Many Are Called-Few are Chosen-Which Are You?

Joseph F. Dumond

Isa 6:9-12 And He said, Go, and tell this people, You hear indeed, but do not understand; and seeing you see, but do not know. Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their hearts, and turn back, and be healed. Then I said, Lord, how long? And He answered, Until the cities are wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land laid waste, a desolation, and until Jehovah has moved men far away, and the desolation in the midst of the land is great.

Shabbat Shalom Brothers and Sisters of Yehovah family,

This Week in the Mail

Hi Pauline, I thought I would check in to see how things going.. I got question have your met Joseph Dumond, im just wondering. I tell you I have learned so much in his teachings, I feel I need to relisten to his teachings and I have read 3 of his books.. Its amazing how close e are to some major events that is coming..I have one question for him, and that is how can we do the barley haverst if we have no access to any barley.. I also have learn how to keep the fall feast though Im the only one doing here in home. If it means camping out in yard, I don’t have a back yard for that, so I don’t know how or what to do, yet I want to be obedient to Yahuwah….

Sabbath Sex

Isaiah 58 has so many good things to tech us. I just can’t separate them this week.

Isaiah 58 “Cry aloud; do not hold back;
lift up your voice like a trumpet;
declare to my people their transgression,
to the house of Jacob their sins.
Yet they seek me daily
and delight to know my ways,
as if they were a nation that did righteousness
and did not forsake the judgment of their God;
they ask of me righteous judgments;
they delight to draw near to God.
Why have we fasted, and you see it not?
Why have we humbled ourselves, and you take no knowledge of it?’
Behold, in the day of your fast you seek your own pleasure,
and oppress all your workers.
Behold, you fast only to quarrel and to fight
and to hit with a wicked fist.
Fasting like yours this day
will not make your voice to be heard on high.
Is such the fast that I choose,
a day for a person to humble himself?
Is it to bow down his head like a reed,
and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him?
Will you call this a fast,
and a day acceptable to the Lord?
“Is not this the fast that I choose:
to loose the bonds of wickedness, STOP SINNING
to undo the straps of the yoke, STOP CHURCH TRADITIONS OF BONDAGE
to let the oppressed go free,
and to break every yoke?
Is it not to share your bread with the hungry THE BREAD OF LIFE IS THE TORAH AND THE HUNGRY THOSE WHO DO NOT KNOW IT
and bring the homeless poor into your house;
when you see the naked, to cover him,
and not to hide yourself from your own flesh?
Then shall your light break forth like the dawn,
and your healing shall spring up speedily;
your righteousness shall go before you;
the glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard.
Then you shall call, and the Lord will answer; THIS IS HOW YOUR PRAYERS WILL BE HEARD
you shall cry, and he will say, ‘Here I am.’
If you take away the yoke from your midst,
the pointing of the finger, and speaking wickedness,
if you pour yourself out for the hungry
and satisfy the desire of the afflicted,
then shall your light rise in the darkness
and your gloom be as the noonday.
And the Lord will guide you continually
and satisfy your desire in scorched places
and make your bones strong;
and you shall be like a watered garden,
like a spring of water,
whose waters do not fail.
And your ancient ruins shall be rebuilt;
you shall raise up the foundations of many generations;
you shall be called the repairer of the breach,
the restorer of streets to dwell in.

“If you turn back your foot from the Sabbath,
from doing your pleasure on my holy day,
and call the Sabbath a delight
and the holy day of the Lord honorable;
if you honor it, not going your own ways,
or seeking your own pleasure, or talking idly;
then you shall take delight in the Lord,
and I will make you ride on the heights of the earth;
I will feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father,
for the mouth of the Lord has spoken.”

This week the part I wanted to focus on was doing your own pleasure on the Sabbath. In particular about having sex on Sabbath.

Should we be having sexual relations with our spouse on the Sabbath? We are told to keep the Sabbath Holy.

Exodus 20:8 “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.

I can hear many of you getting upset because I have now ventured into your private chambers and your private time. Some of you wonder why certain trials never go away. Could it be that you do not value the Sabbath and you are compromising it?

When Yehovah was about to meet with Israel, He gave Moses specific commands for the people to prepare.

Exodus 19:10 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Go to the people and consecrate them today and tomorrow, and let them wash their clothes. And let them be ready for the third day. For on the third day the Lord will come down upon Mount Sinai in the sight of all the people. You shall set bounds for the people all around, saying, ‘Take heed to yourselves that you do not go up to the mountain or touch its base. Whoever touches the mountain shall surely be put to death. Not a hand shall touch him, but he shall surely be stoned or shot with an arrow; whether man or beast, he shall not live.’ When the trumpet sounds long, they shall come near the mountain.”

So Moses went down from the mountain to the people and sanctified the people, and they washed their clothes. And he said to the people, “Be ready for the third day; do not come near your wives.”

The word for come here is Nawgash and means to lie with a woman.

H5066

na^gash    naw-gash’

A primitive root; to be or come (causatively bringnear (for any purpose); euphemistically to lie with a woman; as an enemy, to attack; religiously to worship; causatively to present; figuratively to adduce an argument; by reversal, to stand back: – (make to) approach (nigh), bring (forth, hither, near), (cause to) come (higher, near, nigh), give place, go hard (up), (be, draw, go) near (nigh), offer, overtake, present, put, stand.

Why was a sexual relationship between a husband and wife forbidden at Shavuot?

Lev 15:16 “If any man has an emission of semen, then he shall wash all his body in water, and be unclean until evening. And any garment and any leather on which there is semen, it shall be washed with water, and be unclean until evening. Also, when a woman lies with a man, and there is an emission of semen, they shall bathe in water, and be unclean until evening.

:31 ‘Thus you shall separate the children of Israel from their uncleanness, lest they die in their uncleanness when they defile My tabernacle that is among them. This is the law for one who has a discharge, and for him who emits semen and is unclean thereby, and for her who is indisposed because of her customary impurity, and for one who has a discharge, either man or woman, and for him who lies with her who is unclean.’ ”

That Shavuot Israel had an appointment with Yehovah. Each of his Holy Days are called

Lev 23:1 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, “Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘The feasts of the Lord, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, these are My feasts.

Let’s look at the actual Hebrew for some of these words to learn the actual meaning of them.

Holy is the word;

H6944

qo^desh    ko’-desh

From H6942; a sacred place or thing; rarely abstractly sanctity: – consecrated (thing), dedicated (thing), hallowed (thing), holiness, (X most) holy (X day, portion, thing), saint, sanctuary.

Notice that the words sanctify and consecrate are the same words Yehovah spoke to Moses about getting the people ready for the third day. Moses was told to get the people clean so they can be Holy before Yehovah.

The word for Feasts is

H4150

mo^?e^dmo^?e^dmo^?a^da^h

mo-ade’, mo-ade’, mo-aw-daw’

From H3259; properly an appointment, that is, a fixed time or season; specifically a festival; conventionally a year; by implication, an assembly (as convened for a definite purpose); technically the congregation; by extension, the place of meeting; also a signal (as appointed beforehand): – appointed (sign, time), (place of, solemn) assembly, congregation, (set, solemn) feast, (appointed, due) season, solemn (-ity), synagogue, (set) time (appointed).

The Feasts are Appointed times. They are the days Yehovah has set aside to meet with us. If we come on the wrong day it is the same as going to the doctors on a Thursday when the appointment was on Wednesday. You will have missed your appointment.

To not keep the Holy Days is to miss your appointment to meet with Yehovah.

Another part of this words Moedim is the word Yawad. I want you to look at it and see just how many meaning this word has that are speaking about Holy Days. I see Trumpets and Atonement, Shavuot, Suukot and the 8th Day all in this one word.

H3259

ya^?ad     yaw-ad’

A primitive root; to fix upon (by agreement or appointment); by implication to meet (at a stated time), to summon (to trial), to direct (in a certain quarter or position), to engage (for marriage): – agree, (make an) appoint (-ment, a time), assemble (selves), betroth, gather (selves, together), meet (together), set (a time).

Then we have the word Convocations and it comes from the word Mikraw;

H4744

miqra^’     mik-raw’

From H7121; something called out, that is, a public meeting (the act, the persons, or the palce); also a rehearsal: – assembly, calling, convocation, reading.

Each of these Holy Appointed times that we have to meet with Yehovah are rehearsals for something that Yehovah is going to perform on each one of these days.

The very next verse in Lev 23 is verse 3 which talks about the first appointed time which is the weekly Sabbath and then it goes on to explain each of the 7 Annual Holy Days that we are to come and meet with Yehovah.

The Weekly Sabbath, the First and the Seventh Day of Unleavened Bread, Shavuot or Pentecost, The Feast of Trumpets, The Day of Atonement, The Feast of Tabernacles and the Eighth Day Feast.

If we are taking part in sexual relations before or during any of these Holy Appointed Times then we are unclean and should not be in attendance.

Read again what the punishment is for those who do become unclean by their sexual relationships.

Lev 15:31 ‘Thus you shall separate the children of Israel from their uncleanness, lest they die in their uncleanness when they defile My tabernacle that is among them.

You are to be Holy as Yehovah is Holy, and you are coming to meet Him on these Moedim, these appointed days.

Leviticus 11:44 For I am the Lord your God. You shall therefore consecrate yourselves, and you shall be holy; for I am holy. Neither shall you defile yourselves with any creeping thing that creeps on the earth. For I am the Lord who brings you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God. You shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.

Leviticus 19:2 “Speak to the entire congregation of the Israelites and tell them: ‘Be holy because I, the LORD your God, am holy.

Leviticus 20:7 Consecrate yourselves, therefore, and be holy, for I am the LORD your God.

Isaiah 35:8 And there will be a highway called the Way of Holiness. The unclean will not travel it, only those who walk in that Way–and fools will not stray onto it.

1 Peter 1:13 Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; as obedient children, not conforming yourselves to the former lusts, as in your ignorance; but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy.”

The Law written on our Hearts & Minds

Recently the comments at the end of our newsletters have been receiving the views of those who would be called Christian. The more they try to justify themselves on not keeping the law the more idiotic they become.

We are going to address one or two of the arguments each week that Christianity puts up to help you to be able to swing the sword of your mouth with much more accuracy and skill. One of the letters I recently received from Cambodia was an earnest desire to learn how to debate with people with knowledge and understanding and wisdom. We are going to try and give you some of those qualities.

The lead up to this part of the newsletter took place over the past couple of weeks in the comments section of our newsletter. I hope you do come back now and then and take a look at the comments. Some of them are very enlightening and others, well, not so much.

I am going to quote from one of the comments and then we are going to walk through it so you can understand. At least it is my hope you will understand.

You have ignored the writings of the Apostle Paul which make it as plain as can be that the law is now in our hearts and minds and the New Covenant has been established and that we live in the spirit of grace. Romans 7 makes it very clear. Romans 7:6 “BUT NOW WE ARE DELIVERED FROM THE LAW THAT BEING DEAD WHEREIN WE WERE HELD; THAT WE SHOULD SERVE IN NEWNESS OF SPIRIT (the law is now in our our hearts and minds)AND NOT IN THE OLDNESS OF THE LETTER.” Joe and his followers are still in the oldness of the letter. Paul makes it clear that the law was not sin in verse 7. Please tell me where moon sightings, Sabbatical years, barley observations are mentioned in the New Testament. They are not. Normative Christianity grew because of the central doctrine of the New Testament which is grace. Paul speaks over and over and over and over again about a New Covenant. Hebrews 8:7 “For if that FIRST COVENANT had been faultless then should no place have been sought FOR THE SECOND. VERSE 8 Behold the days come saith the Lord, WHEN I WILL MAKE A NEW COVENANT WITH THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL AND WITH THE HOUSE OF JUDAH. VERSE 9 not according to the COVENANT THAT I MADE WITH THEIR FATHERS IN THE DAY WHEN I TOOK THEM OUT OF EGYPT….VERSE 10 For this is the covenant I shall make with them…

“I WILL PUT MY LAWS INTO THEIR MIND AND WRITE THEM IN THEIR HEARTS .”

You ignore the writings of Paul and the New Testament. Christ appeared to Paul and made him the apostle to the Gentiles and gave him the central teaching of normative Christianity which is there is a New Covenant and the Spirit of Grace has put the law in our hearts and minds. You ignore this central teaching at your own peril and eternity.

Blessings,

Name withheld by me

Before we do anything at all or before you ever begin a discussion with anyone that calls themselves Christian, you must read 2 Pet 3:14-18 in order to know they are twisting the scriptures of Paul into a new doctrine that Paul NEVER TAUGHT! But Christianity has twisted the writings of Paul and done so to such a degree that now Paul has replaced Yehshua as the Messiah. Keep this in your mind always, when you are dealing with Christians. They do not see it and will not see it until Yehovah and Yehovah alone removes the veils from their eyes. You cannot do it with all your logic. Only when they repent and begin to obey will Yehovah open their eyes to the truth.

So keep that in mind.

2 Pet 3:14 Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless; and consider that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation—as also our beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given to him, has written to you, as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which untaught and unstable people twist to their own destruction, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures.
You therefore, beloved, since you know this beforehand, beware lest you also fall from your own steadfastness, being led away with the error of the wicked; but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

And I have seen many a Messianic come out of Christianity believing the Old and the New Testament only to be tripped up by the anti-Missionary telling them the lies about Paul that Christians believe. These Messianic brethren then stop believing anything Paul wrote. Shortly after this, they stop believing anything Yehshua said or the New Testament and after a while, they stop believing the bible at all and walk away throwing their hands in the air. It is very sad to watch and witness to. And yet I have seen it many times since I began this walk in 1982.

I had begun to work on this teaching when I went to a combined service with groups from Guelph and Barrie and Toronto. And we got to listen to one teacher from Barrie by the name of Rudy Grewal. And in his presentation on the Mikveh were the very same scriptures I had for this teaching and a few more that had never crossed my mind. It was a very divine day to hear him speak. So I have included his one-hour video teaching for you to watch and listen to about the Mikveh.  And if you in the Barrie area and would like to join them in the mikveh this coming August 11, 2018 then do contact them or follow the instruction at the end of the video.

The comments I have above from last week is saying that we do not have to keep the “OLD” Testament because they or we are under the “NEW” Testament laws of Grace. he then goes on to quote

Hebrews 8:7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then no place would have been sought for a second. Because finding fault with them, He says: “Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah— not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they did not continue in My covenant, and I disregarded them, says the Lord. For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. None of them shall teach his neighbor, and none his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them. For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.”

I have highlighted what Yehovah is going to put in our minds and in our hearts. Hebrews 8 is telling us that Yehovah is going to put HIS LAWS into our minds and our hearts. HIS LAWS!!!.

But to understand this completely you must read Hebrews 9 and 10 and 11 and 12 and 13.

The writer of Hebrews is talking about the sacrifices which represented Yehshua who was the real deal. Hebrews is talking about the sacrificial laws that Yehshua replaced by being the sacrifice at Passover. It is not talking about the covenant made at Mount Sinai which all Christians assume it is. Well actually they want to keep the commandments, they just do not want to keep the 4th commandment and that is what they are in arms over.

The book of Hebrews is quoting the book of Jeremiah which is in the “OLD” Testament.

Jeremiah 31:31 “Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah— not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them, says the Lord. But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the Lord. For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more.”

Even in the book of Ezekiel it is writen.

Ezekiel 36:22 “Therefore say to the house of Israel, “Thus says the Lord God: “I do not do this for your sake, O house of Israel, but for My holy name’s sake, which you have profaned among the nations wherever you went. And I will sanctify My great name, which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned in their midst; and the nations shall know that I am the Lord,” says the Lord God, “when I am hallowed in you before their eyes. For I will take you from among the nations, gather you out of all countries, and bring you into your own land. Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols. I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them. Then you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; you shall be My people, and I will be your God. I will deliver you from all your uncleannesses. I will call for the grain and multiply it, and bring no famine upon you. And I will multiply the fruit of your trees and the increase of your fields, so that you need never again bear the reproach of famine among the nations. Then you will remember your evil ways and your deeds that were not good; and you will loathe yourselves in your own sight, for your iniquities and your abominations. Not for your sake do I do this,” says the Lord God, “let it be known to you. Be ashamed and confounded for your own ways, O house of Israel!”

Notice that Ezekiel is talking about the end of this age when this is going to happen.

For I will take you from among the nations, gather you out of all countries, and bring you into your own land.

The very same thing that Jeremiah is talking about and the very same thing Hebrews is talking about. This is not a “NEW” Testament thing. It is an “OLD Testament thing that Yehovah is going to do.

In that discussion in our comments section, I finally got one of the evangelicals to tell me what are the New Testament laws that will be written on our hearts and minds. and he said they are the laws from Mount Sinai. And he is correct. He then wrote back to say the Law that will be written on our minds is the law of Love. And he is again correct if he understands that the Ten Commandments are the law of love.

John 14:15 If you love Me, you will keep My commandments.

1 John 5:2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and keep His commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome.

The Ten Commandments found in Exodus 20 are the laws that will be written on our hearts and in our minds.

Read again Deuteronomy 6:4

“Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one! You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.
“And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. ( Your MIND) You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

Deut 10:12 “And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God require of you, but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in all His ways and to love Him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to keep the commandments of the Lord and His statutes which I command you today for your good? Indeed heaven and the highest heavens belong to the Lord your God, also the earth with all that is in it. The Lord delighted only in your fathers, to love them; and He chose their descendants after them, you above all peoples, as it is this day. Therefore circumcise the foreskin of your heart, and be stiff-necked no longer.

Then we can read what is the greatest commandment as told to us by Yehshua.

Mat 22:36 Then one of them, a lawyer, asked Him a question, testing Him, and saying, “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?”
Jesus said to him, “ ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

So here in the “OLD ” Testament we have Yehovah telling us to write the commandments on our hearts and minds and in the “NEW” testament we have Yehshua saying the same thing and we have the writer of Hebrews, because we do not know for sure who wrote this book, telling us exactly the same thing that Jeremiahs says, that Yehovah will;

I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts

At the end of that comment by the Chrisitan above he says “the Spirit of Grace”

What is that about?

We read in Exodus 20:5

For I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.

Yehovah gives His mercy, His grace to those who love Him and Keep His Commandments. Christians talk about the law of Grace and have no clue what it is.

Read it again.

Yehovah gives His mercy, His grace to those who love Him and Keep His Commandments.

Again in Hebrews, we read;

Hebrew 10:29 For if we go on sinning deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful expectation of judgment, and a fury of fire that will consume the adversaries. Anyone who has set aside the law of Moses dies without mercy on the evidence of two or three witnesses. How much worse punishment, do you think, will be deserved by the one who has trampled underfoot the Son of God, and has profaned the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified, and has outraged the Spirit of grace?

Yehshua died in our place. We were guilty of breaking the law of Mount Sinai. We broke the covenant. The penalty for doing that is death. So we were supposed to pay that penalty with our own lives. We were married to Yehovah. the covenant of Mount Sinai is a marriage contract, a ketubah and we were the adulterous betrothed wife.

We were then given a bill of divorce by Yehovah.

Jeremiah 3:6 “Have you seen what backsliding Israel has done? She has gone up on every high mountain and under every green tree, and there played the harlot. And I said, after she had done all these things, ‘Return to Me.’ But she did not return. And her treacherous sister Judah saw it. Then I saw that for all the causes for which backsliding Israel had committed adultery, I had put her away and given her a certificate of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah did not fear, but went and played the harlot also.

Now pay attention to Deut 24:1

“When a man takes a wife and marries her, and it happens that she finds no favor in his eyes because he has found some uncleanness in her, and he writes her a certificate of divorce, puts it in her hand, and sends her out of his house, when she has departed from his house, and goes and becomes another man’s wife, if the latter husband detests her and writes her a certificate of divorce, puts it in her hand, and sends her out of his house, or if the latter husband dies who took her as his wife, then her former husband who divorced her must not take her back to be his wife after she has been defiled; for that is an abomination before the Lord, and you shall not bring sin on the land which the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance.

By Yehovah’s own laws He cannot take Israel back to be His wife because Israel has committed adultery with other gods all this time. But now that Yehovah as Yehshua has died on the tree and paid the penalty that we were to pay for our sins, now we are redeemed and now we can be wed to our King at the end of this age.

Our keeping of the law does not save us. Paul says that correctly. The law cannot save us. He says that correctly.

We are only saved by the mercy and the grace of Yehshua’s blood being spent to save us from the penalty of the law. This by no means negates us from keeping that law. Not at all. Read the end of

Hebrews 10:29 Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace?

You are saved by the blood of Yehshua and nothing else. Once you have been paid for and saved, if you return to your sins, you have treated the death of Yehovah as nothing and you are INSULTING THE SPIRIT OF YEHOVAH! You must repent from sin, from the breaking of the Ten Commandments including the 4th one in order to be redeemed. In order to be saved. If you do not repent then you are not saved and you are not redeemed.

John 14:15 If you love Me, you will keep My commandments.

It does not say if you love me do not keep the commandments. What commandments? The ones found in Exodus 20 which include the 4th one of keeping the Sabbath.

John 14:21 Whoever has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me. The one who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and reveal Myself to him.”

John 14:23 Jesus replied, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make Our home with him.

John 15:10 If you keep My commandments, you will remain in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and remain in His love.

1 John 2:3 By this we can be sure that we have come to know Him: if we keep His commandments.

1 John 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome,

2 John 1:6 And this is love, that we walk according to His commandments. This is the very commandment you have heard from the beginning, that you must walk in love.

How much plainer does it have to get. I can quote you many many more scriptures about how we must keep the commandments to show Yehovah we love Him. Those people who do not keep the Commandments of Yehovah do not love Him. They are not a part of Him and they do not know Him. You have just read what the Bible says. I am just quoting it.

1 John 2:4 And by this we know that we have come to know him, if we keep his commandments. Whoever says “I know him” but does not keep his commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him, but whoever keeps his word, in him truly the love of God is perfected. By this we may know that we are in him: whoever says he abides in him ought to walk in the same way in which he walked.

I ask all of those of you who claim to be Christians what is sin? What is the Biblical definition of sin?

1 John 3:4 Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness. And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin. Whoever abides in Him does not sin. Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor known Him.

Sin is not keeping the Ten Commandments. Those who do not keep the Ten Commandments do not know Yehovah. And He does not know you.

Mat 7:21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

Those who practice lawlessness are those who do not and will not keep the law. No, the law does not save us. The grace or the mercy of Yehovah does as He said in Exodus 20:5

but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.

If you are one of those who think they do not have to keep the law then you are deceived by Satan who has deceived the whole world.

Paul who you want to quote so much of the time wrote

Romans 3:3 Do we then overthrow the law by this faith? By no means! On the contrary, we UPHOLD THE LAW.

WE UPHOLD THE LAW!!!

Let me now add this scripture again from the Apostle Paul to the Romans.

Romans 2:12 For as many as have sinned without law will also perish without law, and as many as have sinned in the law will be judged by the law (for not the hearers of the law are just in the sight of God, but the doers of the law will be justified; for when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do the things in the law, these, although not having the law, are a law to themselves, who show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and between themselves their thoughts accusing or else excusing them) in the day when God will judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ, according to my gospel.

Again what law is Paul talking about that is to be written on our hearts which we will be judged by?

So even though they do not know the law they will die for their sins which the law, The Ten Commandments shows them what is sin!

You cannot just be one who hears the law. Yes, I know the law and can recite the commandments, but you must be one that DOES THE LAW.

Does this sound like Paul is saying the law is done away with? Not At All!!

On Judgment Day you will be judged by this same law that Christians are saying is done away. What a rude awakening they are going to have.

The Law is not done away. The debt that was owed for us breaking the law is now done away. It has been paid for.

Now if you have been convicted by the things we have put forward here then read what Peter says.

Acts 2:38 Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call.”

And here is one of the gems I got from Rudy Grewal last Sabbath.

Jeremiah 2:13 “For My people have committed two evils:
They have forsaken Me, the fountain of living waters,
And hewn themselves cisterns—broken cisterns that can hold no water.

Cisterns are like bathtubs that collect rainwater. They are not flowing waters.

John 4:13 Jesus answered and said to her, “Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again, but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.”

John 7:37 On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.” But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.

This is the 7th day of the feast of tabernacles which Christians should be keeping but do not. The rivers of living waters signify the Holy Spirit that is to be in us.

Now read this next verse in Jeremiah. This is the gem. Those people who do not obey Yehovah, those people who will not keep the 4th commandment. Let’s be honest here. The law that Christians say is done away is only about the Sabbath and the Holy Days and the Sabbatical years. That is the only part of the law they really will not agree to do. And in so doing by not keep this part of the law they are guilty of trampling again the blood sacrificed on their behalf by Yehshua.

Jeremiah 17:13 O Lord, the hope of Israel,
All who forsake You shall be ashamed.
“Those who depart from Me
Shall be written in the earth,
Because they have forsaken the Lord,
The fountain of living waters.”

Yehovah, the fountain of Living waters. Yehovah the Hope of Israel.

Now, look up the meaning of the word Hope here in Jeremiah 17:13.

miqvehmiqve^hmiqve^’

mik-veh’, mik-vay’, mik-vay’

From H6960; something waited for, that is, confidence (objectively or subjectively); also a collection, that is, (of water) a pond, or (of men and horses) a caravan or drove: – abiding, gathering together, hope, linen yarn, plenty [of water], pool.

Watch the video that Rudy is offering above. Go and be mikvehed into the living waters of Yehshua. Stop trampling the blood that was paid for you and start to obey Yehovah and keep His laws. We are not talking about keeping the sacrificial laws. We are talking about the Ten Commandments that are to be written on your hearts, on your souls and on your minds. All ten, not nine or the one you want to choose, but al ten including the 4th one of keeping Holy the Sabbath Day and this also includes the Holy Days of Lev 23 and the Sabbatical and Jubilee years.

If you are not keeping these days then you are sinning and do not know Yehovah and He does not know you and is going to tell you

‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

Those who do not keep the law, the Ten Commandments, the Sabbath and the Holy Days and the Sabbatical years do not know Yehovah.

The Ten Days of Awe

I first wrote about the Ten Days of Awe back in the year 5846, so it is high time to review this information for all of those who have come into this walk since then. We have many people at various levels of understanding, some new and some not so new; some learning like freight trains and others who seem to be carrying a lot of anchors. But many, many of you are excited like the following letter:

SHALOM  JOSEPH ,
I HAVEN’T WRITTEN IN A WHILE, BUT I SO APPRECIATE THE WEEKLY NEWSLETTER EVERY SHABBAT. I HAVE LEARNED SO MUCH. AS I WILL REMIND YOU THIS IS MY FIRST SABBATICAL YEAR. I NEVER FORGET TO PRAY FOR YOU MY BROTHER. MY MAIN PURPOSE FOR WRITING JOSEPH, IS I WANT TO GIVE TO THE BROTHER GOING TO AFRICA. IS IT TOO LATE? WHAT A WONDERFUL HONOR TO GO TEACH THIS PEOPLE, AND I SO WANT TO BE A PART OF WHAT OUR FATHER IS DOING AS WE MUST BE ABOUT WHAT IS HIS HEART. BLESSINGS TO EVERYONE WHO IS COMING ALONGSIDE YOU. WISH I COULD HAVE GONE TO JERUSALEM WITH YOUR TEAM, AS I  KNOW IT WILL BE A WONDERFUL TRIP. I HAVE NEVER BEEN. SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW REGARDING THE SUPPORT FOR THE AFRICA TRIP. LOVE AND PRAYERS.

                                         RESCHELLE

So let us begin. We have been talking about the Feast of Trumpets these past three or four weeks.

Once we know when the Day of Trumpets is, the day no one knows, the birthday of Yehshua, then we can count Ten Days to the Day of Atonement.

This week we are going to look at these ten days and show you things about this teaching you will not have considered. Especially in Prophecy.

On the 9th of Av or the 9th day of the 5th month the curse was given to Israel to wander in the wilderness for 40 years before being allowed into the Promised Land.

This is very significant. 50 Days later using the month as a 29 day month would bring you to the Feast of Trumpets. 20 Days for the remainder of the 5th month and 29 for the 6th month is 49 days. The Feast of Trumpets is then reckoned to the Jubilee. And indeed the teachings of Trumpets and the Jubilee have many similarities.

The Feast of Trumpets and the day of Pentecost and The Jubilee year are all related in the meaning and importance thereof. And for that matter so is The Eighth Day.

Let’s take a quick look at each one again.

Shavuot, the Feast of Pentecost:

Exo 19:15  And he said to the people, Be ready for the third day. Do not approach a woman. 16  And it happened on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mountain. And the voice of the trumpet was exceedingly loud, so that all the people in the camp trembled. 17  And Moses brought the people out of the camp to meet with God. And they stood at the lower part of the mountain. 18  And Mount Sinai was smoking, all of it, because Jehovah came down upon it in fire. And the smoke of it went up like the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mountain quaked greatly. 19  And when the voice of the trumpet sounded long, and became very strong, Moses spoke, and God answered him by a voice. 20  And Jehovah came down upon Mount Sinai, on the top of the mountain. And Jehovah called Moses to the top of the mountain, and Moses went up.

The Feast of Trumpets depicts nothing less than the return of Yehovah to the earth to establish the Kingdom of Yehovah! The book of Revelation reveals a sequence of earth-shaking events, heralded by angels sounding a series of seven trumpet blasts.

Rev 11:15 And the seventh messenger sounded, and there came to be loud voices in the heaven, saying, “The reign of this world has become the reign of our Master, and of His Messiah, and He shall reign forever and ever!”1 Footnote: 1See 12:10, Ps. 2:8, Ps. 22:28, Dan. 2:44, Dan. 7:13-14, Obad. 15-21, Hag. 2:22, Zech. 14:9. .

Actually, the word “trumpet” does not appear in this verse. The phrase “trumpet blasts” translates a single Hebrew word, teruah, which means a loud, resounding noise—a great shout or blaring, or an awakening blast. This was the sound of a “trumpet,” but not the metal, musical kind also used by the Israelites. This word trumpet is also translated as voice.

The Feast, properly called Yom Teruah or Day of Shouting, is similar to the Feast of Shavuot. Notice that at Shavuot there were trumpets blasting and at the Feast of Trumpets, also.

On the Feast of Trumpets the nations of the world gather to war with the Messiah.

Zec 14:1  Behold, the day of Jehovah comes, and your spoil shall be divided in your midst. 2  For I will gather all nations to battle against Jerusalem; and the city shall be taken, and the houses plundered, and the women raped. And half of the city shall go into exile, and the rest of the people shall not be cut off from the city. 3  And Jehovah shall go out and fight against those nations, like the day He fought in the day of battle. 4  And His feet shall stand in that day on the Mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the Mount of Olives shall divide from its middle, from the east and to the west, a very great valley. And half of the mountain shall move toward the north, and half of it toward the south. Footnote: 1Joel 3:2, Zeph. 3:8, Rev. 16:14.

Rev 19:19 And I saw the beast, and the sovereigns of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to fight Him who sat on the horse and His army.

Paul also shows us that the entire earth waits for this very day. And you will notice that he uses the term first fruits; Another reference to Shavuot.

Rom 8:19 For the intense longing1 of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of Elohim. Footnote: 1Lit. anxiously looking with outstretched head. 20 For the creation was subjected to futility, not from choice, but because of Him who subjected it, in anticipation, 21 that the creation itself also shall be delivered from the bondage to corruption into the esteemed freedom of the children of Elohim. 22 For we know that all the creation groans together, and suffers the pains of childbirth together until now. 23 And not only so, but even we ourselves who have the first-fruits of the Spirit, we ourselves also groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body.

The Jubilee (Hebrew Yov-el) year is the year at the end of seven cycles of Sabbatical years (Hebrew Shmita), and according to Biblical regulations had a special impact on the ownership and management of land in the territory of the kingdoms of Israel and of Judah. The English term Jubilee derives from the Hebrew term yobel (via Latin Jubilaeus), which in turn derives from yobhel, meaning ram; the Jubilee year was announced by a blast on an instrument made from a ram’s horn called a shofar, during that year’s Yom Kippur. NOTICE: THIS SHOFAR BLAST COMES DURING THE JUBILEE YEAR ON THE DAY OF ATONEMENT. NOT THE YEAR BEFORE AS MANY ASSUME.

The shofar was used to announce holidays (Psa 81:3 Blow the ram’s horn at the time of the New Moon, At the full moon, on our festival day. ), the Jubilee year (Lev. 25. 9), and to tear down walls in Jericho. The first day of the seventh month (Tishri) is termed “a memorial of blowing” (Lev. 23. 24), or “a day of blowing” (Num 29:1 ‘And in the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you have a set-apart gathering, you do no servile work, it is a day of blowing the trumpets for you.), the shofar. They were for signifying the start of a war (Josh. 6. 4; Judges 3. 27; 7. 16, 20; I Sam. 8. 3).

As you study this day of Yom Teruah keep in mind how it relates to the other Holy Days and the Jubilee years.

Many of us have come out of Christian faiths and realized the many lies we were taught there. We then jump into the other ditch of Judaism as we seek our Hebraic roots. Then after a while we again see the things that Judah does that can`t be supported by scriptures.

Then some of you want to throw out everything Jewish. Please do not throw out the baby with the bath water. There are some awesome teachings to be found in Judaism who have been keeping Torah for some 3,395 years since the Exodus (1379 BC.) while we, the northern Ten lost tribes, have been keeping every pagan tradition we could find.

Now that we are returning and rediscovering our true roots, we must sift through it all and keep that which is good.

One such teaching is The Ten Days of Awe. These are the days between Yom Teruah and Yom Kippur.

Days of Awe

Level: Basic

Significance: A time of introspection
Length: 10 Days (including Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur)
Customs: Seeking reconciliation with people you have wronged; Kapparot
The ten days starting with Rosh Hashanah and ending with Yom Kippur are commonly known as the Days of Awe (Yamim Noraim) or the Days of Repentance. This is a time for serious introspection, a time to consider the sins of the previous year and repent before Yom Kippur.

One of the ongoing themes of the Days of Awe is the concept that G-d has “books” that he writes our names in, writing down who will live and who will die, who will have a good life and who will have a bad life, for the next year. These books are written in on Rosh Hashanah, but our actions during the Days of Awe can alter G-d’s decree. The actions that change the decree are “teshuvah, tefilah and tzedakah,” repentance, prayer, good deeds (usually, charity). These “books” are sealed on Yom Kippur. This concept of writing in books is the source of the common greeting during this time is “May you be inscribed and sealed for a good year.”

Among the customs of this time, it is common to seek reconciliation with people you may have wronged during the course of the year. The Talmud maintains that Yom Kippur atones only for sins between man and G-d. To atone for sins against another person, you must first seek reconciliation with that person, righting the wrongs you committed against them if possible.

Another custom observed during this time is kapparot. This is rarely practiced today, and is observed in its true form only by Chasidic and occasionally Orthodox Jews. Basically, you purchase a live fowl, and on the morning before Yom Kippur you wave it over your head reciting a prayer asking that the fowl be considered atonement for sins. The fowl is then slaughtered and given to the poor (or its value is given). Some Jews today simply use a bag of money instead of a fowl. Most Reform and Conservative Jews have never even heard of this practice.

Work is permitted as usual during the intermediate Days of Awe, from Tishri 2 to Tishri 9, except of course for Shabbat during that week.

Two lesser special occasions occur during the course of the Days of Awe.

The Shabbat that occurs in this period is known as Shabbat Shuvah (the Sabbath of Return). This is considered a rather important Shabbat.

I want you to take special notice of what this article says; that these 10 days are the Days of Repentance and that this is a time for serious introspection.

Why?

The answer is found, in of all places, Lev 26 where we read about the curses for not keeping the Sabbatical years. Amazing. This was a shocker to me to see this, this week.

Lev 26:33 ‘And I shall scatter you among the gentiles and draw out a sword after you. And your land shall be desert and your cities ruins, 34 and the land enjoy its Sabbaths as long as it lies waste and you are in your enemies’ land. Then the land would rest and enjoy its Sabbaths. 35 ‘As long as it lies waste it rests, for the time it did not rest on your Sabbaths when you dwelt in it. 36 ‘And as for those of you who are left, I shall send faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies, and the sound of a shaken leaf shall cause them to flee. And they shall flee as though retreating from a sword, and they shall fall when no one pursues. 37 ‘And they shall stumble over one another, as from before a sword, when no one pursues. And you shall be unable to stand before your enemies. 38 ‘And you shall perish among the gentiles, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up, 39 and those of you who are left rot away in their crookedness in your enemies’ lands, and also in their fathers’ crookednesses rot away with them.

The first curse of terrorism, the second curse of drought and severe weather, the third curse of pestilence and famine and earthquakes, the fourth curse of war, and the fifth curse of captivity are all declared to you in verses 14-39.

But now we are about to read something. Yehovah says that if we repent and are humbled and we accept our punishment, then and only then will He remember us and not destroy us. Read this very carefully.

Lev 26:40 ‘But if they confess their crookedness and the crookedness of their fathers, with their trespass in which they trespassed against Me, and that they also have walked contrary to Me, 41 and that I also have walked contrary to them and have brought them into the land of their enemies – if their uncircumcised heart is then humbled, and they accept the punishment of their crookedness, 42 then I shall remember My covenant with Yaaqob, and also My covenant with Yitshaq, and also remember My covenant with Abraham, and remember the land. 43 ‘For the land was abandoned by them, and enjoying its Sabbaths while lying waste without them, and they were paying for their crookedness, because they rejected My right-rulings and because their being loathed My laws. 44 ‘And yet for all this, when they are in the land of their enemies, I shall not reject them, nor shall I loathe them so as to destroy them and break My covenant with them. For I am Jehovah their God. 45  But for their sakes, I will remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the heathen, so that I might be their God. I am Jehovah.

We read the very same thing when Solomon asked the dedication prayer when the Temple was first finished.

1Ki 8:29 “For Your eyes to be open toward this House night and day, toward the place of which You said, ‘My Name is there,’ to listen to the prayer which Your servant makes toward this place. 30 “Then, shall You hear the supplication of Your servant and of Your people Yisra’l when they pray toward this place, when You hear in Your dwelling place, in the heavens? And shall You hear, and forgive? 31 “If anyone sins against his neighbour, and he has lifted up an oath on him, to cause him to swear, and comes and swears before Your altar in this House, 32 then hear in the heavens, and act and rightly rule Your servants, declaring the wrongdoer wrong, bringing his way on his head, and declaring the righteous right by giving him according to his righteousness. 33 “When Your people Yisra’l are smitten before an enemy, because they have sinned against You, and they shall turn back to You and confess Your Name, and pray and make supplication to You in this House, 34 then hear in the heavens, and forgive the sin of Your people Yisra’l, and bring them back to the land which You gave to their fathers. 35 “When the heavens are shut up and there is no rain because they sin against You, when they pray toward this place and confess Your Name, and turn from their sin because You afflict them, 36 then hear in the heavens, and forgive the sin of Your servants, Your people Yisra’l – for You teach them the good way in which they should walk – and shall give rain on Your land which You have given to Your people as an inheritance. 37 “When there is scarcity of food in the land; when there is pestilence, blight, mildew, locusts, grasshoppers; when their enemy distresses them in the land of their cities; any plague, any sickness, 38 whatever prayer, whatever supplication made by anyone of all Your people Yisra’l, each knowing the plague of his own heart, and shall spread out his hands toward this House, 39 then hear in the heavens, Your dwelling place, and forgive, and act, and render unto everyone according to all his ways, whose heart You know. Because You – You alone – know the hearts of all the sons of men, 40 so that they fear You all the days that they live in the land which You gave to our fathers. 41 “Also, concerning a foreigner, who is not of Your people Yisra’l, but has come from a far land for Your Name’s sake – 42 since they hear of Your great Name and Your strong hand and Your outstretched arm – and he shall come and pray toward this House, 43 hear in the heavens Your dwelling place, and do according to all for which the foreigner calls to You, so that all peoples of the earth know Your Name and fear You, as do Your people Yisra’l, and know that this House which I have built is called by Your Name. 44 “When Your people go out to battle against their enemy, in the way that You send them, and they shall pray to Jehovah toward the city which You have chosen and toward the House which I have built for Your Name, 45 then shall You hear in the heavens their prayer and their supplication, and maintain their cause? 46 “When they sin against You – for there is no one who does not sin – and You become enraged with them and give them to the enemy, and they take them captive to the land of the enemy, far or near; 47 and they shall turn back unto their heart in the land where they have been taken captive, and shall turn, and make supplication to You in the land of those who took them captive, saying, ‘We have sinned and acted crookedly, we have committed wrong,’ 48 and they shall turn back to You with all their heart and with all their being in the land of their enemies who led them away captive, and shall pray to You toward their land which You gave to their fathers, the city which You have chosen and the House which I have built for Your Name, 49 then shall You hear in the heavens Your dwelling place their prayer and their supplication, and maintain their cause, 50 and forgive Your people who have sinned against You, and all their transgressions which they have transgressed against You? And give them compassion before those who took them captive, and they shall have compassion on them. 51 ‘For they are Your people and Your inheritance, whom You brought out of Mitsrayim, out of the iron furnace. 52 “Let Your eyes be open to the supplication of Your servant and the supplication of Your people Yisra’l, to listen to them whenever they call to You. 53 “For You have separated them unto Yourself for an inheritance, out of all the peoples of the earth, as You spoke by the hand of Your servant Mosheh, when You brought our fathers out of Mitsrayim, O Master Jehovah.”

When we find ourselves surrounded by the plagues that beset us then we are to stop and turn to Jerusalem and pray for forgiveness with earnest hearts.

This is exactly what Daniel did, and the resulting revelations were amazing.

Dan 9:1  In the first year of Darius the son of Ahasuerus, of the seed of the Medes, who was made king over the realm of the Chaldeans, 2  in the first year of his reign, I, Daniel, understood the number of the years by books, which came of the Word of Jehovah to Jeremiah the prophet, that he would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem. 3  And I set my face toward the Lord God, to seek by prayer and holy desires, with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes. 4  And I prayed to Jehovah my God, and made my confession, and said, O Lord, the great and awesome God, keeping the covenant and mercy to those who love Him, and to those who keep His commandments, 5  we have sinned and have committed iniquity, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even by departing from Your commandments and from Your judgments. 6  Neither have we listened to Your servants the prophets, who spoke in Your name to our kings, our rulers, and our fathers, and to all the people of the land. 7  O Lord, righteousness belongs to You, but to us the shame of our faces, as it is today to the men of Judah and to the people of Jerusalem, and to all Israel who are near and who are afar off, through all the countries where You have driven them because of their sin which they have sinned against You. 8  O Lord, shame of face belongs to us, to our kings, to our rulers, and to our fathers, because we have sinned against You. 9  To the Lord our God belong mercies and forgivenesses, though we have rebelled against Him. 10  We have not obeyed the voice of Jehovah our God, to walk in His Laws which He set before us by His servants the prophets. 11  Yea, all Israel has transgressed Your Law, and turned aside, that they might not obey Your voice. Therefore the curse has been poured out on us, and the oath that is written in the Law of Moses the servant of God, because we have sinned against Him. 12  And He has confirmed His Words which He spoke against us and against our judges who judged us, by bringing on us a great evil. For under all the heavens it has not been done as it has been done to Jerusalem. 13  As it is written in the Law of Moses, all this evil has come on us. Yet we did not make our prayer before Jehovah our God, that we might turn from our iniquities, and understand Your truth. 14  Therefore Jehovah has watched over the evil, and has brought it on us. For Jehovah our God is righteous in all His works which He does; for we did not obey His voice. 15  And now, O Lord our God, who have brought Your people out from the land of Egypt with a mighty hand, and have brought fame to Yourself, as it is today, we have sinned, we have done wrong. 16  O Lord, I pray You, according to all Your righteousness let Your anger and Your fury be turned away from Your city Jerusalem, Your holy mountain. Because for our sins, and for the iniquities of our fathers, Jerusalem and Your people have become a curse to all those who are around us. 17  And now, O our God, hear the prayer of Your servant, and his holy desires, and cause Your face to shine on Your sanctuary that is desolate, for the Lord’s sake. 18  O my God, bow down Your ear and hear. Open Your eyes and behold our ruins, and the city which is called by Your name. For we do not present our prayers before You on account of our righteousnesses, but because of Your great mercies. 19  O Jehovah, hear; O Jehovah, forgive; O Jehovah, listen and do. Do not delay, for Your own sake, O my God; for Your city and Your people are called by Your name. 20  And while I was speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin, and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my cry before Jehovah my God for the holy mountain of my God; 21  yes, while I was speaking in prayer, even the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, touched me in my severe exhaustion, about the time of the evening sacrifice.

Brethren, it was when I was caught in sin and I saw it and only when I repented of it and confessed it and cried out to Yehovah for help and forgiveness, then and only then were things revealed to me. First was the revelation of the sighted moon as the calendar we are to follow. Second were the Sabbatical years, and third was the Prophecies of Abraham. Fourth was the revelation of Daniel 9:24-27, those things sealed until the last day.

Had I not repented I would never have been shown any of this. Had Daniel not repented and asked for forgiveness for all of Israel, Yehovah would not have sent the angel to tell him some of the greatest prophecies of the bible.

During these Ten Days of Awe; from the time the judgement begins on the world on the Feast of Yom Teruah, we should seek to humble ourselves and repent of all the evil that we do against Jehovah and His Torah. You want to seek forgiveness before the books are sealed on the Day of Atonement. You want your name found in the Book of Life, the same books opened in Revelation.

These Ten Days of Awe lead up to the Feast of Sukkot and for those of us who have kept the Feast for many years and again for those of you who have just begun to keep it, these are the days of trials. Leading up to the Feast of Sukkot, your car breaks down; you are pressured at work not to go away; your job is threatened and you may be fired; your finances disappear somehow; family members die. A whole host of events takes place during this time leading up to the Feast. All of it happens in order to test you. IT IS TO TEST YOU!

Are you going to keep the Feast or will one of these incidents take you out and away from learning about Yehovah and the great things He has to show you at this APPOINTED TIME He set aside to meet just with you? Will you miss it? This is the test.

Knowing these things now, step up to the next higher level of understanding.

The Ten Days of Awe are not days but years. These are ten years of judgement. Israel has already been judged and was destroyed in the Sabbatical cycle of war from 2017-2023. Israel, all 12 tribes, go into captivity together as Hoshea 5:5 tells us.

Hos 5:5 “And the Excellency of Yisra’l shall witness to his face, and Yisra’l and Ephrayim stumble in their crookedness. Yehudah shall also stumble with them.

Now while both houses are in captivity and are suffering the horrors of decapitation, sexual enslavement for women and children and young boys, cannibalism, beatings and starvation, freezing cold and blistering heat with no safe place to call home; it is while in this state, enduring the punishments for our sins, that Yehshua stands up and begins to judge the world who did this to His bride.

These ten years of judgement are on the rest of the world. The first seven come while Israel is in captivity during the Sabbatical cycle of captivity from 2024-2030.

You see Brethren, I have not changed my message in all these years. I have refined it somewhat but we have been teaching the same thing over and over since the beginning.

During those Ten Days of Awe there is always a Shabbat that comes at some point. It is called Shabbat Shuva and it falls on the Sabbath that comes between the Feast of Trumpets and the Day of Atonement.

When you go to the charts at you will see on the opening page the current Jubilee cycle. Also the one above.

It is during the years of captivity that the two witnesses come on the world scene and demand the Beast to release all the Israelite captives, much like Moses and Aaron did in Egypt. After three years of drought around the world and ¼ of the earth’s population dying, only then are all the Israelites released and brought back to the Land of Israel. And they all arrive by Passover 2030. This is the remnant of all the tribes. About 10% of what they were just 10 years before.

2030 just so happens to be the Sabbatical year at the end of the 5th Sabbatical cycle.

Here is when the martyrdom of the saints begins. Satan has allowed all the Israelites to be brought back to Israel for one reason and one reason only. To get them in one spot to completely kill them all off.

This is when the two witnesses are killed at Passover and this then is the beginning of the last 3 ½ years of the Great Tribulation. Up until this point, we have only been following the Sabbatical cycle and their curses.

Now the last 3 ½ years begin just as it did in Noah’s Day and also in Sodom’s day. They both concluded in the middle of this 6th Sabbatical cycle which also matches when the Day of Atonement comes at the end of these ten years. That year is 2033.

And it is on The Day of Atonement in 2033 that Satan will finally be bound and cast into darkness for the 7th millennium.

Shabbat Shuva is the Shabbat between Rosh Hashana, The Feast of Trumpets and Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement. It is called thus after the Haftara from Hoshea 14 which reads:
“Shuva Yisrael – Return, O Israel, unto Hashem your G-d.”

During these days we are obligated to do tshuva, to repent. In fact, some people call this Shabbat Tshuva since it is the Shabbat of the Ten Days of repentance. It is customary in all congregations for the Rabbi to give a sermon calling upon the people to repent before Yom Kippur. He also reviews the laws of Yom Kippur.

And this is what each of us needs to do at this time of year as we approach the Day of Atonement.

Haftorah Shuva
Hoshea 14:2-10; Yoel 2:11-27; Micha 7:18-20

This Shabbos is known as Shabbos Shuva – the Shabbos of Return because the Haftorah begins with the words, “Shuva (Return) Yisroel to G-d” Gleaned from both Hoshea and Yoel, the prophets describe G-d’s desire to forgive His children, if only they will repent. The fast of Yom Kippur is mentioned as well as the rewards awaiting us if we proclaim G-d in our midst.
The Shabbat that occurs in this period is known as Shabbat Shuvah (the Sabbath of Return). This is considered a rather important Shabbat.

HOS 14:1 O Israel, return unto the LORD thy God; for thou hast fallen by thine iniquity.
We have sinned and been removed from the land for our sins. Yahweh is now calling for us to return to Him. To return to the land of Canaan, to our promised land. He then tells us what to bring;

Verse 2 Take with you words, and turn to the LORD:
That is we are to bring the Torah Scrolls with us when we come back to the land
We are told in Joel when this occurs. At the Feast of Trumpets, blow the trumpet and at the Day of Atonement, sanctify a fast. Notice where: in Zion. JOEL 2:15 Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly: 16 Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children, and those that suck the breasts: let the bridegroom go forth of his chamber, and the bride out of her closet.

Again looking at the chart you can see that after this Shabbat Shuva there are only three days left which represent the last 3 ½ years before Satan is locked away on the Day of Atonement in 2033.

I also want to point out that when we compare this same time period to the time of Joseph, we see some more truths.

In the chart above we see the 7 years of plenty in green (-1607 to -1601) and the 7 years of famine in red. (-1600 to -1594) It was in the second year of the famine that Joseph was revealed to his brothers. That year was -1599 BC. When we compare this to our time now that it will be in our day the year 2029. This is when the Two Witnesses are bringing all the Israelites from around the world back to keep the Passover in Israel just like the first Exodus. It will only be at this time that Judah will recognize Ephraim as his brother.

Shabbat Shuva will be the year 2030. That will be the year when the two witnesses will have gathered all the tribes in Israel to keep the Feast of Passover. And just like now there will be another controversy. One last time. Will you keep the Passover on the Crescent moon calendar with the barley being ripe to begin the year? Or will you continue to cop out for the easier one or predicted dates in the Hebrew calendar?  I once again remind you of what is said in Revelation:

Rev 12:13  And when the dragon saw that he was cast to the earth, he persecuted the woman who bore the man child14  And two wings of a great eagle were given to the woman, so that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time and times and half a time, from the serpent’s face. 15  And the serpent cast out of his mouth water like a flood after the woman, so that he might cause her to be carried away by the river. 16  And the earth helped the woman. And the earth opened its mouth and swallowed up the river which the dragon cast out of his mouth. 17  And the dragon was enraged over the woman, and went to make war with the rest of her seed, who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

I want you all to stop your bickering and just pause and think for a moment. After the woman has fled, the Beast power goes to make war with the rest of those who keep the commandments. These are some of you. You have survived the war in which Israel is destroyed. You have survived the 2,300 days of being hunted and many others killed. You have survived the next Greater exodus. But here you are and some of you do not and will not flee with the woman at Passover, because you still say Passover is in the next month to come. Either a similar event to what took place this year with the crescent moon people differing over the ripeness of the barley for wave sheaf day or do you still follow the Hebrew calendar?

In either case you are left behind while the woman flees and then you are left on your own by Yehovah because you still will not obey and keep the Passover at the proper time. Whichever camp you are in, although you keep the commandments as revelation says, you are martyred and slaughtered by the beast, while the rest of the remnant is in the wilderness with the Messiah. THINK ABOUT THIS VERSE IN REVELATION:

Also, we are about to witness the election of the next President in the USA, Ephraim, who takes office in January of 2017. Four years later is 2020. Shavuot 2020, is the middle of this 70th and 120th Jubilee cycle. What is about to happen to possibly cause civil war in the USA? Or a surprise attack upon the USA, also known as a pre-emptive strike. Germany, Assyria, has already stated they are in favour of such a move. Mr. Trump’s off-the-cuff remarks could precipitate such an action. You have also seen the US Foreign policy that Mrs. Clinton was in charge of under President Obama making this world a mess in everything they touched. Four more years of this kind of diplomacy will bring war to the USA as well. From the largest nations to the smallest, none of them have any respect or fear of US foreign policy.

We have reached this point because we will not obey Yehovah and His commandments. This is the reason you have no one to choose from for President. I am not saying Canada is any better, for we are the same, having a child as our leader now. It is time to repent like you have never meant it before. It is time.

Again, for some of you this is all new and others may want to review it in the following articles at

News Letter 5844-011 3517 Captivity and Cannibalism The Fifth Curse
News Letter 5844-012 3578 Understanding the 10 Days Of Awe

News Letter 5844-014 3696 Why Israel Returns to the Land in 2030 and Why they Leave Again, and How the Two Witnesses Cause this to Happen

The Ten Days of Awe represent the last ten years when Babylon is destroyed and the captives of Israel are freed and then some martyred. It concludes with the binding of Satan represented by the Goat on the day of Atonement that is led out to the wilderness baring all the guilt for all the wrong he has brought into the world; The Tree of Knowledge of good and evil.

{The conclusion of all of these things is just 22 years from this fall.} Let me now update this. It is now just 16 years until the year Satan is locked away in 2033. It is just 4 years until 2020. 4 years until the 2300 Days of Hell starts. 10 years before the 2300 days of Hell stop. 10 years before the two witnesses begin to avenge those killed. 13 years before they themselves are killed. 13 years before the woman flees.

Today is 2018. The Time when Satan is locked away is now just 14 years.  2 years until Shavuot 2020 when the 2300 Days of Hell begin.11 1/2 years until th eTwo witnesses are Killed and those of you who survive flee into the wildenress.

ARE YOU READY? READY OR NOT, IT IS COMING!

    Hi Jan,
Please see my comments on your posts in the last article.
    Hebrews 8:13 Christian Standard Bible
“By saying a new covenant, he has declared that the first is obsolete. And what is obsolete and growing old is about to pass away.”
What don’t you understand Joe about the OLD COVENANT being OBSOLETE as Hebrews 8:13 clearly states.
The reason your work is going nowhere while normative Christianity spreads around the world including 135 million Christians in China is because you are teaching a false gospel and trying to enforce an Old Covenant that has been replaced by a NEW COVENANT and God the Father, the Supreme Judge in the court of this universe is clearly not blessing your work because you refuse to accept the NEW COVENANT. You are mired in the Old Testament but thankfully your work is going nowhere and will go nowhere because it is a false doctrine of legalism, the letter of the law and not the spirit of GRACE. I praise Jesus for knowing the precious message of his saving grace. Jesus stated that he would build his church and it would spread like a mustard seed around the world and it has!! Praise the Lord!!! Your work on the other hand, being of the evil one is not being blessed and never will be. Your work is like the seed that fell on hard ground and died. As it should because it is a false doctrine!
I pray daily that you will come to see the glorious truth of the shed blood of Christ and the redemption found in Grace and that you will have the same transformative experience that the Worldwide Church of God had and is now Grace Communion International. Praise Jesus for this incredible miracle!!
In the love of Christ and his redemptive blood and the glory of the NEW COVENANT,

You have once again believed a lie and not done your due diligence.
Our website to date has reached over 10 million hits. We are speaking with the leaders of nations in Africa and the Philippines who have asked us to come and speak to them. And we are on national TV when we travel to such countries. This work that YOU say is going nowhere is going everywhere so fast I am not able to keep up. Even our small team is running ragged trying to keep up.
Mat 7:13 “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.
You Will Know Them by Their Fruits
“Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Therefore by their fruits you will know them.
Yes it is easy to see the fruit of Christianity and how it does not obey Yehovah God.
Rev 12:9 So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
How does Satan deceive the whole world?
Isaiah 14:12 “How you are fallen from heaven,
O Lucifer, son of the morning!
How you are cut down to the ground,
      You who weakened the nations!
For you have said in your heart:
      ‘I will ascend into heaven,
      I will exalt my throne above the stars of God;
I will also sit on the mount of the congregation
      On the farthest sides of the north;
I will ascend above the heights of the clouds,
I will be like the Most High.’
Satan is going to be like the Most High. He is going to act like Him and sound like Him but Satan is going to deceive the Whole world and he does it by getting rid of the laws of Yehovah. The Mark of Yehovah is His Sabbaths.
Ezekiel 20:11 And I gave them My statutes and showed them My judgments, ‘which, if a man does, he shall live by them.’ Moreover I also gave them My Sabbaths, to be a sign between them and Me, that they might know that I am the Lord who sanctifies them.
Yehovah gave us HIs Sabbath as His Mark on our hands and on our foreheads. That is His sign to us that we belong to Him. Satans mark is any other Holiday not found in the bible. Satans mark is any other day except the Saturday Sabbath as his sacred day like Sunday. Yes, Christianity is indeed deceived and you are trying to justify your deception and lead others astray with you.
Your fruit is showing and it is not good. Repent from the evil that you are promoting and return to keeping the Torah of the One who does not change and is the same yesterday today and tomorrow. Repent while you have time. Open up your Bible and read it and ask Yehovah to show you His truths. Not mine and not some denomination. Ask Him to show you from your own Bible.
What you call a miracle was nothing but a great disgrace by those who took over after the death of Herbert Armstrong. I was in the world Wide Church of God until 1994. I went back to visit the Grace Communion International group a few years ago and saw some of my old friends. But I was sickened by what I saw. IT was just another Catholic Church service with the communion and all. If you are part of this group then this is very disturbing.

I am glad that you have put yourself out there with your interpretations of prophecy. When these years come and go and what you prophesied doesn’t materialize, your failed prophecies will be like all the failed prophecies of history and will be relegated to the dust bin of history where they belong.
Blessings in the New Covenant and the truth of the New Testament,

You were discussing the law with us as to why you justify not keeping and condemning us for trying to encourage others to return to Yehovah by repenting from breaking that law you will not keep.
Now you want to attack me for those things we are sharing about prophecy. I hope you have read the entire book, The 2300 Days of Hell and got the details. Somehow I do not think so.
James 3:1 My brethren, let not many of you become teachers, knowing that we shall receive a stricter judgment. For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body. Indeed, we put bits in horses’ mouths that they may obey us, and we turn their whole body. Look also at ships: although they are so large and are driven by fierce winds, they are turned by a very small rudder wherever the pilot desires. Even so the tongue is a little member and boasts great things.
See how great a forest a little fire kindles! And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity. The tongue is so set among our members that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire by hell. For every kind of beast and bird, of reptile and creature of the sea, is tamed and has been tamed by mankind. But no man can tame the tongue. It is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. With it we bless our God and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in the similitude of God. Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be so. Does a spring send forth fresh water and bitter from the same opening? Can a fig tree, my brethren, bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Thus no spring yields both salt water and fresh.

    Shalom Joseph,
Practically every day on the news we see prophecy being fulfilled.Trade Wars! Nation against nation! Threat of war in every corner. We see lawlessness everywhere! People rising up to promote their ‘right’ to do evil! It’s disturbing, to say the least.
But, if anyone feels as I do about these things and wants a little good news, your podcast about the Philippines is good news indeed! If anyone wants to be uplifted this Shabbat, take a listen. Yehovah is definitely right on the ball!
This work you are doing needs financial support. So, I want to challenge all your readers; step up and show Yehovah whose side you are on. Who is going to provide financial support if we don’t?
Listen to this and make a decision how you want Yehovah to remember you!

Once I opened this weeks article I had a very hard time pulling myself away. I been watching the comments with great interest as this particular study and the context therein is almost a daily part of conversations I have with people. I try to be patient with people but one thing I know and am becoming skillful in; is to be able to sense is a haughty spirit in someone. People more concerned with their own ideas and drawing off others work in hopes to benefit themselves. I am by no means speaking of anyone here but still have seen it here on occasion.
There are two words in scripture that can unlock all the most precious mysteries in scripture. They are EXAMINE YOURSELVES!!!!! Such a simple pair of words, that unlock such powerful doctrine.
This is definitely an article I will be use frequently. Thank you Mr. Dumond and to James and Pauline. You works continues to bless my life.
Yehovah guard you all in your missions
    Shabbat Shalom everyone!!

    Shabbat shalom Joe,
Quick question on these verses in Romans. Romans 2:14 “for when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not a law, are a law unto themselves. Which show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness and their thoughts… verse 27″and shall not uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfill the law judge thee who by the letter and circumcision dost transgress the law?”
So Gentiles naturally keep the law, it is in their hearts, their conscience and bears witness in their thoughts. Sounds like the Gentiles are in line with the law of God without reading any Old Testament passage or keeping any Old Testament ordinances. Please explain this Joe as I am confused by it.
    Blessings,
    Jim Brooks

First of all Jim quote it accurately and in context.
Romans 2:14 – 29 For as many as have sinned without law will also perish without law, and as many as have sinned in the law will be judged by the law (for not the hearers of the law are just in the sight of God, but the doers of the law will be justified; for when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do the things in the law, these, although not having the law, are a law to themselves, who show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and between themselves their thoughts accusing or else excusing them) in the day when God will judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ, according to my gospel.
The Jews Guilty as the Gentiles
Indeed you are called a Jew, and rest on the law, and make your boast in God, and know His will, and approve the things that are excellent, being instructed out of the law, and are confident that you yourself are a guide to the blind, a light to those who are in darkness, an instructor of the foolish, a teacher of babes, having the form of knowledge and truth in the law. You, therefore, who teach another, do you not teach yourself? You who preach that a man should not steal, do you steal? You who say, “Do not commit adultery,” do you commit adultery? You who abhor idols, do you rob temples? You who make your boast in the law, do you dishonor God through breaking the law? For “the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you,” as it is written.
      Circumcision of No Avail
For circumcision is indeed profitable if you keep the law; but if you are a breaker of the law, your circumcision has become uncircumcision. Therefore, if an uncircumcised man keeps the righteous requirements of the law, will not his uncircumcision be counted as circumcision? And will not the physically uncircumcised, if he fulfills the law, judge you who, even with your written code and circumcision, are a transgressor of the law? For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh; but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the Spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not from men but from God.
If you break the Law, it does not matter if you are a circumcised Jew or an uncircumcised Gentile. You will be judged and found guilty.
Your confusion comes in not keeping the law and from believing the lie that is taught in Christian churches that the law is done away. Romans 2 does not have any confusion to those of us who keep the law. What Paul is saying is true. If you do not keep the law you will be judged by that very same law you refuse to keep. It does not matter if you a Jew or Gentile. If you break the laws and do not keep them then you will be judged by those laws.
Even if you did not know about those laws but you kept part of them like not murdering or not committing adultery, which just so happen to come from those laws called the Ten Commandments, then you will still be judged by that law which you rejected even though you kept parts of it.

    Hi Joe,
You think we don’t know what Grace is but I beg to differ. Romans 3: 23″For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God;being justified by HIS GRACE through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus. Verse 27 “By what law is one justified? By works? Nay. BY THE LAW OF FAITH. Verse 28 “Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith WITHOUT THE DEEDS OF THE LAW”.
We have a prayer group at our Church that is praying for you Joe and that you will come to see the glorious message of Christ and that you will truly grasp the law of Grace, redemption and the NEW COVENANT.
Blessings in our saviour Jesus Christ,
    Edward T. Haskel

I would ask you and your group to stop praying for me. By not keeping the Sabbath, or the Holy Days or the Sabbatical years you prove to all that you are sinning. And the fact that you will not repent and begin to keep the Sabbath proves you continue in lawlessness.
Proverbs 28:9 One who turns away his ear from hearing the law,
Even his prayer is an abomination.
      John 9:31
We know that God does not listen to sinners, but He does listen to the one who worships Him and does His will.
      Psalm 66:18
If I had cherished iniquity in my heart, the Lord would not have listened.
Proverbs 1:22 “How long, you simple ones, will you love simplicity?
For scorners delight in their scorning,
      And fools hate knowledge.
      Turn at my rebuke;
      Surely I will pour out my spirit on you;
I will make my words known to you.
Because I have called and you refused,
I have stretched out my hand and no one regarded,
Because you disdained all my counsel,
And would have none of my rebuke,
      I also will laugh at your calamity;
I will mock when your terror comes,
When your terror comes like a storm,
And your destruction comes like a whirlwind,
When distress and anguish come upon you.
      “Then they will call on me, but I will not answer;
They will seek me diligently, but they will not find me.
      Because they hated knowledge
And did not choose the fear of the Lord,
They would have none of my counsel
      And despised my every rebuke.
Therefore they shall eat the fruit of their own way,
And be filled to the full with their own fancies.
For the turning away of the simple will slay them,
      And the complacency of fools will destroy them;
But whoever listens to me will dwell safely,
And will be secure, without fear of evil.”
You admit you will not keep the law and that it is done away. You are lawless. It is time to repent and return to keepting the Sabbath and the Holy Days of Lev 23 and the Sabbatical years.

I was thinking this exact thing myself. PLEASE DO NOT pray for me. You are blinded and I do not want your god answering your prayers. YOUR PRAYER SHOULD BE as ALL of US should be praying:
GOD…OPEN MY EYES that I may see YOUR TRUTH and YOUR righteousness. Let me NOT hold up my agenda, my beliefs, my thoughts, but give me purity of heart for YOU and ONLY YOU through your Holy Spirit to LEAD ME into the FULL TRUTH. It makes NO difference if I am right or the other person is right. It ONLY matters WHAT IS THE TRUTH. PLEASE bring me before YOU and YOU teach me.
ONLY when Yehovah HIMSELF as SHOWN YOU and TAUGHT YOU will you know the truth and then you uphold that truth. YOUR PASTOR is NOT GOD. Paul is NOT GOD. PAUL’s letters that you read were modified by the Pope’s church. They are NOT what he wrote. We have very ancient Scripture that has revealed NOTES that Paul took in the margins of his letter (notes on the original question), but those notes were intertwined INTO Paul’s letter to insinuate Paul was teaching that. This is why Paul is seemingly schizo in his teachings.
UNTIL…you can search for TRUTH from YEHOVAH and HIM ALONE and NOT from Paul, Peter, Joseph Dumond, or ANY PASTOR or RABBI or ANY PERSON on this planet, YOU WILL REMAIN BLIND to your OWN WILL and DESIRES.
THAT is what I asked you to do many posts back and yet all you do is follow Paul even when it contradicts the fullness of all other Scripture. You follow YOUR PASTOR!!!!!
Jer_23:1 Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the LORD (YEHOVAH).
The LORD Master Yehovah says it is the Pastors that have caused the scattering / migration of the sheep from the sheepfold. They have turned them away from the rulings and teachings that would have enabled them to be “brought near” to Him.
They have turned to another god and His ways. His times. His holy days. All serving pagan gods.
Jer_50:6 My people hath been lost sheep: their shepherds have caused them to go astray, they have turned them away on the mountains: they have gone from mountain to hill, they have forgotten their resting place.
        The next verse is:
Psalms 44:23 Awake, why sleepest thou, O Yehovah? arise, cast us not off for ever.
Eze_34:6 My sheep wandered through all the mountains, and upon every high hill: yea, my flock was scattered upon all the face of the earth, and none did search or seek after them.
This is the migrating sheep across the mountains from Assyrian to the USA, Canada, etc.
Eze_34:11 For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I, even I, will both search my sheep, and seek them out.
Eze_34:12 As a shepherd seeketh out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered; so will I seek out my sheep, and will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy AND DARK DAY.
The sheep will be returned IN THAT DAY and a DARK DAY.
These refer to a time of Great Tribulation on the earth and the word for Dark is destruction!
YOU consider yourself to be HIS SHEEP! It says right here you will be brought back DURING a time of great tribulation. Doesn’t exactly sound like the false premise of Raptured out of here to “heaven.”. This doctrine never existed before a hundred years ago.
As for prophecies, they are coming truth at an amazing pace before our eyes. It is very obvious you are here NOT to learn, NOT to EVEN read anything Joseph Dumond has written. If you HAD read them, you would also know he quotes from MANY other historical researchers and YET you claim it to be Joe’s false research. Your blindness is apparent to all and especially to YEHOVAH!!! But, the Pope and the pastors have taught you well and see you as a loyal servant.
Most of us were blind as you. I was totally blind UNTIL I sat down to read the OT for the FIRST time and I was shocked. Yehovah has been leading me ever since in ways that you can not even fathom. His Right Hand has entered into this physical life of mine and made Himself known on multiple occasions. NOT feelings. NOT thoughts. PHYSICAL just like the physical spoke to Paul and turned him around. I KNOW WHOM I SERVE!
And it is NOT PAUL. NOT pastors. AND NOT even JOSEPH DUMOND.
Now please, let’s follow NT teaching here…..
We are told that when we go to the door to preach and they do not want to hear, we are to shake off the dust from our shoes and leave them.
If that is you….then shake off your dust from us and leave. If it is us, then I shake off the dust from my shoes of you.
There are too many who DO have eyes to see and ears to hear and a heart CRYING OUT to Yehovah for TRUTH.
If you refuse to read what Joe has posted under the ARTICLES tab, EXPOSING DECEPTION, LAW vs GRACE….
THEN LEAVE and GO into YOUR chamber and PRAY TO YEAHOVAH to teach you truth and ONLY truth.

    Hi Joe,
Thanks for your response . I don’t feel you addressed my point however. Paul is saying that the Gentiles have an inner understanding of the law (in their nature verse 14) and are a law unto themselves. They are not following the Old Testament ordinances or laws but somehow understand this universal law Paul is talking about. How is this possible? If Gentiles have the law written in their hearts as Paul states in verse 15 then it follows that they do not need to keep any Old Testament ordinances or laws because they are already doing so in their hearts. Paul says in verse 27 that Gentiles actually do a better job of keeping God’s law through their nature than Jews do in the letter and that Jews transgress the law. I can’t read this any other way. Paul is saying that Gentiles are doing a better job of keeping God’s laws just through their hearts than professing Jews who try to keep Old Testament laws. This is a staggering statement!
    Blessings,

The Universal law Paul is speaking about is the same one given to Noah who was righteous. Which means He kept the laws. Through him, all peoples have descended and kept those basic laws and over time and changed some of them.
In verse 27 what law are the gentiles using to judge the Jews by? The same law that Christians say is done away with. It is not a new law, it is the Ten Commandments that Christianity will not keep. But it is by that law that all will be judged.
Paul is not saying the Gentiles ar edoing a better job. That is reading into it what is not there. He is saying they all will be judged by the law. Those who are obeying whether they know it or not will be judged by the same law that also condemns those who know it and do not obey. The same law.
Unless you repent and begin to obey that law you will not be saved. Grace is applies to those who repent, not to those who continue to sin.

All I can say in response to this Grace argument is Yeshua, the Disciples, and Paul have a lot of repenting to do. First of all the CHURCH is saved simply by love. I’m going to presume here, the people arguing for Grace and against the Law are likewise pro Rapture. Therefore, Yeshua has to explain WHY all the Christians in Syria, Iraq, Africa, etc. are being slaughtered (EXACTLY as the prophecies indicate they will be). WHY, since the Law is done away with and the Church is to be raptured out and delivered from these heathen Jews (and us) WHY WHY WHY is HE sending THOSE Christians to be slaughtered and apparently only going to rapture out and save American Christians or whatever country “the special elect Christians” are from. That is just pure evil of Yeshua. After all, HE sent the Christians out to disciple these Christians in these middle east countries and elsewhere on “the truth” and they agreed wholeheartedly and YET…He is slaughtering them via “the bees and hornets” Prophecy which indicates will happen AT THIS TIME….as Joe’s timeline reveals. Totally confusing that Yeshua is slaughtering “his supposed beloved” for doing what he has supposedly told them to do.
Futhermore, I’ve quoted MANY MANY verses from James, John, Paul, and Yeshua showing THEY are still keeping the Torah and yet for whatever reason, the gentiles are supposedly being taught a totally different law…that of no law. Never mind that these Gentiles ARE NOT the Gentiles they insist they are. JESUS’ OWN WORDS and JAMES and PETER’s letters confirm they went ONLY TO THE LOST SHEEP OF THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL and NOT to the Gentiles with a whole new NON LAW.
That is simply NOT what these passages indicate. They are in black and white that Paul was frequently rushing to return to Jerusalem for the feasts. AND many other examples. Seems like Yeshua and the disciples have been lying to us. Yehovah, the Father especially since HE SAYS there is ONE LAW for the Jew and the stranger and JESUS (Yeshua) does NOTHING nor speaks nothing except exactly what the Father tells Him. They are ONE. But of course, they don’t see JOHN 1 explaining that YEHOVAH took on flesh to become Yeshua. They probably don’t see the Aleph Tav (Alpha Omega) that existed in Gen 1:1 IN HEBREW but not English as being the ONE JOHN talks of. JOHN explains the Aleph Tav took on flesh and is now Yeshua. SAME GOD as existed WITH AND IS ELOHIM.
Alas, they prefer to believe that Yehovah is the evil OT god and Jesus is the good NT god and everything he speaks and teaches is double speak and deception. Thankfully, we have Paul’s Schizophrenic explanations to put us on the right path even though he contradicts himself repeatedly and contracts all the others including Yeshua.
AND it is laughable that you say no reputable historians support a British Israel. Joe probably has a better list then I of all those historians that support this THRU TRACING the migration of the House of Israel and House of Judah as they migrated westward.
Josephus for one. Other historians living at same time as Josephus and I believe Paul and Disciples.
Yair Dividi traced and he is Jewish Steven M. Collins traced and he is Christian. They both published books with NO knowledge of each other and YET they came to the same conclusion in tracing the migrations.
Archeological evidence also supports what the historians indicate.
I won’t argue anymore because you aren’t listening anyway. This post is for OTHERS who do want to learn.

And the same goes for you Jan. Paul makes it clear that the Gentiles who HAVE NO LAW are fulfilling it without keeping any Old Testament ordinances. In fact he goes on to say they are doing a better job that the Jews who were trying to keep the law. Paul clearly show that they Old Testament law was merely a schoolmaster and this was for those who were trying to keep it. For Gentiles, Paul shows they were doing it well without even going near a Feast Day, Sabbath, unclean meat, moon sighting, barley sighting, etc., etc.
British Israelism and Assyria being Germany is nothing short of laughable. Dumond is no historian nor a theologian. Find me a reputable historian who believes in British Israelism and I will get you a great deal on sogme swamp land in Florida….On the Assyrian front, get to know some real Assyrians from Iraq like I have over the years. They are completely Middle Eastern in their appearance and not blond blue eyed Germans. They never left their homeland and in a mere 2500 years morphed into blond blue eyes Germans. Give your head a shake.
All of the prophetic nonsense Dumond spews out will not come to pass. History is filled with failed prophecies and Dumond’s prophecies will go into the dustbin of history where they belong.

    Hi Joe,
I have read and prayed over Romans 2 and Paul is very clear in what he states. Verse 14 states that the Gentiles do not have the law. DO NOT HAVE THE LAW. Yet the Gentiles in their very nature do the things that are in the law. In their very nature without following any Old Testament ordinance. This is a very powerful statement. They are keeping the law through their nature. Why wouldn’t this be true today? Why can’t Christians keep the law in their nature, the spirit of Christ? If the Gentiles in Paul’s day could do it why can’t Christians do it today?
I feel your take on verse 27 is the opposite of what Paul is stating. Paul is stating that Gentiles, who DO NOT HAVE THE LAW (and therefore cannot judge on a law they don’t have) are fulfilling the law through their very nature and not in the letter like the Jews were trying to do. This is a staggering statement by Paul. Paul is saying that Gentiles, who DO NOT HAVE THE LAW, are naturally fulfilling it and those who had it and were trying to keep it by the letter, were not fulfilling the law. Paul is making it very clear that you can keep the law in your heart and actually do a better job of it than those who try to keep it in the letter. Paul is not stating, as you claim, that the Gentiles will judge anyone on a law they DO NOT HAVE.

Again you are taking it out of context. Read it properly
Starting in verses 26. Therefore, if an uncircumcised man keeps the righteous requirements of the law, will not his uncircumcision be counted as circumcision? And will not the physically uncircumcised, if he fulfills the law, judge you who, even with your written code and circumcision, are a transgressor of the law?
The Uncircuncised man is KEPING the LAW. By Keeping the law he is fulfilling the law. This is not some new law. It is Yehovah’s law that Paul is speaking about. The one who is not keeping the law is going to be judged by the one who is keeping the law.
The law is still being kept. How can you not see this?

Paul clearly states that the GENTILES DO NOT HAVE THE LAW. Are you so benighted, so ingrained in your distorted views of the New Testament that you can’t see this????
What Paul is saying it monumental. The Gentiles do not keep any of the Old Testament ordinances, festivals, Sabbath, dietary requirements, etc., etc., etc. and still fulfill the law. This shows that one can fulfill the law without doing anything in the Old Testament ordinances. Comprende Joe?? Christ in us, manifesting his love upon his acceptance and the infusion of the Holy Spirit allows us to do this.

You will be judged by that same law that you refuse to keep and you will be told I do not know you because you do not keep the law. You are lawless. I am not here to save those who do want to learn. Only Yehovah can open the eyes of those He is calling. You have turned your back on that calling. It is your choice. Comprende?? No, I do not think you do or you would not be arguing as you are to justify the fact that you will not repent and turn from your errors. In your eyes, you have nothing to repent of. Jesus fulfilled the law so you don’t have to do anything.
1 John 2:3 Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked.
1 John 2:3 By this we can be sure that we have come to know Him: if we keep His commandments.
Titus 1:16 They profess to know God, but they deny Him by their actions. They are detestable, disobedient, and unfit for any good deed.
1 Timothy 1:5 Now the purpose of the commandment is love from a pure heart, from a good conscience, and from sincere faith, from which some, having strayed, have turned aside to idle talk, desiring to be teachers of the law, understanding neither what they say nor the things which they affirm.
But we know that the law is good if one uses it lawfully, knowing this: that the law is not made for a righteous person, but for the lawless and insubordinate, for the ungodly and for sinners, for the unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, for fornicators, for sodomites, for kidnappers, for liars, for perjurers, and if there is any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine, according to the glorious gospel of the blessed God which was committed to my trust.

I learned this last week and it brought out even more of what Joe said in this weeks teaching. It’s as though Joe knew my thoughts. I’d like to share this if you approve.
Do you see the connection to WISDOM and The Torah? The Hebrew language shows it plain and clear!
    Chokmah – Means “wisdom”
    It comes from
Chakam – Means “to be wise” or “to become wise”
chukim – Means “rulings” plural (Refer to Deu 4:1 below which says “the laws” in English)
    cho?q or khoke Means “rulings”
This is the word translated as “the laws” in Deu 6:1
    Right-rulings is mishpat …judgments
DO YOU SEE the connection of RULINGS (His Laws) to the word Chakam ….To be wise?
Deu 4:1 “And now, O Yisra’?l, listen to the laws and the right-rulings (el-ha-chukim v’el-ha-mishpatim)
which I am teaching you to do, so that you live, and shall go in and possess the land which ???? Elohim of your fathers is giving you.
Deu 6:1 “And this is the command, the laws and right-rulings which ???? your Elohim has commanded, to teach you to do in the land which you are passing over to possess,
Deu 6:2 so that you fear ???? your Elohim, to guard all His laws and His commands which I command you, you and your son and your grandson, all the days of your life, and that your days be prolonged.
Deu 6:3 “And you shall hear, O Yisra’?l, and shall guard to do, that it might be well with you, and that you increase greatly as ???? Elohim of your fathers has spoken to you, in a land flowing with milk and honey.
    Deu 6:4 “Hear, O Yisra’?l: ???? our Elohim, ???? is one!
    Psalm 119:172
My tongue shall speak Your Word, for all Your Commandments are righteousness.
    James 1:5
If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of Elohim, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it shall be given to him.
You get it by studying His Word…His Torah is exactly what James is telling you to do!!!! WISDOM comes from the root word for LAW (English) RULINGS (correct translation)
The ROOT determines the meaning of the other words. WISDOM comes from LAW/RULINGS!!!!
All those James was teaching would clearly know this.
Also note James does NOT tell you to study Paul’s letters NOR even does he use the name Jesus….He points to ELOHIM…The Father and the Aleph Tav who is Jesus in the flesh.)
    Proverbs 4:5
    Get wisdom, get understanding…
    Psalm 119:169
“Let my cry come near to You, O Jehovah; give me wisdom according to Your Word.”
NOW, this ties wonderfully with what Joe was sharing about HOPE having a meaning of a cistern (or a bucket) holding the LIVING WATER.
Yeshua is the LIVING TORAH…..the Living Rulings and Righteous Judgments… WHICH also means WISDOM. The Rulings (Law) mean Wisdom.
When HE Says GET WISDOM…He is saying GET THE LAW/RULINGS. GET the LIVING WATER and put it in “your cistern” to drink from throughout your day.
Wisdom of the Rulings is in this cistern / bucket for us to draw from.

—> for all teachings which I heard from My Father I have made known to you. <——
hmm….what did THE FATHER teach? I guess that would be the righteous rulings of the Law that have the same meaning as WISDOM.
Joh 15:16  “You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, so that whatever you ask the Father in My Name He might give you.
Joh 15:17  “These words I command you, so that you love one another.

Joe, I still disagree with your interpretation of who is left and who is taken. I agree fully with the conclusion, my only disagreement is with the terms “taken” and “left”. You say this again in this weeks’ newsletter:
“In either case you are left behind while the woman flees and then you are left on your own by Yehovah because you still will not obey and keep the Passover at the proper time.”
In the vast majority of passages, “taken” is associated with taken into judgment, taken into captivity, etc. due to ignorance of the Scriptures, including Passover.
Likewise, in many cases you see “left” as those righteous who are left behind. The remnant.
I’ve pasted in many examples to show my point of view. YES, these words are used to support my view as well as your view and either way, we come to the same conclusion. I’m simply pointing out what I see.
Just as Korah was taken away by being swallowed up by the Earth opening up in Numbers 16, we see taken away used similarly in most passages, especially prophetic passages although you do indeed see it used for judgment as well as deliverance at times.
Mat_24:40 “Then two shall be in the field, the one is taken and the one is left.
Mat_24:41 “Two women shall be grinding at the mill, one is taken and one is left.
HERE ARE THE VERSES TO SUPPORT TAKEN INTO JUDGMENT
Isa_8:15 “And many among them shall stumble and fall, and be broken and snared and taken.”
Isa_13:15 “Whoever is found is thrust through, and everyone taken falls by the sword.
Isa_28:13 But the Word of ???? was to them, “Command upon command, command upon command, line upon line, line upon line, here a little, there a little,” so that they go and shall stumble backward, and be broken and snared and taken captive.
Isa_49:24 Is prey taken from the mighty, and the captives of the righteous delivered?
Could this next verse be referring to 2 different groups of people…the captives and the prey and not necessarily the same people?
Isa_49:25 Yet thus said ????, “Even the captives of the mighty are taken away, and the prey of the ruthless is delivered; and I strive with him who strives with you, and I save your children.
Isa_57:1 The righteous one has perished, and no one takes it to heart. And committed men are taken away, while no one understands that the righteous one is taken away from the presence of evil,
Jer 6:11 Therefore I am filled with the wrath of ????. I have become weary of containing it. “Pour it out on the children outside, and on the company of young men together, for even husband and wife shall be taken, the aged and the very old.
Eze_17:20 “And I shall spread My net over him, and he shall be taken in My snare. …
    JOE…HERE IS YOUR VERSE
Eze_33:6 But if the watchman sees the sword coming and shall not blow with the shophar, and the people shall not be warned, and the sword comes and takes any being from among them, he is taken away in his crookedness, and his blood I require at the watchman’s hand.’
Mat_9:15 And ????? said to them, “Are the friends of the bridegroom able to mourn as long as the bridegroom is with them? But the days shall come when the bridegroom is taken away from them, and then they shall fast.
    >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.
And now LEFT….as in those LEFT BEHIND to flee so as to continue following after Yehovah (you do see it used both ways just as with “taken”)
    <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
Isa_11:16 And there shall be a highway for the remnant of His people, those left from Ashshur, as it was for Yisra’?l in the day when he came up from the land of Mitsrayim.
Gen_7:23 So He wiped off all that stand, which were on the face of the ground – both man and beast, creeping creature and bird of the heavens. And they were wiped off from the earth. And only Noa? was left, and those with him in the ark.
Gen_12:4 So A?ram left, as ???? had commanded him, and Lot went with him. …
Gen_14:12 And they took Lot, A?ram’s brother’s son who dwelt in Se?om, and his goods, and left.
Gen_39:6 And he left in Yos?ph’s hand all that he had, and he did not know what he had except for the bread which he ate. And Yos?ph was handsome in form and handsome in appearance.
Isa_1:9 Unless ???? of hosts had left to us a small remnant, we would have become like Se?om, we would have been made like Amorah.
Isa_4:3 And it shall be that he who is left in Tsiyon and he who remains in Yerushalayim is called set-apart, everyone who is written among the living in Yerushalayim.
Isa_11:16 And there shall be a highway for the remnant of His people, those left from Ashshur, as it was for Yisra’?l in the day when he came up from the land of Mitsrayim.
Isa_37:4 It could be that ???? your Elohim does hear the words of the Ra?shaq?h, whom his master the sovereign of Ashshur has sent to reproach the living Elohim, and shall rebuke the words which ???? your Elohim has heard. Therefore lift up your prayer for the remnant that is left.’ ”
Eze_14:22 “But see, there shall be left in it a remnant who are brought out, both sons and daughters. …
Amo_5:3 For thus said the Master ????, “The city that goes out by a thousand has a hundred left, and that which goes out by a hundred has ten left to the house of Yisra’?l.”

Joe, to return to my earlier post about are we “LEFT” or “TAKEN”, this is the strongest verse yet to indicate we are the “LEFT”
Zec 13:8 And it shall be throughout all the soil,” declares ????, “that two thirds therein are cut off and die, and one third is left therein.
Zec 13:9 “And I shall bring the third into fire, and refine them as silver is refined, and try them as gold is tried. They shall call on My Name, and I shall answer them. I shall say, ‘This is My people,’ while they say, ‘???? is my Elohim.’ ”
The 1/3 that are LEFT….are then brought into the fire and refined as silver.
I still believe the verses about 1 man in the field left and the other man taken is the taken is “left” into judgment while the “left” is actually left alive and has ALREADY FLED! This is why he is “left”. He is aware of the prophecies and Yehovah has called him out. The field represents the world and this field of the western nations is to be destroyed. One knew to flee so he is left alive to continue Yehovah’s work. The other was blind and remained in the field of the world’s way of living so he is taken into destruction.

Something to think about – You Blind Grace Brothers.
John 6:44 No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day.
John 6:65 And He said, “Therefore I have said to you that no one can come to Me unless it has been granted to him by My Father.”
You Blind Grace Brothers are looking for miracles of wealth and worldly growth from Grandpa Joe, Yehshua done great miracles but the people were blind to see His work, and neither You Blind Grace Brothers can see the Work our Creator is doing through Grandpa Joe DuMond. John 12:37 But although He had done so many signs before them, they did not believe in Him,
John 12:38 that the word of Isaiah the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spoke: “LORD, WHO HAS BELIEVED OUR REPORT? AND TO WHOM HAS THE ARM OF THE LORD BEEN REVEALED?”
John 12:39 Therefore they could not believe, because Isaiah said again:
John 12:40 “HE HAS BLINDED THEIR EYES AND HARDENED THEIR HEARTS, LEST THEY SHOULD SEE WITH THEIR EYES, LEST THEY SHOULD UNDERSTAND WITH THEIR HEARTS AND TURN, SO THAT I SHOULD HEAL THEM.”
No good to argue with You Blind Grace Brothers, it will get Grandpa Joe nowhere.
You Blind Grace Brothers need a miracle to have your eyes to see and to be chosen out of Satan’s slaughter-yard, to be able to understand what Grandpa Joe is teaching.

Are we disciples? Or are we just pretending?
    Shabbat Shalom,
These teachings and the discussions in the commentaries have given me much to think and pray about. I pray to know what I am to do with the knowledge I gain from this site. This week these words have been on my heart, ‘prove my Sabbaths and uphold them’. So, this is what I have come up with.
1 John 3:4 Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness. And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin. Whoever abides in Him does not sin. Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor known Him.
So, what about the Sabbath Day?
Can we ignore what the OT says and pick another day to keep holy? Or can we declare Sabbath keeping void,- no longer necessary,- just forget about it?
Why do people believe that Sunday is the Sabbath? They quote this verse:
Acts 20:7 And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them, ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight.
They say Paul and the disciples met for a meal and so that Paul could preach, which he did until midnight in the first day of the week. This is true, but because of lack of knowledge of the God’s times and the customs of the disciples, people come to the wrong conclusion. It was NOT Sunday!
The disciples observed the Sabbath Day. We see that 85 times in Acts alone. (http://www.eliyah.com/85times.html)
The Sabbath begins on Friday evening and ends on Saturday at sunset. Saturday evening then, begins the first day of seven days until the Sabbath. That’s what they called the days of the week; the first, the second, etc…until Sabbath!
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday… These are Pagan names given to the days reflecting a belief in false gods. But that’s another issue.
So, understanding their customs and how they reckoned the days of the week we can see that Paul would have spent the SABBATH at the synagogue. Then later, he would meet with the disciples for a meal. On this occasion, He went on talking with them until midnight and he left the next morning. Let’s carefully consider this passage again.
Acts 20:7 And upon the first day of the week, (Saturday evening)
when the disciples came together to break bread, (after meeting in the synagogue for the Sabbath)
    Paul preached unto them, ready to depart on the morrow (Sunday morning);
and continued his speech until midnight.(Saturday night,- the first of the week).
Can you see it? It was Saturday night at midnight when Paul finished preaching. They called Saturday, beginning at sunset, the first of seven until Sabbath.
This was not church on Sunday!
Another proof used to support abolition of the Sabbath is:
Romans 14:5 “One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.”
This is clearly taken completely out of context. The entire chapter is about food. Whether one should eat meat or be vegetarian. Which day one should fast. It has nothing to do with the Sabbath.
This is not permission to dismiss God’s law; which He repeatedly punished the Israelites for breaking!
Think about it! Does God go back on HIS word? Does He think to himself, ‘Well, they wouldn’t obey My Sabbath’s no matter how hard I tried so, let’s just forget the whole thing. They can have it their way! Let every man make up his own mind about which day should be the Sabbath.” Really?
NO. Let every man make up his own mind about being vegetarian or not; about WHICH DAY HE CHOOSES TO FAST!
Again another verse is used to disobey God’s 4th Commandment:
Galatians 4:9-10  But now, after that you have known God, or rather are known of God,
How turn you again to the weak and beggarly elements,
Whereunto you desire again to be in bondage?
You observe days, and months, and times, and years.
The Galatians were converted Pagans. They had just come out of keeping Pagan festivals and holy days,- ‘the weak and beggarly elements’.
Paul was admonishing them for returning to their former ways.
He was not telling them to avoid the ‘bondage’ of God’s Laws! Paul kept those laws himself! The bondage he refers to is the bondage of useless, Pagan laws,- false doctrine that serves no good purpose but instead, separate them from God.
He was not saying that it’s ok to tell God which day of the week we are willing to meet with Him!
GOD DECIDES WHICH DAY He would make Himself AVAILABLE TO US!
    Look again:
    Galatians 4:9-10
But now, after that you have known God, or rather are known of God, (after having been converted from paganism)
How turn you again to the weak and beggarly elements, (Pagan feasts and holy days)
Whereunto you desire again to be in bondage? (To false doctrine which is sin)
You observe days, and months, and times, and years. (Celebrations of Pagan gods. Like Easter and Christmas and Halloween and New Year’s Day!)
Here’s another excuse for disobedience: Colossians 2:16
Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holy day, or of the new moon, or of the Sabbath days.
Can we really take this to mean no more Sabbath Day? Read it in context.
    Colossians 2:4-22 (KJV)
“And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with ENTICING WORDS. (Paul wants to protect them from lies)
For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ. (He is praising them.)
As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: (They have done well in accepting the Messiah and he wants them to continue on their walk with Him)
Rooted and built up in Him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving. (Telling them to abide in Christ with faith and thanksgiving.)
Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the TRADITION OF MEN, after the RUDIMENTS OF THE WORLD, and not after Christ. (Warning them not to be misled by traditions of men which are not the Law of God’s Commandments.)
For in Him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. (Reminding them of their faith in Yeshua as God in the flesh.)
And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power: (He’s reminding them of their faith that Yeshua, their Savior is above all powers.)
In Whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ: (He’s reminding them of their faith that Yeshua, their Savior circumcises their hearts through His Sacrifice and this necessarily means the put away sin.)
Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead. (He’s reminding them of their faith that when they were baptized they symbolically died with Yeshua, their Savior and that they will be raised from the dead as He was.)
And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; (He’s reminding them of their faith that Yeshua, their Savior, by His Sacrifice, forgives them,- as they die to their sin.)
Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; (He’s reminding them of their faith that Yeshua, their Savior has dismissed the charges against them, nailed the evidence against them to the cross so that they are no longer in their way, preventing them from approaching God. The penalty has been paid by the Grace of God.)
And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it. (He’s reminding them of their faith that Yeshua, their Savior thwarted the efforts of evil to keep them from their Father.)
Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: (He’s telling them that given all the good reasons for faith, they should not worry about what people say regarding their choice to obey God’s laws; including the Sabbath and clean foods!)
Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.(What is the shadow? Sabbaths, Holy days, new moons to begin the month,- keeping God’s calendar! And His dietary Laws! What are they shadows of? Yeshua! Those shadows bring us closer to Yeshua. What reason could there possibly be to ignore them?)
Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind, (Avoid false humility leading to false doctrine made up by vain glory seekers.)
And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God. (Reminding them to remain in the Body of Christ.)
Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances, (Since they died to the world there is no need to follow the world’s rudimentary ordinances.)
    (Touch not; taste not; handle not;
Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men? (These are ordinances of men. Not God. God’s commandments have been clearly spelled out. Yeshua and His disciples followed them. If it was good enough for them, it should be good enough for everyone.)
Ask yourself, is it realistic to believe that God gave the 4th commandment,- with repeated reminders and scoldings,- punished a whole bunch of people over many generations for disobeying it, and then, because nobody WOULD obey, He replaced it with Sunday? Really!
Why Sunday? God didn’t change the day of rest to Sunday,- the Catholic Church did that!
Or is it more reasonable to believe that he changed the Sabbath to be whatever YOU want it to be? Or that He wiped it out altogether? Just how messed up do you think God is? If He changed or eliminated the Sabbath, God has either been incredibly and unnecessarily cruel to the Israelites or, He’s a wimp and doesn’t keep His word; or both!
God Himself, keeps the Sabbath Day and established it long before there were any Jews.
    Genesis 2:3
And God blessed the seventh day and SANCTIFIED it because in it HE had rested from all his work which God created in perfection.
Are we not to imitate Him?
    Exodus 20:11
For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea and all that is in them, and rested on the seventh day; therefore THE LORD BLESSED THE SABBATH DAY and made it holy.
The Sabbath Day has been part of His plan from the very beginning.
It is for everyone. It’s an appointment He made with humanity, so that we might draw closer to Him.
Refusing to keep it is refusing to meet with God! And it has led to terror, sickness, famines, wars, and captivity, plus the dispersal of His people throughout the world, such as we are now. Continued refusal to obey will result in the Great Tribulation. All the signs are that this begins very soon! As Joseph Dumond continues to show us.
    Exodus 20:10
    But the SEVENTH DAY IS A SABBATH of the LORD your God;
in it you shall not do any work, you or your son or your daughter,
your male or your female servant or your cattle OR YOUR SOJOURNER who stays with you.
    Exodus 31:14
Therefore you are to observe the sabbath, for it is holy to you.
    EVERYONE who PROFANES it shall surely be PUT TO DEATH;
For whoever does any work on it,
That person shall be CUT OFF FROM AMONG HIS PEOPLE.
    Exodus 31:16-17
So the sons of Israel shall observe the sabbath, to celebrate the sabbath throughout their generations as a PERPETUAL COVENANT.’
“It is a SIGN between Me and the sons of Israel FOREVER!”
For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, but on the seventh day He ceased from labor, and was refreshed.
Who are the Sons of Israel? See:
(https://youtu.be/EtXbzO4xl_c) and learn who YOUR ancestors are. We are the sons of Israel!
    Deuteronomy 5:12-15
‘Observe the Sabbath day, to keep it holy, as the Lord your God commanded you. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God.
On it you shall not do any work, you or your son or your daughter or your male servant or your female servant, or your ox or your donkey or any of your livestock, or THE SOJOURNER who is within your gates, that your male servant and your female servant may rest as well as you.
You shall remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt, and the Lord your God brought you out from there with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm. Therefore the Lord your God commanded you to keep the Sabbath day.
Who is the Sojourner? Everyone who is NOT an Israelite, ie., the WHOLE WORLD!
What is the sign of the Sabbath?
    What does it mean?
It is a statement of faith and obedience,- something like this; “My God is Yehovah who freed the people from the bondage of slavery in Egypt and I choose to obey Him and only Him. This sets me apart from the world so that I am in the world but, not of the world. And the Son of God will see this mark on me and all the world will know that the Father has given me to the Son.”
    Matthew 12:8
For the SON OF MAN IS LORD OF THE SABBATH.
Yeshua is Master of the Sabbath. He observed it and never once declared it changed.
    Mark 2:27-28
    Then Yahshsua told them,
“The SABBATH WAS MADE FOR MAN, not man for the Sabbath.
Therefore, the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath.”
God made the Sabbath for man. Why? Just so He could punish a whole lot of people for not keeping it then toss it out? NO. It is there to establish a relationship between us and Him, that we might draw closer to Him. And to prove our obedience to Him!
    Acts 13:14
And from Perga, they traveled inland to Pisidian Antioch, where they ENTERED THE SYNAGOGUE ON THE SABBATH and sat down…
If Paul is observing the Sabbath in the Jewish Synagogue, are we then exempt?
    Acts 13:42
As Paul and Barnabas were leaving the SYNAGOGUE, the people urged them to continue this message ON THE NEXT SABBATH.
Obviously, the apostles taught on the Sabbath. NO WHERE does it say they set up Sunday as God’s chosen Holy Day.
    Acts 13:44
    On the FOLLOWING SABBATH,
Nearly the whole city gathered to hear the word of the Lord.
    Acts 16:13
ON THE SABBATH we went outside the city gate along the river,
Where it was customary to find a place of prayer. After sitting down, we spoke to the women who had gathered there.
    Acts 17:2
As was his CUSTOM, Paul went into the SYNAGOGUE, and ON THREE SABBATHS he reasoned with them from the Scriptures,
    Acts 18:4
EVERY SABBATH he reasoned in the SYNAGOGUE, trying to persuade Jews and Greeks alike.
    Luke 4:16
And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up. And as was his CUSTOM, HE WENT TO THE SYNAGOGUE ON THE SABBATH DAY, and he stood up to read.
    Luke 23:56
… ON THE SABBATH THEY RESTED ACCORDING TO THE COMMANDMENT.
Yeshua and the disciples kept the Sabbath commandment. Are we expected to do less?
    Hebrews 4:9
SO THERE REMAINS A SABBATH REST FOR THE PEOPLE OF GOD.
Are you counted amongst the people of God? If you don’t want to keep the Sabbath then are you saying “No. I don’t want the rest. Let someone else enjoy the thousand years of Peace.”
    Isaiah 66:22-23
“For as the new heavens and the new earth that I make shall remain before me, says the Lord, so shall YOUR OFFSPRING and your name remain. From new moon to new moon, and from SABBATH TO SABBATH, all flesh shall come to worship before me, declares the Lord.
When is that? It hasn’t happened yet so it must be during the thousand years of Peace! ALL FLESH WILL WORSHIP BEFORE GOD ON THE SABBATHS. Do you think that means all flesh EXCEPT YOU?
    John 14:15
If you love me, you will keep my commandments. What Commandments? Just nine of the ten?
Or maybe just the two Jesus mentioned? Let’s see. How would that logic go?
If you love God you will keep His Commandment to love God. Huh!
Oh yeah.. with all your heart and all your soul and all your strength. What do you suppose that means? How about; love to learn and DO EVERY JOT AND TITTLE OF THE LAW HE GAVE US?
Not, ‘Yes, Father I love you with all my heart, soul and strength except for the Sabbath’.
How about this: ‘if you love me keep My Commandments which My Father gave you in tables of stone. Then I and My Father will come to you and write these commandments on your heart of flesh so that everyone can do as I, Yeshua have done,- which is to obey God’. That has not yet happened!
John 14:21 Whoever has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me. The one who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and reveal Myself to him.
John 14:23 Jesus replied, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make Our home with him.
    Matthew 5:17-20
Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.
    Romans 8:7
For the mind that is set on the flesh is HOSTILE to God, for it does not submit to God’s law; indeed, it cannot.
    Are you hostile to God?
    Romans 2:13
For it is not the hearers of the law who are righteous before God, but the DOERS of the law who will be justified.
Paul said that. The man many Christians use to disobey the 4th LAW.

    Some Biblical facts:
God blessed and sanctified the seventh day. He made it the Sabbath day in the Garden of Eden. It is a memorial of creation.
Genesis 2:3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
So, it is not a Jewish thing. God declared it 2000 years before Judah, the Father of the Jews, was born.
The SABBATH was a law before the Ten Commandments were given to Moses.
    Exodus 16:4-5, 27-29
Then said the LORD unto Moses, Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you; and the people shall go out and gather a certain rate every day, that I may prove them, whether they will walk in my law, or no.
And it shall come to pass, that on the sixth day they shall prepare that which they bring in; and it shall be twice as much as they gather daily.
God tested them to see if they would gather enough bread on the 6th day so they could test from gathering on the 7th. This was before He gave them the ten Commandments! The people knew it was a law since the beginning of time! But they refused to obey.
    Exodus 16:27-29
And it came to pass, that there went out some of the people on the seventh day for to gather, and they found none.
And the LORD said unto Moses, HOW LONG REFUSE YE TO KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS AND MY LAWS?
    How long indeed!
So, He wrote the commandment with His own finger in tables of stone.
Exodus 31:18 And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.
God was furious with the Israelites in the wilderness because they had profaned the Sabbath.
Ezekiel 20:12-13 Moreover also I gave them my sabbaths, to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am the LORD that sanctify them.
But the house of Israel rebelled against me in the wilderness: they walked not in my statutes, and they despised my judgments, which if a man do, he shall even live in them; and my sabbaths they greatly polluted: then I said, I would POUR OUT MY FURY UPON THEM in the wilderness, TO CONSUME THEM.
Do you suppose he will be any less furious after sacrificing His Son only to see all these people ignoring His Commandment?
It is the sign of the true God, by which we are to know Him from false gods. And it is a sign to all the world that we are His.
Ezekiel 20:20 (KJV) And hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I am the LORD your God.
God promised that Jerusalem would stand forever if the Jews would keep the Sabbath.
    Jeremiah 17:24-25 (KJV)
    And it shall come to pass, if ye diligently hearken unto me, saith the LORD, to bring in no burden through the gates of this city on the sabbath day, but hallow the sabbath day, to do no work therein;
Then shall there enter into the gates of this city kings and princes sitting upon the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, they, and their princes, the men of Judah, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem: and this city shall remain for ever.
God promised a special blessing on all the Gentiles who will keep the Sabbath.
    Isaiah 56:6-8
    Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to the LORD, to serve him, and to love the name of the LORD, to be his servants, every one that KEEPETH THE SABBATH from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant;
Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people.
The Lord GOD which gathereth the outcasts of Israel saith, Yet will I gather others to him, beside those that are gathered unto him.
God has promised to bless ALL who keep the Sabbath.
Isaiah 56:2-3 Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that layeth hold on it; that KEEPETH THE SABBATH from polluting it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil.
Neither let the son of the stranger, that hath joined himself to the LORD, speak, saying, The LORD hath utterly separated me from his people:..
God promised to geatly bless the Israelites if they would obey.
Leviticus 26:9-13 For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you. And ye shall eat old store, and bring forth the old because of the new. And I will set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you. And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people. I am the LORD your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should NOT BE THEIR BONDMEN; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.
    Curses are promised for disobedience.
    Leviticus 26:14-39 (KJV)
    But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments;
And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not DO ALL MY COMMANDMENTS, but that ye break my covenant:
I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.
And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you.
And if ye will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.
And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass:
And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits.
And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins.
I will also send wild beasts among you, which shall rob you of your children, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your high ways shall be desolate.
    And if ye will not be reformed by me by these things, but will walk contrary unto me;
Then will I also walk contrary unto you, and will punish you yet seven times for your sins.
And I will bring a sword upon you, that shall avenge the quarrel of my covenant: and when ye are gathered together within your cities, I will send the pestilence among you; and ye shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy.
And when I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight: and ye shall eat, and not be satisfied.
    And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me;
Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.
And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat.
And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcases upon the carcases of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you.
And I will make your cities waste, and bring your sanctuaries unto desolation, and I will not smell the savour of your sweet odours.
And I will bring the land into desolation: and your enemies which dwell therein shall be astonished at it.
And I will SCATTER you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste.
THEN SHALL THE LAND ENJOY HER SABBATHS, as long as it lieth desolate, and ye be in your enemies’ land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her sabbaths.
AS LONG AS IT LIETH DESOLATE IT SHALL REST; because it did not rest in your sabbaths, when ye dwelt upon it.
And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursueth.
And they shall fall one upon another, as it were before a sword, when none pursueth: and ye shall have no power to stand before your enemies.
And YE SHALL PERISH AMONG THE HEATHEN, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up.
And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them.
These things are coming to pass now!
In the last days the Sabbath Day will be restored after centuries of being profaned. And the remnant of all who have been destroyed for disobedience will turn back to the commandments and will be blessed.
Isaiah 58:13,14 If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:
    THEN YOU SHALL TAKE DELIGHT IN THE LORD;
and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
    Does God break His word?
The teachings of Paul have been hijacked by the wicked to mislead us from Yehovah. Peter warns is about this:
    2 Peter 3:14-18
Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
    And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;
As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.
Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness.
But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.
Those who promote and follow this doctrine trample on the blood of Yeshua.
John 14:15 If you love Me, you will keep My commandments.
1 John 5:2 By this we know that we are the children of God, when we love God and keep His commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome.
John 15:10 If you keep My commandments, you will remain in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and remain in His love.
1 John 2:3 By this we can be sure that we have come to know Him: if we keep His commandments.
Faith in the Son of God? Yes!
Romans 3:3 Do we then overthrow the law by this faith? By no means! On the contrary, we UPHOLD THE LAW!
Thank you Father for teaching me Your Law.

You are becoming an excellent teacher Ross. Very well said and thanks for bringing much of it together in one document. I’ll save this in my own notes. Yehovah bless you and keep you.

Thank you, Jan. Time is so short and I have much to learn. These discussions are a tremendous help. Thank you for your input. And thank you Joseph. The Sword of the Word grows with each of your teachings.

I just did a wonderful Proverbs Pearl series by Keith Johnson this week so i really loved what Jan shared. To be considered wise by Yehovah’s standard is to embrace the Law. The comments I reading against keeping Yehovah’s Law seem to me no substance. Anyone can use verses and leave out others to twist what scripture says. It being able to understand it all in context together. Confusion and babel are a sure sign of the enemy. If this was a trial by evidence than Grace over Law would lose in a landslide!!!!
I am always amazed to learn how Yehovah teaches and leads us to study the same things at times. Now that spiritual unity for ya lol!!

Joseph, You are calling forth A people with a Shema-ing Heart To Engage in a Shemar-ing, Asah-ing Mission
Shema is one who listens to, hears, and responds to Yehovah. To move when He moves. Just as Yeshua only did what His Father spoke. He sensed “YHVH’s movement” and set His own heart to Shema….
(The serpent “hacks” into us with this other voice that we so easily Shema to such as listening to false shepherds who have corrupted Paul’s letters and ignore THE Scriptures which the people searched through as Paul taught to confirm his word as truth.)
Shemar is to guard, cherish, and protect
Asah is to do something; to build, to create, to form. i.e. To build a house that stands and not one that collapses in the storm
We are to hear His rulings, guard His rulings, and respond to and co-labor with Yehovah’s mission for us. NOT our own mission.
Deu 4:5  “See, I have taught (lamed; just like the lamed is the rod the shepherd uses to guide the sheep)
you laws (choq, which includes appointed laws as in the Moadim)
and right-rulings (mishpat, as in righteous judgments), as YHVH my Elohim commanded me, to do thus in the land which you go to possess.
Deu 4:6  “And you shall GUARD (SHEMAR) and DO (ASAH) them, for this is your wisdom (chokmah…see the basis of the word choq in here?) and your understanding before the eyes of the peoples who hear all these laws, and they shall say,
‘Only a wise and understanding people is this great nation!’
NOW…back to SHEMAH, SHEMAR and ASAH
SHEMAR [shin, mem, resh], means to treasure, cherish, to guard or to be a watchman concerning, something extremely valuable.
THIS IS YOU JOE as the watchman as well as excellent Torah teachers. We are all to SHEMAR the CHUKIM.
ASAH (ayin, shin, hey). Means to fashion something useful from a lump of clay or a bunch of 2×4’s on the ground.
To asah the mitzvot and mishpatim of Torah means to take them from just words on paper into the practical.
It means to conform our thoughts, priorities, words, and conduct to the shape of the Torah as a home builder takes the blueprint and builds a house. To be successful, he must understand the “blueprint” and see it in his mind and bring it to reality using all the laws / tools / knowledge and understanding he has. He cannot build a house if he only knows how to install a door frame.
One cannot understand and bring forth Yehovah’s plan for us if we only understand a the 10 commandments from a Christian point of view without the details that Yehovah provides us. We must SHEMA all His rulings and SHEMAR them so we can ASAH them into HIS form for a house that stands on rock and doesn’t collapse in the storm.
The mitzvot (commands) and mishpatim (righteous judgments) of Torah are not just “TO DO’s”….a bunch of commands on paper….but the way to build the house…..to conform our lives to Him. It takes TIME just as building a house doesn’t happen overnight.
    Psalms 119:18-22
Open my eyes, that I might see Wonders from Your Torah.
I am a sojourner in the earth; Do not hide Your commands from me.
My being is crushed with longing For Your right-rulings at all times.
You rebuked the proud, cursed ones, Who are straying from Your commands.
Remove from me reproach and scorn, For I have observed Your witnesses.

Thank you brothers Joe and Ross for your comments and teaching on the commands and Sabbath especially!
This phrase by someone unknown I saw one day:
“THE GREATEST OBSTICLE TO THE TRUTH IS TO THINK YOU ALREADY HAVE IT”
Just ponder it for a moment and let it sink in. Many are the lost because they think they have the truth and don’t bother with what anybody else says or teaches. No wonder Scripture says ‘Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling’. Never think you have arrived. Search the Scriptures continually and be a Berean who tests what everybody is teaching.

Yes Tony you are right! The greatest obstacle (check your spelling:) ) to the truth is to believe you already have it! This is the very position Joe is in until he can come to see the real message of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. See my previous comment to Joe.
Blessing in our Saviour Jesus Christ,

Just want say how exited I was to see the video on the charts added to the You Tube presentations . I was almost ready to pack it up for the night when I noticed the new post. Sat through it all and the man who comes on Sabbath stayed glued to his seat till the late wee hours after Sabbath lol I had learned most of what was shared on my own but was great to see for sure where my understanding was on all the charts. Is a great explanation and so awesome to hear people talking it all out with Mr. Dumond. I really do recommend everyone finding the time to watch. Especially if you having a time trying to understand the charts. Such a huge blessing. Thannks to Mr. Dumond and James and anyone else that had a hand in the video presentation

    Dear Joe,
Thought I would weigh in on this debate over what a Christian needs to do to inherit eternal life. In the gospel of John, Nicodemus came to Jesus by night and was told by Jesus that to enter the kingdom of God one must be born again. Notice Jesus did not say, “keep the law of Moses, the Sabbath, the barley sightings, moon sightings, etc. John 3:16 “For God loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him should not perish but have everlasting life”.
John 9:16″Therefore said some of the Pharisees, THIS MAN (JESUS) IS NOT OF GOD BECAUSE HE DOES NOT KEEP THE SABBATH DAY.”
The Pharisees attacked Jesus because HE DID NOT KEEP THE SABBATH DAY. You are a modern day Pharisee Joe when you in your self righteous judgement attack Normative Christians for not keeping the Sabbath Day. We are in good company with Jesus for NOT KEEPING THE SABBATH DAY!
John 13:34″A NEW COMMANDMENT I GIVE YOU, THAT YOU LOVE ONE ANOTHER AS I HAVE LOVED YOU”
John 15:10 “If you keep MY COMMANDMENTS, (the commandments of the NEW COVENANT) you shall abide in my love even as I have kept my Father’s commandments (OLD COVENANT).”
What is the NEW COMMANDMENT? Keep the Sabbath? Keep the Holy Days? Watch for barley ripening? Watch the moon?
NO!! Verse 12″This is MY COMMANDMENT, THAT YOU LOVE EACH OTHER AS I HAVE LOVED YOU'”.
The words of our Saviour himself! Praise Jesus for his truth and making it clear that we are to believe on him to obtain eternal life and his commandment of loving each other as he loved us.
Woe unto you foolish folks for your refusal to obey the very words of our Lord and Saviour. Jesus did not say that to enter into eternal life one must keep OLD TESTAMENT ordinances but rather very simply believe on him as your Saviour, be born again and keep his commandment of love towards one another.
May you all come to see the divine truth of what Jesus really taught. Praise Jesus and the truth of His message,
    Philip Martin

      Philip,
How uncouth to call Joe self-righteous and a modern day Pharisee. You are so ignorant of the scriptures that it’s embarrassing. Please take the time to read Matthew 5: 17-20 “17“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. 18For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. 19Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven”. If you haven’t noticed the earth is still here and I guess you’re not going to mind being called least in the kingdom of heaven. And read Matthew 22: 34-40, paying special attention to verse 40, 34Hearing that Jesus had silenced the Sadducees, the Pharisees got together. 35One of them, an expert in the law, tested him with this question: 36“Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”
37Jesus replied: “?‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ c 38This is the first and greatest commandment. 39And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ d 40All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” Everything hangs (Torah) on love Yeshua never said anything was done away with. Here’s another one for you to digest . Matthew 19: 16-17 16Just then a man came up to Jesus and asked, “Teacher, what good thing must I do to get eternal life?”
17“Why do you ask me about what is good?” Jesus replied. “There is only One who is good. If you want to enter life, keep the commandments.” And read Revelation 12: 17 17Then the dragon was enraged at the woman and went off to wage war against the rest of her offspring—those who keep God’s commands and hold fast their testimony about Jesus. Did you catch that God’s Commandments. And here’s another one in Revelation 14: 12 .” 12This calls for patient endurance on the part of the people of God who keep his commands and remain faithful to Jesus”. Again keeping God’s commandments and most importantly “the people of God”. One more for you to process 1 John 3: 4 4Everyone who sins breaks the law; in fact, sin is lawlessness. The word lawlessness in Greek is anomian –properly the utter disregard for the Torah—or A “not” / nomos law/”Torah” Last point there was no New Testament at the time of Yeshua, that didn’t come for hundreds of years later, they had only the Torah, Prophets and Writings, and no New Testament church like we have today like the one I’m sure you sit in filled with pagan practices and the utter disregard for God’s Torah/Law. Before you criticize someone uncharacteristically look in the mirror. May YOU come to see the divine truth of what Yeshua really taught.

Jer 4:22  “For My people are foolish, they have not known Me. They are stupid children, and they have no understanding. They are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge.”
This conversation shows me how this prophesy keeps being fulfilled in our time.
You all have opportunity to sit and learn from the best on the web. A Nobel Peace award nominee. Yehovah has raised up Mr Dumond to world leaders, What a shame the opportunity you waste.
It’s a terrible thing to be brought into the Eternal Yehovah’s hands under a curse. Terrible indeed ):

The comments are beginning to be as long as the letter, ha ha. A good sign and a diverse audience. We know that Paul was teaching in Timothy to Become wise… In Salvation through belief in Messiah Yeshua. What scriptures was he talking about? Not even the New testament but the “Torah”. (Hint, there was no New testament at the time of his writing. It all came from the “Torah”, or “His instruction
2Ti 3:15-17 HRB2012 15 and that you have learned from your childhood, the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise to salvation through belief in Messiah Yahshua. 16 All Scripture is written by inspiration of the Holy Spirit and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, 17 so that the man of Elohim may be perfected, and complete for every good work.
Good word Joseph, and blessings to you and your staff.

    Hi
Apologies for only emailing now, I was taking my time going through the second last teaching slowly, and have missed the bus on the comments.
Thank you for the research and teachings.
I have a simplistic view on the laws but maybe it would help.
In every country we have traffic laws, some more than others but I could hazard a guess that there are in general more than 10 rules and regulations to driving a vehicle in any country.
A stop sign usually indicates one should stop.
We follow these rules because we want to be compliant and because we expect everyone else to be, so that your chances arriving at your destination increases.
If – as in South Africa – a stop began to mean yield and eventually just drive and hope like hell the other person’s stops, we would all be in danger.
Let’s say you have a stop sign at a very quiet intersection in your neighbourhood and nobody is ever there, you may over the years begin to just slow down a little but not actually stop.
Once morning you are in a rush and do your usual trick, except this morning there happens to be a cyclist and there is a fatal collision.
You are guilty as accused, the stop sign never changed function nor position.
The rules of the road have not changed.
You are sentenced to life for your crime.
But, there is a miracle the Judge decides to show you mercy and intervenes, because he is actually your spouse and would hate for this to be the end for you. He goes to prison for you, you are saved by grace and let free.
Guess what, the stop sign is still there, you still have to go past it each day, do you stop?
Why will ‘believers’ spend all their time arguing about the rules pertaining to their eternal future but will comply with the thousands and thousands of rules and regulations of modern society?
Why is it so hard for a ‘believer’ to obey the teachings of the heavenly Father but they will comply with a pastor or leader?
When we enter our parents home I would hope that the average believer would show them some respect, you don’t sit in your dad’s chair, you don’t leave the toilet seat up and you don’t just change the channel.
We show our earthly parents more respect than our heavenly Father.
We show our current kingdom and its rules and regulations more respect than the one we say we want to be a part of forever?
Who do you think will be in charge one day?
If it was your earthly dad I think any person could guess what things would be like and how they would work.
If you can’t guess what it will be like in eternity then maybe you should think twice before calling Him Abba Father.
We can all be saved, but will we stop?
    Regards
    Shera
