The Seven Feasts of Yehovah and Their Secrets

Joseph F. Dumond

Isa 6:9-12 And He said, Go, and tell this people, You hear indeed, but do not understand; and seeing you see, but do not know. Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their hearts, and turn back, and be healed. Then I said, Lord, how long? And He answered, Until the cities are wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land laid waste, a desolation, and until Jehovah has moved men far away, and the desolation in the midst of the land is great.

In The Mail

For some time now we have been sending our books and DVDs to inmates that are incarcerated across this nation. It was frustrating and sad to know that many of them never got them. After the cost of the DVD and Books and then the shipping, to then learn that those at the Prison just threw them out is disheartening. But we did not know this until after many packages were sent out. So we have stopped sending them to all Prisons. But we do send them to those people who will personally take the book or DVD to the inmate and hand deliver them.

We do keep in contact with some and have asked them to write to us about how they deal with being a prisoner and keeping the Torah. But we have not heard back from them about these articles.

This week Keith asked me to share his letter to me with you all and I am.  Do keep these brethren in your prayers as they also do a work behind bars with other inmates in converting them to the truth.

Hi Joseph,

How are things going for you? It has been hot and dry here in Mississippi and my parents need rain in Missouri as the crops in their area are burned up from the heat and lack of rain. I tell them they must repent, called upon Yahweh by his personal Name and do what the Scriptures tell them to do by keeping the true Sabbath and not a sunday church. But my mom says they have been doing it for 70 years and it is hard to change their ways. I think a lot of people are like that too. They are in a “rut” and you know what a rut is? It is a grave with the ends kicked out so it never ends.

I am still working on the chaplains to get some Messianic materials in here and it is about time for their “wish” list as they call it so I have your materials on the list. The chaplain lied to me and broke BOP policy by telling me to go ahead and have you send the DVDs in to him last year, but he is unwilling to admit to it. The one time that I have seen him this summer, he dropped his head and turned and walked away from me because he knows what he did is wrong. However the BOP covers for him because he won’t admit to it. I am sorry that you went to the expense of sending your materials here and then we couldn’t receive them.

The fall Feasts are coming up and I am hoping that you could send me an email as soon as the moon is sighted in Israel. The Messianic community has grown to about 6 guys now, up from just me for the past year. Even the black Hebrew Israelite community has grown to about 4 from 2, and the Jewish community is up to 6 from 3. People are starting to turn back to the scriptures lately, at least at this facility.

Mike wrote a good piece on the spirituallity of the Feasts that is on his website, www.sufferwell.org, called Mal-Nourished.
I don’t hear from him very often as he seems to always be working on another paper or studying.

Also could you include me in your newsletters if possible? Thank you!

Take care and may Yahweh continue to bless you!

“Parliament of the World’s Religions In Toronto Canada”

This past week, I came across this ad and because it was in Toronto I took a look at it. I had wanted to take a booth and share our message with all these people from various religions. Have a look.

https://www.parliamentofreligions.org/parliament/2018-toronto/2018-powr

As soon as I read the opening lines of the very first paragraph I knew exactly who was behind this endeavour.

We call upon peoples of faith and conscience to stand for a more just, peaceful, and sustainable world and join thousands of interfaith activists from around the world at the 2018 Parliament of the World’s Religions.

The 2018 Parliament of the World’s Religions is being hosted by the city of Toronto from November 1st through November 7th, 2018 at The Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC) located at 222 Bremner Blvd, Toronto, ON M5V 3L9, Canada.

Canada – in its distinction as home of the world’s most diverse city, will showcase its unique values, achievements, and aspirations as the 7th host of the Parliament of the World’s Religions.

For its 2018 theme, the Parliament draws from movements of goodwill and cross-cultural respect that are embodied in the spirit of the interfaith movement:

The Promise of Inclusion, the Power of Love:
Pursuing Global Understanding, Reconciliation, and Change
The 7th Parliament of the World’s Religions that will feature more than 500 programs and events across six major tracks:

The Women’s Track: The Dignity of Women Across the World’s Wisdom Traditions
Countering War, Hate & Violence Track: Peace and Love: Not War, Hate & Violence
Climate Action Track: Care for Our Earth, Responsibility for Our Future
The Indigenous Peoples’ Track: The Spiritual Evolution of Humanity & Healing Our Mother Earth
The Next Generations Track: Interfaith Has No Age, Youth Voices for Change
Justice: Advancing Concrete Change Toward a Just, Peaceful, and Sustainable World

We have taught on the very things they are promoting. We did this teaching on our video on The Great Enlightenment of Mankind Do watch both parts 1 and 2.

And it was in my very own backyard here in Toronto Canada. The cost to make up the display drop which I wanted to be each of the Jubilee cycles so I could explain this to all who passed by was going to cost $2328.

The 30 X 10-foot booth was going to cost $6000. And I would have to stock up on books and charts which would push us over the $10,000 for this one event.

James and I met to discuss this. What would be our end goal by going to such an event? We would not be able to change anyone. We might find some corporate sponsors, but the cost was too much to risk with so little to gain. But I really wanted to go there and show them anyways.

But in the Philippines, we get thousands of results for just a few hundred dollars in advertising.

As I pondered the pros and cons of this while we met, I asked James if he had heard from Telesphore, to which he said not for some time. We continued to discuss this convention and then James got a text from Telesphore telling him about the recent speaking engagements he had just did completed. Providential.

I asked James if he was ready to go back to Burundi to which he said yes. A little more discussion and it was decided. James will head back to Burundi right after the Feast.

Your prayers and support for this again are asked for.

In December of 2018, I am working on a speaking tour of Asia. If you know of some groups that would like to host us in Asia, do have them contact me.

“Agalah-The Way or Agal-The Twisted Way”

Jan Sytsma is the lady who has organized all our teachings from 2007 up until today by categories. She has done this on her own as a gift to all of you. Now if you want to learn about Passover or Sukkot, then you go to Library and then click on Library Article Archive and see all our teaching on that one subject in one place. She is one of the few people I know who has now read almost all of our teachings.

The other day Jan sent me the scripture Habakkuk for some reason and one of the words in there jumped off the page at me. I was amazed. So I asked Jan to do a short article on this word Agan. And I think she has nailed it. How come I have not seen this before?

A study on the words: Twist, Pervert, Wrench, and Crooked and how they point to obedience.

Let’s begin by examining these two verses:

Proverbs 4:11-12  I have taught you in the way of wisdom; I have led you in the right paths. When you go, your steps shall not be narrowed, and when you run, you shall not stumble.

Using the Strong’s, we see the Hebrew word for PATHS is M’agal.

H4570 –  ma’gal  –  ????????   (mem ayin  gimel  lamed)   -a track (literally or figuratively); also a rampart (as circular):—going, path, trench, way(-side). The feminine form is ma?galah.

Other Jewish sources show it pronounced as m’agal and m’agala

Its root is H5696 – Agol meaning round or revolving around. Since Agol is spelt (Ayin Gimel Lamed), you could also spell it in English as Agal.

Agalah is H5699 and it means something revolving such as a cart or wagon and it’s root too is Agol for revolving around.

The picture we see Is that of a wagon being drawn down a path with its wheels going round and round.  The path is what is left behind as a result of the heavy wheeled wagon.  Continued use of this path can result in a smooth, easy to travel path or the path could be more of a trench with deep ruts running through it.

The word for RIGHT as in “right paths” is H3476 and is Yo’sher and it means uprightness, right, straightness or meet.

I think we can deduce these “right paths” as the righteous path of obedience to his commandments especially upon looking at this next verse along with the verse we are studying:

Psalms 111:10  The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.

Proverbs 4:11-12  I have taught you in the way of wisdom; I have led you in the right paths. When you go, your steps shall not be narrowed, and when you run, you shall not stumble.

Returning to our Scripture from Proverbs, we now see this as I have modified it for more understanding:

Proverbs 4:11-12  I have taught you in the way of wisdom (by doing His commandments); I have led you in the right paths (the righteous paths). When you go, your steps shall NOT be narrowed (from walking in deep ruts like a trench), and when you run, you shall not stumble (due to these trench-like ruts).

We see a variation of the word “Agal” in the word “Aqal”.

Judges 5:6  “In the days of Shamgar, the son of Anath, in the days of Ya?el, the highways were deserted, and the travellers went in crooked ways. (TS2009)

Psalms 125:5  But those who turn aside to their crooked ways, ????  shall lead them away With the workers of wickedness. Peace be upon Yisra’el! (TS2990)

The word for crooked (Aqalqal) is Strong’s H6128 (Ayin Kuf Lamed Kuf Lamed) Aqalqal.

This word is only used these two times in Scripture and it means winding, devious, crooked.

It comes from the root word H6127 – Aqal.  It means to twist, bend out of shape, be distorted, be crooked.  It also says “to wrest:—wrong”.

Now let’s look at this verse.  It is the only verse in Scripture using Aqal.

Habakkuk 1:4  Therefore the law is slacked, and judgment doth never go forth: for the wicked doth compass about the righteous; therefore wrong judgment proceedeth. (KJV)

The word for ‘wrong’ is H6127 and it is Aqal (Ayin Quf Lamed) and we just looked at it.

The Gesenius Hebrew-Chaldee Lexicon describes it as To Wrest, To Twist, or To pervert.

Yeah, this is the KJV, let’s look at the MKJV, which is more accurately translated and clearer in understanding:

Habakkuk 1:4  Therefore the law has become helpless, and justice does not always go forth. For the wicked entraps the righteous; therefore justice goes forth, being perverted.

Here we see the word as “perverted’ instead of “wrong”.

Is this the best translation?

Let’s now look at TS2009 translation:

Habakkuk 1:4  Therefore the Torah ceases, and right-ruling never goes forth. For the wrong hem in the righteous, so that right-ruling comes out twisted.

WOW!!!  Now, this verse is more easily understood.  THIS is exactly what we see in front of our eyes every day.

The same word “Aqal” that is translated as “wrong” can also be translated as “perverted” or “twisted” exactly as the Strong’s and The Gesenius Hebrew-Chaldee Lexicon indicates.

Isn’t this exactly what Joe has been teaching us all these years?  The prophet Habakkuk told us so long ago that a time would come when the Torah would cease and the righteous judgements would not go forth due to the Scriptures being perverted or twisted.

Now, we were also told of this by someone else. Remember who?

YES
PETER tells us the same thing due to Paul’s teachings.

This is the KJV

2 Peter 3:16  As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable WREST, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.

This is the MKJV

2 Peter 3:16  as also in all his letters, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which the unlearned and unstable PERVERT, as also they do the rest of the Scriptures, to their own destruction).

This is the TS2009 version

2 Peter 3:16  as also in all his letters, speaking in them concerning these matters, in which some are hard to understand, which those who are untaught and unstable TWIST  to their own destruction, as they do also the other Scriptures.

We see this same word translated as “wrest”, “pervert” and “twist” in these three translations.

The Greek word is G4761 streb-lo’-o and means:

“From a derivative of G4762; to wrench, that is, (specifically) to torture (by the rack), but only figuratively to pervert: – wrest.”

See the connection to the righteous paths we looked at earlier?

When we are obedient to His commandments, we blaze a smooth, firm path so we do not stumble and fall.  The untaught, who twist and pervert His teachings (via Paul’s letters) and disregard His law, will create a path that resembles a trench full of ruts that causes one to stumble and twist their ankle unto their own destruction.  Have you ever walked on these kinds of paths? Maybe from tractors on a muddy dirt road?  Our feet get “twisted” just trying to walk through the narrow ruts.  Now imagine walking behind a couple of oxen plowing a field. It can be very hard on the ankles.

Now, I will close this with one more word to look at and that is H6130 – Aqan.

The Lamed of Aqal is replaced with the Nun to form Aqan.

Lamed refers “to guide” or “to lean on” or “to support” among other meanings.  One picture meaning is the shepherd uses his rod to guide the sheep where he wants them to go.  Like guiding us on this righteous path that keeps us from stumbling and twisting our ankle.

The nun is a seed.  A good seed?  A bad seed?  In can be used to indicate the continuing generations as sperm is passed to create sons, then their sons, and so on.

Aqan too is used one time in Scripture and it is the name of a man in Sier’s lineage.

Gen 36:27  These were the sons of Etser: Bilhan, and Za?awan, and Aqan (TS2009)

Gen 36:27  The children of Ezer are these; Bilhan, and Zaavan, and Akan. (KJV)

The KJV is spelling it Akan, whereas Strong’s spells it Aqan  (Ayin Kuf, Nun Sofit)

The Strong’s for H6130 indicates it comes from an unused root meaning TO TWIST, tortuous; Akan, an Idumaean: – Akan. Compare H3292.

Now, this is interesting because:

Gen 36:8  Thus dwelt Esau in mount Seir: Esau is Edom.

We see Esau living in Mount Seir where Seir, the Horite is living. We also see Aqan has a descendant of Seir.

Gen 36:20-21  These were the sons of Se?ir the ?orite who inhabited the land: Lotan, and Sho?al, and Tsi??on, and Anah, and Dishon, and Etser, and Dishan. These were the chiefs of the ?orites, the sons of Se?ir, in the land of E?om.

Gen 36:27  These were the sons of Etser: Bilhan, and Za?awan, and Aqan.

Did he marry into Esau’s family? I don’t see Scripture indicating specifically he did, but it seems quite likely.

Intriguing isn’t it that only ONE person in Scripture has the name of Aqan and it means twisted.  We have ONE usage of Aqal that refers to the twisting of Scripture and this word is related to Aqalqal, which points to men walking in crooked ways (crooked paths) being led by Yehovah with the workers of wickedness.

AND, one more verse I couldn’t resist to include:

Isaiah 27:1  In that day hwhy with His severe sword, great and strong, punishes Liwiathan the fleeing serpent, Liwiathan that twisted serpent. And He shall kill the monster that is in the sea.   (TS2009)

Twisted is the word H6129 and means tortuous: – crooked and it is spelt:

Ayin Kuf Lamed Tav Vav Nun sofit

There’s that AQAL in the twisted, corrupted, perverted snake from whom all this wrong teaching came from.

Habakkuk says Elohim’s right-ruling comes out twisted (or crooked or perverted).

And then Peter telling us Paul’s teachings are being twisted and perverted

In Judges, we see the same thing according to Deborah.

Judges 5:6  “In the days of Shamgar, the son of Anath, in the days of Ya??l, the highways (or worn paths)  were deserted, and the travellers went in crooked ways.

Judges 5:7  “Leadership ceased, it ceased in Yisra’?l, until I, De?orah, arose – a mother in Yisra’?l arose.

WAIT
if the highways are deserted, then there would be no travellers on it!!!

The word for deserted is H2308 and it actually points to lacking, idle, cease, end, fail, forsake, leave, unoccupied.

Therefore this verse too aligns with the other verses quoted in showing the paths (of righteousness) CEASED and therefore the people walked (or went) in crooked ways. AND WHY?  Because leadership had also ceased.  UNTIL UNTIL UNTIL  Deborah (my female warrior hero who describes herself as just a Mother) arose to fight!!!!

Jan began this teaching with the word Agalah and showed you how that Hebrew word is the revolving track, we walk on. The Sabbath is a revolving 7 days rest each week. The Holy Days that we teach you in season and out of season are on a revolving basis each year. The Sabbatical Years are revolving every 7 years. They are all circular. Agalah.

Now Paul wrote of The Way in Acts 24:14.

But this I confess to you, that according to the Way which they call a sect, so I worship the God of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the Law and in the Prophets.

That word The Way in Greek is G3598 and is hodos and means a road; by implications a progress (the route, act or distance); a mode or means; journey, Highway. The Way is the route by which you Agalah on. Are you seeing the connections? Habakkuk has prophecied that The Way, would become Agan, The Way would become Twisted and perverted. And Peter says it is twisted and perverted by those who do not know their Torah.

those who are untaught and unstable TWIST  to their own destruction, as they do also the other Scriptures.

Here is a short teaching on The Way

The way was something the disciples spoke of i.e., the gospel. This way was spoken of by John, by Jesus – it is what Jesus spoke of himself and what others spoke of him.

Luke 20:21 Then they asked Him, saying, “Teacher, we know that You say and teach rightly, and You do not show personal favoritism, but teach the way of God in truth”

John the baptizer preceding Jesus (Jn.1:23) said: “I am ‘The voice of one crying in the wilderness: “Make straight the way of the Lord,” ‘as the prophet Isaiah said.”

John 14:4-6 And where I go you know, and the way you know.” Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?”
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”

From Jesus explaining he is the way and those following him and telling others the way to be saved the name was made known throughout the land.

Acts 9:1-2 “Then Saul, still breathing threats and murder against the disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest  and asked letters from him to the synagogues of Damascus, so that if he found any who were of the Way, whether men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem.” Also used in Acts 16:17.

Acts 11:26 “And the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch.” Stephen chosen by the apostles was from Antioch (Acts 6:5). After the death of Stephen (Acts 11:19-20) the disciples were scattered and went to Phoenicia, Cyprus, and Antioch preaching to the Jews who spoke Greek.
Acts 11:21-22 And the hand of the Lord was with them, and a great number believed and turned to the Lord. Then news of these things came to the ears of the church in Jerusalem, and they sent out Barnabas to go as far as Antioch.”

Acts 11:25-27 Barnabas departed for Tarsus to seek Saul. And brought him to Antioch. “So it was that for a whole year they assembled with the church and taught a great many people. And the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch. And in these days prophets came from Jerusalem to Antioch.”
This city in Syria became a main hub for Christianity

They had changed their name in this area for some reason that made them think of them as more in relationship to Jesus and had been named as those who were like him, following in his steps. Three of Paul’s missionary journeys began in Antioch. revisiting this city on his first mission tour Acts 14:21) .

At the church council in Jerusalem the apostles and elders, with the whole church, sent men to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas (Acts 15:22). Acts 15:35 “Paul and Barnabas also remained in Antioch, teaching and preaching the word of the Lord, with many others also.”

Still after this they were known as the way throughout the land. Acts 19:8-9 “And he went into the synagogue and spoke boldly for three months, reasoning and persuading concerning the things of the kingdom of God.  But when some were hardened and did not believe, but spoke evil of the Way before the multitude, he departed from them and withdrew the disciples, reasoning daily in the school of Tyrannus.”

Acts 24:14 Paul before Felix spoke: “But this I confess to you, that according to the Way which they call a sect, so I worship the God of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the Law and in the Prophets.”
V.22 “But when Felix heard these things, having more accurate knowledge of the Way, he adjourned the proceedings and said, “When Lysias the commander comes down, I will make a decision on your case.”

They were called Christians by those outside and inside and called themselves saints inside the church as well.
Both names were used in the land. Acts 26:28 Then Agrippa said to Paul, “You almost persuade me to become a Christian.”

1 Peter 4:16: “Yet if anyone suffers as a Christian, let him not be ashamed”

I want you to now read the rest of the Habakkuk and see all that he is saying. In the last days the Torah will become twisted and The Way will be twisted and then Yehovah is going to raise up the Chaldean, who are the Assyrian who today are known as the Germans.

Habakkuk 1:1 The burden which the prophet Habakkuk saw.
The Prophet’s Question
O Lord, how long shall I cry,
And You will not hear?
Even cry out to You, “Violence!”
And You will not save.
Why do You show me iniquity,
And cause me to see trouble?
For plundering and violence are before me;
There is strife, and contention arises.
Therefore the law is powerless,
And justice never goes forth.
For the wicked surround the righteous;
Therefore perverse judgment proceeds.
The Lord’s Reply
“Look among the nations and watch—
Be utterly astounded!
For I will work a work in your days
Which you would not believe, though it were told you.
For indeed I am raising up the Chaldeans,
A bitter and hasty nation
Which marches through the breadth of the earth,
To possess dwelling places that are not theirs.
They are terrible and dreadful;
Their judgment and their dignity proceed from themselves.
Their horses also are swifter than leopards,
And more fierce than evening wolves.
Their chargers charge ahead;
Their cavalry comes from afar;
They fly as the eagle that hastens to eat.
“They all come for violence;
Their faces are set like the east wind.
They gather captives like sand.
They scoff at kings,
And princes are scorned by them.
They deride every stronghold,
For they heap up earthen mounds and seize it.
Then his mind changes, and he transgresses;
He commits offense,
Ascribing this power to his god.”

The Seven Appointments Each of Us has with Yehovah -The Way

We have been teaching you this year about the Moedim of Yehovah, about His appointed times when He has told us to meet with Him.

We have also been expanding on those teachings to show you the whole plan of Salvation and how the Holy Days of Lev 23 along with the Sabbatical and Jubilee years reveal end-time prophecy. The following chart is very good and we will add to it.

The Sabbath

The weekly 7th Day Sabbath is showing us the 7th Millennial rest that Hebrew 4 is talking about.

Hebrew 4:1 Therefore, since a promise remains of entering His rest, let us fear lest any of you seem to have come short of it. For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it. For we who have believed do enter that rest, as He has said:
“So I swore in My wrath,
‘They shall not enter My rest,’ ” although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
For He has spoken in a certain place of the seventh day in this way: “And God rested on the seventh day from all His works”; and again in this place: “They shall not enter My rest.”
Since therefore it remains that some must enter it, and those to whom it was first preached did not enter because of disobedience, again He designates a certain day, saying in David, “Today,” after such a long time, as it has been said:
“Today, if you will hear His voice,
Do not harden your hearts.”
For if Joshua had given them rest, then He would not afterward have spoken of another day. There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His.

The many Christians who will not keep the faith and will not accept the true grace extended to them, and who will not repent and begin to keep the weekly Sabbath will not be in that 7th Millennial rest spoken of here.

They do not except the sacrifice paid for them, the grace extended to them.

Hebrew 10:29 Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace?

Many claim to have the Holy Spirit in them. Do you know what that actually means?

John 16:13 However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth;

Psalm 119:142 Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness,
And Your law is truth.

The Holy Spirit of TRUTH is the LAW of Truth. In other words the Holy Spirit is the Torah. If you’re not keeping the Torah you do not have the Spirit of Yehovah in you because Yehovah is the Law and the word. He reveals Himself to us in each of the 7 Feasts and the weekly Sabbaths.

The very first appointment with Yehovah is a weekly appointment or the weekly Feast of the Sabbath.

Lev 23:2 “Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘The feasts of the Lord, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, these are My feasts. “Six days shall work be done, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of solemn rest, a holy convocation. You shall do no work on it; it is the Sabbath of the Lord in all your dwellings.

Exodus 31:17 It is a sign between Me and the Israelites forever; for in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, but on the seventh day He rested and was refreshed.'”

This sign is Yehovah’s mark on us. It is the way we work but stopping all work and business on the Sabbath. And it is the mark on our heads by our studying of HIs word on the Sabbath. Satan too has his mark on the hands and heads of those who will not keep the Sabbath by working on it and by keeping another day, any other day except the Sabbath as their holiday. That is the mark of Satan on many Christians today. And they do not know it or do not care to change.

1st Day of Unleavened Bread- 1st holy Day

Lev 23:4 “These are the feasts of the Lord, holy convocations which you shall proclaim at their appointed times. On the fourteenth day of the first month at twilight is the Lord’s Passover. And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the Feast of Unleavened Bread to the Lord; seven days you must eat unleavened bread. On the first day you shall have a holy convocation; you shall do no customary work on it. But you shall offer an offering made by fire to the Lord for seven days. The seventh day shall be a holy convocation; you shall do no customary work on it.’ ”

Passover shows us that we must put sin out of our lives not just for 7 days but for all 7 Millenniums. The penalty for not doing this resulted in the death of our Messiah Yehovah in our stead. Think about this for a moment.

Passover is eaten at the start of the 15th day, which is the first day of Unleavened Bread. You are commanded to eat unleavened bread for al 7 days. Not 8.

Yehshua was killed on the 14th day which is the preparation day for the Passover Meal which is eaten after sunset on the 15th day.

Yehshua was shown to be sacrificed from the foundation of the world.

Rev 13:7 It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation. All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

How and where was this shown?

It is shown to us annually in the Feast of Unleavened Bread. The Lamb, Yehshua was killed before the Feast of Unleavened Bread began and the 7 days of Unleavened Bread represent the 7 Millennial day of Mankind or the millennial week as it is known.

Just as Israel passed through the Red Sea so we all must mikveh and be baptized or born again with the spirit of Yehovah. And as we have shared with you above, the Spirit of truth is the Torah. Mikveh is not a one time for life affair. It is an outward symbolic gesture to remove sin from your life in the same way you remove all leaven from your home to put sin out of your life. Leaven is not sin. It is just a symbol to show you how hard it is to remove sin once you allow it to come into your life.

1 Cor 5:6 Your glorying is not good. Do you not know that a little leaven leavens the whole lump? Therefore purge out the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, since you truly are unleavened. For indeed Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed for us. Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, nor with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

Here is another example of Paul who keeps the Feast of Unleavened Bread expounding on the lessons to be learnt from doing so.

The Wave Offering

Lev 23:9 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, “Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘When you come into the land which I give to you, and reap its harvest, then you shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest to the priest. He shall wave the sheaf before the Lord, to be accepted on your behalf; on the day after the Sabbath the priest shall wave it.

During the Days of Unleavened Bread, there is always one Sunday that comes during this week. The morrow after the weekly Sabbath. This is Sunday and most Christians keep this day as Ascension Sunday or Easter Sunday, never realizing it comes from this commandment from Yehovah.

We have shown you that the first wave offering of Barley represented the first time that humans had been raised from the dead and taken as the first fruits to Heaven and presented there.

Ephesians 4:7 But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift. Therefore He says:
“When He ascended on high,
He led captivity captive,
And gave gifts to men.”
(Now this, “He ascended”—what does it mean but that He also first descended into the lower parts of the earth? He who descended is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things.)

Mat 27:50 And Jesus cried out again with a loud voice, and yielded up His spirit.
Then, behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth quaked, and the rocks were split, and the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised; and coming out of the graves after His resurrection, they went into the holy city and appeared to many.

This is the first harvest of souls as represented by the Barley wave offering. Everyone who had died in the faith up until this time was raised up and ascended with Yehshua to heaven and presented as the wave offering. As an example of the First Fruits of the Harvest yet to come.

We read about them in the book of Revelation

Rev 4:2 Immediately I was in the Spirit; and behold, a throne set in heaven, and One sat on the throne. And He who sat there was like a jasper and a sardius stone in appearance; and there was a rainbow around the throne, in appearance like an emerald. Around the throne were twenty-four thrones, and on the thrones I saw twenty-four elders sitting, clothed in white robes; and they had crowns of gold on their heads. And from the throne proceeded lightnings, thunderings, and voices. Seven lamps of fire were burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.

The 7th Day of Unleavened Bread-2nd Holy Day

Lev 23:7 On the first day you shall have a holy convocation; you shall do no customary work on it. But you shall offer an offering made by fire to the Lord for seven days. The seventh day shall be a holy convocation; you shall do no customary work on it.’ ”

We have very little information on this Feast Day.

It has been my belief that they crossed the Red Sea on this Holy Day. But I am not able to prove it. I know left on the morning of the 15th which was the same day they had kept the Passover the night before.

Numbers 33:3 They departed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the day after the Passover the children of Israel went out with boldness in the sight of all the Egyptians. For the Egyptians were burying all their firstborn, whom the Lord had killed among them. Also on their gods the Lord had executed judgments.

They camped that first night at Succoth and then they walked for 3 days and 3 nights and camped at Etham which is near modern-day Elat Israel.

Numbers 33:5 Then the children of Israel moved from Rameses and camped at Succoth. They departed from Succoth and camped at Etham, which is on the edge of the wilderness. They moved from Etham and turned back to Pi Hahiroth, which is east of Baal Zephon; and they camped near Migdol. They departed from before Hahiroth and passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness, went three days’ journey in the Wilderness of Etham, and camped at Marah.

Parashah Beshalach – “Israel left Egypt on the morning of the 15thNissan and the sea split on the 21st Nissan. The chronology of events during those seven days was as follows:

15th Nissan: Israel travelled from Rameses to Succoth (150 miles).

16th Nissan: They travelled from Succoth to Etham (120 miles).

17th Nissan: They retreated back toward Egypt and encamped at Pi-hahiroth (30 miles).

18th Nissan: Pharaoh’s agents reported that the “three days to serve G-d” had gone by and the Hebrew-Israelites were not returning to their servitude.

19-20th Nissan: Pharaoh organized his forces and pursued the Children of Israel (270 miles).

21st Nissan: The Sea split or parted to save Israel and then returned to its place to swamp Egypt.

When we look at this itinerary, we say wow, how could this be? Is it possible that two million Bnei Yisrael (Children of Israel) fled from Egypt and traveled all the way to the Red Sea in just three days and were prepared in one week to cross over to the other side, symbolic of crossing over to the “world to come” within another four days?

So they crossed the Red Sea which is the mikveh they all took part in and were now out of Egypt.

This is symbolic of us as leaving the world system at the end of this 6th millennial day crossing into the Kingdom of Yehovah during the 7th Millennium and into His Presence during the 8th Millennium. More of this when we get to the 8th Day.

We have Holy Days one the First Day of Unleavened Bread and the 7th day. Why?

It was during the 1st Millennium that Yehovah walked with Adam and Eve and spent time with them.

And Yehovah will again be with us in the 7th Millennium with David as our King. But this is not the end.

Ezekiel 37:24 “David My servant shall be king over them, and they shall all have one shepherd; they shall also walk in My judgments and observe My statutes, and do them. Then they shall dwell in the land that I have given to Jacob My servant, where your fathers dwelt; and they shall dwell there, they, their children, and their children’s children, forever; and My servant David shall be their prince forever. Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them, and it shall be an everlasting covenant with them; I will establish them and multiply them, and I will set My sanctuary in their midst forevermore. My tabernacle also shall be with them; indeed I will be their God, and they shall be My people. The nations also will know that I, the Lord, sanctify Israel, when My sanctuary is in their midst forevermore.” ’ ”

Shavuot-3rd Holy Day

Lev 23:15 “And you shall count for yourselves from the day after the Sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering: seven Sabbaths shall be completed. Count fifty days to the day after the seventh Sabbath; then you shall offer a new grain offering to the Lord. You shall bring from your dwellings two wave loaves of two-tenths of an ephah. They shall be of fine flour; they shall be baked with leaven. They are the firstfruits to the Lord.

In this verse, we can see that the morrow after the Sabbath mentioned for the first wave offering is Sunday. The 50th day must be the day after the 7th Sabbath which is also the 49th day. The only way you can count our 7 Sabbath and then have the 50th day be the day after the 7th Sabbath is to begin this count on a Sunday. And that Sunday is the morrow after the Sabbath during the days of Unleavened Bread.

The second harvest or the next wave offering of First Fruits again is Shavuot which is 50 days after the wave offering of the Barley. It again is when all those who have ever lived and died since that day in 31 C.E when Yehshua took with Him those captives that were held by death and Satan. Yehovah will again raise those who are dead from the graves and those of us who are still alive on the Feast of Shavuot at the end of the Great Tribulation in 2033.

1 Cor 15:51 Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed— in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.”
“O Death, where is your sting?
O Hades, where is your victory?”

All the Apostles and those Saints who died in the last 200 years will be raised up at Shavuot and those of us who are alive will be changed and then rise with them. And we are told when this is to happen.

Rev 14:1 Then I looked, and behold, a Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand, having His Father’s name written on their foreheads. And I heard a voice from heaven, like the voice of many waters, and like the voice of loud thunder. And I heard the sound of harpists playing their harps. They sang as it were a new song before the throne, before the four living creatures, and the elders; and no one could learn that song except the hundred and forty-four thousand who were redeemed from the earth. These are the ones who were not defiled with women, for they are virgins. These are the ones who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These were redeemed from among men, being firstfruits to God and to the Lamb. And in their mouth was found no deceit, for they are without fault before the throne of God.

So we have the giving of the Ten Commandments on Shavuot

Exodus 19:10 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Go to the people and consecrate them today and tomorrow, and let them wash their clothes. And let them be ready for the third day. For on the third day the Lord will come down upon Mount Sinai in the sight of all the people.

Exodus 19:16 Then it came to pass on the third day, in the morning, that there were thunderings and lightnings, and a thick cloud on the mountain; and the sound of the trumpet was very loud, so that all the people who were in the camp trembled. And Moses brought the people out of the camp to meet with God, and they stood at the foot of the mountain. Now Mount Sinai was completely in smoke, because the Lord descended upon it in fire. Its smoke ascended like the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mountain quaked greatly. And when the blast of the trumpet sounded long and became louder and louder, Moses spoke, and God answered him by voice. Then the Lord came down upon Mount Sinai, on the top of the mountain. And the Lord called Moses to the top of the mountain, and Moses went up.

And it was on this Feast of Pentecost that Yehovah spoke in front of over 2 Million people who saw and heard these event. And Yehovah spoke these words to them.

Exodus 20:1 And God spoke all these words, saying:
“I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
“You shall have no other gods before Me.
“You shall not make for yourself a carved image—any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth;
you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.
“You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain.
“Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.
Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God. In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates. For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.
“Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long upon the land which the Lord your God is giving you.
“You shall not murder.
“You shall not commit adultery.
“You shall not steal.
“You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.
“You shall not covet your neighbor’s house; you shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor’s.”

Again on the Feast of Pentecost or Shavuot they Holy Spirit was then given to the Apostles.

Acts 2:1 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Yehovah’s Spirit and Yehovah’s laws are both given on this day. The exact same day. What does that tell you?

We said this a few times last week. Think about these scriptures.

Romans 7:14 For we know that the law is spiritual,

John 16:13 However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth;

Psalm 119:142 Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and Your law is truth.

The law is spiritual and the Spirit is truth and the law is truth.

We wrote the following to you in the last couple of weeks.

John 14:21 Whoever has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me. The one who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and reveal Myself to him.”

John 14:23 Jesus replied, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make Our home with him.

John 15:10 If you keep My commandments, you will remain in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and remain in His love.

1 John 2:3 By this we can be sure that we have come to know Him: if we keep His commandments.

1 John 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome,

2 John 1:6 And this is love, that we walk according to His commandments. This is the very commandment you have heard from the beginning, that you must walk in love.

We also wrote to you and showed you what Yehovah was going to write on your hearts. Here it is again.

The comments I have above from last week is saying that we do not have to keep the “OLD” Testament because they or we are under the “NEW” Testament laws of Grace. He then goes on to quote

Hebrews 8:7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then no place would have been sought for a second. Because finding fault with them, He says: “Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah— not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they did not continue in My covenant, and I disregarded them, says the Lord. For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. None of them shall teach his neighbor, and none his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them. For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.”

I have highlighted what Yehovah is going to put in our minds and in our hearts. Hebrews 8 is telling us that Yehovah is going to put HIS LAWS into our minds and our hearts. HIS LAWS!!!.

But to understand this completely you must read Hebrews 9 and 10 and 11 and 12 and 13.

The writer of Hebrews is talking about the sacrifices which represented Yehshua who was the real deal. Hebrews is talking about the sacrificial laws that Yehshua replaced by being the sacrifice at Passover. It is not talking about the covenant made at Mount Sinai which all Christians assume it is. Well actually they want to keep the commandments, they just do not want to keep the 4th commandment and that is what they are in arms over.

The book of Hebrews is quoting the book of Jeremiah which is in the “OLD” Testament.

Jeremiah 31:31 “Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah— not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them, says the Lord. But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the Lord. For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more.”

Even in the book of Ezekiel it is writen.

Ezekiel 36:22 “Therefore say to the house of Israel, “Thus says the Lord God: “I do not do this for your sake, O house of Israel, but for My holy name’s sake, which you have profaned among the nations wherever you went. And I will sanctify My great name, which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned in their midst; and the nations shall know that I am the Lord,” says the Lord God, “when I am hallowed in you before their eyes. For I will take you from among the nations, gather you out of all countries, and bring you into your own land. Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols. I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them. Then you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; you shall be My people, and I will be your God. I will deliver you from all your uncleannesses. I will call for the grain and multiply it, and bring no famine upon you. And I will multiply the fruit of your trees and the increase of your fields, so that you need never again bear the reproach of famine among the nations. Then you will remember your evil ways and your deeds that were not good; and you will loathe yourselves in your own sight, for your iniquities and your abominations. Not for your sake do I do this,” says the Lord God, “let it be known to you. Be ashamed and confounded for your own ways, O house of Israel!”

Notice that Ezekiel is talking about the end of this age when this is going to happen.

For I will take you from among the nations, gather you out of all countries, and bring you into your own land.

The very same thing that Jeremiah is talking about and the very same thing Hebrews is talking about. This is not a “NEW” Testament thing. It is an “OLD Testament thing that Yehovah is going to do.

In that discussion in our comments section, I finally got one of the evangelicals to tell me what are the New Testament laws that will be written on our hearts and minds. and he said they are the laws from Mount Sinai. And he is correct. He then wrote back to say the Law that will be written on our minds is the law of Love. And he is again correct if he understands that the Ten Commandments are the law of love.

John 14:15 If you love Me, you will keep My commandments.

1 John 5:2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and keep His commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome.

The Ten Commandments found in Exodus 20 are the laws that will be written on our hearts and in our minds.

Read again Deuteronomy 6:4

“Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one! You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.
“And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. ( Your MIND) You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

Deut 10:12 “And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God require of you, but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in all His ways and to love Him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to keep the commandments of the Lord and His statutes which I command you today for your good? Indeed heaven and the highest heavens belong to the Lord your God, also the earth with all that is in it. The Lord delighted only in your fathers, to love them; and He chose their descendants after them, you above all peoples, as it is this day. Therefore circumcise the foreskin of your heart, and be stiff-necked no longer.

Then we can read what is the greatest commandment as told to us by Yehshua.

Mat 22:36 Then one of them, a lawyer, asked Him a question, testing Him, and saying, “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?”
Jesus said to him, “ ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

So here in the “OLD ” Testament we have Yehovah telling us to write the commandments on our hearts and minds and in the “NEW” testament we have Yehshua saying the same thing and we have the writer of Hebrews, because we do not know for sure who wrote this book, telling us exactly the same thing that Jeremiahs says, that Yehovah will;

I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts

This is the importance of understanding the event of Shavuot and how the past events show us the future event on this date.

Summarizing this. The Law was given on this date, The Holy Spirit was given on this date. IN the future we will be raised from the dead on this Moedim. This appoitned time. And Yehovah will write those commandmentss on our hearts on this Feast Day.

The Feast of Shouting-The Feast of Trumpet-Yom Teruah- The 4th Holy Day

Lev 23:23 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, “Speak to the children of Israel, saying: ‘In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you shall have a sabbath-rest, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation. You shall do no customary work on it; and you shall offer an offering made by fire to the Lord.’ ”

We are not given much more information about this Feast Day and the Jews do not know what it means. So we keep it watching for the meaning to come on this day. But we can find some clues to it in other places.

You will notice when you look at the Menorah it is the 4th stem that supports all the others ones.

But far too many look at the Menorah as depicted below and are deceived without realizing it. The depiction below has Shavuot as the 4th Stem. This is not correct. Which is why we have listed each of the Holy Days above and will do so with the remainder of the Feast Days. The 4th Festival date is Yom Teruah, not Shavuot.

As we have shown you it is on this Moedim that Yehshua was born. He turned 30 on this day and began his 3 1/2 year ministry ending at Passover.  Yehshua is the 4th Stem of the Menorah and He is the one who supports all the other Feast Days.

It will be on this Moedim that the 10 days of Awe begin counting down to the Day of Atonement.

This day and the Day of Atonement are not part of the 3 chags.

Exodus 23:17 “Three times you shall keep a feast to Me in the year: You shall keep the Feast of Unleavened Bread (you shall eat unleavened bread seven days, as I commanded you, at the time appointed in the month of Abib, for in it you came out of Egypt; none shall appear before Me empty); and the Feast of Harvest, the firstfruits of your labors which you have sown in the field; and the Feast of Ingathering at the end of the year, when you have gathered in the fruit of your labors from the field.
“Three times in the year all your males shall appear before the Lord God.

Exodus 34:23 “Three times in the year all your men shall appear before the Lord, the Lord God of Israel. For I will cast out the nations before you and enlarge your borders; neither will any man covet your land when you go up to appear before the Lord your God three times in the year.

Deut 16:16 “Three times a year all your males shall appear before the Lord your God in the place which He chooses: at the Feast of Unleavened Bread, at the Feast of Weeks, and at the Feast of Tabernacles; and they shall not appear before the Lord empty-handed. Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of the Lord your God which He has given you.

But you are not commanded to come up during the Feast of Shouting or Yom Kippur. Why?

The other Moedim, the other Holy Days are harvest Festivals. This one is not nor is Atonement a harvest festival. These two are very deadly serious Moedims showing us what Yehovah is going to do on them.

We are told Yehshua did not come to judge the world the first time He came.

John 3:14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
“He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”

John 12:44 Then Jesus cried out and said, “He who believes in Me, believes not in Me but in Him who sent Me. And he who sees Me sees Him who sent Me. I have come as a light into the world, that whoever believes in Me should not abide in darkness. And if anyone hears My words and does not believe, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world. He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him—the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day.

Yehshua came to save us by paying the debt we owed for our sins. He did that at Passover. He is the word as we are told in John 1

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

:14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

But as we just read in John 12, it is that word that will judge them. That word is God or Yehovah as we just read in John 1. That word is the law of the Bible. The commandments which when rejected is what is going to judge people in the end. The last day as again John 12 says.

It is during these ten days of Awe that we say to each other, May your name be found in the book of Life. That is what we want to happen. It is during these 10 Days of Awe which are the final 10 days of the 40 days of repentance that begin on the 1st of Elul.

We are repenting from not keeping the commandments, which show us our sins.

The “Last Judgment” is drawn from many passages from the apocalyptic sections of the Bible, but most notably from Yehshua’s teaching of the strait gate in the Gospel of Matthew and also found in the Gospel of Luke:

Matthew 7:13–23 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so, every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Therefore, by their fruits ye shall know them. Not every one that saith unto me: Lord, Lord, shall enter into the Kingdom of Heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in Heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Luke 13:23–28 Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them, Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are: Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets. But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out.

It also appears in the Sheep and the Goats section of Matthew and Luke.

Luke 13:23–28 “When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on the throne of his glory. All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats, and he will put the sheep at his right hand and the goats at the left. Then the king will say to those at his right hand, ‘Come, you that are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world; for I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you gave me clothing, I was sick and you took care of me, I was in prison and you visited me.’

Matthew 25:40–43 And the king will answer them, ‘Truly I tell you, just as you did it to one of the least of these who are members of my family, you did it to me.’ Then he will say to those at his left hand, ‘You that are accursed, depart from me into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels; for I was hungry and you gave me no food, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, I was a stranger and you did not welcome me, naked and you did not give me clothing, sick and in prison and you did not visit me.’

Then he will answer them, ‘Truly I tell you, just as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to me.’ And these will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”

The doctrine is further supported by passages in the Books of Daniel, Isaiah and the Revelation:

Rev 20:11–12 Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. From his presence earth and sky fled away, and no place was found for them. And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Then another book was opened, which is the book of life. And the dead were judged by what was written in the books, according to what they had done.

Matthew 3:10–12 Even now the axe is lying at the root of the trees; every tree therefore that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. “I baptize you with water for repentance, but one who is more powerful than I is coming after me; I am not worthy to carry his sandals. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. His winnowing fork is in his hand, and he will clear his threshing-floor and will gather his wheat into the granary; but the chaff he will burn with unquenchable fire.”

Matthew 13:40–43 Just as the weeds are collected and burned up with fire, so will it be at the end of the age. The Son of Man will send his angels, and they will collect out of his kingdom all causes of sin and all evildoers, and they will throw them into the furnace of fire, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Let anyone with ears listen!

Luke 12:4–5 I tell you, my friends, do not fear those who kill the body, and after that can do nothing more. But I will warn you whom to fear: fear him who, after he has killed, has authority to cast into hell. Yes, I tell you, fear him!

We repent and humble ourselves so that we can be forgiven and then have our names found in the book of Life.

The Day of Atonement-Yom Kippur-The 5th Holy Day

Lev 23:26 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: “Also the tenth day of this seventh month shall be the Day of Atonement. It shall be a holy convocation for you; you shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire to the Lord. And you shall do no work on that same day, for it is the Day of Atonement, to make atonement for you before the Lord your God. For any person who is not afflicted in soul on that same day shall be cut off from his people. And any person who does any work on that same day, that person I will destroy from among his people. You shall do no manner of work; it shall be a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings. It shall be to you a sabbath of solemn rest, and you shall afflict your souls; on the ninth day of the month at evening, from evening to evening, you shall celebrate your sabbath.”

This is the most solemn of all the Feast Days.

It is also the end of the 10 Dyas of Awe and the end of the 40 days of repentance. This is the end of the days of Judgment and now the punishment is handed out.

Yehovah is very specific about this day and tells you exactly when the day begins and end so you do not miss it. From Sunset of the 9th until Sunset of the 10th you are to keep this Fast.

Read all of Lev 16 which talks about this most solemn of Days.

Now the Lord spoke to Moses after the death of the two sons of Aaron, when they offered profane fire before the Lord, and died; and the Lord said to Moses: “Tell Aaron your brother not to come at just any time into the Holy Place inside the veil, before the mercy seat which is on the ark, lest he die; for I will appear in the cloud above the mercy seat.
“Thus Aaron shall come into the Holy Place: with the blood of a young bull as a sin offering, and of a ram as a burnt offering. He shall put the holy linen tunic and the linen trousers on his body; he shall be girded with a linen sash, and with the linen turban he shall be attired. These are holy garments. Therefore he shall wash his body in water, and put them on. And he shall take from the congregation of the children of Israel two kids of the goats as a sin offering, and one ram as a burnt offering.
“Aaron shall offer the bull as a sin offering, which is for himself, and make atonement for himself and for his house. He shall take the two goats and present them before the Lord at the door of the tabernacle of meeting. Then Aaron shall cast lots for the two goats: one lot for the Lord and the other lot for the scapegoat. And Aaron shall bring the goat on which the Lord’s lot fell, and offer it as a sin offering. But the goat on which the lot fell to be the scapegoat shall be presented alive before the Lord, to make atonement upon it, and to let it go as the scapegoat into the wilderness.
“And Aaron shall bring the bull of the sin offering, which is for himself, and make atonement for himself and for his house, and shall kill the bull as the sin offering which is for himself. Then he shall take a censer full of burning coals of fire from the altar before the Lord, with his hands full of sweet incense beaten fine, and bring it inside the veil. And he shall put the incense on the fire before the Lord, that the cloud of incense may cover the mercy seat that is on the Testimony, lest he die. He shall take some of the blood of the bull and sprinkle it with his finger on the mercy seat on the east side; and before the mercy seat he shall sprinkle some of the blood with his finger seven times.
“Then he shall kill the goat of the sin offering, which is for the people, bring its blood inside the veil, do with that blood as he did with the blood of the bull, and sprinkle it on the mercy seat and before the mercy seat. So he shall make atonement for the Holy Place, because of the uncleanness of the children of Israel, and because of their transgressions, for all their sins; and so he shall do for the tabernacle of meeting which remains among them in the midst of their uncleanness. There shall be no man in the tabernacle of meeting when he goes in to make atonement in the Holy Place, until he comes out, that he may make atonement for himself, for his household, and for all the assembly of Israel. And he shall go out to the altar that is before the Lord, and make atonement for it, and shall take some of the blood of the bull and some of the blood of the goat, and put it on the horns of the altar all around. Then he shall sprinkle some of the blood on it with his finger seven times, cleanse it, and consecrate it from the uncleanness of the children of Israel.
“And when he has made an end of atoning for the Holy Place, the tabernacle of meeting, and the altar, he shall bring the live goat. Aaron shall lay both his hands on the head of the live goat, confess over it all the iniquities of the children of Israel, and all their transgressions, concerning all their sins, putting them on the head of the goat, and shall send it away into the wilderness by the hand of a suitable man. The goat shall bear on itself all their iniquities to an uninhabited land; and he shall release the goat in the wilderness.
“Then Aaron shall come into the tabernacle of meeting, shall take off the linen garments which he put on when he went into the Holy Place, and shall leave them there. And he shall wash his body with water in a holy place, put on his garments, come out and offer his burnt offering and the burnt offering of the people, and make atonement for himself and for the people. The fat of the sin offering he shall burn on the altar. And he who released the goat as the scapegoat shall wash his clothes and bathe his body in water, and afterward he may come into the camp. The bull for the sin offering and the goat for the sin offering, whose blood was brought in to make atonement in the Holy Place, shall be carried outside the camp. And they shall burn in the fire their skins, their flesh, and their offal. Then he who burns them shall wash his clothes and bathe his body in water, and afterward he may come into the camp.
“This shall be a statute forever for you: In the seventh month, on the tenth day of the month, you shall afflict your souls, and do no work at all, whether a native of your own country or a stranger who dwells among you. For on that day the priest shall make atonement for you, to cleanse you, that you may be clean from all your sins before the Lord. It is a sabbath of solemn rest for you, and you shall afflict your souls. It is a statute forever. And the priest, who is anointed and consecrated to minister as priest in his father’s place, shall make atonement, and put on the linen clothes, the holy garments; then he shall make atonement for the Holy Sanctuary, and he shall make atonement for the tabernacle of meeting and for the altar, and he shall make atonement for the priests and for all the people of the assembly. This shall be an everlasting statute for you, to make atonement for the children of Israel, for all their sins, once a year.” And he did as the Lord commanded Moses.

Now before I say anything else while this Lev 16 is still fresh in your mind, I want you to now read Rev 20.

Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, having the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. He laid hold of the dragon, that serpent of old, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years; and he cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal on him, so that he should deceive the nations no more till the thousand years were finished. But after these things he must be released for a little while.

Notice that you are told in Revelation that this is at the beginning of the 7th Millennium. Satan is locked away during this 7th Millennium of rest that Hebrews 4 talks about.

Lev 16:7 is an important verse

He shall take the two goats and present them before the Lord at the door of the tabernacle of meeting. Then Aaron shall cast lots for the two goats: one lot for the Lord and the other lot for the scapegoat.

Rev 12:7 And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer. So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Satan is the Azazel goat in Lev 16. He is the one who has deceived the whole world from the beginning starting with one-third of the angels and then with Eve.

Genesis 3:1 Now the serpent was more crafty than any beast of the field that the LORD God had made. And he said to the woman, “Did God really say, ‘You must not eat of any tree in the garden?'” And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden; but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, ‘You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.’ ”
Then the serpent said to the woman, “You will not surely die. For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”

Even here Satan is showing his true colours. Satan is wanting to replace Yehovah so he tells Eve she will be just like Yehovah.

Matthew 4:10 “Away from me, Satan!” Jesus declared. “For it is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God and serve Him only.'”

The High Preist has to choose lots to know which goat is which. But Yehshua tells us how to know and that is by quoting the Scriptures. All the scripture and not just some and leaving out others.

Matthew 25:41 Then He will say to those on His left, ‘Depart from Me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.

Luke 10:18 So He said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.

John 12:31 Now judgment is upon this world; now the prince of this world will be cast out.

2 Corinthians 11:3 I am afraid, however, that just as Eve was deceived by the serpent’s cunning, your minds may be led astray from your simple and pure devotion to Christ.

Isaiah 14:12 “How you are fallen from heaven,
O Lucifer, son of the morning!
How you are cut down to the ground,
You who weakened the nations!
For you have said in your heart:
‘I will ascend into heaven,
I will exalt my throne above the stars of God;
I will also sit on the mount of the congregation
On the farthest sides of the north;
I will ascend above the heights of the clouds,
I will be like the Most High.’
Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol,
To the lowest depths of the Pit.

Satan has deceived the whole world by looking and acting like Yehovah. But doing away with His Torah. This is the Jesus that has done away with the law, that many worship. This is the false Messiah. Yehshua never did away with the law at all. You have read the comments of many who are deceived and do not keep the laws. You can see it plain and simple. They are following Satan thinking he is God.

So on this day at the end of the Great Tribulation Satan will be locked away and unless those days were shortened, no flesh would survive.

Mat 24:15 “Therefore when you see the ‘abomination of desolation,’ spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place” (whoever reads, let him understand), “then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. Let him who is on the housetop not go down to take anything out of his house. And let him who is in the field not go back to get his clothes. But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days! And pray that your flight may not be in winter or on the Sabbath. For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened.

Now getting back to Lev 16

He shall take the two goats and present them before the Lord at the door of the tabernacle of meeting. Then Aaron shall cast lots for the two goats: one lot for the Lord and the other lot for the scapegoat.

We spoke of this in our teaching this past winter. The one lot is for Yehovah and the other lot is for Satan the Azazel Goat. Satan is taken away just as Rev shows you and locked away. The other Goat is killed.

Notice what is being shown to you. The other goat is Yehovah and it represents Yehovah and it shows us that Yehovah is the one to be sacrificed for us to make atonement for us. Yehovah did this at Passover where you can use a lamb or a goat for the Passover meal. Yehovah gave up His life to pay the debt we owed from breaking the covenant of Mount Sinai. He loves us that much that He would die for us in our stead if we would just repent of our sins and obey Him.

We go into detail about this in our article Where does it say we are going to Sacrifice God? Leviticus!

Do you see the magnitude of this most Holy, most sacred of days?

Yehovah loves you so much and is waiting for you to come home. Just repent and start to obey.

The parable of the prodigal son shows us just how much Yehovah wants us to come back to Him.

Luke 15:11 The Parable of the Lost Son
Then He said: “A certain man had two sons. And the younger of them said to his father, “Father, give me the portion of goods that falls to me.’ So he divided to them his livelihood. And not many days after, the younger son gathered all together, journeyed to a far country, and there wasted his possessions with prodigal living. But when he had spent all, there arose a severe famine in that land, and he began to be in want. Then he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country, and he sent him into his fields to feed swine. And he would gladly have filled his stomach with the pods that the swine ate, and no one gave him anything.
“But when he came to himself, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired servants have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger! I will arise and go to my father, and will say to him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you, and I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Make me like one of your hired servants.” ’
“And he arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him. And the son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and in your sight, and am no longer worthy to be called your son.’
“But the father said to his servants, ‘Bring out the best robe and put it on him, and put a ring on his hand and sandals on his feet. And bring the fatted calf here and kill it, and let us eat and be merry; for this my son was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’ And they began to be merry.
“Now his older son was in the field. And as he came and drew near to the house, he heard music and dancing. So he called one of the servants and asked what these things meant. And he said to him, ‘Your brother has come, and because he has received him safe and sound, your father has killed the fatted calf.’
“But he was angry and would not go in. Therefore his father came out and pleaded with him. So he answered and said to his father, ‘Lo, these many years I have been serving you; I never transgressed your commandment at any time; and yet you never gave me a young goat, that I might make merry with my friends. But as soon as this son of yours came, who has devoured your livelihood with harlots, you killed the fatted calf for him.’
“And he said to him, ‘Son, you are always with me, and all that I have is yours. It was right that we should make merry and be glad, for your brother was dead and is alive again, and was lost and is found.’

The Feast of Sukkot- The 6th Holy Day

Lev 23:33 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, “Speak to the children of Israel, saying: ‘The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the Feast of Tabernacles for seven days to the Lord. On the first day there shall be a holy convocation. You shall do no customary work on it. For seven days you shall offer an offering made by fire to the Lord.

All of Christianity is expecting to be married to Jesus upon His return.

We have the parable of the Wedding Supper in Mat 22

And Jesus answered and spoke to them again by parables and said: “The kingdom of heaven is like a certain king who arranged a marriage for his son, and sent out his servants to call those who were invited to the wedding; and they were not willing to come. Again, he sent out other servants, saying, ‘Tell those who are invited, “See, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and fatted cattle are killed, and all things are ready. Come to the wedding.” ’ But they made light of it and went their ways, one to his own farm, another to his business. And the rest seized his servants, treated them spitefully, and killed them. But when the king heard about it, he was furious. And he sent out his armies, destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city. Then he said to his servants, ‘The wedding is ready, but those who were invited were not worthy. Therefore go into the highways, and as many as you find, invite to the wedding.’ So those servants went out into the highways and gathered together all whom they found, both bad and good. And the wedding hall was filled with guests.
“But when the king came in to see the guests, he saw a man there who did not have on a wedding garment. So he said to him, ‘Friend, how did you come in here without a wedding garment?’ And he was speechless. Then the king said to the servants, ‘Bind him hand and foot, take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’
“For many are called, but few are chosen.”

We also have the parable in Mat 25

“Then the kingdom of heaven shall be likened to ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. Now five of them were wise, and five were foolish. Those who were foolish took their lamps and took no oil with them, but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. But while the bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and slept.
“And at midnight a cry was heard: ‘Behold, the bridegroom is coming; go out to meet him!’ Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’ But the wise answered, saying, ‘No, lest there should not be enough for us and you; but go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’ And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut.
“Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us!’ But he answered and said, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.’
“Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming.

Once again the 7 days of Sukkot are a reference to the 7 Millenniums during which the entire plan of Salvation is to be worked out in.

We have shown you the Menorah and said the 4th stem is the one that supports the others and is Yehshua. Now, look at this through the 7 Millenniums.

The Temple was built and dedicated at the end of the 3rd Millennium and was in full use for the start of the 4th one. Yehshua was born on the 4th Millennium and killed just before the end of the same 4th Millennium and the Temple too was destroyed for the final time in 70 C.E. with the end of this 4th Millennium coming in the year 84 C.E.

Yehshua was killed on the 4th Day of the week and put in the grave just before the start of the 5th day. Yehshua was killed and buried at the end of the 4th Millennium just before the 5th one started. He was in the grave 3 days and 3 night. 3 Millennial days from the time He was killed will bring us to the end of the 7th Millennium.

The Feast of Sukkot also called The Feast of Tabernacles represents the 7 Days of the wedding celebrations that take place before the actual wedding. And in like manner the 7 Millennium represents the time it is going to take for Israel to have made herself ready for the wedding which takes place at the end of the 7th Millennium.

I know many of you thought the wedding took place at the start of the 7th Millennium, but that is not what we are being shown in these Holy Days.

Remember in Rev we are told;

Rev 20:2 Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, having the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.

Then after the 1000 years are over Satan is set free.

Rev 20:7 Now when the thousand years have expired, Satan will be released from his prison and will go out to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle, whose number is as the sand of the sea. They went up on the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city. And fire came down from God out of heaven and devoured them. The devil, who deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are. And they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

Can Satan and Yehovah rule the earth at the same time? Yehovah does not take over the earth until Satan is put out of the picture once and for all and that does not take place until the end of the 7th Millennium.

In the book of John we are told how Yehshua kept the Feast of Sukkot

John 7:1 After these things Jesus walked in Galilee; for He did not want to walk in Judea, because the Jews sought to kill Him. Now the Jews’ Feast of Tabernacles was at hand.

It is on the 7th day of the Feast of Sukkot that Yehshua said,

John 7:37 On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.” But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.

And on the day after the 7th day of Sukkot Yehshua said the following;

John 8:12 Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”

He said this on the 8th Day Feast but before I move on that Feast Day I want you to understand the things that took place at this time which prompted His saying these things. You are commanded to keep the Feast in Joy.

Lev 23:40 And you shall take for yourselves on the first day the fruit of beautiful trees, branches of palm trees, the boughs of leafy trees, and willows of the brook; and you shall rejoice before the Lord your God for seven days.

The following is from Hope of Israel Ministries.

The Most Joyous Feast

Afred Edersheim writes in The Temple: Its Ministry and Services, that the Feast of Tabernacles was the joyous high point of the year in ancient Israel. He declares:

“The most joyous of all festive seasons in Israel was that of the ‘Feast of Tabernacles.’ It fell on a time of year when the hearts of the people would naturally be full of thanksfulness, gladness, and expectancy. All the crops had been long stored; and now all fruits were also gathered, the vintage past, and the land only awaited the softening and refreshment of the ‘latter rain,’ to prepare it for a new crop….

“If the beginning of the harvest had pointed back to the birth of Israel in their Exodus from Egypt and forward to the true Passover-sacrifice in the future; if the corn harvest was connected to the giving of the law on Mount Sinai in the past, and the out-pouring of the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost; the harvest-thanksgiving of the Feast of Tabernacles reminded Israel, on the one hand, of their dwelling in booths in the wilderness, while, on the other hand, it pointed to the FINAL HARVEST when Israel’s mission should be completed, and ALL NATIONS [OF ISRAEL] GATHERED UNTO THE LORD” (p. 268-269).

This great Feast, Edersheim points out, has a dual meaning: It both reflects back on the miraculous passage of Israel out of Egypt, and through the wilderness, as they lived in rickety “booths” open to the heavens, and it depicts in a very powerful manner the FINAL HARVEST OF ALL THE ISRAELITES to the true paths of YEHOVAH God — the time when all nations will come up to Jerusalem to worship the Eternal, the LORD of hosts (Isaiah 2:1-4; Micah 4:1-4).

Isaiah the prophet speaks of this great “fall harvest” in this manner:

“And in this mountain The LORD of hosts will make for ALL PEOPLE a feast of choice pieces, a feast of wines on the lees, of fat things full of marrow, of well-refined wines on the lees. And He will destroy on this mountain the surface of the covering cast over all people, and the VEIL that is spread over all nations. He will swallow up death forever, and the LORD GOD will wipe away tears from all faces” (Isaiah 25:6-8, NKJV).

During that coming age, Isaiah says, “They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, for the earth shall be FULL of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea” (Isaiah 11:9).

Edersheim adds that this Feast, in particular, was designed by YEHOVAH God to illustrate the great harvest of all the Israelites to the Kingdom of YEHOVAH God in the latter days. This is evident, he says, “not only from the language of the prophets and the peculiar services of the feast, but also from its position in the Calendar, and even from the names by which it is designated in Scripture.” He continues:

“Thus in its reference to the harvest it is called ‘the feast of ingathering’ [Exo. 23:16; 34:22]; in that to the history of Israel in the past, ‘the Feast of Tabernacles’ [Lev. 23:34, and specifically verse 43; Deut. 16:13, 16; 31:10; II Chron. 8:13; Ezra 3:4]; while its symbolic bearing on the future is brought out in its designation as emphatically ‘the feast’ [I Kings 8:2; II Chron. 5:3; 7:8,9]; and ‘the Feast of Jehovah’ [so literally in Lev. 23:39]. In this sense also Josephus, Philo, and the Rabbis (in many passages of the Mishnah) single it out from all the other feasts” (p. 269-270).
The Two Most Important Features of the Feast of Sukkot

The Feast of Tabernacles was considered the most joyous season of the entire year. With all the electric anticipation along the caravan trails, the stirring religious ceremonies, the inspiring singing of hymns, and the Levitical choir and orchestra playing at the Temple, with lively singing, dancing, and feasting, the joy literally ran over the brim.

(1) The Pouring Out of Water:

Each day of the Feast, a vital celebration took place called Simkhat Beit Hashoavah, that is, “The Rejoicing at the Place of the Water-Drawing.”

“Each morning of Sukkot, the priests went to the pool of Siloah (Silwan) near Jerusalem to fill a golden flask. Shofar blasts greeted their arrival at the Temple’s Water Gate. They then ascended and poured the water so that it flowed over the altar simultaneously with wine from another bowl. When the priest was about to pour the water, the people shouted ‘Raise your hand!’ because of an incident that occurred in a previous year: The high priest Alexander Jannaeus (103-76 B.C.E.) showed contempt for the rite by spilling the water at his feet, a transgression for which worshippers threw their citrons at him.

“The pelted priest had demonstrated his alliance with the Sadducees, who literally followed Torah and only what was specifically in Torah. (Explained as an oral instruction given to Moses at Sinai, this water rite was not mentioned in The Five Books.) The deliriously happy celebration connected with the water drawing developed when the Pharisees (who believed in the Oral Tradition and interpretation of Torah and gave us the rabbinic Judaism we know today) triumphed over them in the first century.

“Based on Isaiah’s promise ‘With joy shall you draw water out of the wells of salvation’ (12:3). rejoicing began at the end of the first day and took place every night except Shabbat. Talmud recorded that ‘one who had never witnessed the Rejoicing of the Place of the Water Drawing has never seen true joy in his life.’ (Although the celebration was for the libation that would be made the next morning, it was named for the preparation for the ritual — the water drawing — which the rabbis said showed that getting ready was sometimes of greater merit than the mitzvah itself because of its positive effect on the person doing it.)” (p. 213-214).

Why was this ceremony called “The Water-Drawing Ceremony”? Alfred Edersheim gives us the emphatic reason, as understood by the Rabbis. He writes:

“For though that ceremony was considered by the Rabbis as being a subordinate reference to the dispensation of the rain, the annual fall of which they they imagined was determined by God at that feast, its main and real application was to the future outpouring of the Holy Spirit, as predicted — probably in allusion to this very rite — by Isaiah the prophet. Thus the Talmud says distinctly: ‘Why is the name of it called, The drawing out of water? Because of the pouring out of the Holy Spirit, according to what is said: ‘With joy shall ye draw waters out of the well of salvation.”‘ Hence, also, the feast and the peculiar joyousness of it. are alike designated as those of ‘the drawing out of water’; for according to the same Rabbinical authorities, the Holy Spirit dwells in man [of Israel] only through joy” (The Temple, p. 279-280).

(2) YEHOVAH’s Shekinah Glory:

As a part of this fascinating ceremony, four immense candelabrum were set in the Temple courtyard for the Feast of Sukkot, 75 feet in height. Each candelabra had four golden bowls, and was reached by four ladders. Each bowl was capable of holding many gallons of oil. Four youths of priestly descent each held a pitcher of oil, which they used to fill the bowls. Wicks were made from the old, cast-off priestly garments and rags from worn-out vestments. When the candelabrum were lit, they generated such intense and brilliant light, that not a courtyard in the whole city of Jerusalem failed to be illuminated by the blazing light. Notice Edersheim’s description of it —

“At the close of the first day of the feast the worshippers descended to the Court of the Women, where great preparations had been made. Four golden candelabras were there, each with four golden bowls, and against them rested four ladders; and four youths of priestly descent held, each a pitcher of oil, capable of holding one hundred and twenty log, from which they filled each bowl. The old, worn breeches and girdles of the priests served for wicks to these lamps. There was not a court in Jerusalem that was not lit up by the light of ‘the house of water-pouring'” (ibid., p. 283).
What did these four immense candelabrum symbolize — that lit up the whole city of Jerusalem? Edersheim explains:

“It seems clear that this illumination of the Temple was regarded as forming part of, and having the same symbolic meaning as, ‘the pouring out of water.’ The light shining out of the Temple into the darkness around, and lighting up every court in Jerusalem, must have been intended as A SYMBOL…OF THE SHECKINAH [GLORY] which once filled the Temple” (The Temple, p. 285).
While Edersheim says that the Shekinah Glory “once filled the Temple,” implying that It wasn’t there during the Messiah’s day, there is abundant evidence to show that YEHOVAH God’s Shekinah Glory was indeed resident in the Second Temple during the time of the Messiah — and up to just before the destruction of Jerusalem and the Temple in 70 A.D.

When Yeshua the Messiah was crucified on the tree facing the Holy of Holies from the site of the Red Heifer sacrifice on the Mount of Olives, he cried out, “Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?” which is translated, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken me?” (Mark 15:34). He sensed that YEHOVAH God’s Shekinah Glory in the Temple had turned away from him at that very moment, evoking the heart-wrenching cry that was followed by “‘Father, into Your hands I commend my spirit.’ And having said this, he breathed his last” (Luke 23:46). The Messiah knew that his Father’s Shekinah Glory was present in the Holy of Holies of the Temple.

YEHOVAH’s Shekinah Glory remained in the Temple all through the life and death of the Messiah and up to the year 66 A.D. — when it was seen leaving the Temple and alighting on the Mount of Olives. Relates Ernest L. Martin —

“There is another reason why Christians in the first century were very interested in the Mount of Olives. This is because it was believed that the Shekinah Glory of God which…dwelt inside the Holy of Holies at the Temple left the sanctuary and went to the Mount of Olives and hovered over that spot at the time of the Roman/Jewish War which ended in A.D. 70” (Secrets of Golgotha, ASK Publications, Alhambra, CA, p. 83).
Eusebius, an early church father (260?-340?) wrote in his book Proof of the Gospel that

“believers in Christ congregate from all parts of the world…that they may worship at the Mount of Olives opposite to the city, whither the glory [the Shekinah Glory] of the LORD [YEHOVAH, YHVH] migrated when it left the former city” (Book VI, Chapter 18 (288)).

Shemini Atzeret-The 8th Day Feast- The 7th Holy Day

Lev 23:36 “Speak to the children of Israel, saying: ‘The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the Feast of Tabernacles for seven days to the Lord. On the first day there shall be a holy convocation. You shall do no customary work on it. For seven days you shall offer an offering made by fire to the Lord. On the eighth day you shall have a holy convocation, and you shall offer an offering made by fire to the Lord. It is a sacred assembly, and you shall do no customary work on it.

This is the most important Feast Day of all the Feasts. It is the reason for all the others ones. All the other feasts prepare you for this one Most Special Feast day and yet many of those who keep it forget about it or miss as they prepare to leave by checking out or loading the car to leave. STOP IT!

This 8th Day Feast is a HOLY DAY and you are not to work on it. So do not pay the Hotel bill. Stay one more night. Do not book the plane ticket for this day lest your plane crashes. It is a Holy Day.

I have written at least 9 article dealing with the importance of this day which you can read in our Article Archives

This is the true Feast of Dedication. Yes, this is the Chanukah that Yehshua was keeping in John 10:22. Start reading John 7 and know that he is writing about the time Yehshua is at the temple from John 7 to John 11.

It was on this day that Yehovah filled the Temple when Solomon dedicated the Temple and it shows the meaning of this day. Yehovah’s heart is to dwell with man on this earth. We are not going to heaven to play harps. No, we are going to live with Yehovah here on this earth.

The 8th Day Feast is all about this and it is also the night when the Bride is swept away by her groom. It is the consummation night of the wedding ceremony.

It is also judgment day as we read in Rev 20:11

Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.

I do not need to explain the rest. You can read it here

Rev 21 Chapter 21
All Things Made New
Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea. Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”
Then He who sat on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” And He said to me, “Write, for these words are true and faithful.”
And He said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts. He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son. But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”
The New Jerusalem
Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls filled with the seven last plagues came to me and talked with me, saying, “Come, I will show you the bride, the Lamb’s wife.” And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me the great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, having the glory of God. Her light was like a most precious stone, like a jasper stone, clear as crystal. Also she had a great and high wall with twelve gates, and twelve angels at the gates, and names written on them, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel: three gates on the east, three gates on the north, three gates on the south, and three gates on the west.
Now the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them were the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb. And he who talked with me had a gold reed to measure the city, its gates, and its wall. The city is laid out as a square; its length is as great as its breadth. And he measured the city with the reed: twelve thousand furlongs. Its length, breadth, and height are equal. Then he measured its wall: one hundred and forty-four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of an angel. The construction of its wall was of jasper; and the city was pure gold, like clear glass. The foundations of the wall of the city were adorned with all kinds of precious stones: the first foundation was jasper, the second sapphire, the third chalcedony, the fourth emerald, the fifth sardonyx, the sixth sardius, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, and the twelfth amethyst. The twelve gates were twelve pearls: each individual gate was of one pearl. And the street of the city was pure gold, like transparent glass.
The Glory of the New Jerusalem
But I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple. The city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it. The Lamb is its light. And the nations of those who are saved shall walk in its light, and the kings of the earth bring their glory and honor into it. Its gates shall not be shut at all by day (there shall be no night there). And they shall bring the glory and the honor of the nations into it. But there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.
Chapter 22
The River of Life
And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him. They shall see His face, and His name shall be on their foreheads. There shall be no night there: They need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the Lord God gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever.
The Time Is Near
Then he said to me, “These words are faithful and true.” And the Lord God of the holy prophets sent His angel to show His servants the things which must shortly take place.
“Behold, I am coming quickly! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.”

Now I, John, saw and heard these things. And when I heard and saw, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel who showed me these things.
Then he said to me, “See that you do not do that. For I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren the prophets, and of those who keep the words of this book. Worship God.” And he said to me, “Do not seal the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is at hand. He who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous still; he who is holy, let him be holy still.”
Jesus Testifies to the Churches
“And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.”

How many Christians have come on and left comments about not keeping the commandments. Do they not read revelations?

Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie.
“I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star.”
And the Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let him who hears say, “Come!” And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely.
A Warning
For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
I Am Coming Quickly
He who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming quickly.”
Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

I most assuredly was singling you out even though I didn’t mention your name outright.
Judges 5:6 “In the days of Shamgar, the son of Anath, in the days of Ya??l, the highways (or worn paths) were deserted, and the travellers went in crooked ways.
Judges 5:7 “Leadership ceased, it ceased in Yisra’el, until I, Deborah, arose – a mother in Yisra’el arose.
HOW am I and all the other Mothers gaining the courage to stand up and fight? It is because we recognize the truth and we’re ANGRY! Angry not just at the false Christian teaching that has caused us to lose our children via wrong teaching, but angry too at all the lost years under other Hebrew teachers that had us following the Hillel calendar, Chanukah, and another whole set of traditions. They don’t even teach on idols in our home. This is just more valuable years lost that I needed. You are the LEADER that has been given the KEY to unlock SO MUCH and put it together to make it simply amazing and make it “fit”. I see so many just focus on studying Talmud and passing on these studies to their “sheep”. They don’t think to research if this is truth or tradition. They refuse to teach Sabbatical year because SO MANY are tied to following Judah “since Judah already had their Holocaust” and Yah trusted the Law with them to preserve. They are following Judah right into destruction. They refuse to say anything because they don’t want to offend and lose the hand that feeds them. Joe, you aren’t afraid to offend. Yes, your ministry suffers financial due to that BUT THAT is ONE GIANT TEST to see if you will walk in HIS ways. I do believe your eyes are opened to see more and understand more and SO ARE OURS. We are SO blessed.
THAT VERSE on Deborah spoke to me not just as SEEING MYSELF as Deborah…certainly praying I can be Deborah but ALSO….it was the lack of leadership that arose her to the truth….making HER a Leader warrior. We are 2,000+ MORE years beyond her…..truth for us has been so twisted that we needed either ourself or another LEADER to bring it back. You are the Leader for us FUTURE Deborah’s. And Daniel’s and Barak’s. We will be going out ourselves in various directions to teach the nations. Just as you have raised up Telesphore and Aike…..AND JAMES and MAT.

    Shabbat Shalom,
It is humbling to see these truths knowing just how lost in deception the world really is. I have done nothing to deserve such knowledge! This is the Grace that saves. Without that Grace we would not see or believe what is revealed. To whom has it been revealed? To us! Through you, Joseph.
I share Jan’s anger. I have lost a lifetime because of the SKUBALA of the churches.
There is leadership here. There is knowledge here. It is a true blessing and I am humbled by it.

Thank you! Thank you so much for putting all 7 feast days – and their secrets – in one teaching!!
As for the Toronto festival: since I am very much between milk and meat at present, I did not trust my own conviction and put it out as a “fleece” to Father. Your sharing on the matter in this newsletter matched my conviction 110%. I am grateful that there is definite growth within me and that I am learning to hear the voice of Yehovah!
My eternal gratitude for your obedience, Joseph, to speak out and teach all who have ears to hear.
    May Yehovah be glorified.

Stop calling Christos Yeshua! The New Testament was written in Greek. The apostle Paul spoke Greek not Hebrew. Hebrew was not the vernacular of Jesus’s day. Jesus spoke ARAMAIC not Hebrew. All the New Testament writers thought, wrote and spoke Greek. The New Testament writers quoted the Septuagint NOT the Masoretic Text! Give your head a shake Dumond or better yet, take a history course before you keep spewing out your nonsense week after week.

Oh my oh my, right here in the MKJV as well as the TS2009, we see Yeshua AND Paul both speaking in Hebrew. Since you say they both spoke Greek, why would Yeshua speak HEBREW to Paul? I’m sure Yeshua could speak in whatever language he wanted to, but he most assuredly desired to speak in the language HE created all of creation in. You do not see Yeshua is the Aleph Tav made flesh per Genesis 1:1 and John 1:1 and numerous verses in Revelations.
Act 21:39-40  But Paul said, I am a man, a Jew of Tarsus in Cilicia, a citizen of no small city. And I beseech you, allow me to speak to the people. And he allowing him, standing on the stairs, Paul signaled with his hand to the people. And much silence taking place, he spoke in the Hebrew dialect, saying:  (MKJV)
(TS2009 Scriptures) Act 21:40  And having given him permission, Sha’ul, standing on the stairs motioned with his hand to the people. And when there was a great silence, he spoke in the Hebrew language,b saying, Footnote: bSee Act_26:14.
Act 26:14  “And when we had all fallen to the ground, I heard a voice speaking to me, and saying in the Hebrew language,a ‘Sha’ul, Sha’ul, why do you persecute Me? It is hard for you to kick against the prods.’ Footnote: aSee Act_21:40, Act_22:2.
Act_22:3  I am truly a man, a Jew born in Tarsus in Cilicia, yet brought up in this city at the feet of Gamaliel, taught according to the exactness of the Law of the fathers, being a zealous one of God, as you all are today.
Studying under Gamiliel, a Hebrew sage, required memorization of the entire Torah….IN HEBREW!!!!
