New Moon of the Seventh Month spotted. Shout it out.

Joseph F. Dumond

Isa 6:9-12 And He said, Go, and tell this people, You hear indeed, but do not understand; and seeing you see, but do not know. Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their hearts, and turn back, and be healed. Then I said, Lord, how long? And He answered, Until the cities are wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land laid waste, a desolation, and until Jehovah has moved men far away, and the desolation in the midst of the land is great.

I had told my boss last week that I had to take either Tuesday or Wednesday off for my Holy Day but I did not know which one. He said that this would be frond upon and I could loss my job to another sub contractor. I understood exactly what he was implying. So today at lunch time a lady from Florida text me with the news that the Moon had been sighted. I was so happy to hear it. At the same time we were told from our office that the whole crew was going to shut down on Tuesday due to the rain that is forecast to come. I just grinned from ear to ear with my boss. Ain’t Yehovah awesome?

Now for those who are wanting something to study on this day, I am still not able to use the mac word documents. So I have two suggestions for you. One is to do the Torah Study for this High Day which you can find at https://sightedmoon.com/sightedmoon_2015/files/TriennialCycleBeginningAviv2.pdf and the other is an awesome article from Boaz & Rinah who own the farm we are working with in Israel. When I read this I found so many little nuggets in it. May it also be a Blessing to you. http://www.shefaisrael.com/uploads/2/4/5/8/2458162/the_days_of_awe.pdf

May your this season see your growth in leaps and bounds as you study to learn more about your Father Yehovah and draw closer to HIm. May He open your mind up to His truths and show you the lies you still hold on to. And May Yehovah bless and protect you and your family and give peace of mind during the times that are coming and which this day represents to those who will not repent.

I have received some nice letters this weekend. Thank you all. I want to share this one;

Hello Grandpa Joe,

Thank you so much for this posting – your emails are so important to my continued understanding of scripture. It was a revelation to read “Prophecies of Abraham” and realize scripture wasn’t intended just to show us how to be “saved” and avoid the troubles the Israelites went through!

My parents sent me Sunday School as a child where I learned about Noah’s ark, Jonah and the whale, etc. Later on there was church youth group, consisting of games, a verse study and a car wash or two. Heavy stuff! Church meant old hymns, but gradually morphed into arm waving spirit-filled nothings!!! About two years ago I witnessed a disgraceful Sunday morning service at my local church, and left disgusted. It seemed like church was what ever someone wanted it to be – and the many interpretations from passages of scripture were feeding that.

I picked up a book from the local library (for no particular reason) which described the links between Stonehenge, and the pyramids in Egypt. When I realized these amazing people could measure the stars and understood much more than I did, I wondered if the “old” testament books might be telling me more than I had been taught. Praise Yahweh for the internet! I started a search on “stars in the bible” which led me to “Torah”. I googled “Torah in Australia”, thinking that might lead me in the right direction, though I’d never heard Torah mentioned in church. That is how I found Truth2U radio, and Sighted Moon. I have not found any Torah-keeping congregations where I live. But I CAN follow teachings on the web. THANK YOU!

If you have managed to read this far, Joe, I want to encourage you as much as I can to continue the teachings you present. I can’t even imagine the challenges you and other teachers face, probably daily. I currently live in a relatively free and unrestricted country where following christianity is one thing, but becoming Torah-observant quite another. It is tempting to go with the flow and blend in rather than stand up and stand apart.

I find it really interesting that Yahweh brought the Israelites through the waters of the Red Sea, something they could not have done alone. I think once we get swept away with the tide of “popular teachings” we are going to have to push against the tide to get back to where we should be, and then keep swimming (ie learning from the teachings in scripture) to prevent us getting swept away again!

May Yahweh bless and strengthen you.

Kindest regards,
Cathy.

Brethren keep praying for the New Brethren and for them all to find the truth of Torah now while they have the time.
Again have an Awesome Holy Seasons and Yom Teruah. Blow the shofar and blow it loud and let the whole world know He is coming and coming soon.

May Yehovah bless you and guard you – Yeh-va-reh-cheh-cha Yehovah veh-yeesh-meh-reh-cha May Yehovah make his face shine upon you and be gracious unto you – Ya-air Yehovah pa-naiv ay-leych-cha vee-chu-neh-cha May Yehovah lift up his face onto you and give you peace – Yee-sa Yehovah pa-nahv ay-leyh-cha veh-ya-same leh-cha Shalom

Yehovah is the name of the Creator. Yah is His short poetic name as in HalleluYah which is Hebrew for Praise be to Yah. Yehshua haMashiach is
Hebrew for Jesus the Messiah, who was raised and was Jewish. The Hebrew word Shalom means much more than peace, hello or goodbye. In essence it means: Completeness, wholeness, health, peace, welfare, safety soundness, tranquility, prosperity, perfectness, fullness, rest, harmony, the absence of agitation or discord. This is the highest form of greeting somebody, and with this we greet you in His precious name.
