Liberty-What It Is and What It Is Not

Joseph F. Dumond

Isa 6:9-12 And He said, Go, and tell this people, You hear indeed, but do not understand; and seeing you see, but do not know. Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their hearts, and turn back, and be healed. Then I said, Lord, how long? And He answered, Until the cities are wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land laid waste, a desolation, and until Jehovah has moved men far away, and the desolation in the midst of the land is great.

Shabbat Shalom to the Royal Family of Yehovah,

Yehovah is Doing Something in the Philippines

Jeremiah Belgica
For it is for your Glory Lord. Bless the works of our hands as we serve you and our fellow men. For you know your plans toward us. (Jer 29:11)

Thank you Mr. President for the trust. Trabaho lang po kami ng maiigi para ipatupad ang batas and ang inyong direksyon para sa mga taong bayan. To our Boss in the Truth and Justice Coalition, Senator Bong Go, I am truly honored to be given the opportunity sir at maraming salamat po sa inyong pagtitiwala.

Thank you to my family for the prayers and support. Thank you Kuya Greco for your guidance and leadership and for being a great example to me. Thank you to my parents for training me in the way I should go. To my wife and daughter, I love you and know that the Lord guides and protects us with his anointing and power.

Congratulations to the entire office of the ANTI-RED TAPE AUTHORITY for performing well this past year despite not having an appointed Dir Gen and IRR. This was made possible through the leadership of OIC-DDG Nes Perez. I am looking forward to meet and work with you all. To God be the Glory.

MANILA, Philippines – A 3rd member of the Belgica family has joined the Duterte administration.

Lawyer Jeremiah Belgica, brother of Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) commissioner Greco Belgica, was appointed director general of the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) by President Rodrigo Duterte.

According to a list of new appointees from Malacañang, Belgica’s appointment papers were signed on Wednesday, July 3.

Aside from Greco and Jeremiah, their father, Grepor, is also a Duterte appointee. He was named Presidential Adviser for Religious Affairs last May 20.

Good news for ‘ease of doing business’ law

Belgica’s appointment is critical for Duterte’s push to lessen government red tape and streamline bureaucracy.

His appointment means there is now a regular ARTA director general who can finally approve the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018 (Republic Act No. 11032).

The new law, an amendment of the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007, seeks to make the process of putting up and running a business in the Philippines easier and more efficient. It was signed by Duterte in May 2018.

More than a year later, the law is yet to be implemented fully because of the absence of an approved IRR. ARTA officer-in-charge Ernesto Perez had previously said only a regular ARTA director general, along with the trade secretary and Civil Service Commission chairperson can promulgate the law’s IRR.

The Department of Trade and Industry managed to draft the IRR by October 2018, but it is yet to be signed because of the absence of an ARTA director general. Perez, as OIC, is limited to administrative functions and cannot sign the IRR. – Rappler.com

I want to thank each and every one of you who have ordered and read our Newest book It Was a Riddle Not a Command. We have now placed ads through facebook and targeted North America and The British Aisles as well as the Netherlands New Zealand and Australia. We have had a consistent stream of orders each day since we launched and I want to thank all of you for your part in this. Each of you can copy the following ad and place it in all of your various social media platforms. Or you can place them in various Christian Groups urging them to get the book and read it.

I do hope each of you realize that there are only 24 years until the start of the 7th Millennium. Think about that. The 7th Millennium of rest but all these end time prophecies must be fulfilled before then. Then once you have pondered that think again that Shavuot 2020 is just 10 months away. That is all the time left for you to do what you can to help others to come to know Yehovah.

Here are the three various ads we currently have going.

The 5 foolish virgins have no idea that the Hebrew idiom “No Man Knows the Day or the Hour” was a parable. Nor do they understand it means the opposite to what they understand. But the 5 wise virgins do know the very day of which this idiom is talking about. Which one are you? The foolish or the wise?

Our Second ad is the following;

The Scariest words in the Bible are the ones many will be told on Judgment day. “I never knew you”

The Scariest words in the Bible are the ones many will be told on Judgment day. “I never knew you” Many were doing great works for the kingdom or so they thought and yet they were said to be workers of lawlessness and that Jesus did not know them. How sad.
Are you one of the five wise brides or one of the five foolish ones Jesus does not know? Time for a reality check. Order the book ‘It was Riddle Not a Command’ to find out where you stand. https://sightedmoon.com/promotion-it-was-a-riddle-not-a-command/
Order it today so you have time to get more oil if you need to.

Our third ad campaign is as follows;

Will you be left sitting on the steps when our Groom the Messiah says “I never knew you.” … and then says “begone you workers of lawlessness”? And you were prophesying in His name and you even cast out demons in His name and you helped to build great churches in His name, and He says He does not know you. How come?

How come the five foolish virgins had so little oil? How do you get more oil? Is it possible you did not understand the parables; because Jesus spoke them so that those who do not obey would not understand?
Which of the 10 virgins are you and how do you know for sure?

He is coming and we all know it is soon. “But of that day and hour, no man knows”, is another parable hiding the truth from those who will not obey; and telling us when He would come. Paul told the Thessalonians they were ‘not in the dark about this day’. What did they know that you do not?

One Brother wrote to me to share his views on our Newest Book It Was a Riddle Not a Command.

Hi Joseph,

I hope your sabbath was one of rest and refreshing.

I promised you my thoughts on the new book. I read it over shabbat and finished up this morning. My son Joshua is finishing up as I write and my son Jason (very new to this understanding – buying link tonight) has told me he is going to read the book over the next few days/weeks. I will be buying several more copies to share with others, who will make a commitment to me to read it, over the coming days.

Overall I think the book was an easy read, though thought provoking and even occasionally challenging. Much of what you have shared here are points I agree with and have argued myself. That said, the support you have provided for your conclusions is much stronger, in many cases, than my own. This is ammunition I appreciate a great deal. This is succinct set of well supported arguments which do, in fact, demonstrate in my view that we can know the day and on the day the time. That said, there are many more excellent pieces of information in the book support adherents to Torah as the ultimate result of the process of faith through grace. In fact, I think you may have put together a really strong document to help those who, much like myself a decade or so ago, are thinking, “Okay, we’ve got to be missing something and it’s not a small something we’re missing”. For me a book call Messianic Church Rising started a my transition from my already changed life to a faith in the Messiah I thought I knew in Sunday church to the Anointed Son of my Elohim who I know I know today. I believe that this book will be the tool that God uses to turn many back to the truth which we have been unable to see for all these many centuries.

Your connections of scripture were very good. I must admit, I was half-way expecting you to tie in the “last trump” in 1 Cor 15:50-54 to Rev 11:15 on page 62. But, you made a number of terrific connections I hadn’t ever made, especially with regard to the 6 and 3 days at the end. I have held the view that Wednesday night to the end of Shabbat was the only fit for many years now. However, I have never gone back to the 6 days before the arrest of Messiah. If I had been challenged on this point, I would have needed to go back study before I could have offered any kind solution. I just never laid out the timetable of that week on paper before – top shelf on that one. Thanks again.

I think the book will be a very helpful tool in addressing those I know who hold “a different understanding” of the Word than I do. Those still caught-up in the Sunday church doctrines. Some of whom, to my shame, I helped come to that understanding years ago. This seems in-line with your strategic reason for writing this book. I just pray for them, and all our brothers and sisters, to be transformed by the renewing of each of their minds to become like our Messiah in submission to our Elohim, YHVH, before it is too late.

There is probably more I could say concerning this book, but for now, “Thank you for your work”, seems like the most pressing thing I wanted to share.

May we be ready!

Blessings to you and yours brother,
Simon

Another Brother wrote the following about The 2300 Days of Hell;

… i am currently reading the book “the 2300 days of hell” … it is a fascinating read … Joseph Dumond causes me to rethink my stance on the prophecy, that’s for sure … in fact, i find myself re-reading and re-thinking his text often … He has challenged man’s traditional, religious, assumptive interpretations of this prophecy … for the last (plus or minus) 20 centuries …Michael E. Another Brother wrote about the Newest book;

I am not totally through this as of yet but I am so impressed and astounded at how this book is put together. So many of my favorite teachings from the sightedmoon.com team are here. It a real page turner.
One of the most common things people throw at me while talking about the doctrine of an eternal hell is Lazareth and the rich man. No longer will anyone be able to use that with me now that I have the Hebraic interpretation to this parabe. That in itself is worth the price of this ebook but is only a small part of what this ebook shares.
Anyone who wants to free their loved ones from the deceptions of Traditional Christain teachings needs to get their hands on this outstanding group of teachings. I’ve read a great many of the teachings from the website already but am so impressed with how everything is here. Feel more equipped to debate those who would try say the law done away with than ever before. This ebook has sharpened my iron to no end.. Please support Joseph Dumond ‘s efforts to open minds to the Torah and Hebraic mindset of scripture and buy this ebook and every format it is offered.in…

MATH 25.

Hi Friends What are You? Hear this.
1 “Ten maidens … took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom.
2 “And five of them were wise, and five foolish.
3 “Those who were foolish, having taken their lamps, took no oil with them,
4 but the wise took oil in their containers with their lamps.
5 “Now while the bridegroom took time, they all slumbered and slept.
6 “And at midnight a cry was heard, ‘See, the bridegroom is coming, go out to meet him!’
7 “Then all those maidens rose up and trimmed their lamps.
8 “And the foolish said to the wise, ‘Give us of your oil, because our lamps are going out.’
9 “But the wise answered, saying, ‘No, indeed, there would not be enough for us and you. Instead, go to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’
10 “And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding feast, and the door was shut.
11 “And later the other maidens also came, saying, ‘Master, Master, open up for us!’
12 “But he answering, said, ‘Truly, I say to you, I do not know you.’
13 “Watch therefore, because you do not know the day nor the hour in which the Son of Ad?am is coming”.

I have this ability to make people upset for some reason. Last weeks News Letter about Widows upset some who have been divorced. They claim a widow and a divorced woman are in the same boat per se. One day they wake up and their spouse is gone either through death or he up and left them with no support or help.

Shabbat shalom brother ,

Reading your newsletter in my Shabbat spot by the river. Sound of water moving goes so well with Shabbat.

I want to complain !!
Why don’t divorced women ever get mention ?? It’s like we’re anathema to society . I’ve had just as many struggles and hardships as a widow ! I did not divorce my husband , he divorced me . And I think you know me well enough to know I didn’t do anything bad !
I didn’t even have a job or a career when the divorce came thru . Luckily my kids were grown .
So I’ve made my own way and worked at different jobs and made good decisions ( all most definitely with Yahs help) and I’ve been able to send money to Israel and you and go to Israel for feasts etc.
I do get a bit peeved, no VERY peeved to try and understand that I also am required to help widows .
And yes I do , and gladly, help the IDF widows and orphans tho not a full 3rd tithe of my govt pension. . But in Canada I’m not inclined that way at all.

I just needed to get that off my chest ! Please chasten me if you see it differently and I’ll try to change ?

Mosquitos are getting very bad . Time to pack up and get back to the house !

Another divorced Lady wrote me a few weeks earlier to say this;

Shavua Tov …. Yes, I’m divorced forced to do so but in your newsletter on the “Widows” .. you quoted from Strongs H488 ‘alman al-mawa .. prolonged from H481 in the sense of bereavement, discarded (as a divorced person), forsaken …. does this then not apply to me who’s been unjustly forsaken/discarded left with nothing not even a roof over my head & had to only live on my savings or am I misinterpreting what you mentioned in your NL?

The truth is I struggle to find the solution to this. It is a mess and I just do not know from reading the scriptures what is the proper way to handle all of this. Perhaps you do. Write us in the comments section.

James is Now in Burundi

Some people accuse us unjustly of taking the money from the sales of our books and the donations to line my pockets. That is not true in the slightest. Yet they accuse us all the time and have never once donated to help us do this work. Not once. Ask any accuser of the brethren who they are supporting and you will see they do not support anyone at all.

Well last week I shared with you the abrupt decisions that were made to go to Burundi. And yet they were made and I did approve of them and I also support the efforts being put out by James and Telesphore to do this work in East Africa. James arrived safely on Tuesday and was put to work right away on Wednesday teaching the brethren there. He has sent me his first report which is what follows.

First day of teaching. INCREDIBLE! Going in I have to admit that I was hesitant and a little worried. I am not sure but every time I come here and have to teach I do worry that what I am speaking on will not be enough. Funny, today Edmond my translator came early and confided in me that he was struggling a bit in his faith. What a shock! I do not mean that sarcastically, I mean it as in, who does not struggle these days. We spoke together about having to stand on what is right, guarding his faith, standing strong in adversity no matter what. The conversation was YHVH’s way of telling me that this is where I was supposed to be and that I had nothing to fear. I just needed that little boost, like every one once in a while.

Today I taught on “the Fear of YHVH” and what does it really mean in the lives of those who walk this sometimes challenging walk or journey. There were Pastors who had come from 5 different provinces around Burundi, about 100 I would guess. Some I had seen before and who had heard me speak came back for more. That was also good to see those that I knew and had spoken with regarding Torah. The lesson took about 3 ½ hours to cover just the material I had written and to be honest if not having to look at what scriptures I was referring to I would not have looked at it at all. I stood there in front of this crowd with sweat running down my back, speaking with a passion I had not seen or heard come out of my mouth since the last time I was here. I said things that even I wanted to write down and I could tell I had reached some people. The heat unfortunately being in a closed building, made it difficult for people to stay awake so I knew I had to close this up.

Following my teaching Telesphore gets up and summarizes the whole things as he does so frequently, and then they get me back up for question period. I think this is the part that I enjoy so much. I think it is so funny when they ask a question because they talk for what seems forever and then Edmond the translator, ask me the question in only a few words. Their language must be very complicated to have to speak so long just to say a few words. Anyway it finally comes out that they want to know some really difficult subjects about end times. I asked in response, if they were keeping Sabbath, Feasts, following Torah. Answer: no!.

Unfortunately like so many over here who have been fed a spoon full of Christianity they are trying to run before they even can walk. So after a short explanation about how they need to refocus their attention and learn the basics first and then allow YHVH to help them see the deeper things. Its not rocket science but they all have those type of questions. Yet every time I teach about the simplest things, its like I have uncovered the Ark of the Covenant or something for them. This is the whole point. Why do people push so hard  and struggle to learn the deepest mysteries of scripture when they are not even walking upright yet???

It was an amazing day and I am now very much looking forward to seeing them all tomorrow and continue this journey.

I wan to thank everyone who has helped make this trip a reality. I have already been asked when I will return to continue teaching. Many of the people’s biggest struggle is not understanding the Word of YHVH and that is what they crave the most over here. It is so easy to see that even if you only go to one meeting.

Stay tuned for more as I continue to speak.

James Relf

Burundi, Africa

Brethren keep in mind this is a Wednesday in Burundi and these people have filled this Church for over 3 hours on a hot Wednesday afternoon with no AC. This is where some of our money has gone and goes to support Telesphore and to be able to send James there on short notice. That is only possible by the generosity of you the Brethren in supporting this work with ongoing monthly donations or buying our books and sharing them and or one time donations. The monthly donations do not have to be very much. But when many people give just a little then we can do a lot with it. So thank you to each of one of you who have helped make this work in Burundi, and The Philippines and soon India possible. May Yehovah bless you for standing with us at this time.

Iran Attacks British Oil Tanker

Last Thursday July 4, 2019, an event took place off the coast of Gibraltar that I had heard nothing of. The King of the South was trying to slip by an embargo of Syria in order to sell some oil and get some much needed money which has been curtailed due to the US Sanctions. Know who is who so that you can understand Bible prophecy and watch it as it happens. The King of the South is pushing at the King of North as well as the USA.

What is going to happen next?

Iran fury as Royal Marines seize tanker suspected of carrying oil to Syria

Iran summons UK ambassador over incident off Gibraltar as tensions escalate over nuclear deal

Royal Marines have helped seize an Iranian supertanker suspected of carrying oil to Syria off the coast of Gibraltar, escalating tensions between the UK and Tehran as the agreement aimed at halting Iran’s nuclear program unravels.

A detachment of nearly 30 British troops working with the Gibraltarian police intercepted the vessel, believed to be carrying 2m barrels of oil, in a dramatic manoeuvre Spain said had been conducted at the request of the US.

Tehran responded by summoning Britain’s ambassador to its foreign ministry to explain what it described as an “illegal seizure”, which had been earlier described by the UK as enforcing the EU’s sanctions regime against Syria.

It is understood that the ambassador, Rob Macaire, reiterated the British position during the meeting, saying: “[The UK] welcomes this firm action by the Gibraltarian authorities” to enforce sanctions against the regime of Bashar al-Assad.

Marines from 42 Commando were involved in the overnight seizure, with some landing on the ship’s deck by rapidly descending down ropes suspended from a Wildcat helicopter, and the rest following up via speedboat.

A grainy black and white image from a thermal camera released by the Ministry of Defense on Thursday showed the helicopter hovering over one end of the ship, intercepted heading east through Gibraltarian waters.

Further colour pictures were released showing marines on board Grace 1, whose ownership had not initially been clear, but whose origin was later confirmed by the Iranian foreign ministry.

Its spokesman tweeted: “Following the illegal seizure of an Iranian oil tanker in Gibraltar by British Royal Marines, the UK envoy to Tehran has been summoned to the ministry of foreign affairs.”

MoD sources said British troops were at all times acting under the direction of the Gibraltar police. The marines provided the technical expertise to allow the tanker to be boarded at sea.

But the British position appeared to be contradicted by Spain, whose acting foreign minister, Joseph Borrell, said Gibraltar had seized Grace 1 after a request from the US to Britain to pick up the tanker laden with crude oil.

The action comes at a time of heightened tensions between the US and Iran. Iran has been accused of sabotaging oil tankers in the strait of Hormuz, a policy of brinkmanship that analysts say is designed to show the US there is an economic cost to the Trump administration’s decision to pull out of the 2015 nuclear deal and impose economic sanctions.

White House national security adviser John Bolton welcomed the seizure of the ship. “Excellent news: UK has detained the supertanker Grace I laden with Iranian oil bound for Syria in violation of EU sanctions,” Bolton tweeted. “America & our allies will continue to prevent regimes in Tehran & Damascus from profiting off this illicit trade,” he said.

The UK Foreign Office faced a dilemma over the past few days knowing that if it seized the Iranian oil ship, as requested by the US, it risked deeply antagonizing Tehran, which is desperate to increase its oil exports.

Iran, according to some officials, is now exporting as little 200,000 barrels per day, and needs that to be closer to 600,000 to keep its economy afloat.

But the Foreign Office reasoned that it had a legal and moral duty to impound any ship that was heading to Syria in breach of EU sanctions. It was the Iranian’s surprise decision to enter Gibraltarian waters with its communications transponders on that left the UK with the option to impound the vessel.

In making its decision, the UK had to weigh the possible knock-on effect on the Iran nuclear deal, as well as reprisals against British diplomats in Tehran that work in an embassy that was trashed by Iranian protesters in this century.

The UK insists it has no objections to Iran seeking to increase its oil exports, but only so long as it does not sell its products in breach of EU sanctions.

Officials were not sure how Iran would react to the British military action, but the decision to summon the UK ambassador is a signal that Tehran views the episode as proof that Britain is not truly committed to helping the Iranian economy weather the effect of secondary sanctions.

The 28 members of the ship’s crew were questioned on board by Gibraltarian authorities. They were mostly Indian nationals but there were also some Ukrainians and Pakistanis, the territory’s government said.

Fabian Picardo, Gibraltar’s chief minister, thanked the efforts of the “brave men and women” from the marines and the local agencies involved in the operation, and confirmed Grace 1 had been detained.

“This action arose from information giving the Gibraltar government reasonable grounds to believe that the vessel, the Grace 1, was acting in breach of EU sanctions against Syria,” he said.

“In fact, we have reason to believe that the Grace 1 was carrying its shipment of crude oil to the Banyas refinery in Syria.”

Grace 1 was travelling east through the strait of Gibraltar. Tracking data from Lloyd’s List, a specialist shipping website, showed it had begun its voyage in Iran, travelling around Africa, before it passed through Gibraltarian territorial waters.

Mapping data showed it sailed a longer route to the mouth of the Mediterranean, around the southern tip of Africa, instead of via the Suez Canal in Egypt.

Panama’s Maritime Authority said on Thursday night that the ship was delisted from Panama’s international boat registry as of 29 May after it received an alert indicating that the Grace 1 had participated in or was linked to terrorism financing.

Lloyd’s List reported Grace 1 had “a complex ownership chain” and was controlled by Russian Titan Shipping, a subsidiary of TNC Gulf, a Dubai-based shipping company. Executives connected with both companies hold Iranian university and technical qualifications, or list their names in Farsi.

That was last Thursday and Wednesday July 10, 2019, just 6 days later the following event took place in the straight of Hormus.

US and ‘allies’ will send naval escorts for tankers in the Gulf after British Royal Navy were forced to defend UK vessel from Iranian boats, Pentagon reveals

  • Gibraltar police arrested the captain and chief officer from Grace 1 supertanker
  • Comes a week after the vessel was seized near the British territory and accused of violating EU sanctions against Syria, sparking a tense stand-off with Iran
  • Tensions nearly boiled over Wednesday when Iranian ships hassled a UK vessel
  • Navy frigate HMS Montrose trained its guns on the boats, and they backed off
  • Iran denied the confrontation, saying ‘there were no clashes with alien boats’

The United States and its allies are discussing plans to provide naval escorts for oil tankers through the Gulf, a top US general said today after the Royal Navy were forced to defend UK vessels from an Iranian boats.

It comes as Gibraltar police have arrested the captain and chief officer of an Iranian oil tanker which was seized by Royal Marines near the British territory last week.

The men, both Indian nationals, were arrested on Thursday afternoon but neither have been charged, the spokesman added.

General Mark Milley, nominated to become the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told a Senate hearing that the US has a ‘crucial role’ in enforcing freedom of navigation in the Gulf.

Gibraltar police have arrested the captain and chief officer of the Iranian Grace 1 supertanker (pictured) which was stopped near the British territory exactly a week ago and accused of breaching EU sanctions against Syria

It comes after Iranian Revolutionary Guards boats (pictured front, file image) attempted to seize UK-flagged tanker British Heritage as it passed through the Stait of Hormuz Wednesday

He said the US was attempting to put together a coalition ‘in terms of providing military escort, naval escort to commercial shipping’ he said.

‘I think that that will be developing over the next couple weeks.’

The arrests come exactly a week after the Grace 1 tanker was stopped trying to enter the Mediterranean for allegedly violating EU sanctions against Syria, sparking a tense standoff between London and Tehran.

Those tensions almost boiled over Wednesday when three Iranian vessels tried to impede UK-flagged tanker British Heritage as it made its way through the Strait of Hormuz, ordering it to change course and stop.

Royal Navy frigate HMS Montrose trained its guns on the Iranian vessels and ordered them to back away, which they did without firing a shot.

The British government said HMS Montrose, a Type 23 frigate, positioned itself between the Iranian boats and the tanker and ordered them to back down

The Montrose’s Wildcat helicopter was also deployed to ‘buzz’ the Iranian boats by circling close overhead.

‘HMS Montrose was forced to position herself between the Iranian vessels and British Heritage and issue verbal warnings to the Iranian vessels, which then turned away,’ a British government spokesman said in a statement.

Britain has since issued guidance to all its commercial vessels around the Strait of Hormuz, putting them on ‘heightened security’ and telling them to beware of Iranian boats ‘being aggressive’, Sky News reported.

Britain urged Iran to ‘de-escalate the situation in the region’, with Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt has described the clash in the Strait of Hormuz as ‘a very concerning development’.

‘I am very proud of the Royal Navy and the role they played in keeping British assets, British shipping safe,’ he told the BBC.

‘We are continuing to monitor the situation very, very carefully.’

Defence Secretary Penny Mordaunt added: ‘The crew of HMS Montrose yesterday ensured the safe passage of the merchant vessel British Heritage through the Strait of Hormuz.

‘I would like to thank the Royal Navy for their professionalism, which upheld international law and supported freedom of navigation through a shipping channel that is vital to global trade.

‘The UK Government is concerned by this action and we urge the Iranian authorities to de-escalate the situation.’

The HMS Montrose (pictured firing a missile on exercise in 2013) was also said to have trained its guns on the Iranian vessels, before they backed off without a shot being fired

The British Heritage (file image) loaded its cargo of crude oil at Basra, Iraq, as planned on July 4 – the day the Marines seized the Iranian tanker – and then diverted to shelter in Saudi waters until last night

Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif dismissed as ‘worthless’ the British allegation that Iran had sought to block the ship.

Meanwhile a deputy commander in Iran‘s Revolutionary Guards warned Britain that ‘the enemy will regret detaining our oil tanker’.

The same commander also said that retaliatory actions will be announced against Britain soon, without giving further details.

Iran has been threatening to seize a British tanker in retaliation after the UK stopped one of its vessels – the Grace 1 – off the coast of Gibraltar last week.

An anonymous officials added: ‘The Royal Navy HMS Montrose, which was also there, pointed it guns at the boats and warned them over radio, at which point they dispersed.’

Another said: ‘It was harassment and an attempt to interfere with the passage.’

American aircraft were also overhead at the time and filmed as the Iranian vessels approached and then backed off, according to CNN.

Iran denied that it had attempted to seize the vessel, rebuffing ‘claims by American sources.’

‘There were no clashes with alien boats, especially English boats,’ the Fars news agency, which is linked to the Revolutionary Guards, said.

Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif dismissed the British allegations as ‘worthless,’ saying the claims ‘are being made to create tension,’ Fars reported.

The HMS Montrose is on a three-year mission at the British navy’s support facility in Bahrain, the hub of its naval operations east of the Suez Canal.

Russia and China, both signatories to the nuclear agreement along with Britain, France and Germany, called for restraint.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said ‘freedom of navigation should be ensured in the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz.’

The U.S. 5th Fleet in Bahrain declined to comment on the incident.

Tensions around the Persian Gulf have been ratcheting up since the US tore up a nuclear pact signed with Iran last year, but have reached fever-pitch since a series of attacks on oil tankers and the shoot-down of an American drone

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani warned earlier on Wednesday that Britain would ‘face consequences’ for detaining an Iranian tanker near Gibraltar

Rouhani says Britain face ‘consequences’ for seizing Iranian tanker

U.S. Central Command spokesman Capt. Bill Urban said CENTCOM was aware of reports of ‘harassment and attempts to interfere with’ the passage of the British Heritage near the Strait of Hormuz by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard’s naval forces.

Threats to freedom of navigation require an international solution, Urban said.

Maritime security risk firm Dryad Global described the British Heritage as an oil tanker operated by BP and registered in the Isle of Man.

Lloyd’s List, a publication specializing in maritime affairs, said Shell had chartered the ship from BP.

Lloyd’s List said the British Heritage had diverted from its route to load its 140,000-ton cargo of crude at Basra, Iraq, as planned on July 4, the same day an Iranian supertanker was intercepted off Gibraltar, a British overseas territory.

It said the vessel instead headed to Saudi waters where it remained for several days.

Since July 2, at least 20 British-flagged ships have sailed through the Strait of Hormuz, according to Lloyd’s List Intelligence data.

BP said the company’s ‘top priority is the safety and security of our crews and vessels’ and thanked the Royal Navy for its support.

The British multinational oil and gas firm declined to comment further.

Shell stopped short of confirming reports it had chartered the British Heritage tanker, but told The Associated Press in a statement that ‘safety is our top priority.’

A spokesman said the company was monitoring the situation closely and expects all vessels it charters to consider relevant Department for Transport guidance on shipping in the area.

The department had already raised its risk assessment to the highest level for maritime security in Iranian waterways, according to Lloyd’s List.

About 20% of all oil traded worldwide passes through the Strait of Hormuz from Middle East producers.

Iran has periodically threatened to close the shipping lane if it is prevented from exporting its own oil. The U.S. sanctions have largely shut down its oil exports.

It is understood the ship was not carrying cargo.

UK officials had previously confirmed that the Montrose was in the region performing a ‘maritime security role.’

It comes after Royal Marines seized an Iranian oil tanker off the coast of Gibraltar last week, which Britain says was violating EU sanctions by carrying fuel to Syria.

Iran denies the vessel was bound for Syria and says the UK acted on behalf of the United States, which has separate sanctions in place against Tehran itself.

Senior Iranian politicians had threatened to retaliate by seizing a British tanker.

Britain has accused Iran of attempting to sail oil to Syria, in breach of EU sanctions against the country which came into force in 2011 (pictured, Marines sail near the Grace 1 tanker)

Iranian oil tanker moves at sea off the coast of Gibraltar

Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani said in a cabinet session earlier on Wednesday that Britain would ‘see the consequences’ after the Gibraltar seizure.

In remarks broadcast on Iranian TV, Rouhani said: ‘You (Britain) are the initiator of insecurity and you will realise the consequences later.

‘Now you are so hopeless that, when one of your tankers wants to move in the region, you have to bring your frigates (to escort it) because you are scared.

‘Then why do you commit such acts? You should instead allow navigation to be safe.’

On Thursday it was announced that police in Gibraltar have arrested the captain and chief officer of the Iranian supertanker detained last week in an operation involving British Royal Marines.

The arrest of the ship’s officers of the Grace 1 in relation to suspected violations of EU sanctions on Syria is likely to exacerbate the already heightened tensions in the region.

In a statement, the Royal Gibraltar Police said the arrests followed a “protracted” search of the vessel, which remains in detention, during which documents and electronic devices were seized.

The HMS Montrose is equipped on the deck with 30 mm guns specifically designed to drive off small boats.

It is understood to have approached from the rear of the British tanker and aimed its weapons at the Iranians before issuing a verbal warning.

There were initial reports in America that up to five Iranian vessels had approached the tanker. Initial reports from the US said that five Iranian vessels had harassed the tanker.

US Central Command spokesman Cpt Bill Urban said: ‘Threats to international freedom of navigation require an international solution.

‘The world economy depends on the free flow of commerce, and it is incumbent on all nations to protect and preserve this linchpin of global prosperity.’

The Montrose, based in Bahrain, also has radar that allows it to track aircraft and missiles up to 120 miles away, and a missile system with a 20-mile range.

Liberty and Ignorance

July 4th last week the Americans celebrated the declaration of independence which was a vote that was taken on this date in 1776 to remove themselves from being under British Rule. This was the beginning of the USA as we now know it. The Liberty Bell has become one of the symbols of this independence.

“And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family. – Leviticus 25:10 (KJV)

The Liberty Bell is an iconic symbol of American independence, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Once placed in the steeple of the Pennsylvania State House (now renamed Independence Hall), the bell today is located in the Liberty Bell Center in Independence National Historical Park. The bell was commissioned in 1752 by the Pennsylvania Provincial Assembly from the London firm of Lester and Pack (known subsequently as the Whitechapel Bell Foundry), and was cast with the lettering “Proclaim LIBERTY Throughout all the Land unto all the Inhabitants Thereof”, a Biblical reference from the Book of Leviticus (25:10). The bell first cracked when rung after its arrival in Philadelphia, and was twice recast by local workmen John Pass and John Stow, whose last names appear on the bell. In its early years, the bell was used to summon lawmakers to legislative sessions and to alert citizens about public meetings and proclamations.

Although no immediate announcement was made of the Second Continental Congress’s vote for independence – and so the bell could not have rung on July 4, 1776, related to that vote – bells were rung on July 8 to mark the reading of the United States Declaration of Independence. While there is no contemporary account of the Liberty Bell ringing, most historians believe it was one of the bells rung. After American independence was secured, the bell fell into relative obscurity until, in the 1830s, the bell was adopted as a symbol by abolitionist societies, who dubbed it the “Liberty Bell”.

After Washington’s defeat at the Battle of Brandywine on September 11, 1777, the revolutionary capital of Philadelphia was defenseless, and the city prepared for what was seen as an inevitable British attack. Bells could easily be recast into munitions, and locals feared the Liberty Bell and other bells would meet this fate. The bell was hastily taken down from the tower, and sent by heavily guarded wagon train to the town of Bethlehem. Local wagoneers transported the bell to the Zion German Reformed Church in Northampton Town, now Allentown, where it waited out the British occupation of Philadelphia under the church floor boards.[26] It was returned to Philadelphia in June 1778, after the British departure. With the steeple of the State House in poor condition (the steeple was subsequently torn down and later restored), the bell was placed in storage, and it was not until 1785 that it was again mounted for ringing.[27]

The bell acquired its distinctive large crack some time in the early 19th century — a widespread story claims it cracked while ringing after the death of Chief Justice John Marshall in 1835. The bell became famous after an 1847 short story claimed that an aged bellringer rang it on July 4, 1776, upon hearing of the Second Continental Congress’ vote for independence. Despite the fact that the bell did not ring for independence on that July 4, the tale was widely accepted as fact, even by some historians. Beginning in 1885, the city of Philadelphia -which owns the bell – allowed it to go to various expositions and patriotic gatherings. The bell attracted huge crowds wherever it went, additional cracking occurred, and pieces were chipped away by souvenir hunters. The last such journey occurred in 1915, after which the city refused further requests.

After World War II, Philadelphia allowed the National Park Service to take custody of the bell, while retaining ownership. The bell was used as a symbol of freedom during the Cold War and was a popular site for protests in the 1960s. It was moved from its longtime home in Independence Hall to a nearby glass pavilion on Independence Mall in 1976, and then to the larger Liberty Bell Center adjacent to the pavilion in 2003. The bell has been featured on coins and stamps, and its name and image have been widely used by corporations.

Let me share a brief history of the American Revolution and just how widespread it was.

The American Revolutionary War (1775–1783), also known as the American War of Independence,[43] was an 18th-century war between Great Britain and its Thirteen Colonies (allied with France) which declared independence as the United States of America.[N 1]

After 1765, growing philosophical and political differences strained the relationship between Great Britain and its colonies. Patriot protests against taxation without representation followed the Stamp Act and escalated into boycotts, which culminated in 1773 with the Sons of Liberty destroying a shipment of tea in Boston Harbor. Britain responded by closing Boston Harbor and passing a series of punitive measures against Massachusetts Bay Colony. Massachusetts colonists responded with the Suffolk Resolves, and they established a shadow government which wrested control of the countryside from the Crown. Twelve colonies formed a Continental Congress to coordinate their resistance, establishing committees and conventions that effectively seized power.[44]

British attempts to disarm the Massachusetts militia in Concord led to open combat on April 19, 1775. Militia forces then besieged Boston, forcing a British evacuation in March 1776, and Congress appointed George Washington to command the Continental Army. Concurrently, the Americans failed decisively in an attempt to invade Quebec and raise insurrection against the British. On July 2, 1776, the Second Continental Congress voted for independence, issuing its declaration on July 4. Sir William Howe launched a British counter-offensive, capturing New York City and leaving American morale at a low ebb. However, victories at Trenton and Princeton restored American confidence. In 1777, the British launched an invasion from Quebec under John Burgoyne, intending to isolate the New England Colonies. Instead of assisting this effort, Howe took his army on a separate campaign against Philadelphia, and Burgoyne was decisively defeated at Saratoga in October 1777.

Burgoyne’s defeat had drastic consequences. France formally allied with the Americans and entered the war in 1778, and Spain joined the war the following year as an ally of France but not as an ally of the United States. In 1780, the Kingdom of Mysore attacked the British in India, and tensions between Great Britain and the Netherlands erupted into open war. In North America, the British mounted a “Southern strategy” led by Charles Cornwallis which hinged upon a Loyalist uprising, but too few came forward. Cornwallis suffered reversals at King’s Mountain and Cowpens. He retreated to Yorktown, Virginia, intending an evacuation, but a decisive French naval victory deprived him of an escape. A Franco-American army led by the Comte de Rochambeau and Washington then besieged Cornwallis’ army and, with no sign of relief, he surrendered in October 1781.

Whigs in Britain had long opposed the pro-war Tories in Parliament, and the surrender gave them the upper hand. In early 1782, Parliament voted to end all offensive operations in America, but the war continued overseas. Britain remained under siege in Gibraltar but scored a major victory over the French navy. On September 3, 1783, the belligerent parties signed the Treaty of Paris in which Great Britain agreed to recognize the sovereignty of the United States and formally end the war. French involvement had proven decisive,[45] but France made few gains and incurred crippling debts. Spain made some territorial gains but failed in its primary aim of recovering Gibraltar.[46] The Dutch were defeated on all counts and were compelled to cede territory to Great Britain. In India, the war against Mysore and its allies concluded in 1784 without any territorial changes.

Let me ask you this simple question. When is the Jubilee year, that is spoken of in Lev 25? When do we keep this year that the Americans in part celebrate even if they do not know when it was.

1776 was not a Jubilee year nor was the year the war ended in 1783.

Another famous expression found or quoted often on the American July 4th celebrations is the phrase;

“Give me liberty, or give me death!” which is a quotation attributed to Patrick Henry from a speech he made to the Second Virginia Convention on March 23, 1775,[1] at St. John’s Church in Richmond, Virginia.

Henry is credited with having swung the balance in convincing the convention to pass a resolution delivering Virginian troops for the Revolutionary War. Among the delegates to the convention were future U.S. Presidents Thomas Jefferson and George Washington.

110 years after the Revolutionary War, the French and Americans would build what has become the icon of the world, The Statue of Liberty. You can read the history of this undertaking here.

All of this history including the nation of the USA is based on this liberty.

Have you got the answer yet to our question above? When is the year of Jubilee? And if you do have the answer, can you prove it beyond all criticism?

Canada also has a symbol which is the same one used for the United Kingdom of Britain. England is represented by the Lion with the Crown on it. The unicorn is who?

When Balaam came to curse Israel this is the second oracle he spoke.

Balaam’s Second Oracle

Num 23:13  And Balak said to him, Please come with me to another place from where you may see them. You shall see only their edge, and shall not see them all. And curse them from there for me.  And he brought him into the field of Zophim, to the top of Pisgah, and built seven altars and offered a bull and a ram on every altar.  And he said to Balak, Stand here by your burnt offering while I meet Him yonder.  And Jehovah met Balaam and put a word in his mouth, and said, Go again to Balak and say this.  And when he came to him, behold, he stood by his burnt offering, and the leaders of Moab were with him. And Balak said to him, What has Jehovah spoken?  And he took up his parable and said, Rise up, Balak, and hear. Listen to me, son of Zippor.  God is not a man that He should lie, neither the son of man that He should repent. Has He said, and shall He not do it? Or has He spoken, and shall He not make it good?  Behold, I have received word to bless. And He has blessed, and I cannot reverse it.

Num 23:21  He has not seen iniquity in Jacob, neither has He seen perverseness in Israel. Jehovah his God is with him, and the shout of a king among them.  God brought them out of Egypt. He has, as it were, the strength of an ox.

Num 23:23  Surely, there is no spell against Jacob, nor any fortune-telling against Israel. According to this time it shall be said of Jacob and of Israel, What God has worked!  Behold, the people shall rise up like a great lion, and lift up himself like a young lion. He shall not lie down until he eats of the prey and drinks the blood of the slain.  And Balak said to Balaam, Neither curse them at all nor bless them at all.

Here is what Smiths Bible has to say

Smith’s Bible Dictionary
Unicorn
the rendering of the Authorized Version of the Hebrew reem , a word which occurs seven times in the Old Testament as the name of some large wild animal. The reem of the Hebrew Bible, however, has nothing at all to do with the one-horned animal of the Greek and Roman writers, as is evident from (33:17) where in the blessing of Joseph it is said; “his glory is like the firstling of his bullock, and his horns are like the horns of a unicorn ;” not, as the text of the Authorized Version renders it, “the horns of unicorns .” The two horns of the ram are “the ten thousands of Ephraim and the thousands of Manasseh.” This text puts a one-horned animal entirely out of the question. Considering that the reem is spoken of as a two-horned animal of great strength and ferocity, that it was evidently well known and often seen by the Jews, that it is mentioned as an animal fit for sacrificial purposes, and that it is frequently associated with bulls and oxen we think there can be no doubt that, some species of wild ox is intended. The allusion in (Psalms 92:10) “But thou shalt lift up, as a reeym , my horn,” seems to point to the mode in which the Bovid’ use their horns, lowering the head and then tossing it up. But it is impossible to determine what particular species of wild ox is signified probably some gigantic urus is intended. (It is probable that it was the gigantic Bos primigeniua , or aurochs, now extinct, but of which C’sar says, “These uri are scarcely less than elephants in size, but in their nature, color and form are bulls. Great is their strength and great their speed; they spare neither man nor beast when once; they have caught sight of them”

Bell. Gall. vi. 20.-ED.)

Above is the symbol of Scotland and they have in the flags the Aleph and the Tav. Again these are heraldic symbols to show you from where you have come. The Unicorn was used by Scotland prior to 1603.

Now ponder this.

The Lion and the Unicorn are symbols of the United Kingdom. They are, properly speaking, heraldic supporters appearing in the full royal coat of arms of the United Kingdom. The lion stands for England and the unicorn for Scotland. The combination therefore dates back to the 1603 accession of James I of England who was already James VI of Scotland. By extension, they have also been used in the arms of Hanover in 1837–1866 and the arms of Canada since 1921.

The title page’s central text is: “THE HOLY BIBLE, Conteyning the Old Testament, AND THE NEW: Newly Translated out of the Original tongues: & with the former Translations diligently compared and revised, by his Majesties special Commandment. Appointed to be read in Churches. Imprinted at London by Robert Barker, Printer to the Kings most Excellent Majestie. ANNO DOM. 1611 .” At bottom is: “C. Boel fecit in Richmont.”.

After King James began his reign, and I can not find the quote but I think it said 1635 or 1670 that the unicorn was used as the symbol of Scotland and Britain. SO I am wondering out loud if the New King James Bible influenced the Unicorn on the Seal of England or was it the Unicorn the symbol of Scotland that influenced the translation. But I am just thinking out loud on a rabbit trail.

We are following Liberty and we are showing you symbols of that history. Why does the Unicorn have a chain on it and what does that mean?

In Arbroath Abbey, following the removal of the “Stone of Destiny” to Westminster, king Robert “the Bruce” of Scotland was visited by two emissaries of pope John 22 to whom Edward 2 of England had appealed for help to compel Scotland to acknowledge England’s lordship. These emissaries bore a message from the pope advising Bruce to submit to Edward’s claims, but Bruce and his nobles drafted a letter which they addressed to pope John 22 and which can still be seen in Register House in Edinburgh. It had attached to it coloured ribbons and seals with the signatures of Robert the Bruce and twenty-five of his nobles. The letter which is drafted:- April 6, 1320, read in part:-

“We know Most Holy Father and Lord (blasphemy – Matthew 23:9), and from the chronicles and books of the ancients gather, that among other illustrious nations, our’s, to wit, the nation of the Scots, has been distinguished by many honours; which passing from the greater Scythia through the Mediterranean Sea and Pillars of Hercules (Gibraltar) and sojourning in Spain (Iberia – Heberia – the Hebrew’s land) among most savage tribes through a long course of time, could nowhere be subjugated by any people however barbarous; and coming thence one thousand two hundred years after the outgoing of the People of Israel (the Exodus), they by many victories and infinite toil, acquired for themselves the possessions in the West which they now hold……..In their kingdom one hundred and thirteen kings of their own royal stock, no stranger intervening, have reigned….” (Deuteronomy 17:14-20).
For so long as a hundred of us are left alive we will yield in no least way to English domination. We fight not for glory, nor for wealth nor honour, but only and alone for freedom, which no man surrenders but with his life.” (Praiseworthy – Matthew 10:28)

This letter thus asserts that the Scots who had the “Stone of Destiny” (“Lia Fail”) were connected with the ancient people of Israel (the ten so-called Lost Tribes); whom archaeology has established became the Scythians and the Cimmerians of history, whose origin had been a mystery. Lost to their true identity as foretold in The Scriptures, (Romans 11:25), the Israelites migrated to their appointed place (2 Samuel 7:10); some crossing Europe by land, others by ships through the Mediterranean to the coast-lands of Europe and the Isles in the West. The Scots claim ancestry to the branch of the Cimmerians (Keltoi/Celts) that dwelt in Spain for a period, including at Zarah-gassa “Stronghold/fortress of Zarah”, now called Zaragoza, and eventually came over to the Islands of Britain. They also claim that their royal line of kings (from Judah/Zarah of the Red hand – Genesis 38:30) has remained unbroken throughout their migrations.

It has been suggested that the Declaration of Arbroath created in 1320 CE influenced the Declaration of independence written in 1776. The Declaration of Arbroath itself states where they come from and that is the Tribe of Israel who were at this time sent into captivity in 723 BC being conquered by the Assyrians.

Even before the Arbroath Declaration, there was the Magna Carta Libertatum which is Medieval Latin for “the Great Charter of the Liberties“, commonly called the Magna Carta or “Great Charter”). It is a charter of rights agreed to by King John of England at Runnymede, near Windsor, on 15 June 1215.

We all know how much the Exodus affected Israel and we all know that they received the law at Mount Sinai and in that law was the law of LIBERTY to which all those mentioned above say they are willing to fight to the death for.

I am calling Bull skubala’ Again skubala is the Greek word the Apostle Paul used for Bull Shit.

These so-called patriotic Americans say they fight for liberty and they are lying to you.

“Give me liberty, or give me death!”

The French too sing songs of liberty in their national anthem and calling the citizens to arms to defend it. Liberti, Liberti Cheerie Again Skubala.

The Proud Scots too as we just read in the declaration saying

We fight not for glory, nor for wealth nor honour, but only and alone for freedom, which no man surrenders but with his life.

You may be thinking I have lost my mind. Nope. Ask yourself what is Liberty?

I refer you to the start of this article.

“And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family. – Leviticus 25:10 (KJV)

All these people and some of you claim to be willing to fight to the death for Liberty and do not get me wrong, I am with you, but the majority of them are in ignorance as to what that liberty means and is and when it is to be applied. So do you know the year of the Jubilee and can you prove it from your bible?

Are you aware of the Great Law that King Omri of Israel made when he was King? It too was supposed to be an improvement on the Law of Yehovah.

Psalms 19:7 The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.

I am now going to interject a teaching I have not shared since 2007 when I first began.

In News letter 5843-006 I explain how the 76 years difference between the date I am claiming this year to be 2007-2008 (5843 years after the creation of Adam) and the year the Jewish community claims it to be, which is 5768 starting with the Feast of Trumpets in the fall. This happens as a result of four kings being removed from the list of Kings of Judah. This is why there are 76 years difference.

What I did not tell you was how these kings became so corrupt. It is in understanding this corruption that we are able to understand why Yahweh (God) had Israel removed. It is also the clue needed to know who Israel became and where they went during that captivity that followed. It should also tell you just how corrupt we have now become again.

Like the frog in the pot of water we don’t even know how corrupted we have become, because we do not know how righteous the laws of Yahweh truly are.

We shall begin this series of studies by looking at what very few have looked at. The Statutes of Omri, and we shall then go on and look at what is written in the stones of History to show you exactly who is Israel and Who is Judah today and where they each went.

It is only when this is done that we will be able to discard one of the main planks in the Messianic teachings which is a false teaching. When this is not known dangerous and false teachings are brought in. What you don’t know can hurt you. So please read on and learn.

Please do not think I am attacking the Messianic movement. I am not. But just as I have shown in past News Letters, errors in other groups teachings, I must now also, show one that some in the Messianic movement hold dear to them. If they ignore the truths we are about to learn in the next few studies it will get them killed. So yes this is important to know.

In 2 Kings 8:26 we read of Ahaziah that His mother’s name was Athaliah the granddaughter of Omri, king of Israel.

I showed you in News Letter 5843-006 how these four kings were so evil that they were removed from the list of descendants, in Mathew 1:8, of the Messiah. These four were of the line of Judah. But we are now talking of the kings of the line of Israel which is not Judah.

We know they are different because it says Judah and Israel warred against each other. It is important that you understand that Judah was one tribe of the nation of Israel. But Israel was never Jewish. The nation of Israel was made up of the other ten tribes. The northern ten.

In 2 Kings 17 we read how Israel was removed from the land and why. It is important to read this, starting in 18 Therefore the Lord was very angry with Israel, and removed them from His sight; there was none left but the tribe of Judah alone. 19 Also Judah did not keep the commandments of the Lord their God, but walked in the statutes of Israel which they made.

Here we are told that even after Israel had been removed from the land, that Judah also walked in the same statutes of Israel. They did not learn. Notice that the statutes were of Israel and that Israel made them.

We need to learn what those statutes were that corrupted Israel and Judah. Trouble is, there is nothing or very little written of them.

I began my search with the Bible commentators comments on the,

Statues Of Omri

http://bible.cc/micah/6-16.htm

Micah 6:16 For the {m} statutes of Omri are kept, and all the works of the house of Ahab, and ye walk in their counsels; that I should make thee a desolation, and the inhabitants thereof an hissing: therefore ye shall bear the reproach of my people.
(m) You have received all the corruption and idolatry with which the ten tribes were infected under Omri and Ahab his son: and to excuse your doings, you allege the King’s authority by his statutes, and also wisdom and policy in so doing, but you will not escape punishment. But as I have shown you great favour, and taken you for my people, so will your plagues be according as your sins; Luke 12:47.

WES 6:16 The statutes – The idolatrous worship was set up by Omri in the royal city. Ye – O house of Israel. That I should make thee – This will be the event. Thereof – Of the land. The reproach – The reproach threatened in the law, if my people forsake me.

MHC 6:9-16 God, having showed how necessary it was that they should do justly, here shows how plain it was that they had done unjustly. This voice of the Lord says to all, Hear the rod when it is coming, before you see it, and feel it. Hear the rod when it is come, and you are sensible of the smart; hear what counsels, what cautions it speaks. The voice of God is to be heard in the rod of God. Those who are dishonest in their dealings shall never be reckoned pure, whatever shows of devotion they may make. What is got by fraud and oppression, cannot be kept or enjoyed with satisfaction. What we hold closest we commonly lose soonest. Sin is a root of bitterness, soon planted, but not soon plucked up again. Their being the people of God in name and profession, while they kept themselves in his love, was an honour to them; but now, being backsliders, their having been once the people of God turns to their reproach.

Many assume that the statutes of Omri were religious and against the teachings of Yahweh. This would be a false assumption in my opinion.

The following article deals with the facts as we know them, concluding that it was false religions that the Bible is talking about. The next article, after this one, I believe, is more closer to the truth of the matter. That the wisdom of the Torah was replaced by political manipulation and compromise. This is where Israel began to prostitute herself with other kingdoms, relying on them and not Yahweh for her protection and welfare. It strikes me that nothing has changed, and our current political arena is exactly the same as in the days of Omri. You will see why at the end of this series of studies.

om’-ri (`omri; Septuagint Ambri; Assyrian “Chumri” and “Chumria”):

(1) The 6th king of Northern Israel, and founder of the IIIrd Dynasty which reigned for nearly 50 years. Omri reigned 12 years, circa 887-876 BC. The historical sources of his reign are contained in 1 Kings 16:15-28; 20:34, the Moabite Stone, Assyrian inscriptions, and in the published accounts of recent excavations in Samaria. In spite of the brief passage given to Omri in the Old Testament, he was one of the most important of the military kings of Northern Israel.

1. His Accession:

Omri is first mentioned as an officer in the army of Elah, which was engaged in the siege of the Philistine town of Gibbethon. While Omri was thus engaged, Zimri, another officer of Elah’s army, conspired against the king, whom he assassinated in a drunken debauch, exterminating at the same time the remnant of the house of Baasha. The conspiracy evidently lacked the support of the people, for the report that Zimri had usurped the throne no sooner reached the army at Gibbethon, than the people proclaimed Omri, the more powerful military leader, king over Israel. Omri lost not a moment, but leaving Gibbethon in the hands of the Philistines, he marched to Tirzah, which he besieged and captured, while Zimri perished in the flames of the palace to which he had set fire with his own hands (1 Kings 16:18). Omri, however, had still another opponent in Tibni the son of Ginath, who laid claim to the throne and who was supported in his claims by his brother Joram (1 Kings 16:22 Septuagint) and by a large number of the people. Civil war-followed this rivalry for the throne, which seems to have lasted for a period of four years (compare 1 Kings 16:15, with 16:23 and 29) before Omri gained full control.

Omri’s military ability is seen from his choice of Samaria as the royal residence and capital of the Northern Kingdom. This step may have been suggested to Omri by his own easy conquest of Tirzah, the former capital. Accordingly, he purchased the hill Shomeron of Shemer for two talents of silver, about  352.00 in American money. The conical hill, which rose from the surrounding plain to the height of 400 ft., and on the top of which there was room for a large city, was capable of easy defense.

2. The Founding of Samaria:

The superior strategic importance of Samaria is evidenced by the sieges it endured repeatedly by the Syrians and Assyrians. It was finally taken by Sargon in 722, after the siege had lasted for 3 years. That the Northern Kingdom endured as long as it did was due largely to the strength of its capital. With the fall of Samaria, the nation fell.

Recent excavations in Samaria under the direction of Harvard University throw new light upon the ancient capital of Israel. The first results were the uncovering of massive foundation walls of a large building, including a stairway 80 ft. wide. This building, which is Roman in architecture, is supposed to have been a temple, the work of Herod. Under this Roman building was recovered a part of a massive Hebrew structure, believed to be the palace of Omri and Ahab. During the year 1910 the explorations revealed a building covering 1 1/2 acres of ground. Four periods of construction were recognized, which, on archaeological grounds, were tentatively assigned to the reigns of Omri, Ahab, Jehu, and Jeroboam II. See SAMAIAS and articles by David G. Lyon in Harvard Theological Review, IV, 1911; JBL, V, xxx, Part I, 1911; PEFS, 1911, 79-83.

3. His Foreign Policy:

Concerning Omri’s foreign policy the Old Testament is silent beyond a single hint contained in 1 Kings 20:34. Here we learn that he had to bow before the stronger power of Syria. It is probable that Ben-hadad I besieged Samaria shortly after it was built, for he forced Omri to make “streets” in the city for the Syrians. It is probable, too, that at this time Ramoth-gilead was lost to the Syrians. Evidently Omri, was weakened in his foreign policy at the beginning of his reign by the civil conflict engendered by his accession. However, he showed strength of character in his dealings with foreign powers. At least he regained control over the northern part of Moab, as we learn from the Moabite Stone. Lines 4-8 tell us that “Omri was King of Israel and afflicted Moab many days because Chemosh was angry with his land. …. Omri obtained possession of the land of Medeba and dwelt therein during his days and half the days of his son, forty years. ”

Omri was the first king of Israel to pay tribute to the Assyrians under their king Asurnacirpal III, in 876 BC. From the days of Shalmaneser II (860 BC) down to the time of Sargon (722 BC), Northern Israel was known to the Assyrians as “the land of the house of Omri.” On Shalmaneser’s black obelisk, Jehu, who overthrew the dynasty of Omri, is called Ja’uaabal Chumri, “Jehu son of Omri.”

Omri entered into an alliance with the Phoenicians by the marriage of his son Ahab to Jezebel, daughter of Ethbaal, king of the Sidonians. This may have been done as protection against the powers from the East, and as such would have seemed to be a wise political move, but it was one fraught with evil for Israel.

4. His Religious Influence and Death:

Although Omri laid the foundation of a strong kingdom, he failed to impart to it the vitalizing and rejuvenating force of a healthy spiritual religion. The testimony of 1 Kings 16:25,26, that he “dealt wickedly above all that were before him,” coupled with the reference to “the statutes of Omri” in Micah 6:16, indicates that he may have had a share in substituting foreign religions for the worship of Yahweh, and therefore the unfavorable light in which he is regarded is justified. Upon his death, Omri was succeeded upon the throne by his son Ahab, to whom was left the task of shaking off the Syrian yoke, and who went beyond his father in making the Phoenician influence along with Baalism of prime importance in Israel, thus leading the nation into the paths that hastened its downfall.

The next study I have found compares the days of Omri with todays politicians . Although I found the article most insightful at explaining what Omri did I don’t agree with the political perspective the author puts forward, but I include the article in its entirety.

Omri The Merger King
by Wifred Hahn
http://www.eternalvalue.com/MCM/MET_0408.pdf

We see countries entering into various alliances as they join and expand organizations such as NATO, the World Trade Organization and many others too numerous to mention. They are all mergers of convenience and opportunity, driven by motives of power, peace and prosperity. Not a single appeal is made to the statutes of the God of the Bible.

Even more worrisome mergers are underway namely, the increasing combining and mixing of church and state, Christianity and paganism (ecumenism), and the bringing together of Mammon and the Kingdom of God by the Church.

The past two columns have dealt with this latter
development. All of the merger activity mentioned – all driven by a quest for influence and prosperity – has geared up to hyper-speed in our time. The price? Compromise, rampant deceit, increasing economic danger, and the abandonment of the Truth.

What will be the outcome for the world? Will a remnant of a
faithful Church be preserved?

The Bible tells of a similar era – that of Omri, king of Israel, and his dynasty. Among God’s chosen people, the descendants of Jacob, he was the “king of mergers.” It is illuminating to study the practices of this man and his descendant kings, Ahab, Ahaziah and Joram. Omri’s dynasty provides key lessons that speak to our end time world.

The Omri Dynasty

King Omri was one of the most influential kings of the northern kingdom of Israel. It would be difficult to discern this
from the Bible alone without careful study. As only 13 verses
(1 Kings 16:16-28) recount the history of this man, it would be
easy to overlook his significance.

Unusually, no direct mention is even made of his reign in the
books of Chronicles, apart from referring to his son, Ahab, and grandsons Ahaziah and Joram.

The only biblical indication we get of the repute of his legacy is found in Micah 6:16. Though Omri was only king of Israel for approximately 12 years, his reputation and systems endured for generations. In fact, for many years after his reign Israel was known as “mat bit-Humri” (“the
house of Omri”) by the Assyrians and the Edomites. His son Ahab carried on his practices and “did evil” in the sight of the
Lord, as did his sons Ahaziah and then Joram (see 1 Kings
16:25, 33; 1 Kings 22:25, 52; and 2 Kings 3:2).

The prophet Micah prophesied against the worship centers of Israel and Judah- Samaria and Jerusalem, respectively.

Specifically, he accused them by saying, “You have observed the statutes of Omri and all the practices of Ahab’s house, and you have followed their traditions” (Micah 6:16). Micah disapproved of three things: Omri’s statutes, Ahab’s practices, and their traditions. Other Bible translations refer to:
1. statutes (KJV, NIV and most others);
2. works (KJV, NASB); and
3. devices (NASB) or counsels (AMP)

Just what were these statutes, practices and traditions?

Scripture provides some indication, especially as we study the reign of Ahab. But first a brief history about Omri. He became king of Israel following the murder of King Elah by Zimri, a fellow army captain who had usurped the throne. Omri, backed by popular public opinion, overthrew Zimri, ending his reign after only seven days. After he consolidated his position as undisputed king, he reigned 12 years. Apparently, he died quite early. Scripture has more to say about Ahab and his sons. We can learn the ways of the house of Omri by observing what they did. Actually, we will learn that Ahab’s practices and devices would nominate him today as one of the most masterful of global statesmen.

The Techniques of the House of Omri

The Bible reveals much of the reign of Ahab’s, the most powerful of Omri’s descendants. He was a master politician and crafty in foreign affairs. He knew how to swing the consensus of public opinion in his favor. He influenced, cajoled and manipulated the elders of his inner council, false prophets and other foreign rulers to his ends. He knew how to play his opponents. The account of how he dealt with Ben-Haddad, the Syrian king, is a masterpiece of cunning foreign affairs. He entered a strategic alliance with Ethbaal, king of Tyre, by marrying his daughter, Jezebel. By the standards of today’s global politicians, this was a brilliant maneuver. In effect, he joined the World Trade Organization (WTO) in order to secure a favorable trade status with this rich, world trading empire of the Phoenicians. The spiritual and religious implications were not regarded, however. Materialism was of primary importance; economic security his aim.

Material prosperity was linked with issues of human rights and morality. These issues played second fiddle to the uppermost goals of prosperity and indulgence.

After finally defeating Ben-Haddad, this Syrian king won clemency from Ahab by allowing Israel to set up shop in
the marketplaces of Damascus.

Again, we see a materialistic mindset ruling his policies. Through an unnamed prophet, God rebuked Ahab for allowing Ben-Haddad to live.

Apparently, indulgence was another practice of Ahab. He
built a beautiful palace inlaid with ivory (1 Kings 22:39) and
loved the good life, so much so that he even allowed Naboth’s vineyard to be expropriated just so that he could have a private garden.

As a result of his union with Jezebel, paganism engulfed Israel. Jezebel introduced the worship of Baal to Israel. As part of the alliance, King Ahab even built a temple to Baal in Samaria for his wife. In time, her lobbying for “freedom of worship” ended up as a massive campaign against God and the persecution of his prophets. She killed off any prophet that she could find. Apparently, this was acceptable to Ahab. No mention is made otherwise.

Had he protested, he may have offended his foreign counterparts and perhaps jeopardized the status of his foreign emissaries abroad. His was a policy of tolerance. Any belief or value system was allowed, even sanctioned by his regime.

Scripture records that Baal worship, Ashtoreth and the gods of the Amorites (1 Kings 22:25) were given rightful footing in the land.

Ahab was intolerant in only one respect: He opposed anyone
who confronted him with correction or anyone who burst his
bubble of humanistic optimism.

Therefore, he hated Elijah and Micaiah, prophets of God. He accused them of pessimism, declaring that they never had anything good to say about him. It didn’t matter that they spoke truth and eternal consequences.

We could examine many more characteristics of the house of
Omri, but we may suffice it to conclude that Omri and his descendants were worldly rulers.

Their policies were motivated by peace and prosperity. They pursued these goals in any way they thought best. Spiritual matters, purity of faith, the truth and imperatives of God’s Word did not figure in the formation of their policies and statutes. Reviewing the character of all of his actions
(48 of which are recorded in Scripture), the list is long.

Interpreting Ahab’s practices, we can include: tolerance, indulgence, craftiness, politicization, self-centeredness, expropriation, optimism about the works of man, laissez-faire policies, opportunism, ruling by consensus and worldly consultation … and the list could go on. As mentioned, he would be a successful global statesman today in the halls of the United Nations or around the conference tables of NATO or any other number of global policy and transnational organizations.

The house of Omri practiced the exact reverse of all of the godly kings of Judah. The latter feared God first, generally walking without compromise in the ways of David. Everything else – peace and prosperity, for example – were added unto them as a consequence. These were not the initial motivations of their obedience to God. As Scripture counsels, “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well” (Matthew 6:33).

Jehoshaphat, king of Judah, said virtually the same thing to Ahab, “First seek the counsel of the Lord” (1 Kings 22:15).

The Statutes of Man

Just what was the nature of the statutes of Omri? Consider these facts about him and his descendants:
Omri was the sixth king of Israel. He ruled from Tirzah six years and another six years from the city of Samaria. He is
recorded to have done or performed six things. His name is
mentioned 12 times in the historical accounts of the kings of
Israel and Judah (1 and 2 Kings and 1 and 2 Chronicles [2 x 6]). He reigned for 12 years (2 x 6). His dynasty lasted 48 years (6 x 4 x 2).

The number six is the number of man, as God created him on the sixth day. However, the prevalence of this number with
Omni doesn’t stop here. Ahab, his son, whose name means “his father’s brother” did more evil in the sight of the Lord than all the kings of Israel before him – more than six kings combined (1 Kings 16:33). He represents the very epitome of the works of man, as we have reviewed. Ahab is recorded to have taken 48 actions (6 x 4 x 2), eight times more than his father. Moreover, after Omri’s dynasty ended, the house of Israel continued to walk in his statutes for another 120 years (6 x 20) until Samaria fell to the Assyrians. It just was prior to that time that Micah gave his prophecy that was quoted earlier from Micah 6:16.

Amazingly, the prophecy indicting Omri’s statutes was the sixth of the seven he spoke. Could all these sixes and multiples of six be a coincidence?

Perhaps. However, I take this pattern to be significant as
every “jot and tittle” of Scripture (Matthew 5:18) is important
and to be studied.

Clearly, Omri’s statues, the practices of Ahab, and their traditions are those of men. The measures and tests of their policies were “materialism” and “humanism.” Any religion was something to barter with, to tolerate, to accommodate. On the other hand, the God of Jacob was only consulted when no
other human option was available or when His pronouncements through His prophets were in alignment with Omri’s wants. National prestige, strategic foreign policy, dialogue and arrangements of convenience were the rule of the day. The statutes of God were either bent or discarded.

We shouldn’t be surprised all the statutes, practices and traditions of the house of Omri are playing out across the globe today in high form. They are today endorsed as sophisticated doctrines of foreign affairs and conferences of men. Everything is merging – countries, economies and religions – within and all together. The test of their efficiencies is measured in terms of prosperity, wealth and economic power.

Current-Day Picture of Merged Christianity

To illustrate how the merging of religions and foreign policy is
occurring in our time, we can take a brief glimpse at what is
occurring in Iraq. In a sense, the occupation of Iraq is merely the latest outgrowth of this fellowship of religion, government
and economy. Yes, Islamic terrorists may be attacking the interests of America and therefore this nation is entitled to defend itself. But the Iraqi occupation has become much more than a defense operation. Somewhere along the way it turned into a “religious” campaign, perhaps even an economic one.

They find alliance with the spreading of the doctrines of the “spirit of capitalism,” democracy, and Mammonism. Worst of all, many of these devices and statutes have been widely endorsed by many church leaders.

Most Muslims recognize these measures for what they are –
the “values” of the supposed Christian West. Actually, these
“values” are being imposed rather than proposed, reflecting
an attitude not much different than that of the Crusaders of the Middle Ages or the Caliphate of Saladin, whose armies converted nations to Islam at the end of a sword. Specifically,
even secular intelligence agencies have recognized the idealism that has been driving the campaigns in Iraq (also Afghanistan).

Says Stratfor, an influential, non-partisan commentator upon political and global affairs: “The essential point is that the invasion of Iraq … should have had no interest – in the internal governance of Iraq. This is the critical point on which the mission became complex …

Over time, this evolved to a new mission: the creation of democracy in Iraq… The idea that the United States would be able to effectively preside over this society, shepherding it to democracy, was difficult to conceive even in the best of circumstances.”(1) Democracy is a benevolent system if the majority of people are moral and God-fearing.

Apart from those conditions, it provides no sinecure. Other organizations working with governments are intent upon also
introducing “free-market” capitalism and westernized financial markets to Iraq. While these systems can have their good uses, troubling is that their imposition is being widely supported by leading Christians as righteous, scripturally endorsed solutions for the good of these countries.

Systems, like machines, can be used for both good and bad purposes. But, they need no scriptural imperatives. The Church needs only to preach and spread the Gospel of the One who alone is the Author of all that is good. On this basis, we see that the various supposed representatives of the Church have erred in their increasing fraternity with state, other religions, and materialism.

We see that even the evangelical church is in cahoots with the “gospel of Mammon,” openly endorsing the imposition of this materialistic religion by force upon other nations.

They are promoting the “Statutes of Omri.”

Thoughts to Ponder

What was the result of the statutes of the house of Omri? All 70 of his offspring were put to death. Seventy is the number of a “king’s life” (Isaiah 23:15) and also represents the completeness of a dynasty or legacy. Seventy members of Jacob’s household went to Egypt (Genesis 46:2; Exodus 1:5) and Gideon had 70 sons who were eradicated by Abimelech
(Judges 9:56). More examples could be cited. The conclusion is that our present world order of “seventy kings” today will also come to a similar end at Armageddon by the
sword of the mouth of the Lord.

Another result of Omri’s dynasty was that even the house of Judah, who at least produced more than a few kings who walked with God, was infected with its treacheries. Omri’s
granddaughter, Athaliah, married Jehoram, king of Judah. He
and Ahaziah (his son with Athaliah) were among the few kings of Judah who “did evil in the eyes of the Lord” (2 Kings
8:18, 27). Athaliah nearly succeeded in cutting off the very line of David that was prophesied to produce the Messiah. She had proceeded to kill the entire royal family of Judah.

Had Jehosheba, the daughter of King Jehoram, not hidden
Joash for six years (another “six”, meaning until the threat of the works of man had sufficiently diminished), satanic purging of this royal line by the house of Omri would have succeeded.

At the time, Joash was the last living member of the lineage of David.

Ecumenism is occurring.

Church and state, Mammon and the Kingdom of God are all
merging into one negotiable mass. We can see all these streams are morphing into a single power structure of the last days.

Revelation 17 and 18 provides a colorful description of this process, describing it as the great prostitute, mother of all harlotries and abominations.

These chapters show a picture of a mutually reinforcing alliance of religion, political globalism and economy.

We return to our question at the outset of this article: Can a
remnant of the true Church be preserved? God preserved the
royal line of David by causing Jehosheba to hide away Joash. As such, he can be seen as a symbol of the last-day Church. It is persecuted by humanism and materialism – the works of man. Only a small number survives as the true Church.

The prophet Micah, who alerted us to the wiles and deceptions of the statutes of Omri, has the last word: “But as for me, I watch in hope for the Lord, I wait for God my Savior; my God will hear me” (Micah 7:2). If we practice these statutes, God will be faithful. May we be found among the last-day believing remnant.

And in the exact same way the Liberty Bell is cracked and broken so is the claim that you are Freedom or Liberty fighters. Both ring hollow or empty because they are broken. “Give me freedom or give me death”. You have no clue what liberty is, nor what to actually fight for. Your views are based on the statutes of Omri and passed down through the Magna Carta and the Declaration of Abroath.

If you are going to fight for this noble cause then you had better know it inside and out. Liberty is not some patriotic notion that we sing once a year about. Liberty entails the whole law of Yehovah of which the Jubilee year and the Sabbatical years are the climaxes thereof. Do you grasp that or do you even understand what I have just said? The Next Jubilee year will be 2045. The last Jubilee year was 1996 and the one before that was the year the Jews experienced Freedom in 1947 when they had just come out of the NAZI death camps and were granted the land of Israel in November 1947. It was a Jubilee year when every man is returned to his family and to his own land.

The world did not know it was a Jubilee year though. But Yehovah did. He does not forget. Be we have.

We have forgotten just how much it angers Yehovah when we, His people, do not fight for His truths but fight for flags and anthems and patriotic nonsense and stand for LGBT rights and women’s rights and the right for freedom of choice over their bodies. BUT THEY WILL NOT FOR HIS TORAH.

2Ch 36:17  And He caused the king of the Chaldeans to go up against them. And he killed their choice ones by the sword in the house of their holy place, and had no pity on the young man and the virgin, the old man and the very aged; He gave all into his hand. And all the vessels of the house of God, great and small, and the treasures of the house of Jehovah, and the treasures of the king, and of his rulers, he brought all these to Babylon.  And they burned the house of God, and broke down the wall of Jerusalem, and burned all the palaces of it with fire, and destroyed all its beautiful vessels.  And the ones who had escaped from the sword he carried away to Babylon, where they were servants to him and his sons until the reign of the kingdom of Persia,  to fulfill the Word of Jehovah in the mouth of Jeremiah, until the land had enjoyed its sabbaths. All the days of the desolation it kept the sabbath, to the full measure of seventy years.

Let me say it in plain English so you understand. Yehovah allowed His chosen people to be utterly destroyed because they did not keep the years of liberty 70 times in their history. Every 7th year and then the 50th year is a year of liberty for the land and for the slave and those in debt. And part of the understanding of the Sabbatical cycle is the keeping of the 3rd and 6th year tithe to the widows and orphans. Are you keeping any of the law of liberty which we wrote to you about last week?

Israel became a nation starting in the Jubilee Cycle of 1386 BC. We have now had 70 Jubilee Cycles to demonstrate our willingness to fight for Liberty and all that is enshrined in the Law of Jubilee.

One of our readers sent me this video about demonstrations in England over LGBT being taught to the children in public schools. I was asked if I was shocked at this or not. I wrote back the following.

What is shocking is that those who claim to be Bible followers have allowed this to come about and it is now the Muslims who are objecting to it. And the liberal left who are for the Muslim and for LGBT do not not know where or which side to jump on and support. The fact that we even have this debate is the real shame and it is the Christian nations that have allowed it to come in.

This started as a new amendment to the charter of Human Rights in 2011 promoting LGBT and criminalizing anyone who spoke against it. Our liberal tolerance has become intolerable to Yehovah and He has brought in people who will stand up and fight for what is right. They just so happen to be Muslims. And these are the same people Yehovah is going to use to punish the end time Israel for our not standing up and fighting for the true liberty that is only found in His Torah.

Joh 8:31  Then Jesus said to the Jews who believed on Him, If you continue in My Word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Isa 61:1  The Spirit of the Lord Jehovah is on Me; because Jehovah has anointed Me to preach the Gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound;

2 Corinthians 3:17  And the Lord is that Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 18  But we all, with our face having been unveiled, having beheld the glory of the Lord as in a mirror, are being changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Lord Spirit.

Galatians 5:13  For, brothers, you were called to liberty. Only do not use the liberty for an opening to the flesh, but by love serve one another.

James 1:25  But whoever looks into the perfect Law of liberty and continues in it, he is not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work. This one shall be blessed in his doing.

Jas 2:12  So speak and do as those who shall be judged by the Law of liberty.

The Law of Yehovah, the Commandments, the Holy Days of Lev 23 and the Sabbatical and Jubilee laws of Lev 25 are the laws that truly make you free. It is these laws that each of us should be freedom fighters for and stand up for what is right no matter what country we live in.

If that is you. If you are truly one of Yehovah’s true Patriots who handles the Torah with more precision than a musket. Whose blood does not bleed Red White and Blue but bleeds truth and honour and sacrifice; If you are one of those whose blood boils when they see Yehovah’s law of Liberty being trampled then I am asking you to stand with me, shoulder to shoulder to complete this work in strength. Not in front of me with me barking out commands and not in back of me telling me what I should do next, but side by side each of us doing what needs to be done no matter what others say or do to stop you,

I am looking for libertarians from The British Aisles and Australia and Canada and the USA and the Philippines and India and Pakistan and from Africa and from Europe and Asia and Russia and South and Central America. I am looking for the David’s that do not fit into the regular armour but only have a simple slingshot and are not afraid of the beast of Goliath. Today that Goliath is the UN and the EU and its tentacles reach far and do great damage around the world.

The UN and EU in mythology are depicted as Medus whose head is cut off by Perseus just as David did to Goliath.

In the newsletter above when speaking of the American Revolutionary War, you asked…
“this simple question: When is the Jubilee year, that is spoken of in Lev 25? When do we keep this year that the Americans in part celebrate even if they do not know when it was. 1776 was not a Jubilee year nor was the year the war ended in 1783.”
I kept waiting for the answer…
“No. But, it was the 4th Sabbatical Cycle, the Cycle of the Sword.”
Then, I realized, “Joe’s doing that thing again… making people think.”

LOL Mike yes. People need to exercise that muscle between their ears or the grey matter dries up. So let me ask the questions again. When it is the next Jubilee year and can you prove it?

    Greeting Family,
What a great read. I often mentioned about the Jubilee Cycle life chart I’ve did. I just realized something astonding this morning. I am from Nova Scotia Canada but I moved/ran away to Toronto Ontario when I was 15 years old. Both my children where born there. I swore I never move back to Nova Scotia because I just loved the fast pace of the big city but after I had 2 children. A boy and then a year and a half later a girl I started to realize how they be better off growing up in the small community I grew up in. The year I left and packed up my family to move home was 1996.
“And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family. – Leviticus 25:10 (KJV)
Wow that blows me away. Thought I found everything I was going to with dates and patterns that match the curses/blessings of the Jubilee and Sabbaticla patterns in through my life but this stuns me. I highly recomend everyone to do their own life cycles and compare them to the research. It brought me more proof and understanding that all this is true than maybe even the research itself. What an outstanding way to start the day.
Great article as always. Great to hear about James and the crew in Africa. Love the review of the history of King Omri’s line especially. Thank you Mr. Dumond and to the sightedmoon.com team.
Love to the brethren from NS., Canada.

Where are divorced women provided for by Yehovah?
In Leviticus where it is talking about who in the Priests household may eat of the offering of the holy things, in Leviticus 22:13 it says “But if the priest’s daughter be a widow, or divorced, and have no child, and is returned unto her father’s house, as in her youth, she shall eat of her father’s meat: but there shall no stranger eat thereof.”
Now the bible speaks of widows, the fatherless and strangers.
Widows, if they have young children, would have children who are fatherless. Gods provision for her, as a widow, would also provide for her fatherless children. If the children had also lost their mother and were orphans, why not call them that rather than fatherless?
I think the fatherless is not just referring to children but to women abandoned by their “husbands”, through divorce or abandonment and who would have returned to their fathers household for support and provision. If their father had died or their father refused to receive them back, they would be “Fatherless”.
This is why I think Yehovah refers to widows, fatherless and strangers. Widows have no man to provide spiritual covering and provision; The fatherless have no man to provide spiritual covering and provision; and strangers have no spiritual standing before Yehovah and no stake in the land of Israel to return to at Jubilee. That is why Yehovah stands in that place of covering and provision. He then calls his children (those who obey Him) to do the same.
Conclusion: Whether you were married, co-habiting, always a single parent, or kicked out of your father’s house; divorced, abandoned, deserted; irrespective of how you arrived at this position; I believe Yehovah is referring to you when he speaks of the fatherless.
There is a huge study of all the provisions that Yehovah has made for women to return to their father’s houshold or “kinsman-redeemer” but no space in this comment section.

Just have to give my 2-cents on widows vs. divorced women question:
(FYI, I forgave my dad many years ago and those family members who neglected us.) And so I begin . . .
In the mid-1970s, my abusive, alcoholic dad abandoned my mother, leaving her with five children to raise (ages 4 to 15). He fled to a state that did not enforce child support at the time, acquired another family, reinvented himself, and led a nice life until his final four years, when he met a slow, tragic end. But in the meantime, my mother became impoverished – – she had no skills, except as a housewife, as my dad would not allow her to work. So, my mother, my four siblings, and I lived off of the welfare system for the next two years (an act that was considered shameful), until my youngest sister entered the first grade (my mother could not afford childcare, which was harder to find back then, and my sister could not enter kindergarten the next year because it was decided under a lottery system). My mother then went to work in a factory and made pauper’s wages for the next several years. Unfortunately, she was exposed to formaldehyde at her job, and eventually died of brain and lung cancer. She never remarried, as she viewed such an act a sin.
The first year after my dad left, my mother had only $1800 to supply the needs of one adult and five children. One Saturday in the dead of winter, we nearly ran out of heating fuel, because my mother did not have anymore money. She got down upon her knees and prayed. Less than thirty minutes later, a cousin (17 years old) was delivering kerosene to homes in the area and had 50 gallons remaining in his truck and thought (mind you) my mother could use the fuel. He backed into our yard, pumped it into our tank, and drove off without saying a word. So for those who do not believe that YHWH answers prayers . . .
But my 17-year-old cousin was a rare individual. The preacher of the church we attended brought her money on a few occasions (totaling $200), until members of the congregation claimed it wasn’t their responsibility to support her; she was a divorcee. The preacher wept at our front door step over their attitude and a few months later resigned. My mother scraped together $200 and repaid the church.
As for my mother’s siblings (all church goers), and my dad’s family (not so many church goers), they ignored our plight; they had their own needs and children’s needs (food, clothes, new cars, private schools, college, vacations).
So, was my mother a widow? No. Were my siblings and I orphans? No. According to 1 Timothy 5:8, my dad was worse than an infidel, because he failed to provide for his family. But we were poor – – desperately poor. There are countless verses in scripture that tell us how we are to treat the poor and the needy. Countless! But I’ll just list two:
Proverbs 19:17: “He that follows Jehovah shows mercy upon the poor and he is rewarded according to his works.”
    Zechariah 7:10 ” . . . do not oppress the widow, the orphan, the stranger or the poor . . . ”
Not a widow; not an orphan; we were just a poor household that needed help. And that is my 2-cents.

I knew a man once, many years ago. He and his family attended church regularly and was sincere in his faith, although he was overwhelmed with the paganism that permeated the Christian church then, and now, but he didn’t know it at that time. He and his wife paid their tithes regularly. There was a woman in a church that he had attended at one time that became divorced by no fault of her own. Her husband had molested their children. It was a horrible situation. She was a stay at home mom with the small children. She and her husband had been faithful members and financial supporters of a well known mega church in northern California. When she went to the very wealthy church leaders and asked for some financial help, they said they couldn’t. The man who I first mentioned, saw this, and was very disturbed. He couldn’t believe that the church wouldn’t help. He thought, something is very wrong here. Although he said it did scare him to go against the churches teachings of bringing ‘the whole tithe into the storehouse’, he decided if they weren’t going to take care of those in the body who had supported the church, then he would send his ‘tithe’ to her. This was the first crack in the wall for that man and his family. It was this issue that started him and his wife down the path to Hebrew roots. He would say something like this, ‘You can’t do everything, but do what you can.’ Words to live by, I think.

    Shalom from Cambodia.
I have put my shoulder to the wheel, Joseph and I won’t let up…
A printed copy of your fantastic new book, It Was A Riddle Not A Command, will arrive at Buckingham Palace by 12PM, July 16, 2019.
I believe that Yehovah is showing me a way to promote this book on a very large scale. I need a little more time and then I will be asking people to join me in a unique campaign to make the message available for “ears to hear” worldwide.
Please pray that what I am seeing and doing may be guided by and blessed by our Most Gracious Father, Yehovah.

Joe, you must have forgotten this email I sent to you 3-4 years ago when I was certain widowhood also applied to divorced women. I’ll re post my research here. I even remember your exact response. You said “You may be right”.
Analysis of Widow and Fatherless in Scripture
I’ve been contemplating verses about widows and orphans for some time now wondering why divorced women or men are not addressed especially since Torah allows for a person to be “put away” in the case of adultery, abandonment, etc.
So I looked up the words and here are the meanings according to the Gesenius’ Hebrew-Chaldee Lexicon, which I understand is the closest to the original Hebrew intent.
The variations change as to whether it ends with a “Hey” or a “Tav”, but contain quite similar meanings. There is a very interesting form ending in “Yud”, and I believe it is the word H492 “al mo nee”. It means concealment and comes from the word for widow. I’ll come back to this later.
Getting back to the word for widow, It can mean a widow, but also one who is lonely, forsaken, a desolate house or a desolate place. This idea of thought would certainly include a divorced woman unable to support herself and without a fathers household to return to. The various meanings come from the same root word, generally translated as widow, but in no way limited to only widows.
One quote specifically indicates “Others retain the idea of a widow, but understand desolate palaces.”
    In this example:
Exo 22:22 “Do not afflict any widow or fatherless child.
Exo 22:22 Ye shall not H3808 afflict H6031 any H3605 widow,H490 or fatherless child. H3490
    widow H490 ????????? al·mä·nä’ – widow (53x), desolate house (1x), desolate palace (1x).
It would seem to me the KJV and other translations are using the term widow loosely, but can certainly have been translated as a desolate house in many verses to include a broader cross section of people, but at that time, most women returned to their father’s household or they had the means to support themselves and didn’t need assistance. Due to the Christian teachings on divorce, it may have been intentionally excluded thereby leading to greater misunderstanding of this topic.
In this verse we see something interesting:
Isaiah 54:4 “Do not fear, for you shall not be put to shame, nor hurt, you shall not be humiliated. For the shame of your youth you shall forget, and not remember the reproach of your widowhood any more.
Widowhood – H491 – ?????????? (now you see the word ending in a tav instead of hey) – According to the Hebrew and Chaldee Lexicon, it can refer to Israel living in exile, a desolate place, or a widow.
It would seem this is prophetic of the House of Israel living in exile in her divorced state, NOT widowed state. The translators should have used divorced or some other term rather than furthering the idea that women are evil and lead nations into evil by using the phrase “reproach of your widowhood”. It furthers the perception that women who are divorced or widowed are immoral in conduct and in need of a man.
This mindset was present at the time of the KJV translation. See below:
    EARLY CHURCH FATHERS:
Jewish Sages immediately came up with “Ten curses of Eve” and doctrine that was handed down.
None of this is in Scripture.
Turtullian, Woman is a Temple built over a sewer and the gateway to the devil..
Augustine: Woman was merely man’s helpmate and was not created in image of Elohim.
Pope Gregory: Woman is slow in understanding and her unstable and naïve mind render her by way of natural weakness to the necessity of a strong hand by her husband. Her use is two-fold: Sex and motherhood.
Martin Luther: If women become tired and die, let them. Let them die in childbirth; that is why they are here.
John Know: Woman was made for only one purpose, to serve and obey man.
    And others.
They attained this mindset from Jewish sages.
In another example, we see this:
Gen 38:14 And she (Tamar) took off her widow’s (H491) garments, and covered herself with a veil and wrapped herself, and sat at the entrance to ?nayim which was on the way to Timnah. For she saw that Sh?lah was grown, and she was not given to him as a wife.
H491 is ?????????? – this is a the story of Tamar of the tribe of Levi, yet she is living in a state of exile in her father’s household having been rejected by Judah to marry his third son. Judah himself is living in exile. Yes, Tamar is a widow at this time, but she is hardly continuing to dress in “widow” attire, many years later. Prophetic implications show her as the House of Israel in exile. A DIVORCED wife.
We are NOT a widowed wife, we were DIVORCED. Even if you want to consider Yeshua as the Red Heifer, He already arose from the dead. He is living and not dead. He had to die because we were DIVORCED!
    Here’s another example:
    David’s Concubines – 2 Samuel 16:20-22
And Ab?shalom said to Ah?ithophel, “Give your advice. What should we do?” And Ah?ithophel said to Ab?shalom, “Go in to your father’s concubines, whom he has left to look after the house. And all Yisra’?l shall hear that you have made yourself a stench to your father. And the hands of all who are with you shall be strong.”
So they pitched a tent for Ab?shalom on the top of the house, and Ab?shalom went into his father’s concubines before the eyes of all Yisra’?l.
2Sa 20:3 And David? came to his house at Yerushalayim. And the sovereign took the ten women, his concubines whom he had left to look after the house, and put them in a protected house and supported them, but did not go in to them. So they were shut up to the day of their death, living in widowhood. (H491)
H491 – ?????????? – Obviously, they are not widows, but lonely, desolate and in a desolate house existence. The condition of Israel living in exile. In fact this is a prophetic description of the ten tribes of the House of Yisra’?l that Yehovah left “in a protected house and supported them, but did not go into them”. Why? Because we are divorced and there is a law against remarrying a wife you previously divorced.
I see a version of this word for widow ending with a YUD at the end instead of Hey or Tav. It is Strong’s H492 and occurs 3 times in Scripture.
According to the Gesenius’ Hebrew-Chaldee Lexicon,.when this is present it means:
“a certain one, one kept silent whose name is concealed”.
Now take a look at: Ruth 4:1 and 2 Kings 6:8 and 1 Samuel 21:2 where this version is used.
Ruth 4:1 Then went Boaz up to the gate, and sat him down there: and, behold, the kinsman of whom Boaz spake came by; unto whom he said, Ho, such a one! (H492) turn aside, sit down here. And he turned aside, and sat down.
    a one!H492
Here it is in the TS2009 The Scriptures:
Ruth 4:1 And Bo?az went up to the gate and sat down there. And see, the redeemer of whom Bo?az had spoken came by. And Bo?az said, “Turn aside, So-and-so (H492) , sit down here.” And he turned aside and sat down.
H492 – “al mo nee” concealed and it is the word “HE” …..HE turned aside and sat down. The REDEEMER is the HE that sat down. The story of Boaz points to Yeshua.
That verse is AMAZING in Hebrew especially not that you know the YOD ending of this word we are studying.
2 Kings 6:8 And the sovereign of Aram was fighting against Yisra’?l, and took counsel with his servants, saying, “My camp is in such and such a place.”
This verse is the “such and such” concealed place of the enemy.
The ENEMY conceals himself just as haSatan has concealed himself as the Angel of Light.
And David said unto Ahimelech the priest, The king hath commanded me a business, and hath said unto me, Let no man know any thing of the business whereabout I send thee, and what I have commanded thee: and I have appointed my servants to such and such a place.
Now this verse too is interesting. Two different words are used for such and such.
    toH413 suchH6423 and suchH492 a place.H4725
    H6423
    ???????
    pel-o-nee’
From H6395; such a one, that is, a specified person: – such.
    H492
    ?????????
    al-mo-nee’
From H489 in the sense of concealment; some one (that is, so and so, without giving the name of the person or place): – one, and such.
David sends his servants to a such and such place. A place that is specified, but also concealed.
We know too, prophetically speaking, we are the servants in the wedding supper that our King sends forth in concealment. We are identified and concealed.
In conclusion, the word for widow is one who is lonely, forsaken, a desolate house or a desolate place and can also refer to one who is concealed as in these two final verses.

Yes, Joe, you know I stand with you shoulder to shoulder. Great newsletter once again. Great review.
Regarding the comment about the teaching of the gay agenda to young children, I have this to say.
Why do people not know up from down? ONE REASON. THE LAW OF LOVE!
That sticking FALSE LAW that doesn’t exist in Scripture. Nope, it is not in the 10 commandments. The sticking teaching of the church that Jesus is Love and that is that.
We are to love everyone just as they are AND we are not to judge nor condemn.
The oft repeated message from the stupidity of the liberal left and their ignorant Christian consorts is “What would Jesus do?”
The Law of Love says no borders. Bring pagans and enemies and degenerates not to mention drug dealers, ISIS, and MS13 freely into our country and we the taxpayer support and love them while our own homeless and poor continue to be ignored.
THIS Law of Love SAYS we do indeed take our 2 year old children to the many libraries that are having PRIDE story hour or DRAG QUEEN story hour. Grandmothers marching in Gay parades with their children and grandchildren proudly hoping their little girl decides to go through surgery to become a boy or vice versa. Mother’s have become so utterly self absorbed, they now choose to raise their children as gender neutral and let the child determine what sex they want to be.
The evil one has in his creative genius has associated the term racist with every thing whatsoever that doesn’t align with the goals of total destruction of our nation and society. And then further equated racism with absence of love.
Sadly Christians have no idea what is right. They fall back on the teaching drilled into them.
Law of Love. No condemnation in Christ Jesus. Don’t judge.
