Shabbat Shalom Brethren,

Once again welcome to the many new Brethren who are receiving this News letter for the very first time. With this News Letter and at this web site you will learn many of the prophetic messages contained in your bible and revealed through the understanding of the Sabbatical and Jubilee years.

This web site is growing and it is spreading. I continue to urge you all to do your part and warn your brethren and tell them of this Jubilee message and let them watch the DVD for free at Sightedmoon Media Archives

I also urge and pray you will tell those who teacher, with phone calls and emails urging them to look at this message of the Jubilee years, whether in a home group or at a church or synagogue or any of Messianic teachers. You have a duty to tell them, to warn them. I cannot reach them all.

We have just started the 11th month, which means the countdown to Aviv is two months away or maybe three if it is not found. But that is all the time left for you to prepare for this Sabbatical year. These people need time to read this report and to study their bible to see if it is so and then to store up enough food for the year as we are told to do in Lev 25.

If you do not do so, then you can read the curse that Yahweh is passing out right now as you are reading this in Lev. 26:14-40. We will be entering the time of the third curse in 2010.The time of food shortages and epidemics on a global scale. It will be on the nightly news the same way the first curse of terrorism was and still is on the nightly news; the same way severe weather was and still is also on the nightly news. Both of these curses we are still dealing with in the form of the war in Iraq and Afghanistan, and the after math of Katrina and Gustav.

The current global financial crisis is happening just I said it would on the DVD and is leading up and into the third curse. Check it out and know for sure, ignoring this warning puts your family and your children at risk during the next 8 years. Are you willing to gamble like this?

This week we bring you the announcement of the New Moon which was seen in Israel on Tuesday Evening making January 27th and 28th the first day of the 11th month. This week we shall look at the H5N1 bird flu which is killing people in Asia. We again look at the rising toll in Zimbabwe, and then the economy. But the shocker of the week was the report from California that they are about to go bankrupt. California no longer has the money to pay its bills. All this is in line with those things needed to pave the way for the third curse to start in North America after the Sabbatical year which is just 2 months away.

We are now in the 11th month, of the 6th year of the 2nd cycle of seven year cycles, or the 13th year, of the 119th Jubilee since creation The 11th month of the year 5844

On Tuesday January 27, 2009 the new moon was sighted from Israel. The new moon was first sighted from Jerusalem by Ziw Arieli at 17:25 and a few seconds later by Nehemia Gordon. Over the next few minutes the moon was sighted from the same location by Miri Burgin, Johan Schutte, Rilla Auzolat, Joelle Crawshaw, Devorah Gordon, CB Newman, Avi Marcus, Dina Marcus, Arieh Levi, and Valerie Knowles. The moon was also sighted from Haifa by Neria Haroeh at 17:30 and from Kefar Eldad by Bruce Brill.

Eleventh New Moon Report

Greetings from Israel on a lovely Rosh Chodesh in the Galilee! Tonight the breeze is warm, the sea is calm, and it is a perfect night for chatting you up for a few minutes…

The sighting of the new moon for the eleventh month of the year was questionable because it was only 1.43% illuminated at 11.61 degrees above the horizon five minutes after sunset, leaving little time to see the moon under the best of conditions.

Even though there was a hazy cloud cover over the Mediterranean Sea, before moon-set the gleaming sliver could clearly be seen against the darkening sky. I viewed the moon from the Poriyah ridge across the Kinneret from the Golan Heights and took a photo, but the little digital camera could not detail the hazy glow easily distinguishable with the naked eye.

Several hundred witnessed the moon tonight and the rabbinic court in Jerusalem will be hearing and recording the testimonies of new moon witnesses as they prepare to return to the Creator’s calendar and the ancient two-fold witness of the aviv barley and the sighting of the new moon in the land of Israel. How exciting it is to be a part of the restoration of the Creator’s calendar in this day and time. All things are in the hands of the Almighty – and He is restoring the ancient paths so that we might honor His times and His seasons instead of vain celebrations of our own choosing at our calculated convenience.

Make certain that you cross out the second calendar this month which reads: 11th – 6008B. We are using the first page which reads: 11th – 6008A. The new moon was sighted at sundown on January 27th – seven years from the day the first female philistine homicide bomber’s head landed at my feet outside a Jerusalem shoe store. In two months the Aviv search team, headed by Nehemia Gordon and his team of scientists and experienced adventurers, will again scour the land of Israel in the days leading up to the new moon that concludes the twelfth month. If the barley is aviv at that time, we will release the 6009 – 6010 New and Improved – Astronomically and Agriculturally Corrected Biblical Hebrew Calendar. If the barley is not aviv, we will still release the new calendar at that time because the barley will be aviv before April 26th unless the earth leaves its orbit around the sun – and then who will care if the calendar is a month off?? You will love the new easier to read format and legend as well as articles detailing the restoration of the calendar and time line proof charts.

BEIJING, Jan 21 (Reuters) – China faces a “grim” situation in preventing and controlling human cases of bird flu, the health minister said, after announcing four human infections in the last two weeks and three deaths.

A Chinese newspaper reported that the mother of a toddler diagnosed with bird flu had died of severe pneumonia earlier this month, but no samples had been taken to see if she had bird flu. She had been in contact with poultry before her death.

The toddler, and the three recent fatalities, have all fallen ill in areas where there have been no known cases of bird flu in birds. China vaccinates heavily for bird flu, raising concerns among some experts that the vaccines could be masking the presence of the virus.

The H5N1 strain of flu remains largely a virus among birds, but experts fear it could change into a form that is easily transmitted among humans and could spark a pandemic that could kill millions worldwide.

Since the H5N1 virus resurfaced in Asia in 2003, it has infected 391 people, killing 247 of them, according to WHO figures released in mid-December.

At least 34 people have been infected in China and 23 have died.

Cholera spreads in Zimbabwe

HARARE — Zimbabwe’s cholera epidemic could top 60,000 cases next week, UN figures showed on Friday, the biggest outbreak in Africa in over a decade, pressuring rival parties to form a government to tackle the humanitarian crisis.
Zimbabwe has little hope of easing the cholera epidemic, which has killed nearly 2,800 people, and averting economic collapse without a power-sharing deal between President Robert Mugabe and the opposition, analysts say.

It has killed 2,773 people out of 50,000 cases, according to World Health Organization (WHO) figures released on Friday.
This is 5.5% mortality but it ties up huge sums of money in hospital stays and lack of employment.

Geneva, 20 January 2009 – Ten million people risk going hungry in Kenya after harvests failed because of drought, the government said on Friday, 8th January 2009. The government declared a national emergency and lifted the import duty on maize until the next major harvest, which will not be for a year in many parts of Kenya.

President Kibaki declared the food shortage a national emergency allowing international aid agencies and governments to step in and help. The emergency declaration allows the government to divert money from development projects to food aid and to use disaster funds that are held in reserve, said government spokesman Alfred Mutua. “It also opens ways for intervention from others,” said Mutua. “Our disaster emergency fund is getting depleted.”

Kenya’s finances are under strain because of the cost of sheltering and reintegrating 600,000 people displaced by violence following the elections in December 2007. More than 1,000 people were killed and many farmers were too frightened to return home and plant crops.

The U.N.’s World Food Program is already feeding 1.2 million people in Kenya, said spokesman Peter Smerdon. “We do expect the numbers in need to increase significantly,” he said. The last state of emergency declared because of hunger was more than four years ago.The full impact of post election violence on the country’s food security has now emerged, especially as areas which have traditionally had food surplus now need relief supply.

If the new President is right, America will soon have more unemployed workers than during The Great Depression.

Already, even for those who DO have a job, wage freezes and outright PAY CUTS are spreading like wildfire.

Is YOUR family safe?

It’s no secret that America’s unemployment crisis is spinning wildly out of control …

FACT #1: More than 2.6 million families lost a paycheck in 2008. That brought the total number of unemployed workers to over 11 million — fully 74% as many as were unemployed in The Great Depression.

FACT #2: This great lost paycheck pandemic is still accelerating. One year ago ” in January 2008″ an average of 1,000 U.S. workers lost their paychecks every workday. By December, 28,727 paychecks vanished per workday ” nearly 29 times more”.

FACT #3: Obama warns more jobs may be lost than in The Great Depression. This crisis is still in its early stages. President Obama himself has warned that the unemployment rate will explode to at least 10% in 2009.

If he’s right, more than 15 million workers will be without a job more, even than during the depths of The Great Depression.

And even these sobering facts don’t begin to fully describe the financial pain about to be felt by millions of American families …

Wage freezes and outright salary reductions are ALREADY spreading like wildfire!

In his inauguration speech, President Obama tacitly called on private sector workers to voluntarily reduce their own incomes …

“It is … the selflessness of workers who would rather cut their hours than see a friend lose their job which sees us through our darkest hours.”

And yesterday, to lead by example, he announced a salary freeze for White House employees earning over $100,000 a year including his Chief of Staff, his National Security Advisor and his Press Secretary.

But many companies are not waiting around for the President’s lead …

Tropicana Casino and Resort of Atlantic City is freezing all wages

Avis Budget Group is freezing management salaries on top of cutting more than 2,200 jobs.

The Cleveland Clinic in Ohio imposed a hiring and salary freeze across the board on its 33,000-worker health system in December.

Alcoa’s new salary and hiring freeze impacts all employees who are left after slashing 13,500 workers.
And many more companies are actually cutting employees’ income and benefits …

USA Today publisher Gannett has frozen wages and imposed one-week unpaid furloughs for most of its U.S. employees.

Luxury retailer Saks is not only terminating 1,100 jobs, it’s also eliminating merit raises and suspending matching contributions to its 401(k) plan.

Caterpillar is cutting executive compensation by up to HALF and cancelling pay increases for managers and support staff.

Governors seek sacrifices from public workers

Governors across the nation are seeking significant concessions from public employee unions in hopes of helping to balance their teetering budgets during the economic downturn.

From Maryland to California, Ohio to Hawaii, governors have asked or ordered state workers to accept furloughs, salary reductions, truncated workweeks or benefit cuts. They say the concessions are a better alternative to further job losses in the face of record-breaking unemployment.

Unions argue their members shouldn’t be singled out and are even more vital in hard times – securing neighborhoods and prisons, educating children and providing social services to growing numbers of citizens.

In hard-hit Ohio, Democratic Gov. Ted Strickland has been a friend of the unions. But as the state’s budget woes have intensified, he is asking unionized state employees to consider a 5 percent pay cut, a 35-hour workweek and the elimination of paid personal days and holidays, to save the state hundreds of millions of dollars.

According to a union memo obtained by The Associated Press, the Ohio Civil Service Employees Association is waiting to see Strickland’s upcoming budget and the state’s share of a federal stimulus package before making a decision. Executive director Andy Douglas declined comment because the union is in negotiations.

The memo noted there’s no guarantee that accepting concessions will preclude later job cuts.

Democratic Gov. Martin O’Malley of Maryland, another state facing an unexpectedly deep budget shortfall, imposed furloughs and salary cuts on thousands of state workers in December, a move expected to save an estimated $34 million.

In November, New Jersey trimmed two paid holidays from state workers’ annual allotment: Lincoln’s Birthday and the Friday after Thanksgiving. Eliminating the former required legislative action, while Democratic Gov. Jon Corzine cut the latter on his own.

Utah eliminated one paid holiday a year and is experimenting with a four-day state workweek.
Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle, a Republican, has raised the possibility she will pursue furloughs for the islands’ 36,000 state employees and ask them to pay a larger share of their health insurance coverage and forego raises.

‘Universal pain’
On Thursday, Democratic Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell – facing down a widening budget gap – said layoffs and unpaid furloughs are likely in that state as well. He braced state workers for sharing in the “universal pain.”

In California, Republican Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger imposed furloughs two days a month beginning in February as a way to curb costs for the 230,000-member state payroll amid a budget deficit projected to grow to $28 billion by 2010.

He has had less success shaving two paid holidays off the current 14 state workers receive, an allotment that is among the most generous in the country.

Spokesman Aaron McLear said the governor is “looking under every rock” to cut costs and believes it’s only a matter of fairness for state workers to do their part.

“The governor doesn’t believe it’s fair to increase taxes and cut programs on Californians without reducing state government spending first,” he said.

Kerry Korpi, director of research and collective bargaining at the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees union, said members understand that governments are in economic crisis.

“The entire country is in a dire situation,” she said. “Our members, though, haven’t quite been lifted back up from the last fiscal crisis in 2002 and 2003, so we’ve been asking governors to sit down with us and let’s look at all the spending, instead of going straight to the people who provide these vital services.”

Ten days remain before California will begin defaulting on its obligations.
California is in crisis. Lawmakers can’t agree on how to balance the budget.

Painful decisions will have to be made.

And no matter what politicians decide, it is clear that the good times are over for the Golden State. .
California’s current expenditures through fiscal year 2010 will reach $145 billion. And state revenue will only be around $100 billion-a massive $45 billion shortfall. And that is if the economy doesn’t deteriorate more than expected, and if the state doesn’t get hit with another wave of unprecedented lightning storms, fires, drought, or other natural disasters.

Lawmakers are at loggerheads over how the state is to cover expenses. The state is spending so much money that Governor Schwarzenegger could fire every single California civil servant and still not come close to balancing the budget! Even if he also fired the other 149,000 legislative aides and people who work for the state’s courts or university systems (people not directly under the state’s control), he still couldn’t eliminate the deficit. . Alternatively, Schwarzenegger could close every single state prison, fire the guards, release all the prisoners-plus cut off all funding for health care across the entire state-and still be billions in the hole. .

But the situation is now so critical that state Director of Finance Michael Genest says that in just over a week, California will be forced to defer making payments on certain state commitments.

Instead, he says, “the state will have to defer or pay with ious for most of its obligations.”
That is right; California will be reduced to sending out bits of paper indicating that at some point in the future, if finances ever allow, the state will make good on its bills.

What a dramatic turn of events for what was once arguably America’s most prosperous state. . “We’ve been slipping downhill for years, and now we’re at the edge of a cliff,” says Jack Pitney, a political scientist at Claremount McKenna College. America be warned: As California goes, so goes the nation.

Britain on the Edge of Bankruptcy

They don’t know what they’re doing, do they? With every step taken by the government as it tries frantically to prop up the British banking system, this central truth becomes ever more obvious.

Yesterday marked a new low for all involved, even by the standards of this crisis. Britons woke to news of the enormity of the fresh horrors in store. . The country stands on the precipice. We are at risk of utter humiliation, of London becoming a Reykjavik on Thames and Britain going under. . [T]he possibility of national bankruptcy is not unrealistic.

The political impact will be seismic; anger will rage. The haunted looks on the faces of those in supporting roles, such as the chancellor, suggest they have worked out that a tragedy is unfolding here. Gordon Brown is engaged no longer in a standard battle for re-election; instead he is fighting to avoid going down in history disgraced completely. .

The government’s bailout of the banks in October with £37 billion of taxpayers’ money was supposed to have “saved the world,” according to the pm, but now it is clear that it has not even saved the banks. Our money kept the show on the road for only three months. .

It is finally dawning on the government that the liabilities of the British banks grew to be so vast in the boom years that they now eclipse the entire economy. Unfortunately, the Treasury is pledged to honor those liabilities because it has guaranteed not to let a British bank go down.

Royal Bank of Scotland has liabilities of £1.8 trillion, three times annual UK government spending, against assets of £1.9 trillion. Meanwhile, the assets are falling in value. This matters, because post-nationalization these liabilities are now yours and mine. .
In this gloom, the prime minister has but one slender hope: that somehow, by force of personality, the new President Obama engineers a rapid American recovery restoring global confidence, energizing the markets and making us all forget this bad dream. Obama is talented but he is not a magician. Instead, Gordon Brown’s nightmare, in which we are all trapped, is going to get much worse.

Brethren why do I read these stories to you in what seems like week after week. While many pastors give you some sermon about this sin or this bible story that you have heard many times, I am showing you Biblical Prophecy as it is happening. Those things told to us in the pages of your bible are on the Nightly NEWS. But do you get it, do you understand. Can you see the grave danger we are in.

WAKE UP WAKE UP WAKE UP!!!

I have told you to watch the DVD the Chronological Order of Prophecies in the Jubilee week after week month after month. No, I tell you these things so you have a the chance to begin to obey Yahweh and keep His Torah and as James says do the law
Ro 2:13 (for not the hearers of the law are just in the sight of God, but the doers of the law will be justified;

Jas 1:22 But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.

Brethren you must keep the law. The ten commandments. So many pastors have lied to you telling you the law is nailed to the tree. Or that Jesus died for you therefore you don’t have to keep the law.

Stop and think about what you are saying.

Jesus died for you so you no longer have to keep the law. So now you can kill without cause. You can lie your head off. You can rape and steal and do whatever you want because Jesus has already paid for your sins so the more you sin the greater His price He paid for you. That is the biggest bunch of malarkey I have ever heard. Think people think.

The only commandment the world does not want to keep is the 4th one. To keep holy the Sabbath, this also includes the Holy Days as shown to you in Lev 23. And it includes the Sabbatical years which I teach at sightedmoon.com

Mt 7:21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.

Joh 14:21 He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.”

Joh 14:23 Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.

Joh 15:10 If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.

1John 3:4 Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness.

Mt 5:19 Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

Mt 19:17 So He said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God. But if you want to enter into life, keep the commandments.”

Joh 14:15 “If you love Me, keep My commandments.

Notice, He said IF you LOVE me KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS. He did not say you did not have to keep the commandments because He already paid for you and you could now do what you want.

1Jo 2:3 Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments.

1Jo 2:4 He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

1Jo 3:22 And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight.

1Jo 3:24 Now he who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. And by this we know that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.

1Jo 5:2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and keep His commandments.

1Jo 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome.

2Jo 1:6 This is love, that we walk according to His commandments. This is the commandment, that as you have heard from the beginning, you should walk in it.

Re 12:17 And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to make war with the rest of her offspring, who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Do you see, did you read what Satan does? He hates the commandments, and it is Satan who wants you not to obey them. He does not make war with those he has already deceived, no, he makes war with those who KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS, ALL TEN. Does this include you? If it does then you will be keeping Holy the Seventh Day Sabbath and the Holy Days according to the first sighting of the moon and the Aviv. You will also be preparing and keeping Holy the Sabbatical year as we are commanded in Lev 25.

Re 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.

Re 22:14 Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city.

On top of these articles that are showing us this curse is being made ready, we have another event showing us that Europe also is being made ready is subtle ways for the rise of the Beast Kingdom. The return of the Holy Roman Empire.

Pope Benedict XVI is cleverly positioning the Vatican to be the legal standard for European law.

In a move that has taken the Italian government by surprise, the pope has divorced the Vatican State from Italian national law, effective from January 1. With this move the Vatican State immediately reverts to its pre-1929 status, meaning that the pope now becomes the supreme authority on judging which of those laws enacted by the Italian government the Vatican State will choose to abide by and which it will reject.

This is a clever ploy with tremendous consequences for the future. As Newsweek observed in its most recent edition, the pope firmly believes that “his is the one true church” (January 5). To underline this, the pope declared last year that the only way for man to gain salvation is through conversion to the Catholic faith. Twice during the last quarter of 2008, Benedict referred to the need for the masses to prepare for the return of Christ. His influence was behind a failed effort during 2008 to write the celebration of Sunday, the renowned sign of global Catholicism, into EU law as a compulsory day of rest. Further, observing the current worldwide economic chaos, he indicated that the only way to establish a sound foundation for a global economy is through attachment to a religion, the implication being his “one true church.”

In addition to undertaking these initiatives, the pope has, from the earliest days of his pontificate, strengthened Pope John Paul IIs cry for Europe to return to its religious and cultural roots, inferring that is the only way that Europe will regain the unity that it once knew under the old Holy Roman Empire.

Students of biblical prophecy ought to really make a strong connection between all of these papal pronouncements, in particular the most recent decision to become judge and jury over Italian law. These acts are all part of a masterful plan one that European elites have been committed to since the close of World War II: to indeed resurrect that ancient, ever-reviving institution of the Holy Roman Empire .

With a goodly number of committed Roman Catholics embedded within the legal and policy formulation echelons of the European Union, it is guaranteed that the EU legislative body, the European Parliament, will now increasingly take note of papal judgments on not only Italian law, but also, more significantly, EU law.

This latest move by Benedict sets a highly dangerous precedent for Europe. It is one more step toward the Vatican encouraging the imposition of a legal system that is destined to not only control the practice of religion throughout Europe, but also to control the lives of the masses to the point of life-and-death issues.

Finally I want to answer one other question that keeps showing up. Many still believe that the Sabbatical year starts in the fall at Atonement. This is not scriptural. It is an assumption. Read my answer which follows.

It is a pleasure to hear from you. I am glad you are checking the scriptures to make sure they say what I am reporting them to say.

Many people believe as you have said. But this is an assumption on their part.

The scriptures you have quoted are correct. We are to sound the shofar on Atonement DURING the 49th year.

It is the same as when I announced the Sabbatical year at atonement last year. The reason you do this is so that no one will plant a crop that winter. In case they forgot that the next year was a Sabbatical year. If they plant that winter then they cannot legally harvest it in the spring. In Exodus 12:2 we are told

Ex 12:2 “This month shall be your beginning of months; it shall be the first month of the year to you. This first month was the month of the exodus and Passover.

So does Yahweh have a brain cramp and forget that He gave this law just to change it for the Sabbatical year or the Jubilee Year? No. The year always starts at Aviv. It was the Jews who changed it to the Seventh month. Question, How can the seventh month be the first month of the year? It cannot.

So the year always starts with Aviv. The Shofar is sounded in the fall at Atonement to warn any from planting that winter. Now we go from Aviv to Aviv the following year. That winter you cannot have planted again. And it is because of this Yahweh then says in Lev 25:20 And if you say, “What shall we eat in the seventh year, since we shall not sow nor gather in our produce?” 21 Then I will command My blessing on you in the sixth year, and it will bring forth produce enough for three years. 22 And you shall sow in the eighth year, and eat old produce until the ninth year; until its produce comes in, you shall eat of the old harvest.

Lets lay this out on paper, and I suggest you do the same yourself.

Year one Spring (or Year eight) Starts at Aviv but you have no crops from the winter because you could not plant. You can plant your crops now for the fall harvest.

Year #1 or 8 Winter you can plant the winter crop. You can also reap the crops planted this spring.

Year #2 or #9 You can now harvest the crop planted that winter. What crop is this first crop? Barley
