The Pride of Ephraim

Joseph F. Dumond

Isa 6:9-12 And He said, Go, and tell this people, You hear indeed, but do not understand; and seeing you see, but do not know. Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their hearts, and turn back, and be healed. Then I said, Lord, how long? And He answered, Until the cities are wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land laid waste, a desolation, and until Jehovah has moved men far away, and the desolation in the midst of the land is great.

Shabbat Shalom Brethren,

More comments are coming back now as more people receive and read The Prophecies of Abraham.
Both Christians and Messianic brethren are finding this book a valuable aid to knowing what the scriptures are revealing to us. Have you ordered yours yet?

Last week I was watching the Vancouver Olympics and being Canadian, I canā€™t tell you how proud I was of our athletes and especially of the unbelievable Gold Medal hockey game. This feeling swept across our whole nation. We Canadians are not know for being boisterous and loud in displaying our pride and yet we were unabashedly shouting out our love of country and singing our nation anthem.

Then at the same time was the 8.8 earthquake and tsunami in Chili, only a couple of weeks after the one in Haiti; Then on Wednesday of this week another powerful earthquake in Taiwan and a couple of others in other places around the world. What is going on? You can go to http://earthquake.usgs.gov/eqcenter/recenteqsww/ to see the most recent quakes. Yahshua said in Mathew 24:7 7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places.

Thetrumpet.com had two articles about the recent earthquakes which you can read at http://www.thetrumpet.com/index.php?q=7016.5545.0.0 and the one by Ron Fraser was especially informative at http://www.thetrumpet.com/index.php?q=7020.5552.0.0 Mr. Fraser ties the turning point back to 1989; other sources I have been reading say it was about 15 years ago that things began to change. 15 years ago is 1995 and what was 1995? It just so happened to be the last Jubilee year and the beginning of this, the last, the 120th Jubilee cycle. Do you not think it is time you got the book The Prophecies of Abraham and got yourself up to speed with what Yahweh is doing and when He is going to do it?

Mathew 24 is the only place where Earthquakes are mentioned with famines and Pestilences and it is Yahshua saying it about the end of days. When you do a word search of pestilences and famines they are found together much of the time; and pestilences are the third curse of Lev 26. Aviv 2010 marks the beginning of this next 7 year period and this third curse. The World Health Organization says the Swine flu will return next fall and winter. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/swine-flu/7265156/Swine-flu-to-return-next-winter.html And with the lack of many deaths in the past year most people will not be as fearful of the next flu pandemic. This could be deadly.

We have also received this week a number of articles reporting about the new bugs that are circulating in the hospitals and killing thousands of people. In fact my wife this week became sick from such a bug as were a number of other nurses in her hospital.

We read in Proverb 16:18 Pride goes before destruction, And a haughty spirit before a fall. Yahweh also says in Lev 26:19 the Yahweh will break of our power.

Brethren we have been fasting each week drawing closer to Yahweh and putting sin out of our lives, just the same way we are putting leaven out of our homes in preparation for Passover and the Days of Unleavened Bread. We have said the prayer of Daniel who was wondering about the end of the 70 year curse on Judah. He was wondering if it was over because of the fall of Babylon in 539 BC, but they still had to go until 516 BC before that curse was over. Yet Daniel Prayed and fasted anyway in 539 BC.

In Daniel 9, it states ā€œā€¦.I, Daniel, observed from the Scriptures the number of the years, according to the Word of Yah given to Jeremiah the prophet, for the completion of the wastes of Jerusalem would be 70 years. So I set my face toward Yah, the Elohim, to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes.

The prayer Daniel prayed: ā€œO Yah, great and awesome El, guarding the covenant and the kindness to those who love Him, and to those who guard His commands.

We have sinned and did crookedness, and did wrong and rebelled, to turn aside from Your commands and from Your right-rulings.
And we have not listened to Your servants the prophets, who spoke Your Name to our sovereigns, our heads, and our fathers, and to all the people of the land.

O Yah, to You is the righteousness, and to us the shame of face, as it is this day – to the men of Judah, to the inhabitants of Jerusalem and all Israel, those near and those far off in all the lands to which You have driven them, because of their trespass which they have trespassed against You.

O Master, to us is the shame of face, to our sovereigns, to our heads, and to our fathers, because we have sinned against You.
To Yah our Elohim are the compassions and forgivenessā€™s, for we have rebelled against Him.

And we have not obeyed the voice of Yah our Elohim, to walk in His Torot, which He set before us through His servants the prophets.

And all Israel have transgressed Your Torah, and turned aside, so not to obey Your voice. So the curse and the oath written in the Torah of Moses the servant of Elohim have been poured out on us, for we have sinned against Him.

And He has confirmed His words, which He spoke against us and against our rulers who judged us, by bringing upon us great evil. For under all the heavens there has not been done like what was done to Jerusalem.

As it is written in the Torah of Moses, all this evil has come upon us, and we have not entreated the face of Yah our Elohim, to turn back from our crookednesses, and to study Your truth.

Hence Yah has watched over the evil and has brought it upon us. For Yah our Elohim is righteous in all the works which He has done, but we have not obeyed His voice.

And now, O Yah our Elohim, who brought Your people out of the land of Egypt with a strong hand, and made Yourself a Name, as it is this day – we have sinned, we have done wrong! O Yah, according to all Your righteousness, I pray, let Your displeasure and Your wrath be turned away from Your city, Jerusalem, Your set-apart mountain. For, because of our sins, and because of the crookednesses of our fathers, Jerusalem and Your people have become a reproach to all those around us.

And now, our Elohim, hear the prayer of Your servant, and his supplications and for the sake of Yah cause Your face to shine on Your set-apt place, which is laid waste.

O my Elohim, incline Your ear and hear. Open Your eyes and see our wastes, and the city which is called by Your Name. For we do not present our supplications before You because of our righteous deeds, but because of Your great compassions.

O Yah, hear! O Yah, forgive! O Yah, listen and act! Do not delay for Your own sake, my Elohim, for your city and Your people are called by Your Name.ā€

Daniel acted based on Scripture. That is an example for us all to emulate. This is what we are doing, and this is not some trick I am doing to gain a following as some have written and said this past week. Your leader is Yahweh, not any man and certainly not me. We do this to get closer to him, not me. You do not follow me!

As we repent of our sins both personally and nationally we have to look inside ourselves and actually change. This when done right is painful and is never easy. But each of us has to do it on a personal level.

We got news of an open door to live and stay in Israel last week as I was about to send out the news letter. I then received this information a number of times from others. I have been trying to contact Tommy Waller but have not heard from him. So I will only share this one part of the letter he sent out.

ā€œLast week I had the chance to meet again with the Governor of Samaria, Gershon Mesika. I was somewhat apprehensive about the meeting since I had been informed some days earlier that one of his neighbors in Elon Moreh had been giving him a hard time about us. I felt my confidence waning the closer I got to the meeting. But wow! YHWH, the creator of all things, is so wonderfully merciful! When the Governor walked out it was as if I was his long lost brother he had not seen in years. Like me, he is a big man, so I would imagine under the definition of “bear hug” you could have put our picture. After he put me down he said, “Tommy, I need for you to bring 10,000 people to the Shomron (Samaria) this year! Can you do this for me? Can you do this for the Shomron?”

My mind began racing ……10,000 people?! Where in all God’s creation will I find 10,000 people to come to these prophetic mountains? I looked at him directly and told him the only thing I felt I could say, “I will do what I can.” ā€œ

You can go to Tommies web site at http://www.hayovel.com/

At the same time as we got that news we got the following article and you all need to weigh these things in your mind and heart carefully. Also in thetrumpet.com this week is another article about the growing conflict brewing in Silwan. Silwan is where I usually stay and explore in East Jerusalem.

The Winds of Middle East War

Something is stirring in the Middle East. The winds of war are blowing, picking up speed with each passing day, and the threat to Israel is growing steadily more alarming. All around us, troubleā€”major troubleā€”appears to be brewing, and it is time we open our eyes and confront the dangers that may lie ahead.

From Beirut and Damascus in the north to Tehran in the east, and back to Gaza in the south, the ā€œarc of hateā€ surrounding the Jewish state is speaking openly and brazenly of conflict and destruction. Israelā€™s foes have launched increasingly fiery verbal volleys in recent weeks, in what appears to be a coordinated campaign to heighten tensions in the region.

With pressure mounting on Iran over its nuclear program, and the threat of stricter sanctions in the air, Israel needs to be on guard and alert.

Consider the following. On February 3, Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Muallem brashly told reporters: ā€œDonā€™t test the determination of Syria, you Israelis. You know that war this time would move to your cities.ā€ ā€¦

That very same day, Muallemā€™s boss, Syrian President Bashar Assad, also turned up the heat, saying that Israel is ā€œpushing the region toward war.ā€

On February 16, Hezbollah thug-in-chief Hassan Nasrallah made similar threats, taking Muallem and Assadā€™s rhetoric one step further by warning that Israelā€™s infrastructure and cities would be targeted in the event of war. ā€œIf you hit Dahiyeh, we will hit Tel Aviv. If you strike Martyr Rafik Hariri International Airport in Beirut, weā€™ll strike your Ben-Gurion airport in Tel Aviv,ā€ he said, adding that, ā€œIf you hit our ports, we will hit your ports. If you attack our refineries, weā€™ll attack your refineries. If you bomb our factories, weā€™ll bomb your factories.ā€

It is easy, and somewhat tempting, to dismiss all this as more of the same hate-filled harangues which our neighbors frequently like to hurl our way. But a report the other day in the Saudi newspaper Okaz would seem to belie such wishful thinking. According to the paper, Ahmadinejad will soon visit Damascus to meet with Assad, Nasrallah and Hamas chief Khaled Mashaal.

In light of the brazen threats being made against Israel by the participants, such a convocation starts to look more like a council of war rather than just another routine gathering of terror chieftains. Indeed, on January 31, U.S. National Security Adviser James Jones warned that Iran might very well choose to lash out at Israel in the coming months. ā€¦

The way the winds are currently blowing, the storm might very well be just around the corner.

Indeed brethren if you have read the book The Prophecies of Abraham, you would know that Jerusalem is to be taken over in 2012-2013, by the King of the North. This means that something has to transpire to justify this King coming into the Land of Israel. An Arab attack prior to this would be just such a provocation. You all know this is about to happen, just as we are about to have an open door to go back to Israel. We all need to be ready. It will not be open for long before things start to happen.

Pray and fast for the peace of Jerusalem.

I have said before and do so again now. There is a prophetic message in the selling of Joseph to the Midianites who sold him in Egypt. Joseph was sold by Judah. When Judah was at war with Israel, yes they are two different nations, Judah asked the Assyrians for help in defeating the Israelites. Assyria came to their aid and would over the next number of years eventually destroy and deport all of Israel in the captivity which is now going to end in 2010. Is Judah about to sell out the USA just as Judah sold Joseph to Egypt? And is Judah about to form an alliance with or Assyria who is now Germany, because of the USA current position with Israel? Geopolitical maneuvering is looking a lot like biblical story lines.

I have never shied away from sharing the truth on this site. And I know I am going to push some strong emotional buttons this week just as I did last week. But it has to be said. Last week with the Olympics taking place many were very proud of the athletes who performed and did their best. For us in Canada the young lady who went on to win a Bronze in Figure skating, performing in spite of the fact that her Mom died in Vancouver while at the games. Another proud moment for us Canadians who are not known for showing our pride was when our Menā€™s Hockey team dominated the Russian team. It was a great game.

I have learned, from a number of sources over the past couple of months that Ephraimites have no problem attacking those in authority. They are very brazen in those attacks. They have no problem blasting those they say they love, yet in their words they show they do not love them. Some of these things I have learned from a number of midrashs I have had. Some from the attacks that some people feel is their god given right to do against any and all people or groups who are teaching and leading. There are others who have no problem condemning the leadership of their country.

Last week a sister wrote with the follow short study which is what I want to start with

Shalom Joe,

In the events of the past few days, and your answers, without guile, to ____, and yet his returned spite to you has caused me to think on pride and vanity, of which, I fear, I have more than enough to personally battle with, and do strive and pray that Father will give me the wisdom and strength to repent and be more humble.

Further of things considered, are mercy, forgiveness in perceived error or mistakes, and those who choose to walk the path of animosity and a grieving spirit and thereby willingly try to place a stumbling block in the pathway of others, and at the same time crying foul and making foul accusations! The late John Morgan had an opinion on this type of behaviour, and was want to say “Satan is “stoopid” [he emphasised with, what is to us, the American manner of speech] he uses the same old game plan every time. Different people, different players, different facts and different moments in time, but always the same old game plan.”

So I have been also thinking on Joseph. I have heard many ministers get up and say things like “Poor Joseph, he was put in gaol for three years and he did nothing wrong to deserve it, but on the contrary he only acted to flee evil.” This is true, but not all.

On the surface this appears correct. But only the Scriptures hold the truth. His father favoured him and gave him an upbringing from a father who adored him, and spoilt both Joseph and Benjamin, but especially Joseph. Although Yahweh gave him opportunity to repent and mend his ways, initially Joseph did not, and Yahweh left him in gaol for another two years until he did learn his lesson, repented and changed. So to the relevant Scriptures, beginning after his brothers sold him into slavery into Egypt.

Gen. 39:2 “And the LORD was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian. 3. And his master saw that the LORD was with him, and that the LORD made all that he did to prosper in his hand. 4. And Joseph found grace in his sight, and he served him: and he made him overseer over his house, and all that he had he put into his hand. 5. And it came to pass from the time that he had made him overseer in his house, and over all that he had, that the LORD blessed the Egyptian’s house for Joseph’s sake: and the blessing of the LORD was upon all that he had in the house, and in the field. 6. And he left all that he had in Joseph’s hand; and he knew not ought he had, save the bread which he did eat. And Joseph was a goodly person and well favoured.”

Thereafter comes the troubles and incident with his master’s wife. She entices him and he flees from her, and she lies about the whole matter and Joseph lands in gaol.

20. ” And Joseph’s master took him, and put him into the prison, a place where the king’s prisoners were bound: and he was there in prison. 21. But the LORD was with Joseph, and shewed him mercy, and gave him favour in sight of the keeper of the prison. 22. And the keeper of the prison committed to Joseph’s hand all the prisoners that were in the prison; and whatsoever they did there, he was the doer of it. 23. The keeper of the prison looked not to any thing that was under his hand; because the LORD was with him , and that which he did, and the LORD made it to prosper.”

Joseph had not sinned. He had fled from sin. Yahweh was with Joseph and showed him mercy and favour in the eyes of the keeper of the prison.

Chapter 40:1 “And it came to pass after these things that the butler of the king of Egypt and his baker had offended their lord the king of Egypt. 2. And Pharaoh was wroth against two of his officers, against the chief of the butlers, and against the chief of the bakers. 3. and he put them in the house of the captain of the guard, into the prison, the place where Joseph was bound. 4. And the captain of the guard charged Joseph with them, and he served them: and they continued a season in ward. 5. And they dreamed a dream both of them, each man his dream in one night, each man according to the interpretation of his dream, the butler and the baker of the king of Egypt, which were bound in the prison. 6. And Joseph came in unto them in the morning, and looked upon them, and, behold, they were sad. 7. And he asked Pharaoh’s officers that were with him in the ward of his lord’s house, saying, Wherefore look ye so sadly to day? 8. And they said unto him, We have dreamed a dream, and there is no interpreter of it. And Joseph said unto them, Do not interpretations belong to God: tell me them, I pray you.

Perhaps just a little hint of the favoured [spoilt] child still in his character, with the challenge of “Do not interpretations belong to God”? And then he said “tell me” them – these dreams – Yahweh was mentioned as interpretations belonging to God, but later Joseph has no Yahweh in the picture?

9. And the chief butler told his dream to Joseph, and said to him, In my dream, behold, a vine was before me; 10. And in the vine were three branches: and it was as though it budded, and her blossom shot forth; and the clusters thereof brought forth ripe grapes: 11. And Pharaoh’s cup was in my hand: and I took the grapes, and pressed them into Pharaoh’s cup, and I gave the cup into Pharaoh’s hand.

And so the dreams were relayed to Joseph by the chief butler.

12. And Joseph said unto him, This is the interpretation of it: The three branches are three days: 13 Yet within three days shall Pharaoh lift up thine head, and restore thee unto thy place: and thou shalt deliver Pharaoh’s cup into his hand, after the former manner when thou wast his butler.

Now in this answer of Joseph, to the chief butler, he is speaking as though it were his words of interpretation, where is respect, credit, glory, laud and honour to Almighty Yahweh?

14. But think on me when it shall be well with thee, and shew kindness, I pray thee, unto me, and make mention of me unto Pharaoh, and bring me out of this house. 15. For indeed I was stolen away out of the land of the Hebrews: and here also have I done nothing that they should have put me into the dungeon.

All Joseph asks of the chief butler, is that when he is restored to Pharaoh’s service that he will remember Joseph, and put in a good word for him to the Pharaoh.

16. When the chief baker saw that the interpretation was good, he said unto Joseph, I also was in my dream, and , behold, I had three white baskets on my head: 17. And in the uppermost basket there was of all manner of bake meats for Pharaoh; and the birds did eat them out of the basket upon my head. 18. And Joseph answered and said, This is the interpretation thereof: The three baskets are three days: 19. Yet within three days shall Pharaoh lift up thy head from off thee, and shall hang thee on a tree; and the birds shall eat thy flesh from off thee. 20. And it came to pass the third day, which was Pharaoh’s birthday, that he made a feast unto all his servants: and he lifted up the head of the chief butler and of the chief baker among his servants. 21. And he restored the chief butler unto his butlership again; and he gave the cup into Pharaoh’s hand: 22. But he hanged the chief baker: as Joseph had interpreted to them 23. Yet did not the chief butler remember Joseph, but forgat him.

And Joseph does the same thing for the second time, – no mention of these dreams coming from Yahweh. Joseph just says “This is the interpretation of it.” So Joseph is forgotten and stays in gaol. It does not say that Yahweh caused the chief butler to forget Joseph, but the chief butler certainly did not remember Joseph until the Pharaoh had a dream some two years later.

Chapter 41:1 “And it came to pass at the end of two full years, that Pharaoh dreamed: and, behold, he stood by the river. 2. And, behold, there came up out of the river seven well favoured kine and fatfleshed; and they fed in a meadow. 3. And, behold, seven other kine came up after them out of the river, ill favoured and leanfleshed; and stood by the other kine upon the brink of the river. 4. And the ill favoured and leanfleshed kine did eat up the seven well favoured and fat kine. So Pharaoh awoke. 5. And he slept and dreamed the second time: and, behold, seven ears of corn came up upon one stalk, rank and good. 6. And, behold, seven this ears and blasted with the east wind sprung up after them. 7. And the seven thin ears devoured the seven rank and full ears. And Pharaoh awoke, and, behold, it was a dream. 8. And it came to pass in the morning that his spirit was troubled; and he sent and called for all the magicians of Egypt, and all the wise men thereof: and Pharaoh told them his dream; but there was none that could interpret them unto Pharaoh. 9. Then spake the chief butler unto Pharaoh, saying, I do remember my faults this day: 10. Pharaoh was wroth with his servants, and put me in ward in the captain of the guard’s house, both me and the chief baker: 11. And we dreamed a dream in one night, I and he; we dreamed each man according to the interpretation of his dream. 12. And there was there with us a young man, an Hebrew, servant to the captain of the guard; and we told him, and interpreted our dreams; to each man according to his dream he did interpret. 13. And it came to pass, as he interpreted to us, so it was; me he restored unto mine office, and him he hanged.

So at this stage even chief butler is still giving Joseph all credit for the dreams that he interpreted for the chief butler and the chief baker, two years previously!

14. Then Pharaoh sent and called Joseph, and they brought him hastily out of the dungeon; and he shaved himself and changed his raiment, and came in unto Pharaoh. 15. and Pharaoh said unto Joseph, I have dreamed a dream and there is none that can interpret it: and I have heard say of thee, that thou canst understand a dream to interpret it. 16. And Joseph answered Pharaoh, saying, It is not in me: Yahweh shall give Pharaoh an answer of peace.

So Joseph says “It is not in me:” and has learnt humility, and is no longer speaking in the pride, arrogance or vanity of a spoilt brat. He is clearly stating that this is Yahweh’s doing, and gives credit accordingly.

17. And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, In my dream, behold, I stood upon the bank of the river: 18. And, behold, there came up out of the river seven kine, fatfleshed and well favoured; and they fed in a meadow: 19. And, behold, seven other kine came up after them, poor and very ill favoured and leanfleshed, such as I never saw in all the land of Egypt for badness. 20. And the lean and the ill favoured kine did eat up the first seven fat kine. 21. And when they had eaten them up, it could not be known that they had eaten them; but they were still ill favoured, as at the beginning. So I awoke. 22. And I saw in my dream, and, behold, seven ears came up in one stalk, full and good; 23. And, behold, seven ears, withered, thin, and blasted with the east wind, sprung up after them: 24. And the thin ears devoured the seven good ears: and I told this unto the magicians; but there was none that could declare it to me. 25. And Joseph said unto Pharaoh, The dream of Pharaoh is one: Yahweh hath shewed Pharaoh what he is about to do.

For the second time Joseph gives honour and credit to Yahweh, to whom alone it belongs.

26. The seven good kine are seven years; and the seven good ears are seven years: the dream is one. 27. And the seven thin and ill favoured kine that came up after them are seven years; and the seven empty ears blasted with the east wind shall be seven years of famine. 28. This is the thing which I have spoken unto Pharaoh: What Yahweh is about to do he sheweth unto Pharaoh. 29. Behold, there come seven years of great plenty throughout all the land of Egypt: 30. And there shall arise after them seven years of famine; and all the plenty shall be forgotten in the land of Egypt; and the famine shall consume the land; 31. And the plenty shall not be known in the land by reason of that famine following; for it shall be very grievous. 32. And for that the dream was doubled unto Pharaoh twice; it is because the thing is established by Yahweh, and Yahweh will shortly bring it to pass.

For the third and fourth time Joseph gives all credit, authority, respect, glory, and honour to Yahweh.

33. Now therefore let Pharaoh look out a man discreet and wise, and set him over the land of Egypt. 34. Let Pharaoh do this, and let him appoint officers over the land, and take up the fifth part of the land of Egypt in the seven plenteous years. 35. And let them gather all the food of those good years that come, and lay up corn under the hand of Pharaoh, and let them keep food in the cities. 36. And that food shall be for store to the land against the seven years of famine, which shall be in the land of Egypt; that the land perish not through the famine. 37. And the thing was good in the eyes of Pharaoh, and in the eyes of his servants. 38. And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, Forasmuch as Yahweh hath shewed thee all this, there is none so discreet and wise as thou art: 40. Thou shalt be over my house, and according unto thy word shall all my people be ruled: only in the throne will be greater than thou. 41. And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, See, I have set thee over all the land of Egypt. 42. And Pharaoh took off his ring from his hand, and put it upon Joseph’s hand, and arrayed him in vestures of fine linen, and put a gold chain about his neck.

This is the fifth time [ number of grace?] that reference is made to the fact that it is Yahweh who is showing or revealing to Joseph these interpretations. And then comes Joseph’s restoration; not to his former state, but above and beyond his former state, and now even particularly chosen by Pharaoh to be that man needed during the seven years of plenty to store up for the seven years of famine. Which seems was Yahweh’s will all along, and Joseph was rewarded with this position, after he mended his ways of his own arrogance and pride, in giving the interpretation to the chief butler and chief baker “himself” and did not previously mentioned that the interpretation was from Yahweh, but gave it as though from himself alone, and he was not released from prison until he had sat for two further years cooling his heels in prison, and then humbled himself to give Yahweh the honour and glory, of revealing to Pharaoh what was the Will of Yahweh that He had purposed to do in Egypt and the areas round about. As further verses reveal, Jacob/Israel had to send his ten sons to get grain from Egypt, and therefore later the entire family of the twelve sons and father were reunited.

Shalom Wendy Crampton.

For the record, let me state that all I have stated in the Sabbatical and Jubilee Cycles, and The Prophecies of Abraham are only by the revelations of Yahweh and that I am just the one to be able to share them with you. It is by His will that we are able to come to understand them at this time. And He could have shown them to any one at any time.

We all need to humble ourselves and stop thinking we are more than what we are; to realize that we are only good for worm food. Far too many want to fight with the leadership in many of the groups out there. It is a ploy of Satan to accuse the brethren. If this is describing you then stop and begin to teach to those who do not know. All of those who are keeping Sunday and easter and Xmas, go and find them and teach them and stop all this fighting amongst the brethren and stop trying to cause hurt, but rather go and do the job we are to do and that is teach the rest of the world. Two weeks ago we told you about the Hunter and the Fishers; so while we still have time, and again that is very little time, but while we can get out there and continue to fish for others who are willing to begin to obey Yahweh and His Torah. In light of this know I am spending thousands of my own money to reach about 60 million Christians with the Prophecies of Abraham. Many of them will end up at the web site and some maybe will get the book. Your prayers for the success of this fishing trip would be appreciated.

Yesterday this ad campaign was canceled. I prayed about it a numebr of times and wrote them back asking why. I suspected a religious prejudice against this way of life. Today I just got notified that they will again begin to do the ad for two months at a reduced rate for me. Awesome. Pleae pray for Yahweh to bless this and draw many more new brethren who are looking for the truth.

We have shown you in the weeks and months previous who the tribes of Israel are and that Joseph is both the USA as Manasah and the UK as Ephraim. Others argue it is the other way around. It matters not for the teaching this week.

We read in Isaiah 9:8 ???? sent a word against Ya?aqob?, and it has fallen on Yisraā€™?l. 9 And the people shall know, all of them, Ephrayim and the inhabitant of Shomeron, who say in pride and greatness of heart: 10 ā€œThe bricks have fallen down, but we rebuild with hewn stones; the sycamores are cut down, but we replace them with cedars.ā€ 11 And ???? set up the adversaries of Retsin against him, and stirred up his enemies, 12 the Arameans before and the Philistines behind. And they devour Yisraā€™?l with an open mouth. With all this His displeasure has not turned back, and His hand is still stretched out. 13 And the people have not turned back to Him who smites them, nor have they sought ???? of hosts. 14 And ???? cuts off head and tail from Yisraā€™?l, palm branch and reed in one day.

Take special note of the line ā€œEphrayim and the inhabitant of Shomeron, who say in pride and greatness of heart: 10 ā€œThe bricks have fallen down, but we rebuild with hewn stonesā€

When I read that I see a people who have just had a calamity happen to them and they just pass it off as nothing and then begin to rebuild not taking the time to reflect on how far they have gone from Yahweh. Is this not what 9/11 was to the USA or 7/11 to the UK. Is this not what took place after Katrina and all of the tornadoes, all of the wild fires and mud slides in both the USA and Australia? Is this not what takes place after an earthquake?

Isaiah again addresses Ephraim in chapter 28:1 Woe to the proud crown of the drunkards of Ephrayim, and to the fading flower of its splendid comeliness that is on the head of the fertile valley, to those who are overcome with wine! 2 See, ???? has one who is mighty and strong, like a downpour of hail and a destroying storm, like a flood of mighty waters overflowing, who casts down to the earth with the hand. 3 The proud crown of the drunkards of Ephrayim, is trampled under foot; 4 and the fading flower of its splendid comeliness that is on the head of the fertile valley, like the first fruit before the summer, which, when one sees it, he eats it up while it is still in his hand.

As of February 2009 the leading countries of Alcoholic consumption are the Israelite countries. The USA and UK and Canada and Australia. You can see the map at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Alcohol_by_Country.png

We have also read recently in Hosea 5:5 And the pride of Israel doth testify to his face: therefore shall Israel and Ephraim fall in their iniquity; Judah also shall fall with them.

Ephraim has a problem with pride.

This Brethren just so happens to be the one thing that Yahweh is going to break and He has said so in the very second curse of Leviticus 26:19 And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass:

And in Proverbs 16:18 Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall.

We have been telling you for some time now that the third curse of Lev. 26 is about to begin at Aviv 2010. And we have also been warning you that the USA will be destroyed in 2020, which is the fourth curse of Lev. 26 The Pride of Ephraim goes before His fall.

Many of the great songs and ballads of the USA speak of just how proud the Americans are. We can read the lyrics in the song by Lee Greenwood, God Bless The USA.

If tomorrow all the things were gone,
Iā€™d worked for all my life.
And I had to start again,
with just my children and my wife.
Iā€™d thank my lucky stars,
to be livin here today.
ā€˜Cause the flag still stands for freedom,
and they canā€™t take that away.
And Iā€™m proud to be an American,
where at least I know Iā€™m free.
And I wont forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.
And I gladly stand up,
next to you and defend her still today.
ā€˜Cause there ainā€™t no doubt I love this land,
God bless the USA.
From the lakes of Minnesota,
to the hills of Tennessee.
Across the plains of Texas,
From sea to shining sea.
From Detroit down to Houston,
and New York to L.A.
Well there’s pride in every American heart,
and its time we stand and say.
That Iā€™m proud to be an American,
where at least I know Iā€™m free.
And I wont forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.
And I gladly stand up,
next to you and defend her still today.
ā€˜Cause there ainā€™t no doubt I love this land,
God bless the USA.
And Iā€™m proud to be and American,
where at least I know Iā€™m free.
And I wont forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.
And I gladly stand up,
next to you and defend her still today.
ā€˜Cause there ainā€™t no doubt I love this land,
God bless the USA.

When I hear this song I usually crank up the radio and sing along as loud as I can. It is a great song. Another one I love to sing and yes I am Canadian is the Star Spangled banner.

In the Star-Spangled Banner in the second line are the words ā€˜what so proudly we hailed was the Stars and stripes in the Land of the Free and Home of the Braveā€™.

Here are the abbreviated words to The Star Spangled Banner Lyrics By Francis Scott Key 1814

Oh, say can you see by the dawn’s early light
What so proudly we hailed at the twilight’s last gleaming?
Whose broad stripes and bright stars thru the perilous fight,
O’er the ramparts we watched were so gallantly streaming?
And the rocket’s red glare, the bombs bursting in air,
Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there.
Oh, say does that star-spangled banner yet wave
O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave?

These songs and others are written to inspire and bring people together around a common cause such as the flag or the troops or the Olympics which we have just had. It instils pride in those to whom are singing.

Yes the USA is truly the descendants of the Proud Ehpraimite. It cannot be denied. But PRIDE Is sin.

Proverbs 21:4 An high look, and a proud heart, and the plowing of the wicked, is sin.

And just as a proud heart is sin to Yahweh it is also hateful to Yahweh.

Proverbs 6:16 These six matters ???? hates, And seven are an abomination to Him: 17 A proud look, A lying tongue, And hands shedding innocent blood, 18 A heart devising wicked schemes, Feet quick to run to evil, 19 A false witness breathing out lies, And one who causes strife among brothers.

Proverbs 16:5 Everyone proud in heart is an abomination to ????; Hand to hand: he goes not unpunished.

Proverbs 8:12-13 13 ā€œThe fear of ???? is to hate evil. I have hated pride and arrogance, And the evil way, And the perverse mouth.

Pride often originates in Self-righteousness as we can see in Luke 18:11-12 ā€œThe Pharisee stood and began to pray with himself this way, ā€˜Elohim, I thank You that I am not like the rest of men, swindlers, unrighteous, adulterers, or even as this tax collector. 12 ā€˜I fast twice a week, I give tithes of all that I possess.ā€™

There are a number of Brethren, and I say that very generously, who write each week to show how self righteous they are. They do not write to learn or teach, but to show they are better than the rest of us and of those who do not know as much as they do. We have an example of this in Zephaniah 3:11 ā€œIn that day you shall not be put to shame for any of your deeds in which you have transgressed against Me, for then I shall remove from your midst your proud exulting ones, and you shall no more be haughty in My set-apart mountain.

Proud and exhaulting themselves.

1 Corinthians 8:1 And concerning food offered to idols: We know that we all have knowledge. Knowledge puffs up, but love builds up. 2 If anyone thinks that he knows somewhat, he does not yet know as he should know. 3 But if anyone loves Elohim, this one is known by Him.

This is also why we are now removing leaven which puffs up the bread from our homes. It is symbolic of the pride which also puffs up our egos and is so offensive to Yahweh.

They have head knowledge and not the love of the brethren nor for each other.

A lot of the time when these people write, they do so showing that they have a lack of understanding in certain areas.1 Timothy 3:6 Not a new convert, lest he become puffed up with pride and fall into the judgment of the devil.

Romans 12:3 For I say, through the favour which has been given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he should think, but to think soberly, as Elohim has given to each a measure of belief.

Romans 12:16 Be of the same mind toward one another. Do not be proud in mind, but go along with the lowly. Do not be wise in your own estimation

Do not presume I am speaking of someone other than yourself. I am talking to you, each and every one of you who believe they are following Yahweh. We all have to take a hard look at ourselves. Passover season is the perfect time to examine yourself. So do it and stop pointing the fingers at others.

Yahshua warns us from where pride comes from. They come from within our hearts. Then Daniel warns us that the mind will become hard as in hard headed all because of the pride of the heart. After all was it not Pharaohs pride that hardened his heart.

Mark 7:20 And He said, ā€œWhat comes out of a man, that defiles a man. 21 ā€œFor from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil reasonings, adulteries, whorings, murders, 22 thefts, greedy desires, wickednesses, deceit, indecency, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness. 23 ā€œAll these wicked matters come from within and defile a man.ā€

Daniel 5:20 ā€œBut when his heart was lifted up, and his spirit was so strong as to act proudly, he was put down from his throne of reign, and they took his preciousness from him. Daniel is speaking of the fall of Satan.

Because of the pride of Israel, because of the pride of the USA and the UK and because they will not humble themselves they are about to go into the captivity. They will be attacked by the rod of Yahweh, those are the Assyrians and are today called the Germans and they will lose this fight within the next 10 years. It is at this time that these great and mighty nations will go into captivity where we the people will be humbled and all pride will be driven from us.

Jeremiah 13:17 But if ye will not hear it, my soul shall weep in secret places for your pride; and mine eye shall weep sore, and run down with tears, because Yahweh’s flock is carried away captive.

Hosea 7:10 And the pride of Israel testifieth to his face: and they do not return to Yahweh their El, nor seek him for all this.

Prophecy tells us those who go into captivity will see many die all around them from sword and famine and pestilence. During this time they will humble themselves as they eat the flesh of their own children. And it will be 10 years after they are defeated that they will finally turn to Yahweh in repentance.

In many of the emails I have been getting are those who want to contend with me over this or that teaching. Where does this Contentious spirit come from?

Proverbs 13:10 Only by pride cometh contention: but with the well advised is wisdom.

Proverbs 28:25 He that is of a proud heart stirreth up strife: but he that putteth his trust in Yahweh shall be made fat.

Proverbs 11:2 When pride cometh, then cometh shame: but with the lowly is wisdom.

That Shame comes only after the proud have been put to shame. We have already read when this happens. That shame comes after the destruction of the proud and haughty ones.

Proverbs 29:23 A man’s pride shall bring him low: but honour shall uphold the humble in spirit.

Proverbs 16:18 Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.

Proverbs 18:12 Before destruction the heart of man is haughty, and before honour is humility.

And it is extremely apparent in these the last days just how proud and unashamed people are for anything they do.

2 Timothy 3:2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

Brethren I do not claim to know it all, nor do I presume to always be correct. But in coming to the present position I now find myself in, I do know how humbling it is to be teaching the Torah to brethren. If you do not know what I mean then just go out and do it for a while.

One of the early articles I first wrote about was what it meant to be a Peace maker and in doing that also to be meek. I urge all who call themselves Israelites to read this.Ā Blessed is the Peace Maker.

If we do not learn this lesson now, we will learn it later in the prison and slave camps of Europe and Asia and Middle East that are about to come when the Hunters arrive. Those who have come out of this type of climate in the past are indeed humbled and thankful for each and everything they have and receive.

Read again 2 Timothy 3:1 But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, 4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of Yahweh, 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! 6 For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts, 7 always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Do not point to society around us, but take a good hard look at yourself. Get on your knees and ask Yahweh if any of these things are in you and have Him show you, so that you can repent. Otherwise youā€™re going to go into captivity and if you survive and make it to the end then and only then will you have a humble attitude.

We are told how to get rid of this wrong proud attitude. So I will now quote the many scriptures that teach you. It will be up to each of you to put it into practice. It is the only way we will be known by the world to be followers of Yahweh.

Galatians 5:13 For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.

1 John 3:13 Do not marvel, my brethren, if the world hates you. 14 We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love his brother abides in death. 15 Whoever hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him. 16 By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. 17 But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of Yahweh abide in him? 18 My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth.

John 13:34 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.

John 13:35 By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”

John 15:12 This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.

John 15:17 These things I command you, that you love one another.

Romans 12:10 Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another;

Romans 13:8 Owe no one anything except to love one another, for he who loves another has fulfilled the law.

Ephesians 4:2 with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love,

1 Thessalonians 3:12 And may Yahweh make you increase and abound in love to one another and to all, just as we do to you,

1 Thessalonians 4:9 But concerning brotherly love you have no need that I should write to you, for you yourselves are taught by Yahweh to love one another;

Hebrews 10:24 And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works,

1 Peter 1:22 Since you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart,

1 Peter 3:8 Finally, all of you be of one mind, having compassion for one another; love as brothers, be tenderhearted, be courteous;

1 Peter 4:8 And above all things have fervent love for one another, for “love will cover a multitude of sins.”

1 John 3:11 For this is the message that you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another,

1 John 3:23 And this is His commandment: that we should believe on the name of His Son Yahshua the Messiah and love one another, as He gave us commandment.

1 John 4:7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of Yahweh; and everyone who loves is born of Yahweh and knows Yahweh.

1John 4:11 Beloved, if Yahweh so loved us, we also ought to love one another.

1 John 4:12 No one has seen Yahweh at any time. If we love one another, Yahweh abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us.

2 John 1:5 And now I plead with you, lady, not as though I wrote a new commandment to you, but that which we have had from the beginning: that we love one another.

Does it get any plainer than that? Love each other and learn to be yielded to Yahweh (meeked) and humble yourself so He can work with you. Love one another.
