The Doctrine of Balaam

Joseph F. Dumond

Isa 6:9-12 And He said, Go, and tell this people, You hear indeed, but do not understand; and seeing you see, but do not know. Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their hearts, and turn back, and be healed. Then I said, Lord, how long? And He answered, Until the cities are wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land laid waste, a desolation, and until Jehovah has moved men far away, and the desolation in the midst of the land is great.

The Day of Atonement – A Fast Day
The Seventh Month in the Sabbatical Year
The Second Sabbatical Year of the 119th Jubilee Cycle

September 30, 2009

Shalom Brethren,
In light of the article I sent out on the first day of this week, addressing the question of fasting on the Day of Atonement or Yom HaKippurim I will share the following emails from the many I have received.

Hi Joe,

And congratulations on a well researched article on Atonement and fasting.

The simple fact is that that Paul and the apostolic Church observed it (Acts 27:9) long after Christ’s death and resurrection, and no scholar of any consequence doubts what is meant in that reference to The Fast.

Among the Hebrews it was sometimes called ‘The Day’ because to them it was the highest day of the year. In the Aramaic version the name is simply Yoma, the Day. Many Jews still observe the five afflictions of Yom kippur; Eating or drinking, Wearing leather shoes, Bathing, Anointing oneself with oil, Marital relations.

Have a great Feast,

Acts 27:9 Now when much time had been spent, and sailing was now dangerous because the Fast was already over, Paul advised them,

The following comments I found to be very insightful. Especially in relation to what I am sharing with your today.
Joseph you left out a study on the meanings of “nephesh”/soul. It can also mean appetite. Jeff Benner in his Hebrew Lexicon shows the word picture 2424 means the whole man, and one way it is used is the refreshing of the whole person – one way would be done by eating. So to afflict your “appetite”, or even your being, would include not eating, and the time period we are given is from evening of 9th to evening of the 10th.

I too noticed more of the “not fasting” on Atonement idea in what i read online this year. It is true that fasting, as a word is not used with Yom Kippurim, unless you go deeper into the scripture to places that are talking about Yom Kippurim, without actually mentioning it by name. This you did, Joel being a very good example.
Deception seems to be being stepped up a notch, doesn’t it.

Pro 23:2
And put 7760 a knife 7915 to thy throat 3930, if thou [be] a man given 1167 to appetite 5315.

Ecc 6:7
All the labour 5999 of man 120 [is] for his mouth 6310, and yet the appetite 5315 is not filled 4390

In reviewing some of my studies of years gone by this morning i ran across a bunch of scriptures that show that “nephesh” has to do with ones appetite. I don’t include them all here, some are not so definitive, but the following can’t be denied, it is easy to use the word appetite for soul in them:
Deut 12:15, 20, 21; 14:26; 23:24
1 Sa 2:16
Psa 23:3; 78:18; 107:9; 143:6
Pro 13:4, 25; 16:24; 23:2; 25:13, 25; 27:7
Ecc 2:24; 6:2, 7
Isa 5:14; 58:10, 11
Jer 31:25; 50:19
Lam 1:11, 19
Ezk 7:19
Mic 7:1

Some years ago this subject of not needing to fast on Atonement came up in a study. A very good friend summed up with, “Can you think of a better way to afflict your soul, than fasting?” I have used that example over and over again down through the years.

As i expect you will present, there is much more than just fasting involved in this day including: crying out to Abba, repenting, giving to those in need,

Another sister shared this article Yom HaKippurim or the Day of Atonement/s by Gregory Smith which you can read at I found this to be a very good sound article. For those of you who are new, this one is for you.

For those who may be confused. The Hebrew Calendar begins the month with the conjunctured moon. That is why many kept Yom Hakippurim on Monday beginning the evening before. Others keep the feast days starting from the first visible sighting of the New Moon from Jerusalem as they did in biblical days and as YeShua did. We here at Sighted Moon obviously do the same. This is why Yom Hakippurim or the Day of Atonement for us is from sundown Tuesday until the sun goes down on Wednesday. During this time we will not eat or drink for this whole time. For some of you this is all new. Step out in faith and do your best to observe the Holy Days of Yahweh as they are told to you in Lev 23.

For those of you who are from World Wide Church of God or are still in one of the hundreds of off shoots, I was given this document which shows what the Churches of God used to teach about the Sighted Moon as to when the new month begins. This is not new information that I am sharing here. They used to teach the month began with the first crescent of the new Moon as we are advocating. Read the document yourself. Please do copy it and share it with all those you know in the Churches of God. Help them to begin to think on this so they can research it over this winter and maybe they too will begin to keep Passover as YeShua did. 14 Days after the New Moon is seen in Jerusalem!

Please note the part concerning Pentecost in this document is wrong. The wave sheaf is on Sunday as he says but Pentecost is also always on a Sunday 50 days later. But on all other points we can agree basically.

Along with this document you might want to have them go to the Official Temple Mount site of The Israeli New Moon Society and have them read the opening page at

We have had the 40 days of repentance that led up to and conclude on the Day of Atonement today. For me many things were happening at this time. I have now been able to sort it all out and I have arrived at some foundational understandings.

Years ago I asked Yahweh why He was teaching me so many things and yet I was unable to share these things with anyone at that time. I distinctly remember that prayer. It was not long after that that this web site began.

One teaching that both scares me and motivates me is when Mordecai says to Esther

Esther 4:13 And Mordecai told them to answer Esther: “Do not think in your heart that you will escape in the king’s palace any more than all the other Jews. 14 For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”

If I do not share what I know then someone else why rise up and teach these things to you. Then I and my house will perish. This one teaching is always on my mind. It goes with what Ezekiel was warned about.

Ezekiel 3:16 Now it came to pass at the end of seven days that the word of the Lord came to me, saying, 17 “Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; therefore hear a word from My mouth, and give them warning from Me: 18 When I say to the wicked, ‘You shall surely die,’ and you give him no warning, nor speak to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life, that same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at your hand. 19 Yet, if you warn the wicked, and he does not turn from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but you have delivered your soul. 20 Again, when a righteous man turns from his righteousness and commits iniquity, and I lay a stumbling block before him, he shall die; because you did not give him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he has done shall not be remembered; but his blood I will require at your hand. 21 Nevertheless if you warn the righteous man that the righteous should not sin, and he does not sin, he shall surely live because he took warning; also you will have delivered your soul.”

Now some of you have asked me about Michael Roods illness. Let me gently remind you of Job who was righteous and even Yahweh said so. Yet all those calamities happened to him for a reason. Each of his four friends was wrong in their advice. Do not let Yahweh find you gossiping and talking about another person’s troubles. You do not know what work Yahweh is doing with them. Be very careful. Yet each of you can pray for Michael.

During the 40 days of repentance I was having a serious attack by demonic forces and at the same time I was being asked for help on this very subject from others. I was directed to a certain couple who had the information I needed. This led to a number of emails from others who came out and told me I did have the authority to do all I was being led to do and understand. They could see it based on the things that have happened in recent years. It was this authority that caused me a great deal of distress as I did not want to be presumptuous and this authority was not something I sought after.

After the set back we had while working on the House or Congress of Ephraim again some of you told me to move forward on this as many others were waiting for me to tell them how we were progressing.

All of these things took place during the 40 days of repentance, as well as the following. A person wrote to let me know that they were going to assist those who were trying to take down this ministry. That is the ministry. I know that what he said came from demonic forces. This same brother wrote an article that was accusatory and condemning of many of the brethren. Yet he was right in the things he pointed out. Satan is always seems to be right when he goes to Yahweh and tells of the sins of the brethren.

I had been studying into the same subject for the past 4 months. But I was being distracted by other things and kept putting it off.

Just before the 40 days of repentance Holger Grimme began to teach on the Essential oils. I know for a fact that many of you read his article learning many truths from him. The many emails I get about the essential oils shows me that Holger is feeding you something that you are all starving for, and that is healing from the current conditions your bodies are now in. I too look forward to Holgers teachings and have found them a blessing to me and my family.

The timing is important, just as we here in the Northern Hemisphere enter into the flu and cold season. But not just any Flu, it is H1N1 flu season with a great deal of hype on the vaccinations as to whether to get it or not, whether it will be forced or not upon the populace. But with the knowledge of the oils all of this other stuff becomes mute. I hope you have now gotten your essential oils as you begin to travel to the Feast sites this year.

My uncles both have cancer and are in the last stages before they die. My Mom too has skin cancer and is in a constant battle here as well. She has welcomed the information about the oils although she has difficulty understanding many of the things I teach. I anointed her a couple of weeks ago and just got a phone call from her. She is all excited about how she now feels so much better and the skin cancer is improving according to her doctor. There are so many of us who are sick and dying that the numbers are frightening. So the information about the oils is very timely.

Near the beginning of the 40 days of repentance I had asked Yahweh to show me any of my sins I was still guilty of doing. I hate it when I do this because Yahweh is faithful and does show me. I then must change. It is not always easy and it is not always pleasant at first. But it must be done. Each one of you should step up to the plate and ask Yahweh to show you where you are in sin and how to correct it, before He does. Or before He cuts you OFF which means you will be dead.

Each time I have asked I have changed and become more obedient to Yahweh, I have grown in leaps and bounds. Brethren I have had to do all of this with an unconverted mate; a sometimes hostile unconverted mate. It has been hell many times, and I know Yahweh has not called her in order to test my willingness to obey Him. It is Yahweh who opens the eyes so they can see. It is He who calls, not us.

Many of you have no idea what it is like to love those who persecute and hate you for your beliefs. Yet this is nothing new. We have been warned for a very long time.

Matthew 10:16 “Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. 17 But beware of men, for they will deliver you up to councils and scourge you in their synagogues. 18 You will be brought before governors and kings for My sake, as a testimony to them and to the Gentiles. 19 But when they deliver you up, do not worry about how or what you should speak. For it will be given to you in that hour what you should speak; 20 for it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father who speaks in you. 21 Now brother will deliver up brother to death, and a father his child; and children will rise up against parents and cause them to be put to death. 22 And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake. But he who endures to the end will be saved. 23 When they persecute you in this city, flee to another. For assuredly, I say to you, you will not have gone through the cities of Israel before the Son of Man comes. 24 A disciple is not above his teacher, nor a servant above his master. 25 It is enough for a disciple that he be like his teacher, and a servant like his master. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, F45 how much more will they call those of his household! 26 Therefore do not fear them. For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, and hidden that will not be known. 27 “Whatever I tell you in the dark, speak in the light; and what you hear in the ear, preach on the housetops. 28 And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. 29 Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father’s will. 30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. 31 Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows. 32 “Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven. 33 But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven. 34 “Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword. 35 For I have come to ‘set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law’; 36 and ‘a man’s enemies will be those of his own household.’37 He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. 38 And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. 39 He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it. 40 “He who receives you receives Me, and he who receives Me receives Him who sent Me. 41 He who receives a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward. And he who receives a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man’s reward. 42 And whoever gives one of these little ones only a cup of cold water in the name of a disciple, assuredly, I say to you, he shall by no means lose his reward.”

I asked Yahweh to show me my sins. You need to do the same thing. Why? Because of Ezekiel 18:4 “Behold, all souls are Mine; The soul of the father As well as the soul of the son is Mine; The soul who sins shall die.

Ezekiel 18:20 The soul who sins shall die. The son shall not bear the guilt of the father, nor the father bear the guilt of the son. The righteousness of the righteous shall be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon himself.

Proverbs 8:36 But he who sins against me wrongs his own soul; All those who hate me love death.”

Yahweh was even about to kill King David for his sin with Bathsheba. 2 Samuel 12:13 So David said to Nathan, “I have sinned against the Lord.” And Nathan said to David, “The Lord also has put away your sin; you shall not die. 14 However, because by this deed you have given great occasion to the enemies of the Lord to blaspheme, the child also who is born to you shall surely die.”

Had David not repented, he would have died. David a man after Yahweh’s own heart, was about to be killed by Yahweh, until he repented. Think about it in relation to your own life and your own sins.

I do not want to die and I know that many of you do not want to die, based on the response to the Essential Oils articles. Many of us sin because we have no knowledge of an issue and we rush in, in our ignorance. But once we have been shown what our sin is, it behoves us to change and to do so as quickly as possible.

Proverbs 19:2 Also it is not good for a soul to be without knowledge, And he sins who hastens with his feet.

This is the exact thing that some are doing concerning the Fasting on the Day of Atonement which I warned you about on the first day of this current week before this Day of Atonement begins. You have hastened to jump on some new doctrine.

But once we have been told and once we have gained that knowledge we must act upon it. We must repent which means we must turn away from sin and be obedient to Yahweh’s commands. It is because of our sins that many of us suffer so many trials. For others, those trails are there to teach you something from Yahweh.

Isaiah 38:17 Indeed it was for my own peace That I had great bitterness; But You have lovingly delivered my soul from the pit of corruption, For You have cast all my sins behind Your back.

James 5:20 let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul from death and cover a multitude of sins.

Once again we must define what sin is. 1 John 3:4 Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness.
You are sinning when you break those things spoken of by Yahweh, His commandments. And those who sin will die as we have been told in Ezekiel. Yet all of us are seeking how to be healed through the use of essential oils. We can be healed but we must also stop doing what is causing us to become sick, we must stop sinning.

I have been meeting sometimes with brethren who attend the Seventh Day Adventist Church. One of their doctrines they teach is that you had to become a vegetarian. We often disagreed but they had some very good points. So I did some experiments and I ate no meat for months, then after, I resumed the eating of meats to determine the changes if any. Yes this is an un-scientific study.

I grew up on the farm. We often slaughtered our own meat and we ate it all our lives. When some of the animals became sick we would pump them full of drugs and as soon as they were healthy we sent them to market. We would never eat them but instead allowed someone else to buy the meat and they could eat it, Drugs and all.

Now, I do not live on the farm and I am now buying the meat that others have pumped full of drugs and shipped to market. Ironic isn’t it.

I have seen the DVD the Mad Cowboy and you can too at and I have personally noted much of what he says. I have seen how many of the cancers my relatives have, come from chemicals that are consumed by animals which we now eat on a regular basis. But I also note that some relatives who eat only wild game also have virulent cancers as well.

No Brethren this is not an article about vegetarianism. I am still leading up to the point I am soon going to make. I am showing you how I have arrived at the conclusions I have. All of these things have come together during this 40 days of repentance which concludes on the Day of Atonement when our names are written in the Book of Life or left off if we continue to sin.

The reason I was conducting the experiment with eating and not eating meat was to see if it would have any effect on the Eczema I have. It did and it didn’t. I was not convinced. Then when Holger began to teach on the oils, I applied them and I had immediate results but not total removal. What was it that I was doing that kept bringing back the eczema?

One thing I was doing was using the cheap oils and not the pure ones. Once I began to use the pure oils which I bought from Holger, then I could see immediate changes. But the eczema kept on coming back after a while.

After Passover I began to study a teaching by Tony Robinson on the Doctrine of Balaam. I kept getting interrupted and had to try to listen to it many times.

I had read in 2 Peter 2:15 They have forsaken the right way and gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Beor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;

What is the way of Balaam that we may have begun to follow and not even known it? Can you answer that? I could not at that time. Then again we read of this doctrine of Balaam in Jude and Revelation, and again I am wondering, what is the doctrine of Balaam?

Jude 1:11 Woe to them! For they have gone in the way of Cain, have run greedily in the error of Balaam for profit, and perished in the rebellion of Korah.

Re 2:14 But I have a few things against you, because you have there those who hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balak to put a stumbling block before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed to idols, and to commit sexual immorality.

When Yeshua speaks to the seven churches He is in fact speaking to us through each of them. So this doctrine of Balaam is something we need to be aware of.

Balaam gave advice to the Moabites how to defeat the Israelites. He did this even though Yahweh commanded him to prophesy only the good things that Yahweh told him to say.

We read in Numbers 31:1-16 and Numbers 25 that Israel committed harlotry with the Midianite women.

Behold it was they the women to cause the children of Israel by the word of Balaam to commit a betrayal against Yahweh in the matter of Peor. A conspiracy. Numbers 25:18

Balaam could not curse Israel but he conspired with Moab how to get Israel to sin against Yahweh, by committing harlotry.
Tony Robinson uses a teaching method call thematic analysis. That is where you learn of a subject by reading in another area of the bible a certain theme. To learn of the Doctrine of Balaam, Tony goes through the whole life of Jacob and what happens to his family as it relates to the last generation which is us today. I highly recommend you get the 3 CD set from Tony at

We begin with the rape of Danah and compare it to the rape of Tamar. Remember what I shared with you about the word afflicted concerning the Day of Atonement and how it is the same word used here in the rape of Dinah. If not go back and read it at : “Is The Day of Atonement A Fast Day? Most assuredly Yes it is!

Genesis 34: 1 Now Dinah the daughter of Leah, whom she had borne to Jacob, went out to see the daughters of the land. 2 And when Shechem the son of Hamor the Hivite, prince of the country, saw her, he took her and lay with her, and violated her. 3 His soul was strongly attracted to Dinah the daughter of Jacob, and he loved the young woman and spoke kindly to the young woman. 4 So Shechem spoke to his father Hamor, saying, “Get me this young woman as a wife.” 5 And Jacob heard that he had defiled Dinah his daughter. Now his sons were with his livestock in the field; so Jacob held his peace until they came. 6 Then Hamor the father of Shechem went out to Jacob to speak with him. 7 And the sons of Jacob came in from the field when they heard it; and the men were grieved and very angry, because he had done a disgraceful thing in Israel by lying with Jacob’s daughter, a thing which ought not to be done. 8 But Hamor spoke with them, saying, “The soul of my son Shechem longs for your daughter. Please give her to him as a wife. 9 And make marriages with us; give your daughters to us, and take our daughters to yourselves. 10 So you shall dwell with us, and the land shall be before you. Dwell and trade in it, and acquire possessions for yourselves in it.” 11 Then Shechem said to her father and her brothers, “Let me find favor in your eyes, and whatever you say to me I will give. 12 Ask me ever so much dowry and gift, and I will give according to what you say to me; but give me the young woman as a wife.”

2 Samuel 13:1 After this Absalom the son of David had a lovely sister, whose name was Tamar; and Amnon the son of David loved her. 2 Amnon was so distressed over his sister Tamar that he became sick; for she was a virgin. And it was improper for Amnon to do anything to her. 3 But Amnon had a friend whose name was Jonadab the son of Shimeah, David’s brother. Now Jonadab was a very crafty man. 4 And he said to him, “Why are you, the king’s son, becoming thinner day after day? Will you not tell me?” Amnon said to him, “I love Tamar, my brother Absalom’s sister.” 5 So Jonadab said to him, “Lie down on your bed and pretend to be ill. And when your father comes to see you, say to him, ‘Please let my sister Tamar come and give me food, and prepare the food in my sight, that I may see it and eat it from her hand.’ ” 6 Then Amnon lay down and pretended to be ill; and when the king came to see him, Amnon said to the king, “Please let Tamar my sister come and make a couple of cakes for me in my sight, that I may eat from her hand.” 7 And David sent home to Tamar, saying, “Now go to your brother Amnon’s house, and prepare food for him.” 8 So Tamar went to her brother Amnon’s house; and he was lying down. Then she took flour and kneaded it, made cakes in his sight, and baked the cakes. 9 And she took the pan and placed them out before him, but he refused to eat. Then Amnon said, “Have everyone go out from me.” And they all went out from him. 10 Then Amnon said to Tamar, “Bring the food into the bedroom, that I may eat from your hand.” And Tamar took the cakes which she had made, and brought them to Amnon her brother in the bedroom. 11 Now when she had brought them to him to eat, he took hold of her and said to her, “Come, lie with me, my sister.” 12 And she answered him, “No, my brother, do not force me, for no such thing should be done in Israel. Do not do this disgraceful thing! 13 And I, where could I take my shame? And as for you, you would be like one of the fools in Israel. Now therefore, please speak to the king; for he will not withhold me from you.” 14 However, he would not heed her voice; and being stronger than she, he forced her and lay with her. 15 Then Amnon hated her exceedingly, so that the hatred with which he hated her was greater than the love with which he had loved her. And Amnon said to her, “Arise, be gone!” 16 So she said to him, “No, indeed! This evil of sending me away is worse than the other that you did to me.” But he would not listen to her. 17 Then he called his servant who attended him, and said, “Here! Put this woman out, away from me, and bolt the door behind her.” 18 Now she had on a robe of many colors, for the king’s virgin daughters wore such apparel. And his servant put her out and bolted the door behind her. 19 Then Tamar put ashes on her head, and tore her robe of many colors that was on her, and laid her hand on her head and went away crying bitterly. 20 And Absalom her brother said to her, “Has Amnon your brother been with you? But now hold your peace, my sister. He is your brother; do not take this thing to heart.” So Tamar remained desolate in her brother Absalom’s house.

The first thing you are to notice is that the line in Gen 34:7 and 2 Samuel 13:12 ‘such a thing is not done in Israel.’ This is the connection between the two stories. Shechem lusted for Danah and forced himself upon her. We get more details from the story of Tamar. We also see that the one who advises Amnon was very cunning and when we compare this to Gen 3 we see from where this counsel comes from.

Ge 3:1 Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said to the woman, “Has God indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the garden’?”

This source of Jonadabs advice to Amnan was Satanic advice, the same as it was in the garden of Eden. The same as when Hamor advised Jacob to let his sons intermarry with the daughters Schechem. It was Satanic in the very source from which it comes. Balaam used divination in order to prophesy. He used Satan as his source of information.

Shechem the Hivite, was an Amorite. Hivi is an Aramaic word meaning serpentine. It describes the character of Shechem; a serpent like treacherous manner in which Shechem acted. Shechem was also more honourable than all his brothers, yet he just raped Dinah. These people were scoundrels and yet they wanted to intermarry with Israel, not to learn about Yahweh, but if you read the scriptures, carefully it says that all that Israel has will become theirs too. They wanted the wealth of Israel and nothing more.

Genesis 34: 23 Will not their livestock, their property, and every animal of theirs be ours? Only let us consent to them, and they will dwell with us.”

Balaam gave advice and Hamor gave advice. The advice was this; to intermarry with Israel and in both cases this advice was not in Israel’s favour, it was to take their possessions for themselves.

This event happened just before Jacob entered the land after his exile with Laban. This is when this incident of Shechem and the proposal to intermarry took place. Again after the exodus and just before the Tribes of Israel enter the land as they are on the other side of the Jordan the incident of Peor and the suggestion of their intermarriage with the Moabites is given.

Both times just before Israel returned to the land. We are now nearing that same time when we are about to return to the land, so pay attention to this teaching on this day of Atonement and consider what is being said and what is happening around us.

In Ezra 9 we read how greatly upset Ezra becomes when he learns of the tribes of Israel who are coming back to the land after the Babylonian captivity, that they have all intermarried with the gentile women. He tore his garments. Ezra the Torah Scholar tore his garments because Israel had intermarried. They had become assimilated.

Once again now for the third time just before they come back to the land they find that they had intermarried and when we read Maccabees we learn that they had again joined themselves to the heathen. They had assimilated with the rest of the world.
Now as we are preparing to meet the Messiah in these the last days and we soon expect to go back to the Land of Israel what is our current situation?

Here is an article I found from the Jewish Tribune. From Jan 5 2006

A few days before Christmas I was asked by media to offer a suggestion on how intermarried couples can best celebrate Chanukah and Christmas. How the holidays can be blended and how a universal message emanating from these two holidays can be articulated to children in a mixed marriage.

The Greeks who occupied the Jewish homeland were not interested in a physical genocide of the people, but rather were driven by the very notion of assimilation in which secularism was to triumph over religion.

Within the Jewish community itself, collaborators known as Hellenists talked of the mutual value systems that existed between the Greeks and the Jews, and the dawning of a new era that was to unfold. It would be an era in which Jews would blend in effectively with society around them, in which they would slowly abandon their tradition and heritage. We were, according to that powerful majority view, destined to be like everyone else, working side by side, engaging in mutual trades, learning philosophy and basically becoming an extension of Greek society.

The Maccabees, who represented a minority in Jewish life, held firmly to the Torah and to the values of Har Sinai. They did not buckle under the demands of the majority. They did not acquiesce and were not cowered into a behavioral system that ran contrary to Jewish tradition. It was the Maccabees who rose in defiance, not only against the Greek empire, but equally important against the Jewish secularists of the day, the Jewish majority that had comfortably drifted into Hellenistic society.

With assimilation and intermarriage on the rise, the message of the Maccabees has never been more urgent. The desire to be accepted as part of the secular world is so overwhelming for some Jews that they have shed their distinctive characteristics. But the very miracle of Chanukah shows us that a majority rule pushing us to be part of a system of universal messaging, while abandoning our distinct Jewish calling, has never proved to be the best option for the survival and revitalization of the Jewish people.’

If this was the real reason people kept Chanukah then I could support it. But rather it is more like the opening line of the above article, of our assimilation with society around us and how some have blended Torah with other traditions and into Christmas. This is why I spoke out against Chanukah in last year’s article Chanukah and Its Pagan Traditions which can be read at: “Chanukah and Its Pagan Traditions

Intermarriage was not for the betterment of society but it was to water down the Torah and make it just another religion amongst many and no better, no worst.

With my unconverted wife, I get this all the time. What’s the big deal, it does not matter, no one will know if you do it or not. It is a constant battle over many issues that go against Torah. Now I changed to keeping Torah after we were married 4 years. But to know Torah and then to marry someone who will not keep it is utter stupidity.

When we begin to look at each of those people who have given advice they all have a similar trait to Pharaoh of the Exodus. Laban and Hamor are both the ones giving advice. They are like pharaoh. This is a thematic correlation.

Pa Rah
Pa = Mouth Rah=Bad
Pharaoh = bad mouth.
Satan = Pharaoh and each blasphemes the god of heaven.

Re 13:6 Then he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, His tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven.

Each of these events from the past represents what will be just before the final Shuva or the final return to the land of Israel. Satan and the false prophet will be speaking blasphemies against Yahweh. They will encourage the intermarriage of the Israelites to cause them to stumble. They will encourage assimilation. They will encourage false doctrines.

This is one of the doctrines of Balaam and of Bal Peor through which we now have learned through thematic equivalence.

Ezekiel 20:4 Yahweh told Israel when they came out of Egypt that they were to repent from all the idols of Egypt, but they rebelled against me. No one threw away the idols of their eyes. This is the exact same thing that happened when Jacob came back to the land. Rachel would not get rid of the idols but brought them with her. And this exact same thing is what many of you are still doing today. You may have changed symbols but you still hold one up to show whom you follow.

I have told you about the fish, and the cross and the Star of David or Star of Remphan and all of these things are the very same idols that they carried in ancient times and are also what you all carry with you. If you do not know of what I am speaking go to to read What Pagan Sign Represents Your Faith.

Please understand just how much Yahweh hates this thing of assimilation.

Numbers 31:13 And Moses, Eleazar the priest, and all the leaders of the congregation, went to meet them outside the camp. 14 But Moses was angry with the officers of the army, with the captains over thousands and captains over hundreds, who had come from the battle. 15 And Moses said to them: “Have you kept all the women alive? 16 Look, these women caused the children of Israel, through the counsel of Balaam, to trespass against the Lord in the incident of Peor, and there was a plague among the congregation of the Lord. 17 Now therefore, kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman who has known a man intimately. 18 But keep alive for yourselves all the young girls who have not known a man intimately.

When we read about Solomon one of the most wisest of all men, we learn that even he who had met Yahweh on a number of occasions, married many foreign women; close to 1000 and then he began to build shrines and temples to the gods of these woman. This is why the place where this was done is called the Mount of Offense. Today known as the Mount of Olives and Silwan.

1Ki 11:4 1 But King Solomon loved many foreign women, as well as the daughter of Pharaoh: women of the Moabites, Ammonites, Edomites, Sidonians, and Hittites– 2 from the nations of whom the Lord had said to the children of Israel, “You shall not intermarry with them, nor they with you. Surely they will turn away your hearts after their gods.” Solomon clung to these in love. 3 And he had seven hundred wives, princesses, and three hundred concubines; and his wives turned away his heart. 4 For it was so, when Solomon was old, that his wives turned his heart after other gods; and his heart was not loyal to the Lord his God, as was the heart of his father David. 5 For Solomon went after Ashtoreth the goddess of the Sidonians, and after Milcom the abomination of the Ammonites. 6 Solomon did evil in the sight of the Lord, and did not fully follow the Lord, as did his father David. 7 Then Solomon built a high place for Chemosh the abomination of Moab, on the hill that is east of Jerusalem, and for Molech the abomination of the people of Ammon. 8 And he did likewise for all his foreign wives, who burned incense and sacrificed to their gods. 9 So the Lord became angry with Solomon, because his heart had turned from the Lord God of Israel, who had appeared to him twice, 10 and had commanded him concerning this thing, that he should not go after other gods; but he did not keep what the Lord had commanded. 11 Therefore the Lord said to Solomon, “Because you have done this, and have not kept My covenant and My statutes, which I have commanded you, I will surely tear the kingdom away from you and give it to your servant. 12 Nevertheless I will not do it in your days, for the sake of your father David; I will tear it out of the hand of your son. 13 However I will not tear away the whole kingdom; I will give one tribe to your son for the sake of my servant David, and for the sake of Jerusalem which I have chosen.”
14 Now the Lord raised up an adversary against Solomon, Hadad the Edomite; he was a descendant of the king in Edom.

Because of this Yahweh raised up an adversary against Solomon; has Yahweh raised up an adversary against the modern descendants of Israel today who have given into the doctrines of Balaam? By taking on foreign spouses they then took on their foreign gods also. This is the harlotry that Israel has done and is now also doing.

But many of you have changed and come to begin to keep Torah. This is awesome and good, but I get so many letters from many people who by their own writings tell me they still hold on to the false teachings they had learned in their former denominations. Why do they do this? Why do they try to get Yahweh’s Torah to bend to their own understanding? Instead they need to drop all the former false ways and only do what is written in the Torah, Period. Yet so many fight with me each week to justify their own false teachings; in order to do as it says in Torah YOU MUST READ THE TORAH! You must do this yourself and not rely upon others to tell you what it says.

Ezekiel 33:21 And it came to pass in the twelfth year of our captivity, in the tenth month, on the fifth day of the month, that one who had escaped from Jerusalem came to me and said, “The city has been captured!” 22 Now the hand of the Lord had been upon me the evening before the man came who had escaped. And He had opened my mouth; so when he came to me in the morning, my mouth was opened, and I was no longer mute. 23 Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying: 24 “Son of man, they who inhabit those ruins in the land of Israel are saying, ‘Abraham was only one, and he inherited the land. But we are many; the land has been given to us as a possession.’ 25 Therefore say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “You eat meat with blood, you lift up your eyes toward your idols, and shed blood. Should you then possess the land? 26 You rely on your sword, you commit abominations, and you defile one another’s wives. Should you then possess the land?” ‘ 27 Say thus to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “As I live, surely those who are in the ruins shall fall by the sword, and the one who is in the open field I will give to the beasts to be devoured, and those who are in the strongholds and caves shall die of the pestilence. 28 For I will make the land most desolate, her arrogant strength shall cease, and the mountains of Israel shall be so desolate that no one will pass through. 29 Then they shall know that I am the Lord, when I have made the land most desolate because of all their abominations which they have committed.” ‘

Having read Ezekiel I cannot but wonder why we do not possess the land. We are not prevented by those who are currently there. We are prevented by Yahweh because of our sins. And it is this Doctrine of Balaam that is most prevalent. It is with Judah and it is with Ephraim. This is why we do not possess the land. It is because of The Doctrine of Balaam, and we have not yet explained it all to you.

Re 2:20 Nevertheless I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols.

By keeping Torah we are prophesying to the rest of the world. We stand out from others when we do so. It cannot be helped. So many of us try to hide and blend in so that we will not be noticed. So that no one knows we are keeping this way of life. It is not easy.

Re 2:13 I know your works, and where you dwell, where Satan’s throne is. And you hold fast to My name, and did not deny My faith even in the days in which Antipas was My faithful martyr, who was killed among you, where Satan dwells.

Re 3:8 I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name.

We cannot deny the faith we have come to learn nor the name by which we are saved. Yah Shua

The doctrine and conspiracy of Balaam is serious. It is meant to be a stumbling block to Israel.

We learn this by comparing the life of Jacob as he comes back to the land and the time just before Israel crosses the Jordan. We learn that this doctrine of Balaam is Satan’s doctrine and how he is going to trip up Israel before they come back to the land. This no longer is it for the future. It is for now in our day.

Consider the following as you try to hide your faith.

I Cor 10:18 Observe Israel after the flesh: Are not those who eat of the sacrifices partakers of the altar? 19 What am I saying then? That an idol is anything, or what is offered to idols is anything? 20 Rather, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice they sacrifice to demons and not to God, and I do not want you to have fellowship with demons. 21 You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons; you cannot partake of the Lord’s table and of the table of demons. 22 Or do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? Are we stronger than He?

Leviticus 17: 3 “Whatever man of the house of Israel who kills an ox or lamb or goat in the camp, or who kills it outside the camp, 4 and does not bring it to the door of the tabernacle of meeting to offer an offering to the Lord before the tabernacle of the Lord, the guilt of bloodshed shall be imputed to that man. He has shed blood; and that man shall be cut off from among his people, 5 to the end that the children of Israel may bring their sacrifices which they offer in the open field, that they may bring them to the Lord at the door of the tabernacle of meeting, to the priest, and offer them as peace offerings to the Lord. 6 And the priest shall sprinkle the blood on the altar of the Lord at the door of the tabernacle of meeting, and burn the fat for a sweet aroma to the Lord. 7 They shall no more offer their sacrifices to demons, after whom they have played the harlot. This shall be a statute forever for them throughout their generations.”

Numbers 23:1 Then Balaam said to Balak, “Build seven altars for me here, and prepare for me here seven bulls and seven rams.” 2 And Balak did just as Balaam had spoken, and Balak and Balaam offered a bull and a ram on each altar.

The sacrifice of Baal Peor were to demons because it was false worship and not according to Yahweh’s instructions, which said to bring the sacrifice to the door of meeting. That is to the Tabernacle. Those who do not sacrifice at the Temple of Yahweh do it elsewhere are guilty of shedding blood and will be cut off.

Romans 12 we are to sacrifice our whole body to Yahweh. If we give ourselves to Yahweh and do not do as He says then who are we offering ourselves too? Demonic forces! If you’re keeping holy days that are not found in Torah then you are keeping them to Demons and Satan. If it is not found in Leviticus 23 then why are you keeping it? I do not care if you call it Christian or Jewish or any other religious belief system. If it is not found in Lev 23 then stop keeping them and stop arguing and trying to justify why you are going to continue to keep them. You do so to Satan!

Those who call themselves christian and keep Christmas you are doing it to demonic forces. You need to stop. If it is not in Lev 23 then do not keep it.

Read this verse in Isaiah, about the cutting down of an ever green tree for the winter solstice. Isaiah 14:8 Indeed the cypress trees rejoice over you, And the cedars of Lebanon, Saying, ‘Since you were cut down, No woodsman has come up against us.’

When Satan is done away with, then no one will come to cut down the Christmas trees anymore and then the trees will rejoice.

Romans 8: 18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. 19 For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. 20 For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope; 21 because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. 22 For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now. 23 Not only that, but we also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body.

What about Eating with Pagans. Numbers 25 this is another way the people stumble. Were the Canaanites eating kosher? Their sinfulness had reached heaven and they ate unclean food. Go ahead and eat shrimp and lobster and ham, but if you do you are not obeying Torah. We are not to eat them. They are an abomination to us.

You are breaking Torah by eating them so you need to repent and begin to comply with the commands of Yahweh.
Your body is the Temple of Yahweh and you are putting abominations into it.

1Co 6:19 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?

On Shabbat September 19 I wrote to you about Circumcision and redemption. This naturally would lead us into the incident in Acts where the Apostles met Paul to discuss some of the rumours that were being spread around. They concluded the following in
Acts 21:25 But concerning the Gentiles who believe, we have written and decided that they should observe no such thing, except that they should keep themselves from things offered to idols, from blood, from things strangled, and from sexual immorality.”

They had already had this meeting earlier in Acts 15:6 Now the apostles and elders came together to consider this matter. 7 And when there had been much dispute, Peter rose up and said to them: “Men and brethren, you know that a good while ago God chose among us, that by my mouth the Gentiles should hear the word of the gospel and believe. 8 So God, who knows the heart, acknowledged them by giving them the Holy Spirit, just as He did to us, 9 and made no distinction between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith. 10 Now therefore, why do you test God by putting a yoke on the neck of the disciples which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear? 11 But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved in the same manner as they.” 12 Then all the multitude kept silent and listened to Barnabas and Paul declaring how many miracles and wonders God had worked through them among the Gentiles. 13 And after they had become silent, James answered, saying, “Men and brethren, listen to me: 14 Simon has declared how God at the first visited the Gentiles to take out of them a people for His name. 15 And with this the words of the prophets agree, just as it is written: 16 ‘After this I will return And will rebuild the tabernacle of David, which has fallen down; I will rebuild its ruins, And I will set it up; 17 So that the rest of mankind may seek the Lord, Even all the Gentiles who are called by My name, Says the Lord who does all these things.’ 18 “Known to God from eternity are all His works. 19 Therefore I judge that we should not trouble those from among the Gentiles who are turning to God, 20 but that we write to them to abstain from things polluted by idols, from sexual immorality, from things strangled, and from blood. 21 For Moses has had throughout many generations those who preach him in every city, being read in the synagogues every Sabbath.”

This is the very heart of the Torah because these things are found in the middle of the Torah.

We have covered the sexual immorality of mixed marriages but this is laid out in greater detail in Lev18 where a whole list of sexual immorality is spelt out for those who keep Torah. You can go and read of it there where Homosexuality is condemned and incest and bestiality.

The Apostles have summed up the basic teaching the gentiles needed to keep in order to be Torah compliant. The rest they could learn every Sabbath at the synagogues where they were expected to go and learn on the Sabbath day each week on Saturday.

Leviticus 18 is the heart of the Torah, and Leviticus 17 is also. In chapter 17 we learn about sacrificing to other gods. And about eating Kosher foods. Those who do not obey the things told of in Lev 17-18 will be cut off; the land in which those who do not obey will vomit them out. So these things are very serious to Yahweh. We had better pay attention or he will allow us to be killed.

You shall not eat blood. In the past I have been guilty of breaking this command. Like many of you I did not eat the blood of animals. But when I bought my meat at the supermarket it did drip of blood. When I went to a restaurant I ordered the meat to be well done so that the meat did not have blood dripping from it. Lev 17:10 does not mean to cook it well done, or not to eat your meat rare. It means the meat shall not have any blood in it before you eat it. If you do eat it then Yahweh is going to cut you off. He is going to kill you.

Before you say no He will not kill you, remember that He was about to kill King David for his sin with Bathsheba, A man after Yahweh’s own heart. DO not think you are exempt from death for not obeying once you have been shown the truth.

The blood makes atonement for the soul. The life is in the flesh. If you do not drain out the blood no matter whether it is well done or not you will die. It must be properly drained. This is why you need to begin to eat kosher meat. Not to be Jewish, but to be kosher.

This law was for all men and not just Israel. Ex 12:49 One law shall be for the native-born and for the stranger who dwells among you.”

We are warned about the Worshiping other Gods in Lev 17:1-9. Lev 17:10-16 Warns us about Eating Kosher food. Lev 18 gives A list of all the sexual sins that we are to avoid.

You are to worship Yahweh the way He said to do it. You must begin to keep a kosher diet and to be sexual moral.

Acts 15: 23 They wrote this letter by them: The apostles, the elders, and the brethren, To the brethren who are of the Gentiles in Antioch, Syria, and Cilicia: Greetings. 24 Since we have heard that some who went out from us have troubled you with words, unsettling your souls, saying, “You must be circumcised and keep the law”*–to whom we gave no such commandment– 25 it seemed good to us, being assembled with one accord, to send chosen men to you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul, 26 men who have risked their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. 27 We have therefore sent Judas and Silas, who will also report the same things by word of mouth. 28 For it seemed good to the Holy Spirit, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things: 29 that you abstain from things offered to idols, (Worshiping other Gods Lev 17:1-9) from blood, (Lev 17:10-16 Eating Kosher food) from things strangled, and from sexual immorality. (Lev 18: A list of all the sexual sins that there are, are stated here.) If you keep yourselves from these, you will do well. Farewell.

The Apostles told the gentiles to keep these four things which were from the heart of the Torah.

This was for the gentiles. How about you who are keeping the Torah? Are you kosher?

“Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and show my people their transgression, and the house of Ya’acov/Jacob their sins” (Isaiah 58:1)

The blowing of the Trumpet is the Feast of Trumpets and represents the beginning of the 10 Days of Awe and the time of Judgment when you will be judged on by the sins you have committed. This is why I am telling you these things.

As we come closer and closer to the time when we will again be returning to the land of Israel we find again that Satan has thrown the Doctrine of Balaam at us without us realizing it.

The counsel to the Gentiles is the cure for Balaams doctrine. You can eat from this tree and not from that one. What are you going to do?

Isaiah 66: 16 For by fire and by His sword The Lord will judge all flesh; And the slain of the Lord shall be many. 17 “Those who sanctify themselves and purify themselves, To go to the gardens After an idol in the midst, Eating swine’s flesh and the abomination and the mouse, Shall be consumed together,” says the Lord.

Those who eat swine’s flesh shall be consumed.

This is about the day of the lord. It is about to happen in our day.

Satan is Balaam and we are Israel

Leviticus is the very Heart of the Torah.

James Dobson says that 80% of all the men in all churches are involved in sexual pornography to some degree. Some are extreme and some mild. Some view porn on line or in magazines or on TV or videos. It is so easy to get porn today. It is even in sexual ads all around us all the time. We men are bombarded with sex everywhere we go. This is not an excuse, but a warning of what is going to get worst. 80% of the men in your own church or synagogue are into sexual pornography; think about it.

2 Peter 2:10 and especially those who walk according to the flesh in the lust of uncleanness and despise authority. They are presumptuous, self-willed. They are not afraid to speak evil of dignitaries, 11 whereas angels, who are greater in power and might, do not bring a reviling accusation against them before the Lord. 12 But these, like natural brute beasts made to be caught and destroyed, speak evil of the things they do not understand, and will utterly perish in their own corruption, 13 and will receive the wages of unrighteousness, as those who count it pleasure to carouse in the daytime. They are spots and blemishes, carousing in their own deceptions while they feast with you, 14 having eyes full of adultery and that cannot cease from sin, enticing unstable souls. They have a heart trained in covetous practices, and are accursed children. 15 They have forsaken the right way and gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Beor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness; 16 but he was rebuked for his iniquity: a dumb donkey speaking with a man’s voice restrained the madness of the prophet. 17 These are wells without water, clouds carried by a tempest, for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever. 18 For when they speak great swelling words of emptiness, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through lewdness, the ones who have actually escaped F7 from those who live in error. 19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are slaves of corruption; for by whom a person is overcome, by him also he is brought into bondage. 20 For if, after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and overcome, the latter end is worse for them than the beginning. 21 For it would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than having known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered to them. 22 But it has happened to them according to the true proverb: “A dog returns to his own vomit,” and, “a sow, having washed, to her wallowing in the mire.”

Isa 3:16 Moreover the Lord says: “Because the daughters of Zion are haughty, And walk with outstretched necks And wanton eyes, Walking and mincing as they go, Making a jingling with their feet,

Sexual immorality is spiritual harlotry also. You men must cut off all sources of uncleanness. There is always a beautiful woman leaning across each car or on whatever is being sold. This is the doctrine of Balaam; Sex and greed or lust or covetedness.

Purge yourselves of all these false forms of worship. When we keep Sukkot we are prophesying to the rest of the world about Yahweh’s plan of Salvation. Keep Yahweh’s Holy Days and show the world the truth. Eat a kosher diet and show the world how a healthy body looks. Stay clear of sexual immorality and show the world how a healthy family looks. This is how you can prophesy without saying a word sometimes.

The Doctrine of Balaam consisted of these 7 points;

1) Greed-Satan appeals to our greed. He lures us into coveting those things we do not have.
2) Harlotry which is the Lust of flesh
3) Sexual Immorality which is the lust of eyes
4) Alterior motives as to why they wanted to intermarry
5) Intermarriage
6) Idols kept
7) Meat with blood in it

Ho 5:15 I will return again to My place Till they acknowledge their offense. Then they will seek My face; In their affliction they will earnestly seek Me.”

Yahweh has withdrawn from us and we often say where is Yahweh? Why does he not answer us?

Let us now examine in more detail this part about the blood so that we can now change our wrong ways. By doing so we may be able to uncover why some of us continue to be sick and die.

We have been learning about the healing qualities of the essential oils, but many are still sick with cancers and many other diseases. How do we stop this?

De 8:3 So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord.

That word humbled is the same word translated afflict which we just wrote to you about on the first day of this week.

Isaiah 66 tells us we are to tremble at Yahweh’s word. Do you? We have now covered the doctrine of Balaam and how it is a curse upon Israel. “But on this one will I look: On him who is poor and of a contrite spirit, And who trembles at My word.

Genesis 9:3 Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you. I have given you all things, even as the green herbs. 4 But you shall not eat flesh with its life, that is, its blood. 5 Surely for your lifeblood I will demand a reckoning; from the hand of every beast I will require it, and from the hand of man

This word life is Nephesh and is also translated as Soul and appetite as we showed you at the beginning of this article and is the reason we fast. To afflict our soul, our appetite, our life!

Leviticus 3:17 ‘This shall be a perpetual statute throughout your generations in all your dwellings: you shall eat neither fat nor blood.’ “

Leviticus 7: 26 Moreover you shall not eat any blood in any of your dwellings, whether of bird or beast. 27 Whoever eats any blood, that person shall be cut off from his people.’ ”

Leviticus 17: 10 ‘And whatever man of the house of Israel, or of the strangers who dwell among you, who eats any blood, I will set My face against that person who eats blood, and will cut him off from among his people. 11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to you upon the altar to make atonement for your souls; for it is the blood that makes atonement for the soul.’ 12 Therefore I said to the children of Israel, ‘No one among you shall eat blood, nor shall any stranger who dwells among you eat blood.’ 13 Whatever man of the children of Israel, or of the strangers who dwell among you, who hunts and catches any animal or bird that may be eaten, he shall pour out its blood and cover it with dust; 14 for it is the life of all flesh. Its blood sustains its life. Therefore I said to the children of Israel, ‘You shall not eat the blood of any flesh, for the life of all flesh is its blood. Whoever eats it shall be cut off.’

Leviticus 19:26 ‘You shall not eat anything with the blood, nor shall you practice divination or soothsaying. (This is what Balaam did)

Deuteronomy 12:15 “However, you may slaughter and eat meat within all your gates, whatever your heart desires, according to the blessing of the Lord your God which He has given you; the unclean and the clean may eat of it, of the gazelle and the deer alike. 16 Only you shall not eat the blood; you shall pour it on the earth like water.

Deuteronomy 12: 20 “When the Lord your God enlarges your border as He has promised you, and you say, ‘Let me eat meat,’ because you long to eat meat, you may eat as much meat as your heart desires. 21 If the place where the Lord your God chooses to put His name is too far from you, then you may slaughter from your herd and from your flock which the Lord has given you, just as I have commanded you, and you may eat within your gates as much as your heart desires. 22 Just as the gazelle and the deer are eaten, so you may eat them; the unclean and the clean alike may eat them. 23 Only be sure that you do not eat the blood, for the blood is the life; you may not eat the life with the meat. 24 You shall not eat it; you shall pour it on the earth like water. 25 You shall not eat it, that it may go well with you and your children after you, when you do what is right in the sight of the Lord.

Deuteronomy 15: 19 All the firstborn males that come from your herd and your flock you shall sanctify to the Lord your God; you shall do no work with the firstborn of your herd, nor shear the firstborn of your flock. 20 You and your household shall eat it before the Lord your God year by year in the place which the Lord chooses. 21 But if there is a defect in it, if it is lame or blind or has any serious defect, you shall not sacrifice it to the Lord your God. 22 You may eat it within your gates; the unclean and the clean person alike may eat it, as if it were a gazelle or a deer. 23 Only you shall not eat its blood; you shall pour it on the ground like water.

In all of the above we are told not to eat the blood (or the FAT) that is in the meat. We are to pour it out as water upon the ground. Many of the SDA quote only part of these verses to justify and try to persuade others not to eat meat at all. When clearly Yahweh says we can eat it. So please do not think I am trying to get you to become a vegan.

We are not to eat the blood because it, the blood, contains the life in it. The blood is the Nephesh or the blood is the very soul of a being.

Luke 22: 17 Then He took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, “Take this and divide it among yourselves; 18 for I say to you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God comes.” 19 And He took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is My body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” 20 Likewise He also took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is shed for you.

John 6: 48 I am the bread of life. 49 Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and are dead. 50 This is the bread which comes down from heaven, that one may eat of it and not die. 51 I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world.” 52 The Jews therefore quarreled among themselves, saying, “How can this Man give us His flesh to eat?” 53 Then Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you. 54 Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. 55 For My flesh is food indeed, and My blood is drink indeed. 56 He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him. 57 As the living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, so he who feeds on Me will live because of Me. 58 This is the bread which came down from heaven–not as your fathers ate the manna, and are dead. He who eats this bread will live forever.” 59 These things He said in the synagogue as He taught in Capernaum.
60 Therefore many of His disciples, when they heard this, said, “This is a hard saying; who can understand it?” 61 When Jesus knew in Himself that His disciples complained about this, He said to them, “Does this offend you? 62 What then if you should see the Son of Man ascend where He was before? 63 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life. 64 But there are some of you who do not believe.” For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were who did not believe, and who would betray Him. 65 And He said, “Therefore I have said to you that no one can come to Me unless it has been granted to him by My Father.” 66 From that time many of His disciples went back and walked with Him no more. 67 Then Jesus said to the twelve, “Do you also want to go away?” 68 But Simon Peter answered Him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. 69 Also we have come to believe and know that You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”

What are we to make of the above scriptures? The spirit of Yahweh which flows into each of us is the blood. The Torah is the bread of life which we need to read daily to grow. We are not to eat of the tree of good and evil, we are not to partake of another spirit, namely Satan. We are not to eat of his blood which is full of abominations. But we are to eat of the Torah and to drink in the Ruach Kadosh, the Holy Spirit which is the blood that gives us life; Eternal life.

If you consider what the blood carries in it like the cancer cells and many other diseases that are carried to each cell of the body by the blood stream, we should be able to understand how not eating blood would be beneficial to us. Those animals that we eat with blood in it contain hormones and many other elements that are dangerous to our systems.

Lets us consider just what the blood does from
Blood performs many important functions within the body including:
• Supply of oxygen to tissues (bound to hemoglobin, which is carried in red cells)
• Supply of nutrients such as glucose, amino acids, and fatty acids (dissolved in the blood or bound to plasma proteins (e.g., blood lipids)
• Removal of waste such as carbon dioxide, urea, and lactic acid
• Immunological functions, including circulation of white blood cells, and detection of foreign material by antibodies
• Coagulation, which is one part of the body’s self-repair mechanism
• Messenger functions, including the transport of hormones and the signaling of tissue damage
• Regulation of body pH (the normal pH of blood is in the range of 7.35 – 7.45)[3] (covering only 0.1 pH unit)
• Regulation of core body temperature
• Hydraulic functions

I am wondering what the white blood cells of animals would be doing in our systems, or the waste material that is not discarded and then eaten by us, how would it react to our systems. Is this where cancers come from?

Again if we do eat the blood, then we will be cut off.

In the book called the China Study by T. Colin Campbell, PhD, they did an extensive study of the diets of western society and compared it to those of the far east. In this study they found that people of Okinawa Japan could smoke big fat cigars and live in a city with the most polluted air and yet they had one of the lowest lung cancer rates in the world. Why?

It was found that their diet consisted of mostly plant food and no meat. It was not until the western diet became more readily available to the masses, that the rates of cancers began to increase.

Was it because of the meat as many vegans proclaim or was it because of the blood in the meat? Yahweh said if you eat the blood you will be cut off. Brethren I am nothing more than a ditch digger. What do I know? But do think on these things. Read the book the China Study. I believe that Yahweh is allowing those who eat the meat with the blood in it to get cancers and this is how they are being cut off. Again what do I know.

You have now been shown the doctrines of Balaam and how they are mixed into our lives many times without us being aware of it.

Mixed marriages, assimilation with society, keeping false holy days and traditions, eating of blood even when it is well done, compromising on Torah, are things Satan has got our whole society to do to prevent us from returning to the land of our Ancestors. It is time to repent and to change our ways.

Yes this will mean many changes to eating out. It will be hard to find a kosher hamburger at Wendy’s or MacDonald’s. Just go to your own refrigerator and let some of the store bought hamburger thaw out. Then once it is thawed tip it over and see how much blood comes out. You can do the same at the meat counter. Just pick it up and see how much blood goes to the edges as you tip it over. If there is blood in the meat when you do this then you are eating the blood and you will die.

The question now is, is your lust of the Flesh pots of Egypt stronger than your love of Yahweh.

Perhaps if you stop eating blood in the meats you normally buy then maybe you will see an improvement in your health.

As I said at the beginning, it has been a trying 40 days of repentance. I have learned many things about myself and others at this time. Not all of it good. I too have to repent and change my ways. It is an ever growing process.

Do not follow the Doctrine of Balaam any longer.

May Yahweh bless your growing and help you to do His will and once you do to heal you of the wrong way you used to live. May your name and the names of your loved ones be found in the Book Of Life.
