That Still Small Voice

Joseph F. Dumond

Isa 6:9-12 And He said, Go, and tell this people, You hear indeed, but do not understand; and seeing you see, but do not know. Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their hearts, and turn back, and be healed. Then I said, Lord, how long? And He answered, Until the cities are wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land laid waste, a desolation, and until Jehovah has moved men far away, and the desolation in the midst of the land is great.

Shabbat Shalom Brethren,

This past Tuesday, December 6, 2014, we began our radio show with Mitch and Krista Houston and Greg Kronkhite of Outcry Ministries. They are young and excited to be doing this with me to explain the Sabbatical and Jubilee years. You can hear our last show at this link. You can call in live during the show or you can email and we will address all your questions in helping you to understand this great subject. Let others know and tell them to tune in. Last week we explained how Yehovah has directed our paths to this moment, when we all could work together on this.
This past week we watched Islamic terrorists attack French cartoonists and execute 12 people.

Many will condemn and be repulsed at this, but few will consider that actions have consequences. I am not talking about the cartoons that were drawn, although this will serve to silence most media outlets from this day forth. Terrorism does silence the masses into subjection.

Let us go back and read the news from just one month ago.

French lawmakers voted on Tuesday December 2, 2014 in favour of recognising the Palestinian territories as a state, following similar moves in Britain and Spain as European countries try to restart the stalled Middle East peace process.

The non-binding, but highly symbolic National Assembly vote urges the government to recognise a Palestinian state, reflecting growing European impatience with the stalled Middle East peace process.

MPs voted 339 to 151 in favour of the motion calling upon the French government to recognise a Palestinian state “as an instrument to gain a definitive resolution of the conflict”.

Reporting from the National Assembly shortly after the vote, FRANCE 24’s Armen Georgian noted that while the motion was expected to pass, the number of votes in favour revealed “a very clear majority” of French lawmakers supported the move by the ruling Socialist Party.

Last month France voted to support Palestinian statehood. France is made up of Reubenites.

We have been telling you for years now what was coming. It is already here. Please get your copy of the 2300 Days of Hell and read it. If you can’t afford it, then watch the video. Take the time to watch it. Islam is going to take over the western world and those who do not convert will be killed. It is going to be the worst of times for 2300 days and it is soon to begin. So get your copy now.

Some of you will say that Britain also did the same thing. Yes, and they too are under attack from extremists as reported in the Daily Times. Spain is also jittery as the train was threatened again in January 2015.

On the Gregorian calendar it is now January. We just went through December. Deca is Latin for ten – the Tenth month. Our modern day calendar holds on to some parts of the old calendar system. September is Latin for the 7th month, October is the 8th month and November is the 9th month. The other names of the month all come from the Roman Caesars. The Gregorian calendar is based on the cycle of the sun and has one adjusting day every four year.

The Sighted moon Calendar is based on both the sun and the moon as we are told it would be in Gen 1:14

Gen 1:14  And God said, Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to divide between the day and the night. And let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days and years.

We have already examined this verse in last week’s News Letter so I will not do so again this week. Do your own research and learn that both the sun and the moon are to be used to determine the appointed times.

The Barley is ripened by the sun. When the Barley is ripe then, and ONLY THEN, can we have a wave offering of “First Fruits” as we are commanded in Leviticus.

Lev 23:10  Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, When you have come into the land which I give to you, and shall reap the harvest of it, then you shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest to the priest. 11 And he shall wave the sheaf before Jehovah to be received for you. On the next day after the sabbath the priest shall wave it.

As we get closer to the season of Passover, each of you needs to know and to prove how and when the year begins. We have taught on this before so look it up and study it out. You have a couple of months to study this out so that it does not catch you by surprise.

New Article for the Church of God

We have also just added to our pages an article by Andrew Henderson who wrote this for the Church of God. They rejected it, so we have posted it for all the other Church of God Brethren to read and consider and to be Berean about studying these facts out. Those of you using the Hebrew Calendar are going to be keeping the Holy Days at the wrong time. Then next year in 2016 it will be 30 days different, as a forced leap year is employed due to the Metonic cycle which the Hebrew Calendar follows.

Please read this and copy it and send it to all the Church of God people you know – both the brethren and the leadership – and do not stop until the whole body of Yehovah is keeping the Holy Days together in unity. The Hillel Calendar, which is the Hebrew Calendar the Church of God now uses, only came into use in the 12th Century and was debated from the time it was made available in the 3rd Century. What was used before then is the one where the barley determines the start of the year and the first crescent moon starts the month.

Yehovah does not change. Men changed the calendar. Read it and sent it to others. You have a duty to tell others. When you see your brothers sinning you must tell them or they will die and you be charged with murder. Lev 19:17

Only in the Land Hypocrites

I have to point out this one little fact to all the Hypocrites out there who are saying that the Sabbatical Year of rest is only for when you’re in the land of Israel. They base their claim on the verse in Lev 25:2 which says when you come into the land.

Using the same rebellious logic they are using, then we do not have to keep this commandment of first fruits, right? The same as prostituting your daughters. You are told not to prostitute them when you come into the land, but because you are not in the land, these Einstein’s think, No you should not prostitute your daughter and yes, we should keep the wave Sheaf commandment but not the Sabbatical year one. These are your messed up Messianic teachers that are saying this. HYPOCRITES, every single one of them.

If you do not have to keep the Sabbatical year because you are not in the land, then are you allowed to prostitute your daughter because that command is for when you are in the land? If you do not have to keep the Sabbatical year because you are not in the land of Israel, then you do not have to keep the Holy Days, because Lev 23:10 says when you come into the land?

Brethren, I say these things to get you to stop and think. Stop following those who are lying to you. You know you are to keep the wave sheaf offering no matter where you are. You know you are not to prostitute your daughter no matter where you live, in the land or outside the land. And with the same common sense you know you are to keep the Sabbatical year and let your land rest no matter where you are in the world.

Exo 12:49  There shall be one law to the native, and to the visitor that stays among you.

Lev 24:22  One judgment shall be for you whether an alien or a native; for I am Jehovah your God.

Num 15:29  And you shall have one law for him who acts through ignorance; for him that is native among the sons of Israel and for the alien that resides among them. 30 But the soul who acts with a high hand, whether of the native or of the alien, the same blasphemes Jehovah. And that soul shall be cut off from among his people. 31 Because he has despised the Word of Jehovah and has broken His commandment, that soul shall be utterly cut off. His iniquity shall be upon him.

Yehshua said to the Apostles to go and teach all nations and tell them they do not have to keep the Torah because it is only for those in the Land of Israel?

No, Yehshua never said anything like that. READ WHAT HE SAID.

Mat 28:18  And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, All authority is given to Me in Heaven and in earth. 19 Therefore go and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things, whatever I commanded you. And, behold, I am with you all the days until the end of the world. Amen.

Yehsua told them to go and teach ALL NATIONS….TO OBSERVE ALL THINGS.

Confront your confused, screwed up teachers with that scripture.

Look at the word. observe

G5083      ??????      te?reo?     tay-reh’-o

From ?????? teros (a watch; perhaps akin to G2334); to guard (from loss or injury, properly by keeping the eye upon; and thus differing from G5442, which is properly to prevent escaping; and from G2892, which implies a fortress or full military lines of apparatus), that is, to note (a prophecy; figuratively to fulfil a command); by implication to detain (in custody; figuratively to maintain); by extension to withhold (for personal ends; figuratively to keep unmarried): – hold fast, keep (-er), (ob-, pre-, re) serve, watch.

You are commanded by Yehshua to GUARD all things the same way you are to GUARD the Sabbath and Keep it holy.

I heard one of these ‘Einstein’ Messianic teachers say that you only have to keep the Sabbatical year when you’re in the land of Israel, and then in the very next sentence tell his listeners that he was going to keep a Sabbatical year 7 years from the date he began to farm his land. He had been on the land two years. WHAT AN ESAU. (Gen 16:12). If it is for only while in the land then why was he keeping it in 5 years time? He is a HYPOCRITE.

I keep telling you these things and some of you are getting up the nerve to ask and you should all keep asking your messed up Messianic leaders why they will not keep the Sabbatical year in 2016? You have to keep on them week in and week out. All of them have caved in to the pressure and all of them now keep Chanukah. So if enough of you keep pressuring them, then they might also cave in and begin to obey Yehovah and keep His Sabbatical year in 2016 to 2017.

Do I do this to make fun of them? No, I do this because I care about those they are leading into death. Some of them think that by asking one or two Jewish Rabbi’s they have done their research into this subject. These Rabbi’s say it is for only in the land. These same rabbi’s say that we who are not Jewish only have to keep the Noahide laws. And according to these laws we who are not Jewish do not have to keep the Sabbath or Holy Days or the Sabbatical years for that matter. If you believe this rubbish then you too will be amongst those who will suffer the ravages of war, those who will be raped and sold off as sex slaves, those who will watch their children die of disease, starvation and cannibalism, all because they were told by some dumb, ignorant teacher that they did not have to keep the Sabbatical year.

Many of you have moved away from those same type of ignorant teachers who told you did not have to keep the Sighted moon calendar, or those who told you, you did not have to keep the Holy Days or the Sabbath. You left those wrong teachers before only to hook up with other teachers that still teach you a lie.

IT WILL BE TOO LATE AFTER THE SABBATICAL YEAR IS OVER. YOU CAN REPENT BUT THEN YOU WILL STILL HAVE TO SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR SIN, JUST AS DAVID DID AFTER HE REPENTED WITH BATHSHEBA.

On the other hand, those who DO keep the next Sabbatical year will be protected. Their prayers will be heard.

Pro 15:29  Jehovah is far from the wicked, but He hears the prayer of the righteous.

Psa 34:17  The righteous cry, and Jehovah hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles.

Joh 9:31  But we know that God does not hear sinners, but if anyone is God-fearing and does His will, He hears him.

Job 35:12  There they cry, but He gives no answer, because of the pride of evildoers. 13  Surely God will not hear vanity, neither will the Almighty look on it.

Psa 145:18  Jehovah is near all those who call on Him, all those who call on Him in truth. 19  He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him; He also will hear their cry, and will save them. 20  Jehovah watches over all those who love Him; but all the wicked He will destroy.

Think about it Brethren, there are Tares amongst you. They look like you and they talk like you and they even keep Sabbath like you. But they are not like you. You will know them by their fruits.

Pro 28:9  He who turns away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer is a hateful thing.

Keeping the Sabbatical year is part of the covenant law that we are to keep, that we are to GUARD.

I do not apologize for getting upset when I see leaders teaching a lie and causing the Brethren not to be heard by Yehovah because they have now chosen to sin by not keeping the Sabbatical year. It upsets me. You must confront them.

That Still Small Voice

Whenever someone says to me that I need to listen to that still small voice, I tend to roll my eyes. I get so many people telling me what Jesus or God has told them was going to happen this day or this week. They write me to tell me quite often, about the conversation they had with God or the secret mission they are on. I would check the things they said with the scriptures and found them in time to be full of themselves. Some kept Sunday others kept the Sabbath and Holy Days.

After nine years of reading their emails I tend to have grown callus to those who say they hear that still small voice all the time. For me the voice I hear comes from the words of the Torah and that is my foundation.

Last month as I had told you last week, I was frustrated at the slow progress of getting this message out and of being denied to go to the NRB convention. One of my advisors who has helped a lot over the years with the books and other projects, told me to step back and listen for the still small voice. Yes, I rolled my eyes again, but this time I decided to go and read that verse again and examine it to see what it actually does say.

We are told that in the last days Elijah must come before the Messiah. So this still small voice is interesting because it has to do with the story of Elijah.

Mat 17:1  And after six days Jesus took Peter, James, and John his brother, and brought them up into a high mountain apart. 2  And He was transfigured before them. And His face shone as the sun, and His clothing was white as the light. 3  And behold, there appeared to them Moses and Elijah talking with Him. 4  And Peter answered and said to Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here. If You will, let us make here three tabernacles; one for You, and one for Moses, and one for Elijah. 5  While he yet spoke, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them. And behold a voice out of the cloud which said, This is My beloved Son in whom I am well pleased, hear Him. 6  And when the disciples heard, they fell on their face and were greatly terrified. 7  And Jesus came and touched them, and said, Arise and do not be terrified. 8  And lifting up their eyes, they saw no one except Jesus alone. 9  And as they came down from the mountain, Jesus commanded them, saying, Tell the vision to no one until the Son of Man has risen from the dead.

Elijah and Moses had appeared in the vision that the Apostles had seen. The two witnesses. And this then causes some more questions to arise.

Mat 17:10  And His disciples asked Him, saying, Why then do the scribes say that Elijah must come first?

The scribes say this in Malachi.

Mal 4:5  Behold, I am sending you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of Jehovah. 6  And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the sons, and the heart of the sons to their fathers, that I not come and strike the earth with utter destruction.

Returning to the conversation with Yehshua we read:

Mat 17:11  And answering Jesus said to them, Elijah truly shall come first and restore all things.

What are these ‘all things’ that Elijah is going to restore? And what is it that Elijah does that turns the hearts of the Father to the children and the children to the Father? When you read scriptures always ask why.

Let us finish the Matthew account before we move on.

Mat 17:12  But I say to you that Elijah has come already, and they did not know him, but have done to him whatever they desired. Likewise also the Son of Man shall suffer from them. 13Then His disciples understood that He spoke to them about John the Baptist.

Today many are looking for Jesus to come back but they are not looking for Elijah and I suspect the same thing to happen. Just as the leaders did not recognise Yehshua as the Messiah nor John as Elijah, people today will not recognize Elijah when he comes and will fight against him. Nor will they recognise the Messiah when He does show up.

What is it that must be restored and how does that restore relations between the Father and his children?

There have always been small groups that kept the Sabbath and some that may have kept the Holy Days. Scotland stopped keeping the Sabbath in the 11th Century when they were converted to the Catholic faith. Ireland had converted from Sabbath keeping to Sunday in the 9th Century. My ancestors were known to be amongst the French and Dutch Huguenots who were Sabbatarians in the 14th century. Their persecution led them to flee and come to Canada in the 1600’s. But it was not until the 1800’s that Sabbatarians began to flourish.

The Seventh-day Adventist Church pioneers were part of the group of Millerites, who came together after the Great Disappointment across the United States and formed the Seventh-day Adventist Church. In 1860, the pioneers of the fledgling movement settled on the name, Seventh-day Adventist, representative of the church’s distinguishing beliefs. Three years later, on May 21, 1863, the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists was formed and the movement became an official organization.

In the 1900s out of the Seventh Day Adventist came the Church of God which kept not only the Sabbath but also the Holy Days of Lev 23 according to the Hebrew Calendar. At the same time as the Church of God began another group of people who started the sacred name group who split away from them.

I began my journey back to the truth in 1982 through first the Radio Church of God and then the Worldwide Church of God. I left them in 1994. It was in 2004 that I first heard of Michael Rood and Nehemiah Gordon. They were on a speaking tour and I drove to Lansing, Michigan to hear what they had to say. It changed my life again the same way my life was changed when I heard Herbert W. Armstrong teach about the Sabbath.

It was shortly after meeting these two in 2004 that I began the web site www.sightedmoon.com in 2006. I had learned about the sighting of the moon and I could now prove it in 2005. It was at Passover in 2005 that it was revealed to me about the Sabbatical years. And by Sukkot 2005 I was now teaching this publicly. In July 2006 I was asked not to come back to the United Churches of God. The web site began that same week. And we are now over 5.8 Million hits to the site as I teach about the Sabbatical and Jubilee years.

So, what is it that is being restored in these last days? First of all it was the Sabbath, then the Holy Days, then that God has a name, then the keeping of the Holy Days according to the sighted moon and the barley to begin the year. And now the Sabbatical and Jubilee year understanding has been restored. We also have people teaching the brethren how to speak Hebrew.

I cannot see any one person here as Elijah but I do see many people with that zealous Elijah spirit restoring the truths once lost.

Now let us look at what Malachi said.

6  And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the sons, and the heart of the sons to their fathers, that I not come and strike the earth with utter destruction.

First of all, the word translated as Fathers is incorrect. In both instances it is Father in the singular.

H1 ??   ‘a?b   awb

A primitive word; father in a literal and immediate, or figurative and remote application: – chief, (fore-) father ([-less]), X patrimony, principal. Compare names in “Abi-”

Elijah is going to turn the heart of the Father, the heart of Yehovah back to His children. And Elijah is going to turn the children back towards the Father Yehovah. Israel, all 12 tribes are the children of Yehovah.

Exo 4:22  And you shall say to Pharaoh, Thus says the Lord: Israel is My son, My first-born.

Hos 11:1  When Israel was a child, then I loved him and called My son out of Egypt.

Jer 31:9  They shall come with weeping, and with prayers I will lead them. I will cause them to walk by the rivers of waters in a straight way; they shall not stumble in it, for I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is My firstborn.

Elijah is going to do this because if he does not help people to begin to obey Yehovah, then Yehovah is going to cause the destruction of the earth.

“that I not come and strike the earth with utter destruction.” (MKJV)

“lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.” (KJV)

The word for curse is;

H2764     ???    ???     che?rem  cherem     khay’-rem,kheh’-rem

From H2763; physically (as shuttingin) a net (either literally or figuratively); usually a doomed object; abstractly extermination: – (ac-)curse (-d, -d thing), dedicated thing, things which should have been utterly destroyed, (appointed to) utter destruction, devoted (thing), net.

Brethren, this is the very thing I have been warning you about and have emphasized in our book The 2300 Days of Hell ,that Yehovah is going to utterly destroy all 12 tribes unless they repent and return to the covenant of Mount Sinai. We also show you that 10% do survive. These are the same curses we have been showing you that go hand in hand with the Sabbatical years. They are found in Lev 26.

Now, lets go and read the story of Elijah and look at that still small voice.

1Ki 19:2  And Jezebel sent a messenger to Elijah saying, So let the gods do to me, and more also, if I do not make your life like the life of one of them by tomorrow about this time. 3  And he saw, he rose and went for his life, and came to Beer-sheba of Judah, and left his servant there. 4  And he himself went a day’s journey into the wilderness, and came and sat down under a broom tree. And he begged for his life, that he might die. And he said, It is enough. O Jehovah, take away my life. For I am no better than my fathers.

There are many days I have felt like quitting this job. The odds are stacked against me. Nobody cares. Few are listening. I could better spend the time I devote to this web site, or to these teachings, or this news letter, or answering emails and phones calls. I could spend my time devoted to my garden and grandchildren. Yes, I think about quitting more times than not.

1Ki 19:5  And as he lay and slept under a broom tree, behold, then an angel touched him and said to him, Arise, eat. 6  And he looked, and, behold, a cake was baked on the coals, and a jug of water at his head. And he ate and drank, and lay down again. 7  And the angel of Jehovah came to him the second time and touched him, and said, Arise, eat, because the journey is too great for you. 8  And he arose, and ate and drank, and went in the strength of that food forty days and forty nights to Horeb the mount of God.

I do not want you to miss this. The word ate in both cases can be either literally or figuratively. The word cake is to gyrate, which is to spin in a circle like a wind. Interesting, considering how Elijah is taken up later. You could say or I could say to you; Get up and start to study harder because the road in front of us is hard and too great for you. Study the Word!!! Eat the WORD! It is the word which hovered over the water in Genesis. The Word when spoken cause vibrations or girates.

1Ki 19:9  And he came there to a cave and stayed there. And behold, the Word of Jehovah came to him, and He said to him, What are you doing here, Elijah? 10  And he said, I have been very zealous for Jehovah the God of Hosts. For the sons of Israel have forsaken Your covenant, thrown down Your altars, and have slain Your prophets with the sword. And I, I alone, am left. And they seek to take my life away. 11  And He said, Go forth and stand on the mountain before Jehovah.

How many times have we all thought and said we are zealous for Yehovah? How many times have we thought we were the only ones doing this walk and that we were all alone after our families and friends left us?

And, behold, Jehovah passed by, and a great and strong wind tore the mountains, and broke the rocks in pieces before Jehovah. But Jehovah was not in the wind.

This is the point I am showing you. Listen up now. Yehovah is going before us now. We see with each tornado, with each hurricane, with each cyclone that they are more and more terrible than the ones that were before. They are now off the charts beyond an F5 and like we just read the winds are smashing the rocks and the houses are being destroyed.

(Mississippi Tornado December 2014)

This is exactly the curses of Lev 26 that we have been shouting out for the past 9 years since 2005. But notice it says Yehovah was not in the wind. What does this mean? Then we read about earthquakes next.

And after the wind was an earthquake, but Jehovah was not in the earthquake.

(Earthquake in Mexico December 2013)

Again Earthquakes are part of the curses of Lev 26 and Matthew 24, which we have been showing you again since 2005. But Yehovah is not in the Earthquakes.

1Ki 19:12  And after the earthquake was a fire, but Jehovah was not in the fire. And after the fire was a still, small voice.

We have also been reporting to you about the wildfires in Australia and in California and Canada. Again these are the curse of Lev 26. And again Yehovah was not in the fire.

(This is one of many current wildfires raging across Australia this first week of January 2015)

I explain the following in my book Remembering the Sabbatical year of 2016 in appendage “B”. Read the following selections as I had written them in that book.

There have been many things which have taken place to date that I am currently at a loss to explain. I am now going to share with you these life-changing events in order to better show you how Yehovah has been very much at work in and a part of all of this.

This next section takes place at Sukkot in 2006.

I attended a lesson led by Don and was just about to depart when a lady told me I had to hear her out. She had recently just had a dream about me and simply had to share it with me. As a rule, I do not believe in dreams and am inclined to think those who tell others of their dreams are a bit loony. I was trying to ignore her and she grabbed my arm and pulled me closer to her and said, “Listen. I dreamed that Yehovah was drawing you closer to Himself.” I asked her what it meant? She did not know, but she just had to tell me “That Yehovah was drawing me to Himself”
I said, “Thank you,” and thought she was nuts.

The following section takes place at Sukkot in 2010.

A lady came up to me during this Feast to remember. She was a good friend and went on to say, “I had a dream about you last night.” Again I sighed, but she was a friend, so I listened. In her dream, all the leaders of the Hebraic Roots Movement were at a meeting in Jerusalem and they were all asking, “Where is Joe?” because I was not there. This lady then answered them in her dream saying, “He is in the outer courtyard, but can’t find the door to get in. But he will be coming as soon as possible.”

I asked her what it meant and she did not know. All she knew was that she felt compelled to share her dream with me. So I began to do some research. The outer courtyard was the courtyard of the Temple and this is where the lambs were sacrificed. The Door was and is Yehshua.

Now from the first dream of being drawn closer, when one makes an offering (or a freewill offering) that person is said to be drawing closer to Yehovah. So here I was in the outer courtyard making a freewill offering to Yehovah of myself—drawing closer to Him.

Brethren, I share all of this with you to explain this. My journey has brought me closer to Yehovah. Each day, each week, each month and year, I have learned more about our Creator and I have been sharing all I have come to know with you in these News Letters. I have been shouting out the warning about the coming and present curses, and begging you all to keep the Sabbatical year and Holy Days and Sabbath so that you can be spared them coming to your family.

But like I said above or as we just read in 1 Kings, Yehovah is not in the curses. I have been looking for that DOOR, and that Door is Yehshua. Recently I have been showing you the scriptures that show us Yehshua is Yehovah. Yehovah and Yehshua are one and the same. Not two, but one. Not three but one. Yehovah is the DOOR. Yehovah is that BRANCH.

And yet in all of this, in all of my News Letters and books and DVDs, in all that I have shared with you, I do not know Yehovah as I should. The more I learn the more I realize how little I now know, let alone how little I knew before.

I have no more books in me that I feel I have to get out, so my time now has turned to begin to learn Hebrew so I can understand what the Torah actually does say and not what someone tells me it says.

And so it was at this time as I was searching for the information on the Menorah that we wrote you about a few weeks ago. I had shared with you in our series on the Eighth Day, that I learned how the Hebrew ALEPH TAV was in the Menorah. The same day as I was reading up on this and studying this, my friend said to me in our conversation that I should listen for that still small voice.

I then read the scriptures I have now shared with you up until this point. Because now I have heard that still small voice.

What comes out of the mouth. Words. And those words are spoken and it is that voice that we say we hear. In the video and in the book The 2300 Days of Hell we shared a teaching about the Aleph Tav. It is the et in the very first sentence of Genesis 1:1 The ALEPH TAV is Yehovah. The ALEPH TAV are on the Crest of Scotland in the flags held by the Unicorn (ISrael) and the Lion ( JUdah). This Aleph TAV identifies HImself in Revelation as the Alpha OMega. The very same thing as the Aleph Tav.

The Aleph Tav is the Hebrew Alphabet. All of it.

As I studied the Menorah, Erik Bissell explained the ALEPH TAV to me, about the Paleo Hebrew unlike anything I have never heard before. By knowing the Paleo Hebrew you will know Yehovah’s face. You will be able to see His face. I know it sounds crazy but it is true nonetheless.

That still small voice is the ALEPH TAV and starting this week we are going to begin to study one letter each week and learn to speak the same language that Yehovah spoke to us from the beginning. I have not yet received the books I have ordered.

We have, with the permission of Erik, loaded all his teachings on our web site so no one can stop us. You can run ahead if you want. I urge you to take your time and learn one letter each week and know it. Own it and then build upon it. Watch it over and over each week. Write it down and take copious notes. Get a new notebook and write out the letters in their various forms. LEARN IT.

Write out the Paleo and then the newer modern versions. Learn how each letter looks then and today. Write them out and know each letter.

So far, those things I have learned have blown me away. And each new letter I learn about blows me further away. James, my IT guy, has finished the entire Aleph Tav and he is blown away each time and both of us are humbled at how ignorant we have been.

I had not heard of Erik Bissell and maybe you never did either. But now you are about to.

Yehovah asked Elijah what he was doing there in the cave.

1Ki 19:13  And it happened when Elijah heard, he wrapped his face in his mantle and went out, and stood at the cave entrance. And behold, a voice came to him and said, What are you doing here, Elijah?

I ask all of you, all of you who have the same zeal, the spirit of Elijah in each of you, what are you doing here? It is time to study. To study like we are in the final moments before the big exam that determines if you went to University or if you stayed in public school. We do not have enough energy to sustain us through what is coming. Study like your children’s lives depended on it, because they do.

The five virgins went out and got more oil to sustain them for the extended times, while the foolish ones went on what they had. They would not learn any more. Study brethren, study and never stop.

It is just hours until this is sent out to everyone. It is now 3:30 AM Thursday and I have just hung up from talking with Eric Bissell for the past 3-1/2 hours. Very exciting as we both connect dots to those things we both teach. But I had to add this last part of our conversation to this News Letter. It is haunting to me as I am trying to get into bed.

Eric began to talk about Daniel 12 where it says;

Dan 12:9 And He said, Go, Daniel! For the words are closed up and sealed until the end-time. MKJV

Dan 12:9And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. KJV

Eric said this time of the end is Ayin Dalet- Ayin Tav. And I can even understand this one. It is saying seal up the prophecy until people can see the Door, until people can see Jehovah, the Aleph Tav. Ayin is eye and Dalet is door. Ayin is eye and Tav is Aleph Tav, Yehovah.

Is this not the very same thing that that one lady had a dream about me? I was outside in the outer courtyard looking for the Door. Ayin Dalet-Ayin Tav. These words are sealed up until this time now. Now we will begin to understand the actual speakings of Yehovah. Now we will see Him by understanding His words, His original words.

Here is the introductory message to the ALEPH TAV. Watch both parts one and part two each week. Next week we begin with the Aleph.

3 1/2 Year Torah Portion

We continue this weekend with our regular Triennial Torah Reading

Ex 24   Isaiah 34-36    Ps 140-143       John 12

A Married People; Dining Before God (Exodus 24)

It was, no doubt, quite a task to put into writing the words that God spoke to Moses. These writings were written as a part of a book called “The Book of the Covenant,” or, in other places, “The Book of the Law.” Moses read God’s words to the people, who agreed to do all that God had commanded-thus affirming the marriage covenant that God made with the nation of Israel (compare Jeremiah 3:14; 31:32), which was then sealed with blood. This covenant, continually broken by Israel, was eventually terminated through the very blood of Yeshua-which then initiated the New Covenant.

God’s command in verses 1-2 of this chapter, it should be understood, are not acted on until verse 9, when Joshua, Aaron, Nadab, Abihu and 70 of the elders of Israel are allowed to go part of the way up the mountain with Moses to worship God apart from the congregation. Yet only Moses is allowed to come close to God-indeed, the implication of verse 11, that God did not touch any of the nobles, i.e. the elders, seems to be that he did touch Moses. Here, the elders apparently saw a manifestation of God in the person of the preincarnate Yeshua. It seems that they were also given a vision of the very throne of God. The sapphire is used in other scriptures to describe God’s throne (Ezekiel 1:26; 10:1). Moses then goes with Joshua up into the mountain, leaving Joshua below him at some distance, and he was on the mountain with God for 40 days and 40 nights.

The Day of the Lord’s Vengeance; Followed by Paradise (Isaiah 34-35)

That chapter 34 is a prophecy of the last days is clear from the reference to the heavens being dissolved and “rolled up like a scroll,” a picture also presented in the heavenly signs of Revelation 6:13-14. Some see this terminology as descriptive of a mushroom cloud.

The prophecy concerns multinational devastation to occur during the Day of the Lord, focusing on God’s judgment against Edom (Idumea). Other prophecies against Edom can be found in Isaiah 63:1-6, Jeremiah 49:7-22, Ezekiel 25:12-14, Ezekiel 35, Amos 1:11-12, Obadiah 1-14 and Malachi 1:2-5.

The Day of the Lord is described as the time of God’s vengeance on the nations for their affliction of Zion—perhaps referring to the evil they have done to both physical Israel and spiritual Israel. And God tells us that this period of final vengeance will last for a year (Isaiah 34:8). In Revelation 6:17, the heavenly signs are said to introduce the “great day of His wrath.” Following these signs in Revelation is the blowing of seven trumpets, each heralding titanic, cataclysmic world upheaval. It appears, then, that these trumpets are blown over the course of this final “year of recompense.”

The waste and destruction that will come on the land of Edom (Isaiah 34:9-15)—with its becoming a habitation for unclean animals—seems very much to parallel what will happen to Babylon (Isaiah 13:19-22; 14:22-23; Jeremiah 50:39; 51:37), wherein the wasteland of such animals is perhaps symbolic of the prison for Satan and his demons (compare Revelation 18:2). And yet end-time Babylon is evidently to be identified with Rome. Interestingly, Jewish commentaries have traditionally identified Edom with Rome, or at least the dynasty of Rome’s leaders, and with the rulers of Germany—as was noted in the Bible Reading Program comments on the book of Obadiah. The Babylonian Talmud mentions “Germamia of Edom” (Megilla 6b). Again, it is possible that there is some connection here, though, as also explained in the comments on Obadiah, it appears that Edom primarily comprises many of the Turks and Palestinians along with various other scattered Middle Eastern groups. However, we should perhaps consider the large number of Turks and other Muslim immigrants who live in Germany and other European nations today. Moreover, Turkey itself may eventually become part of the European Union, thus fusing a significant part of Edom with Babylon.

Isaiah 35 is entirely millennial—that is, descriptive of the 1,000-year reign of Yeshua and His saints (see Revelation 20:4-6)—and presents a contrasting picture to the desolation of chapter 34. The deserts will bloom as nature is transformed—miraculously healed. Human beings will also be healed by the miracle-working power of God.

Yet the healing will not only be external. The blind seeing, deaf hearing, lame leaping and mute singing (Isaiah 35:5-6), while literal, are also symbolic. Those who are spiritually blind will at last come to see and understand the knowledge of God. Those who are unwilling to hear God’s message will at last listen. Those who are spiritually crippled, unable to walk in God’s commandments, will at last be able to run and leap in the way of God. And those who are now silent in regard to God and His mighty works will at last praise Him and proclaim His truth.

This will be made possible by “waters bursting forth in the desert”—again literal but also spiritual, referring to the coming outpouring of the Spirit of God. The presence of God’s Spirit will work great miracles, both visible change in nature and, more importantly, transformation of the inner hearts and minds of people.

What is now the narrow and difficult path of life, which only few find (Matthew 7:14), will, in the age to come, be a broad highway that everyone will be able to follow to the Kingdom of God. The highway, too, is both literal and figurative. It is the path of return for the exiles to Zion—the physical route and the spiritual way of life that God requires.

It will be a safe road (verse 9)—on which no beast is found. Again, this is a physical and spiritual promise. As we saw in Isaiah 11, the nature of animals will be changed. They will no longer be dangerous. And the political “Beast” powers of the earth will no longer be around to harm anyone.

It will be a time of tremendous joy—when “sorrow and sighing shall flee away” (35:10).

Prayer for deliverance from evil, violent enemies (Psalms 140)

We now come within the final collection of Davidic psalms (138-145) to its central sequence of five prayers in which David seeks deliverance from wicked enemies (140-144). The first of these, Psalm 140, is a lamenting plea for preservation from the plotting of evil, violent men and a call for divine retribution. The structure of the psalm is easy to discern. There are four stanzas (verses 1-3, 4-5, 6-8, 9-11), the first three ending with “Selah” and the last followed by a two-verse conclusion (verses 12-13).

The first two stanzas set up the problem David is faced with. It is interesting to note that the same words are used for the second line in both the first and second stanzas: “Preserve me from violent men” (verses 1, 4). The violent here may intend physical brutality, but their method of attack is verbal—through deceit and slander (see verse 3; compare verses 9, 11). David experienced a number of such incidents in his life.

In the third stanza, David says he has appealed to the Lord in complete trust (verse 6-7). He knows that the One who has “covered” or shielded (NIV) his head in actual physical battles will protect him in this current “battle” (verse 7). With this confidence, he asks that God not grant success to the schemes of his enemies (verse 8). As noted in regard to the previous psalm, Yeshua’s instruction in the New Testament to bless and pray for our enemies (Matthew 5:44) does not mean praying for their success in opposing and harming us.

In the fourth stanza David calls for a curse on the offenders. Whereas God covered or protected David’s head in past battles (again, see verse 7), David calls for the head of his enemies to be covered only with the evil of their own lips—that is, for their scheming and slander against him to come back on them. Indeed, this is the decreed penalty in the law for bearing false witness against another (see Deuteronomy 19:16-21). David as God’s prophet is pronouncing this judgment. In another psalm, David foretold that burning coals and fire would rain down on the wicked (Psalm 11:6), as Sodom and Gomorrah experienced (Genesis 19:24). Here that same penalty is called for (Psalm 140:10), though the sense may be figurative of a calamitous divine judgment. As David’s enemies tried to trip him up to cause him to fall into traps (verse 5), David calls for them to fall into deep pits “that they rise not up again” (verse 10). This too may be figurative—of being sunk into ineffectiveness. If it implies their deaths, then their not rising again would refer to them no longer being alive to cause trouble in the present world—not to them never being in a future resurrection. The next psalm likewise calls for the wicked to fall into their own nets (141:9-10).

David ends Psalm 140 in verses 12-13 on a confident note, assured that God will bring justice to the needy and afflicted and that God’s people will dwell with Him in perpetual gratitude.

Cry to be kept from wickedness and wicked schemes (Psalms 141)

Psalm 141 is the second in the sequence of five psalms of David seeking deliverance from the wicked. David also prays here that he be kept from taking part with them in their evildoings.

He begins with an urgent call for God to hear his plea (verse 1) and declares his intention to present his prayer, with hands raised toward heaven, as incense and as the evening sacrifice, desiring that God accept it as such (verse 2).

Incense was burned on the golden altar within the tabernacle—later the temple—every morning and evening to infuse the sanctuary with a sweet smell (see Exodus 30:1-10). Furthermore, frankincense was included with burnt offerings (see 30:1-10, 34-38; Leviticus 2:2)—adding fragrance to the savor of the sacrificial meat being cooked. Later in Scripture, the burning of incense is said to represent the prayers of God’s people ascending to Him (Revelation 5:8; 8:3-4).

The evening sacrifice was a regular daily burnt offering “for a sweet aroma” (Numbers 28:3-8), symbolizing, along with the morning sacrifice, regular and ongoing devotion to God. In considering the analogy, realize that “the evening sacrifice took time, it took care, it took preparation, it was extremely costly, every action in it was clearly thought out and performed in logical sequence” (George Knight, Psalms, comments on Psalm 141:1-10 ).

David’s specification of the evening sacrifice rather than the morning one or both may indicate that he spoke or composed this prayer in the evening—perhaps at the time of the evening sacrifice. It could even be that David routinely gave this or a like prayer as part of his reflection at the end of the day over an extended period of time—that is, it may have become his own personal evening sacrifice. It is worth noting that “both Ezra (Ezra 9) and Daniel (Dan. 9) prayed at the time of the evening offering. After the second temple was built, this psalm was read when the evening sacrifices were offered and the lamps were lit in the holy place” (Warren Wiersbe, Be Exultant: Psalms 90-150, note on Psalm 141:1-2).

Before praying for God to deal with the wicked and to rescue him from them, David first turns to the issue of his own human proclivities, asking God to help him avoid any deviation toward wickedness in his own character. This includes safeguarding his speech (verse 3)—for control over one’s tongue through God’s help is a huge part of godly character (compare James 3). It also means not eating of the wicked’s “delicacies” (Psalm 141:4) or “dainties” (KJV). David is likely saying one of two things here. Either he does not want to get drawn into enjoying the “finer things” that come as a product of living the evil lifestyle common among the rich and powerful. Or he does not want to be someone who is welcomed as a guest among such people—dining in their homes and enjoying their hospitality.

If he starts leaning this way at all, David prays that the “righteous”—either a godly person or the righteous One, God—will as a kindness “strike” him (knock some sense into him) through rebuke. This will be like fine oil on the head, a gesture of rich hospitality that he will not refuse (verse 5)—in contrast to the fineries of the wicked that he intends to refuse.

The Hebrew text then becomes somewhat difficult to understand—from the end of verse 5 through verse 7. Translators have rendered this section in various ways over the centuries. The primary controversy centers on to whom these verses are referring.

Many believe the last line of verse 5 refers to the righteous—that David is praying for them “in their calamities” (KJV). However, the plural “their” more likely seems to refer back to the workers of iniquity in verse 4 (since the “righteous…him” in verse 5 is singular). And the KJV “in their calamities” is reinterpreted as “in [the face of] their evils.” This is the sense followed in most modern versions.

If that is correct, then verse 6 (which some take to refer to the sufferings of the righteous) would, as seems more likely, also refer to the wicked: “When their judges [the leaders of the wicked] are overthrown in stony places, they [the wicked] shall hear my words; for they [my words] are sweet” (KJV). The word translated “sweet” can also mean “pleasing” or “agreeable.” Some take this to mean that the general populace of the wicked will actually be willing to listen to David after their rulers fall. Others believe the meaning is that the wicked are going to be forced by the fall of their leaders to see that David’s words were “well spoken” (NIV)—whether that’s agreeable to them or not.

Moving on to verse 7, there is again scholarly disagreement. Whose bones are scattered at the mouth of the grave? David mentions “our bones,” though many prefer to have him say “their bones”—that is, those of the wicked. The NIV adds to the beginning of this statement the words “They will say” and interprets verse 7 as quoting the wicked—the description here seeming to fit the wicked rulers cast down in verse 6. Then again, others see no evidence for any quotation in verse 7 and understand David to be referring figuratively to the devastated state of himself and others of the righteous who are persecuted by the wicked (compare 143:3, 7)—giving the basis for the stated judgment on the wicked in the previous verse (141:6) and the reason for his call for deliverance and justice in the next verses (8-10).

In these concluding verses, David turns his eyes to God, his only refuge from the intrigues of the wicked (verses 8-9). Similar to the previous psalm, he asks that the wicked be caught up in their own plotting (verse 10; compare 140:5, 9-10)—while he is set free into safety.

Cry for deliverance from stronger persecutors (Psalms 142)

Psalm 142 is a maskil, an instructive psalm or “contemplation” (NKJV), the third prayer in the sequence of five in which David asks for deliverance from persecutors. The occasion here, as the title notes, is “when he was in the cave.” This could refer to either of two episodes when David fled from King Saul. One was into the cave at Adullam (1 Samuel 22:1, 4), 16 miles southwest of Jerusalem, and the other was into the cave at En Gedi (24:1-22), the oasis near the Dead Sea . Another psalm is linked with the episode at En Gedi (Psalm 57). And that episode does not fit the sense of abject loneliness and abandonment described in Psalm 142. It appears far more likely that David’s time at Adullam is the subject of this psalm, as we will see. We earlier read this psalm in conjunction with the biblical account of that period (see the Bible Reading Program comments on 1 Samuel 22:1-5; Psalm 142; 1 Chronicles 12:8-18).

David desperately pours out his heart to God. As if the secret plotting against him were not enough, he now feels alone and forsaken, lamenting that there is no one at his right hand—that no one acknowledges him and no one cares about him (verse 4). The Nelson Study Bible comments: “With enemies on every path, David screams to God that he is defenseless. The armed soldier in ancient Israel probably would have had his spear or sword in his right hand and his shield in his left. The shield of one man would protect the right side of his neighbor. David cries that there is no one on his right side” (note on verses 3-5). The Expositor’s Bible Commentary adds, “The ‘right’ signifies the place where one’s witness or legal council stood (cf. 16:8; 109:31; 110:5; 121:5)” (note on verses 3c-4).

This situation might not at first glance seem to match the details of David’s experience at Adullam, for 1 Samuel 22 says that his family gathered to him there and that a large group of malcontents soon banded together there under his leadership—a formidable force of 400 men that later surged to 600, with this base camp being referred to in 1 Chronicles 12 as a stronghold. Yet realize that David first arrived there by himself. We should therefore understand Psalm 142 as describing his feelings between the first and second sentences of 1 Samuel 22:1—before his family and others showed up, when he was all alone.

Of course, David understood that he was not totally alone. With no other human being to lean on, David still has Someone to turn to. He cries out to God, “You are my refuge” (Psalm 142:5; compare Psalm 46) and “my portion in the land of the living” (142:5). Thus, even in his despair as a fugitive hiding out in a cave, David still views God as His share in life, which he is still blessed to be living.

Moreover, David has faith that God will send help and abundance his way, including a support crowd (verse 7). How wonderful it is to know that this is just what happened not long after David prayed his heartfelt prayer. On top of that, he eventually became the king of Israel . And more important still, he will ultimately share possession of the universe as a divine king in God’s eternal royal family—as will all of us who continue to follow God.

Plea for deliverance from enemies (Psalms 143)

Psalm 143 is the fourth in the sequence of five psalms of David (within the collection of eight) wherein David prays for deliverance from enemies. It is classified as one of the seven penitential psalms (6; 32; 38; 51; 102; 130; 143). These psalms have in common an acknowledgment of sin (32:5; 38:18; 51:2-4; 130:3) and/or a reference to deserved punishment (6:1; 38:1; 102:10; 143:2).

In this psalm, David doesn’t acknowledge specific sins but is clearly aware of his own failings, asking to be passed over in judgment. He knows that such judgment would find him guilty, as he, like everyone, has sinned (compare Psalm 143:2; Romans 3:10, 23). So he pleads for mercy, basing his appeal on God’s faithfulness and righteousness (Psalm 143:1) in dealing with one who is His servant (verse 2; compare verses 11-12).

David further implies that he is unable to withstand judgment given his already-overwhelmed state, crushed to the depths of despair by enemy persecution that brought him seemingly near death (verses 3-4, 7). Although David is probably referring to a human enemy (verse 3) and enemies (verse 12) who have persistently hounded him, he may have in mind as well the spiritual Adversary, Satan the devil, and his demons, who are also associated with darkness and the pit (see Ephesians 6:12; Revelation 20:1-2).

David likens his yearning for God to dry ground that needs rain (verse 6). Interestingly, rain in other passages symbolizes God’s Word and teachings (Isaiah 55:6-13; Deuteronomy 32:1-3), the Holy Spirit (44:3-4), righteousness (Hosea 10:12) and the coming of God (6:1, 3). David needs all of this. In desperation he cries out for God’s immediate intervention. He cannot rely on his own overwhelmed and failing spirit (Psalm 143:4, 7), referring to his weakened strength of mind. He requires the help of God’s good Spirit (see verse 10). He needs an understanding of how to go forward (verse 8), rescue from his enemies (verse 9), instruction in righteousness (verse 10), and relief and empowerment (verse 11).

As in the opening of the psalm (verses 1-2), David again bases his plea for help (including justice on enemies) on the fact that he is God’s servant (verses 11-12)—stressing here God’s hesed, rendered “mercy” (verse 12, NKJV) but also translatable as “loyal love” or “devotion.” The point is that God has made promises of steadfast love and help to those who are His servants—even, as verse 11 implies, staking His name, His reputation, on this.

John 12

It is now six days before the Passover that year and Yeshua is in Beyth Anyah having a meal with El’azar, Miryam, and Martha and others. It was at this time that Miryam anointed Yeshua’s feet with costly perfume and Judas made his infamous statement about her being wasteful with something so costly. Many Yehudim came there to visit and see El’azar with their own eyes and they believed. Because of this the chief priests resolved to not only kill Yeshua, but El’azar too.

On the next day, the 10th day of the first month (the month of Passover), Yeshua enters the city on the colt of a donkey and because of all the miracles He had performed, all the believers greeted Him with praises and palm branches hailing Him as their King.

Even Greeks had come to see Yeshua. It is most likely these were members of the northern tribes… now called as Greeks from the north, west, and east. Once Yeshua is told of their coming, He testifies that His hour, His purpose, to be lifted up has come. He is distressed but will do the work He was sent to do. To esteem the Father is His passion and pure desire and He will do it. Once He is lifted up, He will draw all men unto Him.

Many also did not believe, no matter what was done. The Father Himself hardened their hearts so that they should not see, nor hear, nor believe. Even some rulers who did believe did not profess for they feared being put out of the assemblies and feared men more than they feared Elohim.
