we look at this month as if it was the 1st month, the crescent moon was seen on Wednesday evening Thursday making the 14th day a Wednesday and matching the exact day when Yehshua was killed. The 15th of this month also had a blood moon on it.

Right now we have shown you that Yehshua was indeed in the grave three days and three nights. This proves the good Friday and easter sunday people to be in error. When you actually count the dates, we can then show the Lunar Sabbath people false. Knowing the year also shows us that in 31CE, there was a crescent moon to begin the month, and it shows us that the Conjunction calendar was not in use. Thus showing all those who use the Hebrew Enoch, Jubilee or any other conjunction calendar to be a false teaching also. We have one more thing to show you.

Three millennial Days brings us to the end of the 7th Millennium

In the year 967 BC. Solomon completed the Temple and dedicated it. This was just 70 years before the end of the 3rd millennial day. See the chart below.

The Temple stood during the 4th Millennial day and was destroyed 3 times. It was destroyed in 586 BC. and then again during the Maccabean days and then again the final time in 70 CE. It was also during this 4th Millennial day that the Ten Tribes of Israel were destroyed in 723 BC. Judah was destroyed in 586 BC. And again in 70 CE.

And as we have just shown you, Yehshua was also destroyed in 31 CE. which was also during this 4th Millennial day.

This 4th Millennial Day matches up with the Wednesday Crucifixion, which took place on the 4th day of the week. Do you see the similarities?

In the Book of Hebrews, it talks of us entering into His Rest.

Heb_3:18  And to whom did He swear that they should not enter into His rest, but to those who did not believe?

Heb_4:1  Therefore, a promise being left to enter into His rest, let us fear lest any of you should seem to come short of it.

Heb_4:10  For he who has entered into his rest, he also has ceased from his own works, as God did from His.

This Rest being spoken of is the 1000 reign of David that is about to begin. It is the Sabbath rest. Just like the 7th day Sabbath is the day of rest for us each week, the 7th Millennium will also be a rest from the works of Satan.

Rev_20:2  And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him a thousand years.

Rev_20:4  And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the witness of Jesus and for the Word of God, and who had not worshiped the beast nor his image, nor had received his mark on their foreheads, nor in their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

Rev_20:6  Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. The second death has no authority over these, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and will reign with Him a thousand years.

I cannot help but wonder what all those Christians who want to be in that “rest” will do, but will not keep the weekly Sabbath rest that typifies what Hebrews is writing about.

(The chart above matches the chart below. In the chart below, each number represents the 49 year Jubilee cycle. In each Millennium there are 20 Jubilee cycles made up of 49 years each. Hence the first 20 Jubilee cycles add up to 980 years. Then in the next 20 Jubilee cycles in the 2nd Millennium there are 1960 years. These numbers start at the creation of Adam and come down to our time now using the 49 year Jubilee counting system. When we convert them to the current Gregorian numbering system we have the chart above. Both charts are the same only one counts by 49s starting from 0 when Adam was created and the one above is using the CE and BC numbering that matches the one below. So 2044 in the 6th millennial day above is the same year as 5880 in the 6th millennial day below. And 49 in the first Millennial day below is the same year as 3788 BC in the 1st Millennial day above.)

Down through man’s history, a few people have indeed heard Yehovah’s voice.

In the first millennium Yehovah spoke directly to Adam and Eve (Genesis 3:8) and to Cain (Genesis 4:6).

In the second Millennium Yehovah spoke to Noah Genesis 8:15 Genesis 9:8)

Then in the 3rd millennium Yehovah spoke to Abraham (Genesis 12:1-3; 17:1-2), to Jacob (Genesis 28:13-15; 32:26-29), to Moses (Exodus 3:4; 19:19), to David (1 Kings 5:5, 1 Kings 8:15, 1 Kings 8:26).

And in the 4th Millennium Yehovah spoke to Solomon ( 1 Kings 3:5, 1 Kings 11:9) and to Elijah (I Kings 19:9, 11-12) and the Apostles (Mat 3:17, Mat 17:5)  and to Paul (Acts 9:4).

But in the 5th millennium and the 6th millennium no one has heard Yehovah speak to them. His silence is the same as when He was in the grave during those 3 days and 3 nights. But the third day and the 3rd night was the Sabbath. When we compare the crucifixion week to the Millennial week we must conclude that we are not going to meet Yehovah until the end of the 7th Millennium.

Yes, I am fully aware of what it says in Ezekiel.

Eze_20:35  And I will bring you into the wilderness of the people, and there I will enter into judgment with you face to face.

With the exception of the remnant in the wilderness, the world has not heard from nor will hear from Yehovah until the end of the 7th Millennium. It the exact same way Yehshua was silent during those 3 days and 3 nights in the grave.

This understanding is also confirmed when we look at the Holy Days themselves. The Feast of Sukkot represents the wedding party. It also represents the 7000 year plan of Yehovah. Those seven days are followed by the 8th Day Feast. It is a separate Feast from Sukkot. It is also known as the Feast of Dedication in John 10:22 and is when King Solomon dedicated the Temple after he completed the construction of it.

The 8th Day Feast and the Feast of Trumpets and the Jubilee year as well as Shavuot all have a similar theme in the messages they each convey. In fact the whole purpose of all the Holy Days of Lev 23 is to show us the meaning of Yehovah’s heart. He wants to dwell with us here on this earth.

Read again Revelation;

Rev 21:1  And I saw a new heaven and a new earth. For the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. And the sea no longer is. 2  And I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down from God out of Heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her Husband. 3  And I heard a great voice out of Heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they will be His people, and God Himself will be with them and be their God.

Yehovah is going to dwell with us on this earth. We are not going to heaven to live there for ever and ever after the rapture. We will be resurrected here on this earth and Yehovah is going to dwell with us. But when does this take place.

That is what the 8th Day Feast is showing us. Yehovah will dwell with man on earth after the 7th Millennium is over. He will dwell with us in the 8th Millennium. He will not dwell with us in the 7th because Satan has to be set free for a short time at the end of the 7th millennium to tempt those who have been brought back to life at the end for the judgment.

Rev 20:1  And I saw an angel come down from Heaven, having the key of the abyss and a great chain in his hand. 2  And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him a thousand years. 3  And he cast him into the abyss and shut him up and set a seal on him, that he should deceive the nations no more until the thousand years should be fulfilled. And after that he must be loosed a little time. 4  And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the witness of Jesus and for the Word of God, and who had not worshiped the beast nor his image, nor had received his mark on their foreheads, nor in their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5  But the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. 6  Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. The second death has no authority over these, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and will reign with Him a thousand years. 7  And when the thousand years have expired, Satan will be loosed out of his prison. 8  And he will go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle. The number of them is as the sand of the sea. 9  And they went up over the breadth of the earth and circled around the camp of the saints, and the beloved city. And fire came down from God out of Heaven and devoured them. 10  And the Devil who deceived them was cast into the Lake of Fire and Brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet were . And he will be tormented day and night forever and ever. 11  And I saw a great white throne, and Him sitting on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And a place was not found for them. 12  And I saw the dead, the small and the great, stand before God. And books were opened, and another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13  And the sea gave up the dead in it. And death and hell delivered up the dead in them. And each one of them was judged according to their works. 14  And death and hell were cast into the Lake of Fire. This is the second death. 15  And if anyone was not found having been written in the Book of Life, he was cast into the Lake of Fire.

When Yehshua came out of the grave at the end of the Sabbath, The Saints also came out of the graves.

Mat 27:50  And crying again with a loud voice, Jesus released His spirit. 51  And, behold! The veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. And the earth quaked, and the rocks were sheared, 52  and the tombs were opened, and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep arose, 53  and coming out of the tomb after His resurrection they went into the holy city and appeared to many.

These Saints went into Jerusalem that night and the next morning when the wave sheaf offering was made at 9AM, Yehshua and all of these Saints who had come back to life ascended up to heaven where Yeshua presented them to Yehovah as the First Fruits of Mankind. But this was also an example of those who would be raised up at the end of the 7th Millennium. And they will be judged and their names found in the book of life or not.

Then on the 8th Day Feast, or the 8th Millennium the same as the wave sheaf was waved on that first day which is also the 8th day, the rest of mankind will be presented before Yehovah for the great wedding.

So Who is the Messiah that Reigns during the 7th Millennium?

This is going to be a very hard teaching for many of you to grasp. And that is okay. Please just read the scriptures and pray about it. We have an article that you should read. I am Yehovah and Besides Me there is no Saviour! This is your wake up call.

I am saying that the person we hung on that tree at Passover in 31 CE was none other than Yehovah. I am also saying that He, Yehovah, will not marry us until the 8th Millennium. And I am also saying that King David is the one who is the Messiah, the Mashiach, or the Anointed one that will rule for the 7th Millennium.

Ask yourself this question. Satan is locked away and then let loose at the end of the 7th Millennium. Would Yehovah be ruler on this earth at the same time Satan is to be set loose again? I say no, He would not. Satan is the one who brought death into the world. Satan is the one who holds us captives in death.

The Beast and the False Prophet at the beginning of the 7th Millennium are thrown into the lake of fire. Satan is then thrown into the lake of fire at the end of the 7th Millennium. Along with Satan, death and the grave are cast into the lake of fire. Yehovah did not make us for the grave or to die. But Satan does hold us captive with these two tools at his disposal.

Rev_19:20  And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet doing signs before it, (by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast), and those who had worshiped his image. The two were thrown alive into the Lake of Fire burning with brimstone.

Rev_20:10  And the Devil who deceived them was cast into the Lake of Fire and Brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet were . And he will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

Rev_20:14  And death and hell were cast into the Lake of Fire. This is the second death. 15  And if anyone was not found having been written in the Book of Life, he was cast into the Lake of Fire.

Let us again go over some scriptures Yehovah shared with us about who is going to rule during the 7th Millennium.

Jer 30:1The Word that came to Jeremiah from Jehovah, saying, 2So speaks Jehovah, the God of Israel, saying, Write all the Words that I have spoken to you in a book. 3For, lo, the days come, says Jehovah, that I will bring again the captivity of My people Israel and Judah, says Jehovah. And I will cause them to return to the land that I gave their fathers, and they shall possess it. 4And these are the Words that Jehovah spoke concerning Israel and concerning Judah. 5For so says Jehovah, We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace. 6Ask now, and see whether a man is giving birth? Why do I see every man with his hands on his loins, like a woman in labor, and all faces are turned into paleness? 7Alas! For that day is great, so that none is like it; it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he shall be saved out of it. 8For it shall be in that day, says Jehovah of Hosts, I will break his yoke from your neck and will burst your bonds. And strangers shall no longer enslave him, 9but they shall serve Jehovah their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up to them.
At the beginning of the 7th Millennium during the second wave offering of Shavuot when those who are alive will rise up to greet Him in the air and those who are dead will be raised from the grave.

1Th 4:15  For we say this to you by the Word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord shall not go before those who are asleep. 16  For the Lord Himself shall descend from Heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ shall rise first. 17  Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air. And so we shall ever be with the Lord. 18  Therefore comfort one another with these words.

This is the meaning of the Feast of Shavuot and it is at this time that David will be raised up. Those of us who are alive will also be changed in the twinkling of an eye. This is the rapture that many who do not know what they are talking about talk about.

Eze 34:23 And I will set up one Shepherd over them, and He shall feed them, My servant David. He shall feed them, and He shall be their Shepherd. 24 And I Jehovah will be their God, and My servant David a ruler among them. I Jehovah have spoken.

Eze 37:22 And I will make them one nation in the land on the mountains of Israel, and one King shall be king to them all. And they shall not still be two nations, nor shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all. 23 Nor shall they be defiled with their idols, even with their filthy idols, nor with all of their transgressions. But I will save them out of all their dwelling places, in them where they sinned, and will cleanse them. And they shall be to Me for a people, and I will be to them for God. 24 And David My servant shall be King over them. And there shall be one Shepherd to all of them. And they shall walk in My judgments, and obey My Laws, and do them. 25 And they shall dwell in the land that I have given to Jacob My servant, the land in which your fathers have lived. And they shall dwell in it, even they and their sons, and the sons of their sons for ever. And My servant David shall be their ruler forever.

Hos 3:5 Afterward the sons of Israel shall return and seek Jehovah their God and David their king. And they shall fear Jehovah and His goodness in the ends of the days.

Amo 9:11 In that day I will raise up the booth of David that has fallen, and close up its breaks; and I will raise up its ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old; 12 so that they may possess the remnant of Edom, and of all the nations on whom My name is called, says Jehovah who is doing this.

So if you will allow me to summarize what I understand.

The first wave sheaf that took place at Passover in 31 C.E. was the first time ever humans were raised from the grave, besides Lazarus.

Mathew 27:50  And crying again with a loud voice, Jesus released His spirit.

This is the whole purpose of the wave sheaf day.

The next one, the next wave sheaf is at Shavuot.

This is when the rest of us will be raised up

1Co 15:51 Behold, I speak a mystery to you; we shall not all fall asleep, but we shall all be changed; 52 in a moment, in a glance of an eye, at the last trumpet. For a trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall all be changed.

This is the meaning of Shavuot.

That is when David will be raised and this takes place at the end of the 3 1/2 year tribulation.

The start of the 7th Millennium is then set to start.

Now many assume there are two gods or even three. God Jesus and the Holy Spirit. But this is not so. Yehovah says in Isaiah there in no redeemer and no messiah beside Him. The eighth day feast is all about the coming of Yehovah to dwell here on this earth with us.

Even His death and burial for 3 days and 3 nights confirms this.

He was killed at the end of the 4th millennium and 3 millennium later brings us to the end of the 7th millennium and the start of the 8th millennium. Again this is what the 8th Day Feast is all about.

At Passover He was in the grave for 3 days and 3 nights beginning with the end of the 4th day. He comes out of the grave at the end of the 7th Day of rest and ascends at the wave offering on the 8th day or the first day of the week.

Let’s read what it actually says about the 3 days and 3 nights:

Mat_12:40  For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.

Nothing in that verse is saying that the Son of man will be in the grave. The Heart of the Earth is NOT the Grave. The Heart of the Earth is where the Sin is. For remember the following verse:

Eze 36:26  A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.

Jesus being in the Heart of the Earth means He was being put to the subjection of the the sinners as He was given the sins of the world. When those sins were laid upon Him, He was then in the Heart of the Earth. He was therefore under the subjection of sin until His resurrection.

Recall that NIGHT and DAY existed BEFORE the Sun and Moon and the Stars. So they are not defined by them those those objects had the dominion over Night and Day. Therefore, if the sun is not shining then it is NIGHT by right of that dominion. So during the crucifixion darkness came over the land. So therefore, you need to realize the 3 days and 3 nights are as follows:

Day 1 – Jesus is given the condemnation during that day of His Crucifixion which means He is in the Heart of the Earth with the sins of the people upon Him. Nissan 14.

Night 1 – Darkness comes over the land while Jesus is still on the cross. Nissan 14

Day 2 – Darkness clears and light it is light again with Jesus still on the cross. Nissan 14

Night 2 – Jesus is taken down from the cross and put into the Tomb. Nissan 15

Day 3 – Jesus in Tomb. Feast of Unleavened Bread – High Sabbath – 15th of Nissan

Night 3 – Jesus in Tomb and will be risen in the morning – now the 16th of Nissan.

Jesus appears to His Disciples – this is the 3rd day since His being crucified in the sense of the common day. 16th of Nissan and 1st Day of the Week.

No amount of evidence will ever persuade a fool.

This couldn’t be more applicable in our world at the moment. Where people demand evidence to prove misinformation they get online.

It Would Appear LG or Loud Gavel is desperately trying to prove or hang on to his lunar Sabbath lie. We do not normally allow false statements to pass through. But I think you all need to have a clear example of a desperate person who will not repent when proven wrong.
The death of Yehshua on the Wednesday the 14th of Nisan and in the grave for three days and three nights coming out of the grave at the end of the Sabbath Nisan 17, and the women coming on the 1st day of the week, Sunday, Nisan 18, which comes after the 7th day Sabbath, makes lunar sabbatarians loonie. It completely dismantles their lie.
And here you have Loud Gavel trying to make Nisan 14 and Nisan 15, (clearly two calendric dates) into three days and three nights.

I did not force anyone to post such a ridiculous response to our article, but some people do….

Pro 26:3 A whip for the horse, a bridle for the ass, and a rod for the fool’s back.
Pro 26:4 Do not answer a fool according to his foolishness, lest you also be like him.
Pro 26:5 Answer a fool according to his foolishness, so that he may not be wise in his own eyes.

“For if the blood of goats and bulls, and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling those who have been defiled, sanctify to the cleanness of the flesh, how much more will the blood of Messiah, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without defect to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? For this reason He is the mediator of a new covenant, since a death has occurred for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first covenant, that those who have been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.” Hebrews 9: 13-15

About King David ruling during the 7th millennium….
I guess this is what Romans 8:16-23 is talking about ?

” The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God; and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Messiah, if indeed we suffer with him, that we may also be glorified with Him.
For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed toward us. For the creation waits with eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. For the creation was subjected to vanity, not of its own will, but because of him who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of decay into the liberty of the glory of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and travails in pain together until now. Not only so, but ourselves also, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for adoption, the redemption of our body.”

…eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed…
…the liberty of the glory of the children of God…
King David resurrected, together with the rest of us that qualify, is what it’s eagerly expected to happen for soooooo looong …

Happy Sabbath Brother Joseph and all,
Thanks for the interesting info on the potential sacrificing of the red heifer, another clear sign that we are in the End Days. This will indeed turn the current war into a holy war for the Muslims. But how else do the Jews cleanse thousands of soldiers for Passover??? The comments you made at the end of the newsletter about Yahweh and Yahshua being the same being I don’t agree with. They are one (echad) in Spirit and purpose and in a hundred other ways…..like a husband and wife become echad in their shared marital life. They are united but separate beings. How many times did Yahshua clearly say that His will was subordinate to the Father’s! Yahweh’s Son, the firstborn of creation, the intercessor, the co-heir, the kinsman redeemer, the Lamb the Father provided, the Angel of the Prescence in the burning bush, the El assigned to Israel, etc., died on the tree/stake, not the El of Els that raised Him from the dead. Yahweh cannot die and Yahshua isn’t some sort of extension like is pictured in the false trinity concept. And it is Yahshua, that will return to the Mount of Olives as King of Kings of the whole Earth, the Messiah, NOT David, who will merely be the King over Israel. You can’t ignore dozens of scriptures to lessen the importance of Yahshua! Please Brother, lets discuss this more as I fear someone has led you astray. Yahweh the Father and Yahshua the Son are a family, they are both Elohim and we’ll soon join that family as Elohim too. Happy Passover Season to all, whether you are keeping in now, last month or next month. I truly believe that Yah still looks to our intent and obedience for now…..even if we don’t have it all perfect.
    Blessings to you all
    Jake

Joseph: My wife and I have grown weary of the chaos and unpleasantness generated by the popular Aviv barley observation sites, and this year began using the Hillel ll calendar – the “Jewish” calendar. The last act of the Sanhedrin sanctified this calendar we understand. We try to walk in His instructions. Tood-ah-loo, Peter
