President Bush Discusses National Security, Homeland Security and the Freedom Agenda at U.S. Army War College

You know, the threat emerged long before September the 11th. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, the followers of a hateful and twisted ideology grew in strength and number. In lands where repression and despair reigned, these extremists found willing recruits for their murderous vision. They unleashed an unprecedented campaign of terror against the United States — attacking the World Trade Center in 1993, bombing two of our embassies in Africa in 1998, striking the USS Cole in 2000.

Here at home we prevented numerous terrorist attacks — including an attempt to bomb fuel tanks at JFK Airport, a plot to blow up airliners bound for the East Coast, a scheme to attack a shopping mall in the Chicago area, and a plan to destroy the tallest skyscraper in Los Angeles. We’ll never know how many lives have been saved. But this is for certain: Since 9/11, there’s not been another terrorist attack on American soil.

And this is certain as well: Around the world, we’re driving the terrorists from their safe havens. We are choking off their financing. We are severely disrupting their operations. Together with our allies, we killed or captured hundreds of al Qaeda leaders and operatives, including the architect of the September the 11th attacks — Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. And thanks to the success of the surge, the courage of our troops, and the determination of the Iraqi people, we have delivered a devastating blow to al Qaeda in the land Osama bin Laden once called the central battleground in the war on terror.

We can be confident because freedom is universal. I strongly believe there’s an Almighty, and a gift of that Almighty to every man, woman and child on the face of the Earth is freedom. We can be confident because we’re blessed with men and women who willingly put the welfare of their nation before themselves. As long as we have defenders of such character and courage, our nation will always be in good hands and the future will always be bright.

Dear Mr. President and Mr. Vice President,
In the speech the President made, which I have abbreviated above, he has said some things which I have been trying to tell Americans for the past 4 years concerning Terrorism. Since the attack of 9/11 there has not been another terrorist attack on US soil and that is to your offices, credit. I also thank you for all that you have done to protect the west.

As Mr. Cheney said to Jim Lehrer these events are unprecedented. Mr. Cheney is partly correct, these events do not have a normally known precedent, but these are not normal times. These events do have a repeatable precedent which is what I have been speaking about for the past 4 years. The repeatable precedent is found throughout history going back to the beginning of time.

These same historical precedents came upon England with what they call 7/7, and for Australia it was in the form of the Bali bombing.

This led to the coalition against Afghanistan and Iraq.

What you may not have realized is that the second phase of this historical precedent has been coming to the USA and Australia and the UK in the shape of extremely severe weather. In 2008 the USA had the most wild fires ever in one year; they also had the most tornadoes in one day and the most tornadoes in one year. This is on top the most damaging Hurricanes ever recorded that have been hitting the Gulf coast these past 6 year; and some of the extensive flooding during the planting season.

Australia has also had the worst drought in 1000 years and while the US has had drought conditions in various regions during this past stage. The UK has also had its weather problems to deal with.

Mr. President and Mr. Vice President, you are both aware of these event and I could list many more. I am not talking about Global Warming, although there are many points that we could expound on.

I want to thank you for what you have done during these most difficult times, but I also said that these events are precedence in history. Knowing this I am able to say with certainty that what President Obama is about to face is going to tax him and the American public to the limit and that the President after the next eight years will be over whelmed by these events.

During the next eight years the USA will suffer food shortages, and epidemics on a large scale. Many Americans will dies as a result. There have been in the last year food shortages around the world. The amount of grains consumed is greater than the amount of grains grown. I strongly urge you to implement grain storage that can last for a minimum of 4 years. Even this is not going to be enough.

The current financial crisis is also precedent in history. It has the great potential to lead into or contribute to the spread of contagious and infectious diseases. You currently have many tent and car cities growing on the outskirts of many of the warmer south in the US. With many more losing their jobs and being foreclosed on this number will no doubt grow. These are breeding grounds for rodents which carry many of these diseases. These unsanitary conditions also attract scavenging birds, and WHO is extremely concerned about the expected bird flu epidemic.

A contributing factor which the Governor of California just announced in December of 2008 was the cut back in unpaid wages to civil servants for two days a month starting in February. California as well as many other US states and many of the larger cities, are on the verge of becoming insolvent due to the growing unemployed which draw down the state coffers. This financial shortage is only multiplied by the fact that these unemployed are now not paying taxes as factories are shutting down.

With these sever cutbacks taking place and the civil servants being laid off and or cut back in pay the treatment of sewage and water plants and the collection of garbage and its disposal becomes a risk factor.

In Walkerton Ontario Canada cheating the system resulted in 12 people dying when they drank water from their municipal tap.
Historical precedent also shows us that President Obama will not deal with the treat that is about to arise. This threat to America is found in the United European Super power. It is going to be led by an historic enemy that has almost defeated the west and the US twice in the past century and currently holds many of the key positions in NATO and the UN. These positions are held by person of the German military.

History shows that this super power and the USA will clash during the third term staring from the inauguration of President Obama. Mr. President, Mr. Vice President and Mr. President Elect, historical precedent shows that the USA will lose 270 Million people during the next 21 years. Yes Sir 270 Million People.

Again Mr. President I thank you for the things you have done in protecting the west during your watch, but there is still much more to do. I have been trying to contact your office for the past two year without any success. I hope this letter and the one attached will show you the seriousness of the times we are in.
