Lets Roll, Who will stand in the Gap?

Joseph F. Dumond

Isa 6:9-12 And He said, Go, and tell this people, You hear indeed, but do not understand; and seeing you see, but do not know. Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their hearts, and turn back, and be healed. Then I said, Lord, how long? And He answered, Until the cities are wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land laid waste, a desolation, and until Jehovah has moved men far away, and the desolation in the midst of the land is great.

Sighted Moon News Letter 5843-036

21st day of the eighth month 5843 after creation

November 3, 2007

Shabbat Shalom Brethren,
1) Greetings From Joseph F Dumond
2) Update on last weeks News Letter 5843-035
3) Standing in the Gap
1) Greeting to all those who are receiving this for the every first time. Family, Friends Brethren and new subscribers. Some one has cared enough to add your name to this News Letter list. You are welcome to unsubscribe at the bottom any time.

Before you do please consider all the past issues you have not read which are listed also at the bottom of this News Letter. We have covered a range of subjects and have done so as if in a court of law. We examine the claims against the scriptures and history and known archeology, to see if they are true or false. We have shot down some popular traditions and discovered some fascinating truths along the way.

You can also read the many articles on the web site www.sightedmoon-archives.com where we store all the newsletters going back years.

Beginning next week we are going to cover our Family Tree. ( Those in North America and Europe) This study will take a number of weeks, and will cover historical evidence recently discovered, and written evidence about our Celtic ancestors which has not been taught in schools. Heraldry and well known documents will also be shown.

You will learn why America, the greatest nation at this end time is talked about in the pages of your bible. You yourself will be able to prove it from your own encyclopedia. I will just help you to see these historical facts, so they are plain as day to you.

If you have a genealogist in your family then this next series of study papers will be of interest to them. If you want to learn where Heraldry began, then this too will be the time to continue to read the up coming News Letters. As will consider adding your Family and relatives to this list or send it to me and I will add it. This is how your name was added. You will learn some thing. I am always surprised at the number who have written in to express their excitement at learning those things we have shared, which I thought most people already knew.

These News Letters are free and I am not trying to sell you something or get anything from you. Just sharing the truth, which when done, knocks the false teachings out of so many different groups. Taking the religious garbage out and showing you where to find the truth. I hope you will continue to study at your own pace and prove the things we are going to show you, true or false.

2) Last week we talked about the Tallit and I received an e-mail with more information which I will share with you now.

Shabbat, 10/27/2007

Dear Joe,

Many thanks for sharing the article by Stephen W. Kraner; please feel free to read this response and to forward it to him when possible.

Dear Stephen,

Thank you for the article on the tallit.
One additional thought for you to consider incorporating in this study in the future. You mentioned Ruth gleaning in the corners of the field and relate that to the tallit.
In her book, “Strange Scriptures that Perplex the Western Mind,” Barbara Bowen writes this about Ruth lying at the feet of Boaz (pg. 26):
Lying at the Feet (Ruth 3:7-14)

Ruth, when reaping in the field of Boaz, went to the resting place of Boaz, uncovered his feet, and lying crosswise, covered herself with his cloak or skirt, a custom common all over the East. By doing so, Ruth just placed herself under the protection of Boaz; later she asked Boaz to spread his skirt over her. She only asked him to acknowledge her right to his protection.
Boaz replied, “I will do to thee all that thou requirest, for all the city doth know that thou art a virtuous woman. If thy kinsman will not take thee to wife, I will.” This same custom is referred to in Ezekiel 16:8, “I will spread My skirt over thee, and thou becomest Mine.”

If we realize that another custom of the day was sleeping in one’s garment/cloak. This explains why a person’s garment, if taken in pledge, was to be restored by sundown. Exodus 22:26-27 (Later in the same book, Mrs. Bowen writes about this very custom; see page 41: “Garment Not to be Taken in Pledge.”)

While it is advisable to have a special four-winged garment to completely cover one’s nakedness for prayer in the Presence of YHWH (Exodus 20:26, 28:42-43, Leviticus 6:10-11, 16:23-24, Ezekiel 42:14, 44:17-19), the original command regarding the tzit-tzit was in regard to a person’s everyday garment. Numbers 15:37-41 There is simply nothing in the original command which intimates anything about a prayer shawl. If Messianic believers can get past the Jewish tradition/mindset of wearing a tallit for prayer (tallits which, sad to say, do not even fully cover one’s form/nakedness), only then can we realize that:

1. Boaz was sleeping in his garment which had tzi-tzit in its four wings.
2. When Ruth was covered with the garment/skirt of Boaz, she was also placing herself under the wings of his garment, and those wings having the tzi-tzit, she was also placing herself under the shadow of Shaddai (Psalm 91:1-4).

All of this was a fulfillment of the blessing/prophecy which Boaz had, days earlier, spoken over the life of Ruth:
YHWH recompense your work, and a full reward be given to you of YHWH, the Elohim of Yisrael, under whose wings you have come to take refuge. Ruth 2:12
Hence, Boaz was satisfied with good by the fruit which came forth from the words of his mouth. Proverbs 12:14
It is thought that you will be blessed by this meditation as it fits precisely with all the other points made in your most edifying presentation. If the Spirit confirms these things in your heart and mind, you are invited to incorporate them, as led of YHWH, in your future writings.
May YHWH richly bless you as you continue to seek Him and to feed His sheep.
Your brother in faith and service,

Craig Peters

Standing In The Gap

by
Joseph Dumond

On Sept. 11 2001, United Airlines Flight #93 left Newark New Jersey for San Francisco California at 8:45 AM. 45 Minutes late. This delay allowed the passengers on flight 93 to learn of the other hi-jackings that were taking place at this moment.
At 9:24 flight #93 received a warning to not allow intruders into the cockpit. At 9:28 the cockpit was breached by hi-jackers.
9:32 Ziad Jarrah was in control of the plane telling the passengers to remain seated and that a bomb was on board. He then changed directions from flying towards the west to going south east. 9:39 he again warned the passengers to sit as he had a bomb on the plane.
At 9:32 when the hi-jackers had taken control of the plane 10 passengers and 2 crew members were able to get phone calls out to family and loved ones. Through these phone calls we learned that one passenger and on purser were stabbed. The passengers then learned that American Airlines Flight 11, United Airlines Flight 175, and American Airlines Flight 77 had also been hi-jacked and crashed into the twin towers and the Pentagon.
One first-class passenger, Tom Burnett, called his wife four times about the hijacking; she alerted the FBI. He described the death of the male passenger, asked about the other planes and stated at the end of the fourth call, “Don’t worry. We’re going to do something.”
Another first-class passenger, Mark Bingham, called his mother on an airphone and reported that three hijackers had taken over the plane. He added that “they say they have a bomb”. He gave little detail about the hijackers. Bingham was apparently cut off at the end of his brief call, and did not return any of the phone calls from friends and family.
One more first-class passenger, Edward Felt, called 911 seeking information on the hijacking. His brief call was also cut off.
A coach passenger, Jerry Glick, called his wife in New York and reported that three men had hijacked the plane, one of whom had a red box strapped to his waist which they claimed to be a bomb. Jeremy asked his wife if it was true that planes had crashed into the World Trade Center, as he had heard from other passengers. He then stated that he was going to participate “in the charge (up the aisle to the cockpit)”.
Linda Gronlund, who was travelling with her boyfriend, Joseph DeLuca, called her sister, Elsa. Gronlund told her about the hijacking, that the passengers knew about the World Trade Center, and had voted on a plan to take action.
Todd Beamer, another coach passenger, tried to place a credit card call through a phone located on the back of a plane seat but was routed to a customer-service representative instead, who passed him on to supervisor Lisa Jefferson. Beamer reported that one passenger was killed and, later, that a flight attendant had told him the pilot and co-pilot had been forced from the cockpit and may have been wounded. He was also on the phone when the plane made its turn in a southeasterly direction, a move that had him briefly panicking. Later, he told the operator that some of the plane’s passengers were planning “jump on” the hijackers. According to Jefferson, Beamer’s last audible words were “Are you guys ready? Let’s roll..” This term would later become the war cry for those fighting Al Qaeda in Afghanistan.
Honor Elizabeth Wainig called her stepmother, talking to her for 4 1/2 minutes. At the end of the call, she said that they were getting ready to break into the cockpit and she needed to hang up.
Other persons who made phone calls to relatives include flight attendants CeeCee Lyles and Sandra Bradshaw. Passenger Lauren Grandcolas called her husband, leaving him a message and telling him of the “problem on the plane”. The flight attendants also made reference to using boiling water on the hijackers. What happened afterward is uncertain, but the blackbox recordings revealed that the passengers did not break into the cockpit before the pilot started aiming the plane down for a crash. Although there is no evidence that the passengers succeeded in entering the cockpit, their efforts likely thwarted the hijackers’ intended goal.
That goal was the White House or the Capitol Building

I get a lump in my throat each time I read or hear about that event. I remember distinctly where I was and what I was doing and even my words I spoke about this event as it unfolded. How about You?
Life happens doesn’t it? You are going along doing the mundane, ordinary things. Going to work day in and day out. You often take life for granted. Never realizing just how precious and vulnerable it is. Planning this trip or that event this weekend or next.
Then suddenly your car is out of control and in the ditch, or you have just hit or been hit by another car, on the highway. Gun shots ring out at a school near to you. A bomb blast goes off. Someone has a heart attack at the bus shelter where you are at. A child is abducted from your neighborhood.
A tornado hits your home or a hurricane or an earthquake, or a wild fire or a flood, or an ice storm, or a snow storm, or a drought
Or the plane you are on is hi-jacked.
Every person who has had this happen to them says they never thought it could happen here. That was always something that happened on the news some where else. This is a good area to live, I can’t believe it happened here, or to me.
Then they move on to question where was God? Why did He allow this to happen to them? This should not have happened to me I am a good person. Why, why, why?
Read what it says in Jeremiah 16:10 “And it shall be, when you show this people all these words, and they say to you, ‘Why has the Lord pronounced all this great disaster against us? Or what is our iniquity? Or what is our sin that we have committed against the Lord our God?’ 11 then you shall say to them, ‘Because your fathers have forsaken Me,’ says the Lord; ‘they have walked after other gods and have served them and worshiped them, and have forsaken Me and not kept My law. 12 And you have done worse than your fathers, for behold, each one follows the dictates of his own evil heart, so that no one listens to Me.

In Malachi we have many examples of the people asking why this is happening and Yahweh provides the answer.
Malachi 1:2 “I have loved you,” says the Lord. “Yet you say, ‘In what way have You loved us?’
6 “A son honors his father, And a servant his master. If then I am the Father, Where is My honor? And if I am a Master, Where is My reverence? Says the Lord of hosts To you priests who despise My name. Yet you say, ‘In what way have we despised Your name?’ 7 “You offer defiled food on My altar. But say, ‘In what way have we defiled You?’ By saying, ‘The table of the Lord is contemptible.’

Notice in the verse 10 Yahweh is looking for someone to stand up and take charge
10 “Who is there even among you who would shut the doors, So that you would not kindle fire on My altar in vain? I have no pleasure in you,” Says the Lord of hosts,

Malachi 2: 1 “And now, O priests, this commandment is for you. 2 If you will not hear, And if you will not take it to heart, To give glory to My name,” Says the Lord of hosts, “I will send a curse upon you, And I will curse your blessings. Yes, I have cursed them already, Because you do not take it to heart. 3 “Behold, I will rebuke your descendants And spread refuse on your faces, The refuse of your solemn feasts; And one will take you away with it. 4 Then you shall know that I have sent this commandment to you, That My covenant with Levi may continue,” Says the Lord of hosts. 5 “My covenant was with him, one of life and peace, And I gave them to him that he might fear Me; So he feared Me And was reverent before My name. 6 The law of truth was in his mouth, And injustice was not found on his lips. He walked with Me in peace and equity, And turned many away from iniquity. 7 “For the lips of a priest should keep knowledge, And people should seek the law from his mouth; For he is the messenger of the Lord of hosts. 8 But you have departed from the way; You have caused many to stumble at the law. You have corrupted the covenant of Levi,” Says the Lord of hosts. 9 “Therefore I also have made you contemptible and base Before all the people, Because you have not kept My ways But have shown partiality in the law.”

10 Have we not all one Father? Has not one God created us? Why do we deal treacherously with one another By profaning the covenant of the fathers? 11 Judah has dealt treacherously, And an abomination has been committed in Israel and in Jerusalem, For Judah has profaned The Lord’s holy institution which He loves: He has married the daughter of a foreign god. 12 May the Lord cut off from the tents of Jacob The man who does this, being awake and aware, Yet who brings an offering to the Lord of hosts! 13 And this is the second thing you do: You cover the altar of the Lord with tears, With weeping and crying; So He does not regard the offering anymore, Nor receive it with goodwill from your hands. 14 Yet you say, “For what reason?” Because the Lord has been witness Between you and the wife of your youth, With whom you have dealt treacherously; Yet she is your companion And your wife by covenant. 15 But did He not make them one, Having a remnant of the Spirit? And why one? He seeks godly offspring. Therefore take heed to your spirit, And let none deal treacherously with the wife of his youth. 16 “For the Lord God of Israel says That He hates divorce, For it covers one’s garment with violence,” Says the Lord of hosts. “Therefore take heed to your spirit, That you do not deal treacherously.” 17 You have wearied the Lord with your words; Yet you say, “In what way have we wearied Him?” In that you say, “Everyone who does evil Is good in the sight of the Lord, And He delights in them,” Or, “Where is the God of justice?”

Malachi 3: 1 “Behold, I send My messenger, And he will prepare the way before Me. And the Lord, whom you seek, Will suddenly come to His temple, Even the Messenger of the covenant, In whom you delight. Behold, He is coming,” Says the Lord of hosts. 2 “But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner’s fire And like launderer’s soap. 3 He will sit as a refiner and a purifier of silver; He will purify the sons of Levi, And purge them as gold and silver, That they may offer to the Lord An offering in righteousness. 4 “Then the offering of Judah and Jerusalem Will be pleasant to the Lord, As in the days of old, As in former years. 5 And I will come near you for judgment; I will be a swift witness Against sorcerers, Against adulterers, Against perjurers, Against those who exploit wage earners and widows and orphans, And against those who turn away an alien– Because they do not fear Me,” Says the Lord of hosts. 6 “For I am the Lord, I do not change; Therefore you are not consumed, O sons of Jacob.

7 Yet from the days of your fathers You have gone away from My ordinances And have not kept them. Return to Me, and I will return to you,” Says the Lord of hosts. “But you said, ‘In what way shall we return?’ 8 “Will a man rob God? Yet you have robbed Me! But you say, ‘In what way have we robbed You?’ In tithes and offerings. 9 You are cursed with a curse, For you have robbed Me, Even this whole nation. 10 Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this,” Says the Lord of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it. 11 “And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, So that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground, Nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field,” Says the Lord of hosts; 12 “And all nations will call you blessed, For you will be a delightful land,” Says the Lord of hosts.

13 “Your words have been harsh against Me,” Says the Lord, “Yet you say, ‘What have we spoken against You?’ 14 You have said, ‘It is useless to serve God; What profit is it that we have kept His ordinance, And that we have walked as mourners Before the Lord of hosts? 15 So now we call the proud blessed, For those who do wickedness are raised up; They even tempt God and go free.’ ” 16 Then those who feared the Lord spoke to one another, And the Lord listened and heard them; So a book of remembrance was written before Him For those who fear the Lord And who meditate on His name. 17 “They shall be Mine,” says the Lord of hosts, “On the day that I make them My jewels. And I will spare them As a man spares his own son who serves him.” 18 Then you shall again discern Between the righteous and the wicked, Between one who serves God And one who does not serve Him.

So many times in Malachi we ask why is this happening and Yahweh tells us it is because of what we failed to do.
When Israel sinned by making the golden calf only the children of Levi stood up and came to Moses.

Exodus 32:26 then Moses stood in the entrance of the camp, and said, “Whoever is on the Lord’s side–come to me.” And all the sons of Levi gathered themselves together to him. 27 And he said to them, “Thus says the Lord God of Israel: ‘Let every man put his sword on his side, and go in and out from entrance to entrance throughout the camp, and let every man kill his brother, every man his companion, and every man his neighbor.’ ” 28 So the sons of Levi did according to the word of Moses. And about three thousand men of the people fell that day. 29 Then Moses said, “Consecrate yourselves today to the Lord, that He may bestow on you a blessing this day, for every man has opposed his son and his brother.”

We are told of how the Zealousness of one man stopped a plague that would kill 24,000 in Number 25: 6 And indeed, one of the children of Israel came and presented to his brethren a Midianite woman in the sight of Moses and in the sight of all the congregation of the children of Israel, who were weeping at the door of the tabernacle of meeting. 7 Now when Phinehas the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, saw it, he rose from among the congregation and took a javelin in his hand; 8 and he went after the man of Israel into the tent and thrust both of them through, the man of Israel, and the woman through her body. So the plague was stopped among the children of Israel. 9 And those who died in the plague were twenty-four thousand. 10 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: 11 “Phinehas the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, has turned back My wrath from the children of Israel, because he was zealous with My zeal among them, so that I did not consume the children of Israel in My zeal. 12 Therefore say, ‘Behold, I give to him My covenant of peace; 13 and it shall be to him and his descendants after him a covenant of an everlasting priesthood, because he was zealous for his God, and made atonement for the children of Israel.’ ”

Psalm 94: 12 Blessed is the man whom You instruct, O Lord, And teach out of Your law, 13 That You may give him rest from the days of adversity, Until the pit is dug for the wicked. 14 For the Lord will not cast off His people, Nor will He forsake His inheritance. 15 But judgment will return to righteousness, And all the upright in heart will follow it. 16 Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? Who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity? 17 Unless the Lord had been my help, My soul would soon have settled in silence.

To the church of Laodicia Yahshua says this in Rev 3: 19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent.
Yahweh asks us Who will stand up for Him, for His law? Who will be zealous for Him?

In a crisis over Pennsylvania a group of men found themselves in a dangerous situation. They learned that their country was being attacked by airplanes and the one they were on, was possible going to strike the White House. We know what happened as a result of them taking action and overcoming their fear. Imagine what would have happened had the White House or Capitol been hit. What would have happened had these men cowered in their seats.

There are many of you who are learning at this web site and others like it, the truth about the calendar and the Law of Yahweh. That it has not been done away. You are being awakened to the new zeal in your life to want to obey our Father, and you strive to do just that. You are studying and searching and will not be denied the truth that the scriptures are revealing. You know the time is short and soon a famine of the word is to come, so we must work while there is yet daylight.

As I have explained in the ‘Times Up! No More Excuses!’ article on the Jubilee and in the many Calendar articles on this web site, we are being punished by Terrorism, and now Drought and soon animals and war, because we have forgotten our Elohim Yahweh. Many pray to Him and think they are worshiping Him, but refuse to obey His laws. His Ten commandments. Keeping the Sabbath and Holy Days and Land rest years as He says to do and when He says to do them. Then they ask why did this happen to me?

Brethren we all have a job to do. Not just the leaders or me or some one else, but each and every one of us has a job to do to share the message of His Kingdom. He is coming back and very soon. The Harvest is ripe. I have met so many groups and people from around the world who are hungry for the truth and have been starved. They are so sick of being lied to. When scriptures are presented to them they gobble them up.

We have no more excuses, we have no more time, As Todd Beamer said Let’s Roll! It is time to get the job done. Share this web site with others and encourage them to prove the things said here. Brethren LETS ROLL!

Shalom
