Joseph F. Dumond

Isa 6:9-12 And He said, Go, and tell this people, You hear indeed, but do not understand; and seeing you see, but do not know. Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their hearts, and turn back, and be healed. Then I said, Lord, how long? And He answered, Until the cities are wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land laid waste, a desolation, and until Jehovah has moved men far away, and the desolation in the midst of the land is great.

Shabbat Shalom to the Royal Family of Yehovah, May Your name be found written in the Book of Life

“Gamar hatimah tovah.” Some say “Gmar tov,” meaning a good completion to your inscription (in the book of life).

We  are now beginning the Feast of Trumpets at sunset Thursday evening and Friday day August 18, 2023 is the 1st day of the 7th month. May your name be found written in the Book of Life.

For those wondering why we are keeping the feasts a month before everyone else on the Hillel or Rabbinic calendar, we go by the barley being Aviv to begin the year. That puts us one month ahead of the Hillel calendar and has consistently done so since 2016. We also go by the crescent moon to begin each month. And that too causes us to be 1 to 3 days different than the Hillel calendar which only began to be used after 358 AD. Before that time the Talmud records that they had two witnesses come to the Temple each month to report the sighting of the moon and they also had an exciting ceremony each year to collect the first fruits of the barley to begin the year.

If all of this is new to you then I urge you to get the book It Was A Riddle Not A Command below so you can read the many scriptures which tell you when to keep the Holy Days and then you can decide.

After Sabbath last week we sent out to all those who have been supporting this work since 2022 on a monthly basis, our unedited edition of The 10 Days of Awe. This was a gift from me to those who have helped us financially each month on a consistent basis. I had asked all of them to write me a short note about how excited they were to finally get our newest book so I could use it to help promote the book to new people. Few have done so. I also asked them to write a review after they got 1/4 through and then 3/4 and then finally after they read it. I still hope most of them will do this for me to help promote the book.

I also had a number of people who do not support this work demanding they have the right to the new book. I wonder how many of you would work for a year and then be told that all you worked for was to be given away for free and to whom ever. Some feel they can just share it with others who do not support this work and act as if it is a gift from them.

By giving the unedited work to our supporters it was a gesture on my part to say thank you. The information is important and they need to know about it now. Especially with 2024 right around the corner. So it was to be a gift from me to them for helping to do this work all these years. Many of them never trouble me or give me cause for alarm.

I had hoped by doing this some would be motivated to begin to give on an ongoing basis. I am not demanding that you tithe to me. Yet you should be. It is part of the law. I do not tell you how much to give and many seek to give the minimum amount they can get away with. (That would sound like they only want God to bless them minimally in return) We still have more work to do as you will see once you read the book. We did get a few people who began to be new supporters. I understand some of you are struggling. But so are we. You have money for this or that, but you can’t find anything to help those who are researching for you? I have never turned down anyone who asked. I have challenged everyone who felt they had a right to get my work for free and were rude or crude when they wrote me. Few if any apologize.

Because some are giving our work away and not feeling any remorse to help support this work, I will now be forced to change the password and the URL from time to time. So please check the password when you sign in, just in case it is changed. Sorry. But I want to make this gift only for those supporting our work. The rest can buy it when we publish it later this year.

Here is what we wrote to you last week about the newest book.

The 10 Days of Awe is finished. I am done writing. I just have to clean it up a little and then I will send it out to those who are supporting this work on a monthly basis. You can also start to support this work by going to our store and clicking on the donate button. I have now sent it out to our supporters this week so you can begin to read all these things in time for the Fall Holy Days. It is raw and unedited for the most part. That is what we are going to work on next which could take months. While we do that I wanted those supporting this work to have this book and to begin their studies on it.

If you are a supporter of this work and did not get your notification then by all means write me.

I want to share this with you as we approach the coming 10 Days of Awe from the Feast of Trumpets to the Day of Atonement.

We are now just at the Feast of Trumpets on Friday August 18 and then the Day of Atonement on Sunday August 27. These feasts begin the night before.
Are you ready?

We will host a zoom meeting at 10 AM and 2 PM eastern time zone for all those who would like to join us on these High Holy Days. On the Day of Atonement which is a 24 hour fast, when you do not drink water or eat any food at that time. Yehovah takes this day very serious. On the Day of Atonement we will meet at 1 PM eastern time.

For Sukkot, I will be in Israel. We have someone who is going to host our zoom room for these Holy Days and Sabbath, and we will post more about that when we get closer to the time

Are you getting ready for the Fall Feast days? We are approaching the time when our understanding of the Holy Days is going to be crucial during the 10 Days/years of Awe that begin in 2024. Are you READY?

If you do not know the meaning of the Feast of Trumpets then I urge you to get our book It Was A Riddle Not A Command and learn the very basics about this day. When you do you will also learn from the Scriptures which calendar you should be following, whether Hillel or Rabbinic, or the Barley and Crescent Moon.

Make the small investment and learn something important today.

You do not want to be told I never knew you. Take a little bit of your Feast money and order the book now at Amazon.com.

Our Groom is coming and You do not want to be told I never knew you. This is the best book to give to all your loved ones to help them learn why Yehshua was not born at Christmas and it will show them how to prove He was born Sept 11, 3 BC. It will also show them that He is coming back on this day. The expression, “no man knows the Day or the Hour” was a Hebrew idiom telling those who understood, the very day He was coming back on.

2024 is the year which represents the Feast of Trumpets. Judgment is about to begin. We were the only group warning you about 2020 and we started sounding the alarm in 2005. We are the only ones warning you about the Abomination being set up this Fall. Order the book and begin to learn these simple truths that are built one precept upon another. Order it now while your thinking about it.

You can also order a PDF copy directly from us and begin to read this book right now. Just click on the button below.

Don’t be told I never knew you!

Looking for the New Crescent Moon Thursday Night

Looking for the New Crescent Moon Thursday Night

The New Moon of the 7th month will be visible Thursday Evening. Everyone should go out and look for it.

The following picture is from Torah Calendar https://torahcalendar.com/MOON.asp?JDN=2460174&TDAY=1

You have 51 minutes after Sunset to see the moon.

Last month the moon was seen on Tuesday Evening July 18 making Tuesday Evening and Wednesday Day the 1st day of the 6th month. If you count the days in the month Thursday Evening August 17, 2023, will be the 30th day. So whether or not the moon is seen on Thursday evening does not matter. The 1st day of the 7th month this year will be Thursday Evening and Friday day August 18, 2023. This is the Feast of Trumpets. The Day and Hour no one knows until it actually begins. Now you can count to each of the Holy Days in the 7th Month.

The Shmita Year of 2023

We are about to begin the seventh month. How does it feel? Excited? You are now  1/2 way through the Sabbatical year.  You are allowed to eat some of the food you have stored away. LOL. I know looking at it each day, wondering if it was enough, still plays on your mind. So eat some of it and let the Sabbatical year be a blessing to you and your family.

Brethren find a way to obey. Stop finding excuses why you can’t do this or that.

If you just discovered this was the Shmita year, then stock up now for the remainder of the year. Don’t plant or harvest this year. Obey Yehovah.

The Shmita Year of 2023

Aviv 1 on February 21/22, 2023 began the 7th Year of Rest. You can prove this by understanding that 2 King 19:29 spoke about a 49th and 50th-year land rest. Knowing this was 701 and 700 BC, you can then count by 7 or 49 and land on every Sabbatical year or every Jubilee in history. All of our proof’s line up with this understanding.

We want to encourage you to watch and share this video of our teaching at GLC about the Sabbatical Year.

In this Sabbatical year, you are:

  1. Not to Plant
  2. Not to Harvest
  3. Stock up on Food in the 6th year
  4. Forgive Debts
  5. Read the Torah Out Loud on the 1st day of Sukkot.

These are the basic rules that you are to keep in order to be blessed by Yehovah. As of this writing, it is not too late to stock up for the year.

There are 365 days in the year. Let’s just say there are 400 days, in case there is an Adar Bet next year. You can buy 400 Cans of Soup to have one meal of soup each day during the year. One can of soup costs about $2, so for $800 you have a year’s supply of soup. But if you are not going to eat soup every day then take out half and buy canned beans, vegetables and fruits.

You can do this. Do not say you can’t do this. Find the will to find a way to get this done. Find excuses as to why you will obey. We are coming into the 5th curse over the next 7 years. That curse is famine and it will be so bad that people will eat their own children. So stock up on food now so you can obey Yehovah. And extra food will be a welcome blessing later.

Brethren, this is not that hard to do. What it takes is the willpower to do it: that and a little planning. You can buy meat throughout the year. It is not a ban on meat. You can also eat anything that grows of itself during the year. But do not plan on living off of those things that come from the ground. It they fail then you have no food. Stock up now, and if something grows, they are a bonus, but they are also free game for the neighbours and the animals. So they might eat it before you do. Plan ahead and stock up now. You still have time to get it done.

I received this email this week and want to share it and answer it with you all.

Message: Hello Joseph

I was wondering – are we allowed to still buy “old stock” from the store up to 22 Feb 2023? Most products have Production dates and Sell by dates on them. I am staying away from fresh vegetables and fruit but if I can see on a canned item or on frozen vegetables that the Production date in well outside of the beginning of the Shmita year, I am allowed to buy it?

As you might know, we (South Africa) are sometimes without power for up to 8 hours, sometimes more, a day. I therefore did not invest in an extra freezer or fridge for we are expecting the collapse of the grid any day and all those frozen things will have to be thrown away. I have stocked up for the Shmita year, but still have this impression on my spirit that I have to keep doing it for as long as I can – especially canned goods.

Personally I do not see why I can’t, because it is old stock. Nowhere do I read in the Torah that you are not allowed to buy the old stock in the Shmita year (provided of course that you can find a Production date on the can/container that is well outside the beginning of our Shmita year. But, my understanding of it may be wrong, so I would really appreciate your input.

Shalom

Melanie

South Africa

As I always do here is my standard answer as to what you are to do during the Sabbatical year.

  1. Not to Plant
  2. Not to Harvest
  3. Stock up on Food in the 6th year
  4. Forgive Debts
  5. Read the Torah Out Loud on the 1st day of Sukkot.

Each person is different. Each person has a different culture they live in. Some do not have electric power. Some are called and discover this information and the sabbatical year has already begun. Yehovah has called each of us from the walk we are in. Different races, different problems. But He HAS called you to begin NOW to obey. So, start to obey from that point on with all your might and all your ability. But Start!!!

Joe Dumond Rules

In answer to Melanie, these are now what I do. They are not written in Torah. This would come under Joe Dumond rules, which must be changed when found to be out of alignment with Yehovah’s Laws. Each of you will develop you own rules for you and your family. I might not agree with them but so long as we are all keeping the 5 rules of the Shmita year then do not judge others who are trying to obey. Let Yehovah judge them. Let Yehovah bless them according to what they do right and what they do wrong. But do not let us go around attacking each other, and especially those who are trying.

I have stocked up my food for the upcoming year. Here in Ontario, Canada, I will use Shavuot as another one of my benchmarks. I will explain in a moment.

Here in Ontario, I will continue to buy and eat apples that were grown in Ontario up until about Shavuot 2023. This means any apples marked as product of Ontario would have been grown and harvested in 2022. New Apples will not be available from Ontario until some time in the summer of 2023. So my cut off date will be Shavuot 2023. Potatoes grown here in Canada either from Ontario or Prince Edward Island, the main place potatoes are grown in Canada will not come on the market until about August. Again, I can use last years stocks up until my cut off date of Shavuot 2023.

Here in Ontario, our lettuce and most fresh fruit and vegetables comes from around the world and take about 7 days to go from being picked to the store. So for me, as of Passover 2023, I will not be eating any fresh greens from the stores. I will eat only what I have already bought before that date which is now passed. Most canned fruits and vegetables are from last years harvest. So canned goods I will continue to stock up on. I believe I will finish this the week after the Days of Unleavened Bread. I know there is no yeast in them, but I have had many problems to resolve with my wife about storing food here in the apartment, which is forcing me to be very precise in all I do.

Now if I am going to use Shavuot as my cut off date for those things grown here in Ontario, then next year when the Sabbatical Year ends at Aviv in 2024, then I also will continue to not eat those things grown in Ontario, until they come into season here locally. For example, I will wait until August before eating Apples again. I will wait until August before I eat new potatoes.

After Aviv 1 in 2024, when fresh strawberries begin to arrive on the store shelves in Ontario I will wait until around the 1st of the second month before I eat them. I am doing this because the shelve life is about a week or two. So if I wait until the 1st of the 2nd month, then those fresh products will have been harvested in 2024 after Aviv, when we can then again harvest. In the past I have waited and to set the date at Shavuot.

Here is an example from the Bible you need to understand and once you do then can decide what to do for yourself. It is upon this understanding that I set the date for myself of Shavuot.

Lev 25:20 And if you shall say, What shall we eat the seventh year? Behold, we shall not sow nor gather in our increase!

Lev 25:21 Then I will command My blessing on you in the sixth year, and it shall bring forth fruit for three years.

Lev 25:22 And you shall sow the eighth year, and eat of old fruit until the ninth year; until its fruits come in, you shall eat the old fruit.

The Barley was sown around Sukkoth in the fall. It is harvested after Passover. In a Sabbatical year you could not harvest the barley in the Sabbatical Year. You would not be able to plant in the Sabbatical year in the fall. This then meant you would not have a barley crop the year after the Sabbatical year at Passover. This is now the 8th year. In the fall around Sukkoth in the 8th year, you could plant but would not be able to harvest until Passover in the 9th year.

What ever the crop or food you are desiring to plant or harvest, in what ever part of the world you you live in, you must plant and harvest according to the Sabbatical Year rules from Aviv to Aviv.

So each person must figure out when Strawberries are planted and harvested according to this understanding. When Potatoes are planted according to this understanding. Our society does not obey Yehovah. So each of us must read the labels and decide if this is kosher or not. To this day, I do not drink any wine harvested in the year 2016 or 2009 both Sabbatical years I have kept.

We all must obey. Do the best you can and pray Yehovah helps you to understand and to be able to obey.

If you want to use aquaponics or soilless planting then you must decide if this is kosher or not. I am not going to come up with an entire Targum or set of Tamudic do’s and don’ts. Read the rules or read Lev 25 and then you decide. You are called to be a King and Priest in the Kingdom of Yehovah. As a King and Preist you must uphold the Law of Yehovah and enforce it. As a King or Priest in the Kingdom, is what you are going to do, upholding those laws? Is what you are going to do pleasing to Yehovah? You must decide. I am not your judge.

Php 2:12 Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, cultivate your own salvation with fear and trembling.

Php 2:13 For it is God who works in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure.

Php 2:14 Do all things without murmurings and disputings,

Php 2:15 so that you may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation. Among these you shine as lights in the world,

Php 2:16 holding forth the Word of Life, so that I may rejoice with you in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain nor laboured in vain.

Some are asking how to do you travel? When you go to someones home what do you do? YOU can assume that those people are obeying Yehovah and you eat. Or you can pull out your own food from your purse and eat it in front of them. Again I am not your judge. You must decide what to do.

Joshua crossed the Jordan in the 50th year.  He did not plant anything the year before or this year. And yet he ate everything they captured from the cities of the Caananites. They did not obey Yehovah. Joshua ate their food.

There is not commandment telling you you cannot eat. I have given you Joe Dumond rules above. They are not Yehovah’s rules. You must decide what you are going to do.

The 10 Days of Awe Reviews

The 10 Days of Awe

Here is my ‘before I read the book” review:

I want to learn what God has to say about the next ten years.  That is why I am planning to read Joseph Dumond’s book The 10 Days of Awe.  Mr. Dumond searches the Scriptures with due attention to context and Hebrew meaning of the words God chose.  He then presents a straight forward analysis with Bible references quoted at length and detailed footnotes of his research.  Mr. Dumond is deeply interested in history and personally visits the locations and searches the archives to determine the pertinent facts that enhance the Bible reader’s understanding.
I have read most of his books, all of which supplement and augment my understanding of Scriptures.  He urges the reader to take God at His word, trust, and act accordingly.

Shalom brother Joe!!,

1st and foremost I want to thank you for allowing the unedited version to be available for the monthly subscribers to read via PDF, THIS IS A TIME SENSITIVE READING!!

I’m at page 300 and I would have written a review sooner but have found it hard to break away from reading the 10 days of awe, this book has blown my mind in details of whats described in the Words of God of the last days and the fulfilling of the fall feast at this time.

This information you provide is due for our time RIGHT NOW and how important it is to OBEY Yehovah’s Word because the harvest is ripe!!

This book is packed with the information and an eye opener about the bitter waters that are soon to be here, which is already being presented in the world as we know it!! This book, along with the other 2 books from the Elijah trilogy is eye opening and makes you see the world through a different set of eyes and puts my hope in the creator of this universe of His saving grace and mercy He will show to those who obey. Just like the Hebrews in the land of Egypt, we are fixing to come out of this world of Egypt for a 2nd mass exodus being led by the Most High, Yehovah!!

Sorry for the short review but I’ve got to get back to reading the rest of this book!!

Much Shalom and may Yehovah bless you and keep you brother Joe!!

We asked those who were given the free copy to write us and let us know what they thought of being able to now read the 10 Days of Awe. Here is what they said.
Dear Joe,
    • On a personal note, I would just like to share my opinion on your Ten Days of Awe book. I am still living in the afterglow of having finished reading it from cover to cover, only to say it has hugely impacted me. It really is an awesome read, and without exaggeration it is a Biblical Masterpiece. Some of its amazing content was still coming back to me early this morning when I was still slumbering in bed, and I just could not get it out of my head. I would say you have created an exceptional and razor sharp historical essay of  the ancient secrets behind the religions of Babylon and Egypt. You have given us a look behind the scenes, and lifted the lid on all their horrible hidden secrets, and you demonstrated how all the religions of the world, especially including Christianity, have effectively been sired by the pagan poison of the Babylonian mystery religion. Apart from this you unveiled so many astounding Scriptural revelations, that any true seeker after truth would feel spoiled by Yehovah Himself. On top of all of this, you have also given us an amazing compass not only indicating, but also giving us the precise timing of all the prophetic milestones we, as Messiah’s true disciples will encounter in the next ten year year journey to our ultimate destiny in the Holy Land. In reading I felt compelled, if not driven to get to the end of your book & even now, days later I am still savouring the effects.
    • From a grateful heart – Thank you Joe for being a true instrument in His most righteous Hands!
    • With love & blessings,
                Stephen
I just got my copy of 10 Days of Awe and I CANNOT wait to start it! I may or may not have to hire a housekeeper so I can focus on simply reading and absorbing all the revelations this book has for me!

Yehovah has blessed Joseph Dumond and given him insight to unlocking and revealing the often times complex and intricate prophecies given to us in scripture. Every book of Joe’s is amazingly in depth and eye opening. I have anticipated the release of this final book of the trilogy the second I found out that he started writing it. I cannot wait to get started. Thank you Joe for everything you have given and put on the line to teach all of us what our gracious and compassionate creator has revealed to you. And thank you to Yehovah for giving Joe this valuable insight and the abilities to teach all of us.

It Was A Riddle Not A Command

With Feast of Trumpets Now here you should all have a copy of this book to understand and know the deeper things of this Amazing Feast.

It Was A Riddle Not A Command

Yehshua always spoke in parables publicly.

Matthew 13:34 Jesus spoke all these things to the crowds in parables, and He did not speak to them without a parable, so that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, “I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.”

He did this on purpose so they would not understand.

Matthew 13:10-17 And the disciples said to Him, Why do You speak to them in parables?

He answered and said to them, Because it is given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of Heaven, but it is not given to them.

For whoever has, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance. But whoever does not have, from him shall be taken away even that which he has.

Therefore I speak to them in parables, because seeing they see not, and hearing they hear not; nor do they understand. And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah which said, “By hearing you shall hear and shall not understand; and seeing you shall see and shall not perceive; for this people’s heart has become gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and they have closed their eyes, lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.”

But blessed are your eyes, for they see; and your ears, for they hear. For truly I say to you that many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which you see, and have not seen them; and to hear what you hear, and have not heard them.

Yehshua spoke about the 5 Foolish Virgins in a parable.

Matthew 25:11-13 Afterwards the other virgins came also, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.

But he answered and said, Truly I say to you, I do not know you.

Therefore watch, for you do not know either the day or the hour in which the Son of Man comes.

The expression “No Man Knows the Day or the Hour” is what Yehshua was speaking about in the previous chapter, Matthew 24:36 and here He is using the same expression in this parable again.

This is what most Christians use to dismiss any and all end time prophecies as being false teachings. They do not realize it was a parable meant to say something and hide the truth from those who hearts have grown stupid which is what that word gross means when Isaiah says their hearts have become gross.

Yehshua was telling the foolish they would not and could not know the day or the hour and at the same time telling the wise the precise time He would return on.

The question is which one of the virgins are you?

Order the book and find out which one you are and learn how to change from being a foolish virgin to one of the 5 Wise Virgins.

If you want to understand the Feast of Trumpets…if you want to know about Yehshua birthday, if you want to get the basics understanding of the 10 days of Awe, which we are about publish then you need to read this book as your foundation.

Order the book so you never have to hear the words, I never knew you.

You can also buy the PDF direct from us and start reading it right now. Just click the button below.

The Abomination That Makes Desolate

The Abomination That Makes Desolate

The Countdown Has Already Begun!

The Countdown To the Abomination Began March 11, 2020 when W.H.O. announced a world wide pandemic!

We are just weeks away from this event taking place. Do you know what to look for, and do you know where to look for it? Are you even watching? It is time to get right with Yehovah now with fasting and prayers and turning back to Him while you have time.

THE ABOMINATION THAT MAKES DESOLATE must surely qualify as one of the most misinterpreted subjects in the entire Bible. In truth, it is a mystery, as evidenced by the fact that even the prophet Daniel himself did not fully comprehend its meaning. (Daniel 12:8-9)

Clearly, therefore, there is no shame in failing to understand all the details of this major End-Times’ prophetic event. This is where Joseph Dumond’s second book in his Elijah Trilogy comes as such a timely and most befitting word in season. This work is best suited for those who genuinely and in earnest seek after truth, as it provides an accurate compass guiding the reader safely through the maze of all the key End-Times’ prophetic markers that enable one to come into a full understanding of the content therein. As the author leads you step-by-step; you will come to know the true meaning and full import of this earth-shattering event. For starters, you will be impacted by the urgency of the hour, as the timing of this event is just around the corner.

You will marvel in amazement as you have your eyes opened to the true understanding of what is meant by the 70th week of Daniel.
You will find out the true biblical location of the sacrificial altar for the Red Heifer, as well as the most probable timetable for this event. It will come as a revelation for you to learn that it may not necessarily mean a Temple has to be built before this sacrifice is made.

You will discover when the Antichrist intervenes to stop the sacrifices being offered at the altar in Jerusalem, and also, when he plans to set up “The Abomination That Makes Desolate.”

You will also learn when the “Two Witnesses” commence their ministry in Jerusalem, and how Nadab and Abihu—the two sons of Aaron—may have been prophetic symbols of those Two Witnesses.

The strength and beauty of this work is that, unlike so many other authors, Joseph Dumond actually gives answers that pinpoint exactly where we are prophetically today. Not only this, he gives us the tools to prove the answers for ourselves. He does this by demonstrating in the clearest terms aided by his colourful charts that the major KEYS to understanding END-TIMES’ PROPHECY are the Sabbatical and Jubilee Cycles. Most students of the Bible sadly are wholly unaware of their existence. Yet, once you understand these, you are able to—with a significantly improved level of accuracy—pinpoint exactly where we are in these biblical cycles of time. The amazing—or some might even say scary part being—that all of these spectacular, apocalyptic and catastrophic events will be taking place in just a few years from now!

The 1290 Days has already started counting down. Yehshua warned what was going to come next. Get ready!! We are there now and no one is prepared.

TORAH PORTIONS

Torah Portions

We read through the entire Torah along with the Prophets and the New Testament, once over the course of 3 1/2 years. Or according to the Sabbatical Cycle which means we read it all twice over a 7 year period. This allows us to cover more in-depth rather than being rushed to cover as much as is covered on an annual basis. We allow all to comment and take part in the discussions.

Septennial Torah Portion

If you go to Torah Portion at our archived section, you can then go to the 7th year which is the 7th year of the Sabbatical Cycle, the one we are in now, as we state at the top of every News Letter. There you can scroll down to the proper date, and see that this Shabbat we could very well be midrashing about:

Deuteronomy 3

Haggai

Nehemiah 11-13

2 Corinthians 10-11

If you missed last week’s exciting discoveries as we studied that section you can go and watch past Shabbats on our media section.

At our leadership meeting we discussed how it was going in relationship to letting others speak at sightedmoon.com on Shabbat.

We had a wide range of discussions on it. On the whole, meetings are now too long, is the one complaint I am hearing. We still want to do the midrash and the Torah studies.

Some only want to come and have me teach. This puts a lot of pressure on me to prepare a sermon each and every week. My goal here at sightedmoon.com is to teach people the torah and how the Jubilee Cycles along with the Holy days teach you the plan of salvation. Another goal I have is to have people capable of teaching these things to others.

In order to do the second goal we must have a place for people to practice and fail at giving teachings. This is also why we allow and encourage midrashes. So people know how to argue in love about the many and various false teachings they are going to be presented. Iron sharpening Iron.

I have asked Shane Diltz to help me by looking after this aspect of sightedmoon.com. He organizes the speakers and makes sure their subject is kosher.

Many years ago while I was attending the WWCG, they had this program to teach you how to speak. After our meeting I went out and found it on line. I want to encourage you all to go through it and do each step in the speaking program. Practice on your spouse or on your dog or cat. But practice before you come to give your presentation to us. Practice.

Your goal is to teach us the subject on your heart and to do so in 15 Minutes 20 Minutes TOPS. Going forward we will shut you down after so many minutes. We may give you a one minute warning. But we will shut you down. We want you to learn how to pack your presentation in small but powerful punches. We want you to learn. And we are going to allow you to do so at sightedmoon.com.

Please do look over the manual. Prepare your subject according to one of the learning courses and practice. We look forward to your presentation and growth.

Many of the fonts do not transfer over well, so I will give you the link to the manual and you can read it on the original site. https://www.hwalibrary.com/cgi-bin/get/hwa.cgi?action=getacmanuals&InfoID=1397922400&page=&return=bklets

Join Our Sabbath Meetings

Join Our Sabbath Meetings

There are many people in need of fellowship and who are sitting at home on the Sabbath with no one to talk to or debate with. I want to encourage all of you to join us on Shabbat, and to invite others to come and join us as well. If the time is not convenient then you can listen to the teaching and the midrash after on our YouTube channel.

What are we doing and why do we teach this way?

We are going to discuss both sides of an issue and then let you choose. It is the work of the Ruach (Spirit) to direct and to teach you.

The medieval commentator Rashi wrote that the Hebrew word for wrestle (avek) implies that Jacob was “tied”, for the same word is used to describe knotted fringes in a Jewish prayer shawl, the tzitzityot. Rashi says, “thus is the manner of two people who struggle to overthrow each other, that one embraces the other and knots him with his arms”.

Our intellectual wrestling has been replaced by a different kind of struggle. We are Wrestling with Yehovah as we grapple with His Word. It is an intimate act, symbolizing a relationship in which Yehovah and I and you are bound together. My wrestling is a struggle to discover what Yehovah expects of us, and we are “tied” to the One who assists us in that struggle.

Today, many say Israel means “Champion of God”, or better — the “Wrestler of God”.

Our Torah sessions each Shabbat teaches you and encourages you to constantly challenge, question, argue against, as well as view alternative views and explanations of the Word. In other words, we are to “wrestle with the Word” to get to the truth. Jews worldwide believe that you need to wrestle with the Word and constantly challenge Dogma, Theology, and views or else you will never get to the Truth.

We are not like most churches where “The preacher talks and everyone listens.” We encourage everyone to participate, to question and to contribute what they know on the subject being discussed. We want you to be a champion wrestler of the Word of Yehovah. We want you to wear the title of Israel, knowing that you not only know but are capable of explaining why you know the Torah to be true with logic and facts.

We have a few rules though. Let others talk and listen. There is no discussion about UFO’s Nephilim, Vaccines or conspiracy-type subjects. We have people from around the world with different world views. Not everyone cares who is the President of any particular country. Treat each other with respect as Fellow wrestlers of the word. Some of our subjects are hard to understand and require you to be mature and if you do not know, then listen to gain knowledge and understanding and hopefully wisdom. The very things you are commanded to ask Yehovah for and He gives to those who ask.

Jas 1:5  But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and with no reproach, and it shall be given to him.

We hope you can invite those who want to keep Torah to come and join us by hitting the link below. It is almost like a Torah teaching fellowship talk show with people from around the world taking part and sharing their insights and understandings.

We start off with some music and then some prayers and it’s as though you were sitting around the kitchen back in Newfoundland having a cup of coffee and all of us enjoying each other’s company. I hope you will grace us with your company someday.

Sabbath services begin at 12:30 PM EDT where we will be doing prayers songs and teaching from this hour.

Shabbat Services will begin at about 1:15 pm Eastern.

On the Holy Day, Shavuot, we will be having two meetings. One at 10 AM Eastern and the afternoon will be 2 PM Eastern. Look forward to seeing you all there.

We look forward to you joining our family and getting to know us as we get to know you.

Joseph Dumond is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.

Isa 58:1  Cry aloud, do not spare, lift up your voice like a ram’s horn, and show My people their rebellion, and the house of Jacob their sins.

This was the verse that kept coming to my mind while I was having a conversation with a new person, who was just coming into this walk. They were an upstanding member of their Sunday going church up until two years ago and they felt they were not learning there anymore. So they began to search online for other ministries.

The word rebellion is the Hebrew word:

H6588   (Strong) פֶּשַׁע pesha‛peh’-shah

From H6586; a revolt (national, moral or religious): – rebellion, sin, transgression, trespassive

H6586   (Strong) פָּשַׁע pâsha‛ paw-shah’

A primitive root (rather identical with H6585 through the idea of expansion); to break away (from just authority), that is, trespass, apostatize, quarrel: – offend, rebel, revolt, transgress (-ion, -or).

1Sa 15:23  For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idol-worship. Because you have rejected the Word of Jehovah, He has also rejected you from being king!

The word rebellion is:

H4805   (Ancient Hebrew)
H4805 = AHLB# 1296-A (f)
1296) Rm% (Rm% MR) ac: ? co: Bitter ab: Weak: The pictograph m is a picture of water, the r is a picture of a head. Combined these mean “water head” or headwaters. (eng: marine; marsh)

H4805   (Strong) מְרִי merı̂y mer-ee’

From H4784; bitterness, that is, (figuratively) rebellion; concretely bitter, or rebellious: – bitter, (most) rebel (-ion, -lious).

4 “Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.[b] 5 You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. 6 And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. 7 You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. 8 You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. 9 You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates

.Today we begin the segment of the Chiastic Structure which teaches us about the Priesthood

Let’s read the whole of Chapter 8

Consecration of Aaron and His Sons

8 The Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 2 “Take Aaron and his sons with him, and the garments and the anointing oil and the bull of the sin offering and the two rams and the basket of unleavened bread. 3 And assemble all the congregation at the entrance of the tent of meeting.” 4 And Moses did as the Lord commanded him, and the congregation was assembled at the entrance of the tent of meeting.

5 And Moses said to the congregation, “This is the thing that the Lord has commanded to be done.” 6 And Moses brought Aaron and his sons and washed them with water. 7 And he put the coat on him and tied the sash around his waist and clothed him with the robe and put the ephod on him and tied the skillfully woven band of the ephod around him, binding it to him with the band.[a] 8 And he placed the breastpiece on him, and in the breastpiece he put the Urim and the Thummim. 9 And he set the turban on his head, and on the turban, in front, he set the golden plate, the holy crown, as the Lord commanded Moses.

10 Then Moses took the anointing oil and anointed the tabernacle and all that was in it, and consecrated them. 11 And he sprinkled some of it on the altar seven times, and anointed the altar and all its utensils and the basin and its stand, to consecrate them. 12 And he poured some of the anointing oil on Aaron’s head and anointed him to consecrate him. 13 And Moses brought Aaron’s sons and clothed them with coats and tied sashes around their waists and bound caps on them, as the Lord commanded Moses.

14 Then he brought the bull of the sin offering, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the bull of the sin offering. 15 And he[b] killed it, and Moses took the blood, and with his finger put it on the horns of the altar around it and purified the altar and poured out the blood at the base of the altar and consecrated it to make atonement for it. 16 And he took all the fat that was on the entrails and the long lobe of the liver and the two kidneys with their fat, and Moses burned them on the altar. 17 But the bull and its skin and its flesh and its dung he burned up with fire outside the camp, as the Lord commanded Moses.

18 Then he presented the ram of the burnt offering, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram. 19 And he killed it, and Moses threw the blood against the sides of the altar. 20 He cut the ram into pieces, and Moses burned the head and the pieces and the fat. 21 He washed the entrails and the legs with water, and Moses burned the whole ram on the altar. It was a burnt offering with a pleasing aroma, a food offering for the Lord, as the Lord commanded Moses.

22 Then he presented the other ram, the ram of ordination, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram. 23 And he killed it, and Moses took some of its blood and put it on the lobe of Aaron’s right ear and on the thumb of his right hand and on the big toe of his right foot. 24 Then he presented Aaron’s sons, and Moses put some of the blood on the lobes of their right ears and on the thumbs of their right hands and on the big toes of their right feet. And Moses threw the blood against the sides of the altar. 25 Then he took the fat and the fat tail and all the fat that was on the entrails and the long lobe of the liver and the two kidneys with their fat and the right thigh, 26 and out of the basket of unleavened bread that was before the Lord he took one unleavened loaf and one loaf of bread with oil and one wafer and placed them on the pieces of fat and on the right thigh. 27 And he put all these in the hands of Aaron and in the hands of his sons and waved them as a wave offering before the Lord. 28 Then Moses took them from their hands and burned them on the altar with the burnt offering. This was an ordination offering with a pleasing aroma, a food offering to the Lord. 29 And Moses took the breast and waved it for a wave offering before the Lord. It was Moses’ portion of the ram of ordination, as the Lord commanded Moses.

30 Then Moses took some of the anointing oil and of the blood that was on the altar and sprinkled it on Aaron and his garments, and also on his sons and his sons’ garments. So he consecrated Aaron and his garments, and his sons and his sons’ garments with him.

31 And Moses said to Aaron and his sons, “Boil the flesh at the entrance of the tent of meeting, and there eat it and the bread that is in the basket of ordination offerings, as I commanded, saying, ‘Aaron and his sons shall eat it.’ 32 And what remains of the flesh and the bread you shall burn up with fire. 33 And you shall not go outside the entrance of the tent of meeting for seven days, until the days of your ordination are completed, for it will take seven days to ordain you. 34 As has been done today, the Lord has commanded to be done to make atonement for you. 35 At the entrance of the tent of meeting you shall remain day and night for seven days, performing what the Lord has charged, so that you do not die, for so I have been commanded.” 36 And Aaron and his sons did all the things that the Lord commanded by Moses.

Moses gathers all the things needed to Ordain or Consecrate the Priests to do the job of leading the nation in their worship of Yehovah.  This is a public event, just like we saw a few weeks ago with the Coronation of the King, these events are for the benefit of the Nation, and so they are public events.  The Priests will be dressed in the priestly garments and then anointed with the oil and then they’ll anoint the tabernacle and the sacrifices are made. The oil is then mixed with the blood and sprinkled over the priests and their garments and finally the Priests are to remain in the Tabernacle for 7 days to complete the consecration.

Now let’s look at this word Consecration to get a better understanding of what it means.  The word in Hebrew is Millu. It is translated as “setting” as in a gem into a piece of jewelry; or consecrating – so we can see the Priest is carefully set up as the jewel before the people to be the intermediary between them and Yehovah.  The root of the word Millu is the word Milla and it means to fill or fulfill or accomplish or make complete; to be confirmed. It is the idea of taking a series of words which make a sentence that we can understand.  If some of those words were in a different order, the sentence would mean something else.  Or if words were missing, the sentence would not make sense.  So a Millu is a continuation of segments which fills the whole, makes it complete, or like the setting of the gem, the ring is finished.  Since coming to Mount Sinai, the children of Israel have been building the tabernacle, it’s furnishings, the garments, the sacrifices and now it is all being put together as a cohesive unit, orderly designed to bring the people into this covenanted fellowship relationship with Yehovah.

Look in your bibles at verse 25 to 29 that we have just read.  Moses takes the fat and the liver and the unleavened bread and the leavened bread and the oil and the thigh; he stacks them in order, and then lays them into the hands of Aaron and his sons.  This acceptance of Aaron and his sons to take this into their hands means they accept the responsibility to stand before Yehovah daily on behalf of the people.  As a nation of people, with the work of daily life, and the interruption of secular life, the nation may not be so diligent to be daily before Yehovah, but the priesthood will make this a dedicated activity on behalf of the Nation.  Aaron and his sons will now take over the responsibility Moses has been doing alone since standing before Yehovah at the burning bush, and became dedicated to being the intermediary between Yehovah and His people to rescue them from Egypt.

Then Aaron and his sons will complete a week of this Consecration, it doesn’t say so, but I imagine they spend this week learning the steps of the daily sacrifices, not just sitting idly waiting for the time to pass, but learning and perfecting the step in rehearsal so that when they are ready, they can do these sacrifices in real time.

Let’s read Leviticus 9:1- 17

9 On the eighth day Moses called Aaron and his sons and the elders of Israel, 2 and he said to Aaron, “Take for yourself a bull calf for a sin offering and a ram for a burnt offering, both without blemish, and offer them before the Lord. 3 And say to the people of Israel, ‘Take a male goat for a sin offering, and a calf and a lamb, both a year old without blemish, for a burnt offering, 4 and an ox and a ram for peace offerings, to sacrifice before the Lord, and a grain offering mixed with oil, for today the Lord will appear to you.’” 5 And they brought what Moses commanded in front of the tent of meeting, and all the congregation drew near and stood before the Lord. 6 And Moses said, “This is the thing that the Lord commanded you to do, that the glory of the Lord may appear to you.” 7 Then Moses said to Aaron, “Draw near to the altar and offer your sin offering and your burnt offering and make atonement for yourself and for the people, and bring the offering of the people and make atonement for them, as the Lord has commanded.”

8 So Aaron drew near to the altar and killed the calf of the sin offering, which was for himself. 9 And the sons of Aaron presented the blood to him, and he dipped his finger in the blood and put it on the horns of the altar and poured out the blood at the base of the altar. 10 But the fat and the kidneys and the long lobe of the liver from the sin offering he burned on the altar, as the Lord commanded Moses. 11 The flesh and the skin he burned up with fire outside the camp.

12 Then he killed the burnt offering, and Aaron’s sons handed him the blood, and he threw it against the sides of the altar. 13 And they handed the burnt offering to him, piece by piece, and the head, and he burned them on the altar. 14 And he washed the entrails and the legs and burned them with the burnt offering on the altar.

15 Then he presented the people’s offering and took the goat of the sin offering that was for the people and killed it and offered it as a sin offering, like the first one. 16 And he presented the burnt offering and offered it according to the rule. 17 And he presented the grain offering, took a handful of it, and burned it on the altar, besides the burnt offering of the morning.

On the 8th day.  Let’s stop here and talk about this.  The 8th day is a picture of a new beginning.  A week has 7 days, and that is a complete cycle.  So 8 days does not fit this cycle, rather it begins a new cycle.  A New Beginning is a picture of a resurrection, or like we mentioned last week, a new day.  When we have completed the work for the day, and we go to sleep, it is a picture of a death, we sleep in our beds, not in the dust of the earth, and then in the morning we are resurrected, we wake up and begin our work again.  This 8th day is like that waking up.  The world has gone through 5 millennial days, we are coming to the close of the 6th millennial day and soon we will begin the 7th millennium of rest.  At the end of that 7th millennium, we will wake up to the 8th day, to eternity with our Yehovah.  And here in Chapter 9 of Leviticus, Aaron and his sons are waking up to the new role of standing between the people and Yehovah to bring them into His presence.

The 8th day is shown to us at the end of the Feast of Sukkot as Shemin Atzeret. It is likened to the Shavuot which is also the 8th Holy Day from Wave Sheaf Day. It is also likened to the Jubilee Year which is also the 8th Holy Year of rest. Aarons consecration on the 8th day is representative of all of these other Moedim showing us the 8th Millennium.

Aaron starts with first making a sin offering to Yehovah on behalf of himself. Just like we saw in Leviticus 4, Aaron offers this Korban Chattah, measuring himself against the mark of perfection, and asking for Yehovah to forgive these transgressions, to stand in the gap for him. Aaron’s sons also make this Korban Chattah.

Now, with spiritually clean hands, the Priests can do this Korban Chattah on behalf of the Nation.  The nation, now forgiven their sins, the Priests can now offer this Korban Minchah that the Nation of Israel may now make the journey to a place of rest that they can enjoy this fellowship with Yehovah and build their relationship with Him.

Let’s read Leviticus 9:18-24

18 Then he killed the ox and the ram, the sacrifice of peace offerings for the people. And Aaron’s sons handed him the blood, and he threw it against the sides of the altar. 19 But the fat pieces of the ox and of the ram, the fat tail and that which covers the entrails and the kidneys and the long lobe of the liver— 20 they put the fat pieces on the breasts, and he burned the fat pieces on the altar, 21 but the breasts and the right thigh Aaron waved for a wave offering before the Lord, as Moses commanded.

22 Then Aaron lifted up his hands toward the people and blessed them, and he came down from offering the sin offering and the burnt offering and the peace offerings. 23 And Moses and Aaron went into the tent of meeting, and when they came out they blessed the people, and the glory of the Lord appeared to all the people. 24 And fire came out from before the Lord and consumed the burnt offering and the pieces of fat on the altar, and when all the people saw it, they shouted and fell on their faces.

And we too can shout – Wawacho Ne Amen HalleluYah  HalleluYah AMEN!

Aaron and his sons have made all these sacrifices, sin offering, the meal offering, the peace offering and YEHOVAH sent down His Holy Fire and consumed all that was offered. The approach was well received.

If you have read the book of Esther, you know that Esther is supposed to go before the King – Xerxes – on behalf of the Jews who are scheduled to be destroyed.  But Esther has not been summoned by King Xerxes, and so she is hesitant to approach him, lest he have her slain for approaching without being summoned.  She has the nation fast for 3 days in preparation for her approach.  Let’s read Esther 4:10-5:2

10 Then Esther spoke to Hathach and commanded him to go to Mordecai and say, 11 “All the king’s servants and the people of the king’s provinces know that if any man or woman goes to the king inside the inner court without being called, there is but one law—to be put to death, except the one to whom the king holds out the golden scepter so that he may live. But as for me, I have not been called to come in to the king these thirty days.”

12 And they told Mordecai what Esther had said. 13 Then Mordecai told them to reply to Esther, “Do not think to yourself that in the king’s palace you will escape any more than all the other Jews. 14 For if you keep silent at this time, relief and deliverance will rise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. And who knows whether you have not come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” 15 Then Esther told them to reply to Mordecai, 16 “Go, gather all the Jews to be found in Susa, and hold a fast on my behalf, and do not eat or drink for three days, night or day. I and my young women will also fast as you do. Then I will go to the king, though it is against the law, and if I perish, I perish.”[c] 17 Mordecai then went away and did everything as Esther had ordered him.

1On the third day Esther put on her royal robes and stood in the inner court of the king’s palace, in front of the king’s quarters, while the king was sitting on his royal throne inside the throne room opposite the entrance to the palace. 2 And when the king saw Queen Esther standing in the court, she won favor in his sight, and he held out to Esther the golden scepter that was in his hand. Then Esther approached and touched the tip of the scepter.

This picture we see with Esther is the same picture we are seeing with the fire coming down from heaven and consuming the burnt offering on the altar.  It is as if Yehovah has put forward His Scepter towards us and received us at His Throne.

So what happened in chapter 10 of Leviticus?

Now Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, each took his censer and put fire in it and laid incense on it and offered unauthorized[a] fire before the Lord, which he had not commanded them. 2 And fire came out from before the Lord and consumed them, and they died before the Lord. 3 Then Moses said to Aaron, “This is what the Lord has said: ‘Among those who are near me I will be sanctified, and before all the people I will be glorified.’” And Aaron held his peace.

4 And Moses called Mishael and Elzaphan, the sons of Uzziel the uncle of Aaron, and said to them, “Come near; carry your brothers away from the front of the sanctuary and out of the camp.” 5 So they came near and carried them in their coats out of the camp, as Moses had said. 6 And Moses said to Aaron and to Eleazar and Ithamar his sons, “Do not let the hair of your heads hang loose, and do not tear your clothes, lest you die, and wrath come upon all the congregation; but let your brothers, the whole house of Israel, bewail the burning that the Lord has kindled. 7 And do not go outside the entrance of the tent of meeting, lest you die, for the anointing oil of the Lord is upon you.” And they did according to the word of Moses.

8 And the Lord spoke to Aaron, saying, 9 “Drink no wine or strong drink, you or your sons with you, when you go into the tent of meeting, lest you die. It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations. 10 You are to distinguish between the holy and the common, and between the unclean and the clean, 11 and you are to teach the people of Israel all the statutes that the Lord has spoken to them by Moses.”

12 Moses spoke to Aaron and to Eleazar and Ithamar, his surviving sons: “Take the grain offering that is left of the Lord‘s food offerings, and eat it unleavened beside the altar, for it is most holy. 13 You shall eat it in a holy place, because it is your due and your sons’ due, from the Lord‘s food offerings, for so I am commanded. 14 But the breast that is waved and the thigh that is contributed you shall eat in a clean place, you and your sons and your daughters with you, for they are given as your due and your sons’ due from the sacrifices of the peace offerings of the people of Israel. 15 The thigh that is contributed and the breast that is waved they shall bring with the food offerings of the fat pieces to wave for a wave offering before the Lord, and it shall be yours and your sons’ with you as a due forever, as the Lord has commanded.”

16 Now Moses diligently inquired about the goat of the sin offering, and behold, it was burned up! And he was angry with Eleazar and Ithamar, the surviving sons of Aaron, saying, 17 “Why have you not eaten the sin offering in the place of the sanctuary, since it is a thing most holy and has been given to you that you may bear the iniquity of the congregation, to make atonement for them before the Lord? 18 Behold, its blood was not brought into the inner part of the sanctuary. You certainly ought to have eaten it in the sanctuary, as I commanded.” 19 And Aaron said to Moses, “Behold, today they have offered their sin offering and their burnt offering before the Lord, and yet such things as these have happened to me! If I had eaten the sin offering today, would the Lord have approved?” 20 And when Moses heard that, he approved.

Can you see now why Esther was afraid to approach King Xerxes?  Look what Yehovah did to Nadab and Abihu!  ZAP! Gone!  Something they did was not according to the training that they had learned during those 7 days of consecration.  Now that we have seen the deeper picture of those 5 sacrifices, offerings, approaches of Leviticus 1-5, we can see that these are the ways we are to approach Yehovah.  If we try to approach without understanding these Korbanot, if we storm in with attitude and expectation that we will be received, expecting Yehovah to respect and honour us, just because we have come before Him, we have brought Unholy Fire.  Yehovah doesn’t OWE us anything. We are not higher than Him that He should bow to our authority. We do not get to storm the throne room and demand that Yehovah give us what we are asking for.

Now most of us would agree with this previous statement, we all know we are not to demand from Yah what we want.  But there are some groups of believers who forget to put on that Yoke and walk Yoked to Him daily, they think that because they once said a sinners prayer, that sin no longer exists in their lives and that now they can command God to do as they want.  There is Prosperity Gospel believers, and those who claim to be filled with the Holy Spirit commanding evil spirits out of others, yet not submitting to Yehovah’s instructions in the Torah. If they were filled with the Holy Spirit would they not be in line with Yehovah’s Torah?  Woe to those who bring unholy fire before Yehovah.  I encourage you to all be aware that a day is soon coming, a day 1290 day from the day in 2020 when the Minchah offerings ceased.  Back on March 11, 2020, the W.H.O. Shut down the world because of covid.  All places of worship, churches, synagogues, temples, were shut down.  People were not able to approach God in congregations.  If we use this date, March 11, 2020, and count 1290 days, we get to September 22, 2023.

Let’s read what Daniel 12:10-11 says about this coming day.

[10] Many shall purify themselves and make themselves white and be refined, but the wicked shall act wickedly. And none of the wicked shall understand, but those who are wise shall understand. [11] And from the time that the regular burnt offering is taken away and the abomination that makes desolate is set up, there shall be 1,290 days.

On September 22, 2023, we are expecting the Abomination that Makes Desolation.  Something will be offered that is Unholy Fire, and so we can expect something like what happened to Nadab and Abihu to happen.  We need to watch and see.  Many in our midst will shout and cheer at this event.  Woe to them! In Leviticus 10 Aaron was told not to mourn his sons, and likewise we are not to cheer and shout at this event, nor shall we mourn.  Those who celebrate this abomination deserve the consequences.  The only thing we can do is warn them now that it is coming and encourage them to pay attention lest they be caught up in this event.

Meanwhile, of we read on in Daniel 12:12-13

[12] Blessed is he who waits and arrives at the 1,335 days. [13] But go your way till the end. And you shall rest and shall stand in your allotted place at the end of the days.”

If we keep on counting to 1335 days, we will see a blessing, we shall receive our rest if we persevere to the end with our eyes fixed on Yehovah and His instructions.
