Shabbat Zoom Meeting

There are many people in need of fellowship and who are sitting at home on Sabbath with no one to talk to or debate with. I want to encourage all of you to join us on Shabbat, and to invite others to come and join us as well. If the time is not convenient then you can listen to the teaching and the midrash after on our youtube channel.

Alpeh Bet Gimel Dalet

Everything we need to know about Yehovah is found in this picture that a child would draw. It is the picture of Man in front of his house with a tree in the background. Children will add a Mommy and other siblings.

This picture was taught to me by Brad Scott many years ago when I was just starting my walk in Torah. I did not know it then, but I most certainly do now know, just how prophetic this image is. Before Brad died I had asked him to find his notes for this teaching for me. He died before he could send them to me. So forgive me if it is not the same as his teaching. But the truths behind are internal.

The thing that is amazing to me is the more I learned about Yehovah, the more relevant this simplistic picture becomes.

Let me share with you the Paleo Hebrew Alphabet. It starts from the right and goes to the left. Top row is Aleph, Bet, Gimel, Dalet and I will talk about these four letters for now and see if I have time for others.

Aleph is the Bulls Head or Ox head. It represents the Strong one or leader and/or Yehovah. The Aleph in our picture is the Strong one in front of the Tent. It is Yehovah.

On the 17th of the 4th month is the fast for the time when Aaron brought the Golden Calf before the people of Israel.

The Golden Calf

Exo 32:1  And the people saw that Moses delayed to come down from the mountain, and the people gathered themselves to Aaron. And they said to him, Up! Make us gods who shall go before us. For this Moses, the man who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has become of him.

Exo 32:2  And Aaron said to them, Break off the golden earrings which are in the ears of your wives, of your sons, and of your daughters, and bring them to me.

Exo 32:3  And all the people broke off the golden earrings which were in their ears, and brought them to Aaron.

Exo 32:4  And he took them from their hand, and fashioned it with an engraving tool. And he made it a molten calf. And they said, These are your gods, O Israel, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt.

Exo 32:5  And when Aaron saw, he built an altar before it. And Aaron made proclamation and said, Tomorrow is a feast to Jehovah.

Exo 32:6  And they rose up early on the next day and offered burnt offerings, and brought peace offerings. And the people sat down to eat and to drink, and rose up to play.

Exo 32:7  And Jehovah said to Moses, Go! Get down, for your people, whom you brought out of the land of Egypt, are corrupted.

Exo 32:8  They have turned aside quickly out of the way which I commanded them. They have made them a molten calf, and have worshiped it, and have sacrificed to it, and said, These are your gods, O Israel, who have brought you up out of the land of Egypt.

Exo 32:9  And Jehovah said to Moses, I have seen this people, and behold, it is a stiff-necked people.

Exo 32:10  And now leave Me alone, so that My wrath may become hot against them and so that I may consume them. And I will make of you a great nation.

Have you ever asked yourself why he chose the Calf to represent God?

It started with Nimrod the Mighty Hunter.

We have this wood cut below of Nimrod defeating the mighty Bull and then taking on its image with his legs as the that of the bull and his head also as he kills the Lion.

Let me take you on a slight detour for a moment to look at the Bull Horned one.

The name Kronos itself goes not a little to confirm the argument. Kronos signifies “The Horned one.” As a horn is a well known Oriental emblem for power or might, Kronos, “The Horned one,” was, according to the mystic system, just a synonym for the Scriptural epithet applied to Nimrod–viz., Gheber, “The mighty one” (Gen 10:8), “He began to be mighty on the earth.” The name Kronos, as the classical reader is well aware, is applied to Saturn as the “Father of the gods.” We have already had another “father of the gods” brought under our notice, even Cush in his character of Bel the Confounder, or Hephaistos, “The Scatterer abroad”; and it is easy to understand how, when the deification of mortals began, and the “mighty” Son of Cush was deified, the father, especially considering the part which he seems to have had in concocting the whole idolatrous system, would have to be deified too, and of course, in his character as the Father of the “Mighty one,” and of all the “immortals” that succeeded him. But, in point of fact, we shall find, in the course of our inquiry, that Nimrod was the actual Father of the gods, as being the first of deified mortals; and that, therefore, it is in exact accordance with historical fact that Kronos, the Horned, or Mighty one, is, in the classic Pantheon, known by that title.

The meaning of this name Kronos, “The Horned one,” as applied to Nimrod, fully explains the origin of the remarkable symbol, so frequently occurring among the Nineveh sculptures, the gigantic HORNED man-bull, as representing the great divinities in Assyria. The same word that signified a bull, signified also a ruler or prince. *

* The name for a bull or ruler, is in Hebrew without points, Shur, which in Chaldee becomes Tur. From Tur, in the sense of a bull, comes the Latin Taurus; and from the same word, in the sense of a ruler, Turannus, which originally had no evil meaning. Thus, in these well known classical words, we have evidence of the operation of the very principle which caused the deified Assyrian kings to be represented under the form of the man-bull.

Hence the “Horned bull” signified “The Mighty Prince,” thereby pointing back to the first of those “Mighty ones,” who, under the name of Guebres, Gabrs, or Cabiri, occupied so conspicuous a place in the ancient world, and to whom the deified Assyrian monarchs covertly traced back the origin of their greatness and might. This explains the reason why the Bacchus of the Greeks was represented as wearing horns, and why he was frequently addressed by the epithet “Bull-horned,” as one of the high titles of his dignity.

As you can see Satan in the form of Nimrod right from the start was out to be like the most High just as Isaiah 14 tell us.

Isa 14:12  How you are fallen from the heavens, O shining star, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, you who weakened the nations!

Isa 14:13  For you have said in your heart, I will go up tothe heavens, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north.

Isa 14:14  I will go up above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the Most High.

Isa 14:15  Yet you shall be brought down to hell, to the sides of the Pit.

Isa 14:16  Those who see you shall stare and closely watch you, saying, Is this the man who made the earth to tremble; who shook kingdoms;

Isa 14:17  who made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed its cities; who did not open the house for his prisoners?

Bet, also spelled Beyt or Beit, is the Tent which is what the letter is showing you if you were to look at the floor-plan from above. The beyt or the home where the Strong Ox Head lives is where Yehovah lives.

The Gimel represents the foot or a camel and means to travel, to go and do something.

The fourth letter I want to cover is the Dalet and represents the Door or entrance to the Beyt or Home. Many believe Jesus to be the Door.

It is in the Door where the covenants are cut. The blood smeared on the doorposts and lintels. The Threshold was where that covenant was made and was not to be trampled on. This is where we get the understanding and meaning of a threshold covenant. A blood covenant. Even the covenant made with Abraham with the blood flowing between the two pieces came to be represented by the Red Carpet leading to the Door of the Beyt.

The Red Carpet was reserved for the most important of dignitaries.

The earliest known reference to walking a red carpet in literature is in the play Agamemnon by Aeschylus, written in 458 BC. When the title character returns from Troy, he is greeted by his wife Clytemnestra who offers him a red path to walk upon:

Now, dearest husband, come, step from your chariot. But do not set to earth, my lord, the conquering foot That trod down Troy. Servants, do as you have been bidden; Make haste, carpet his way with crimson tapestries, Spread silk before your master’s feet; Justice herself Shall lead him to a home he never hoped to see.

Agamemnon, knowing that only gods walk on such luxury, responds with trepidation:

I am a mortal, a man; I cannot trample upon these tinted splendors without fear thrown in my path.

And indeed he comes to a sorry end soon after setting foot on it.

Yehovah walked on the Red Ground caused by the blood from the animals in which Yehovah swore by HIs own life to perform the things He promised to Abraham.

Gen 15:17  And it happened, the sun went down, and it was dark and behold, a smoking furnace, and a burning lamp passed between those pieces.

Gen 15:18  In the same day Jehovah made a covenant with Abram, saying, I have given this land to your seed, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the river Euphrates,

Yes, the Red Carpet is reserved, as Agamemnon said, for Yehovah and not man. Hollywood has trampled all over this understanding with their many debaucheries and scandalous profiles who think they are worthy to walk on that carpet.

When the Red Carpet is rolled out for Dignitaries it represents that the host rolling it out will protect and keep safe the one that is coming no matter the cost. This is the very thing Lot was doing when the Angels came to Sodom. Lot brought them over his threshold which was Lots word he would protect them no matter what. And that is why he offered up his daughters.

God Rescues Lot

Gen 19:1  And there came two angels to Sodom at evening. And Lot sat in the gate of Sodom. And Lot rose up to meet them when he saw them. And he bowed himself with his face toward the ground,

Gen 19:2  and said, Behold now, my lords, please turn into your servant’s house and stay all night, and wash your feet, and you shall rise up early and go your way. And they said, No, but we will stay in the street.

Gen 19:3  But he urgently pressed on them, and they turned in to him and entered into his house. And he made them a feast, and baked unleavened bread, and they ate.

Gen 19:4  But before they lay down, the men of the city, the men of Sodom, surrounded the house, both old and young, all the people from every quarter.

Gen 19:5  And they called to Lot, and said to him, Where are the men which came in to you this night? Bring them out to us, that we may know them.

Gen 19:6  And Lot went out to the door to them, and shut the door after him.

Gen 19:7  And he said, I pray you, brothers, do not act evilly.

Gen 19:8  Behold now, I have two daughters which have not known man. I pray you, let me bring them out to you, and you do to them as you see fit. But do nothing to these men, for this is why they came under the shadow of my roof.

The Red blood on the ground was a way home for those who would keep the Threshold covenant. The one we are to keep. The covenant with Abraham led to the Threshold and if we wanted to go into the tent, into the home or Beyt, we had to agree to keep the threshold covenant if we were to enter.

Let me now turn your attention to the third letter, the Gimel, the foot. It is the Action word. It is the Aleph going to the Door of the Tent. It is what the Aleph is doing.

The Parable of the Prodigal Son

Luk 15:11  And He said, A certain man had two sons.

Luk 15:12  And the younger of them said to his father, Father, give me the portion of goods that is coming to me. And he divided his living to them.

Luk 15:13  And not many days afterward, the younger son gathered all together and went away into a far country. And there he wasted his property, living dissolutely.

Luk 15:14  And when he had spent all, there arose a mighty famine in that land. And he began to be in want.

Luk 15:15  And he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country. And he sent him into his fields to feed pigs.

Luk 15:16  And he was longing to fill his belly with the husks that the pigs ate, and no one gave to him.

Luk 15:17  And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father abound in loaves, and I perish with hunger!

Luk 15:18  I will arise and go to my father, and will say to him, Father, I have sinned against Heaven and before you

Luk 15:19  and am no more worthy to be called your son. Make me like one of your hired servants.

This next line is the focus of the drawing of the tent above. Our Father, the Strong OX, is waiting outside the Tent for us to return to Him so He can rush out and fall on our necks. Think about this. He is waiting for you to come back home. He is waiting for you to repent and come home.

Luk 15:20  And he arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him.

Luk 15:21  And the son said to him, Father, I have sinned against Heaven and before you, and am no more worthy to be called your son.

Luk 15:22  But the father said to his servants, Bring the best robe and put it on him. And put a ring on his hand and shoes on his feet.

Luk 15:23  And bring the fattened calf here and kill it. And let us eat and be merry,

Luk 15:24  for this my son was dead and is alive again, he was lost and is found. And they began to be merry.

Luk 15:25  And his elder son was in the field. And as he came and drew near the house, he heard music and dancing.

Luk 15:26  And he called one of the servants and asked what these things meant.

Luk 15:27  And he said to him, Your brother has come, and your father has killed the fattened calf because he has received him safe and sound.

Luk 15:28  And he was angry and would not go in. Therefore his father came out and entreated him.

Luk 15:29  And answering he said to his father, Lo, these many years I have served you, neither did I transgress your commandment at any time. And yet you never gave me a kid so that I might make merry with my friends.

Luk 15:30  But when this son of yours came, who has devoured your living with harlots, you have killed for him the fattened calf.

Luk 15:31  And he said to him, Son, you are always with me, and all that I have is yours.

Luk 15:32  It was right that we should make merry and be glad, for this brother of yours was dead and is alive again; and was lost, and is found.

You and I were the prodigal sons. We were the ones who were dead. We are dead to the Tree of Life when we do not keep the covenant of Yehovah, the threshold to the Beit.

By Grace Through Faith

Eph 2:1  And He has made you alive, who were once dead in trespasses and sins,

Eph 2:2  in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now works in the children of disobedience;

Eph 2:3  among whom we also had our way of life in times past, in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the thoughts, and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

Eph 2:4  But God, who is rich in mercy, for His great love with which He loved us

Eph 2:5  (even when we were dead in sins) has made us alive together with Christ (by grace you are saved),

Eph 2:6  and has raised us up together and made us sit together in the heavenlies in Christ Jesus,

Eph 2:7  so that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

Eph 2:8  For by grace you are saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God,

Eph 2:9  not of works, lest anyone should boast.

Eph 2:10  For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them.

Chet Nun Mercy Grace at The Door

We read back at Mount Sinai in the Covenant made with Israel the following;

Exo 20:5  You shall not bow yourself down to them, nor serve them. For I Jehovah your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the sons to the third and fourth generation of those that hate me,

Exo 20:6  and showing mercy to thousands of those that love Me and keep My commandments.

The word mercy is from the Hebrew word Chesed;

From H2616; kindness; by implication (towards God) piety; rarely (by opprobrium) reproof, or (subjectively) beauty: – favour, good deed (-liness, -ness), kindly, (loving-) kindness, merciful (kindness), mercy, pity, reproach, wicked thing.

You Love Yehovah by keeping His commandments. When we do that and return to the covenant He shows us mercy, which when you read the ancient meaning has more depth to it. You will have to go to e-sword to see the symbols they have as I cannot duplicate them.

So we can read this as Yehovah will give us the nod of His head “IF” we keep His commandments. And we are showing our love for Him by doing this. We will be bowing down to Him.

Faith Without Works Is Dead

Jas 2:14  My brothers, what profit is it if a man says he has faith and does not have works? Can faith save him?

Jas 2:15  If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food,

Jas 2:16  and if one of you says to them, Go in peace, be warmed and filled, but you do not give them those things which are needful to the body, what good is it?

Jas 2:17  Even so, if it does not have works, faith is dead, being by itself.

Jas 2:18  But someone will say, You have faith, and I have works. Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith from my works.

Jas 2:19  You believe that there is one God, you do well; even the demons believe and tremble.

Jas 2:20  But will you know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?

Jas 2:21  Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?

Jas 2:22  Do you see how faith worked with his works, and from the works faith was made complete?

Jas 2:23  And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, “Abraham believed God, and it was imputed to him for righteousness, and he was called the friend of God.”

Jas 2:24  You see then how a man is justified by works, and not by faith only.

Jas 2:25  And in the same way, was not Rahab the harlot also justified by works when she had received the messengers and had sent them out another way?

Jas 2:26  For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

Not only must we believe, but we must also Gimel and do. Our works show our faith by our actions.

Look at the word Mercy again. Chesed, Chet, Samech, Dalet

Chet is the Fence, Samech is support or protection and Dalet again is the Door. Where are you going to find that Mercy? Inside the fence is where you find the protection at the Door.

Now, look at the word for Grace. Chet Nun Nun Hey. Channah.

The meaning of Grace from a Hebrew perspective

Most theologians will define “grace” as “unmerited favor.” But we must be careful not to interject a theological bias into the text. So first we need to understand what the English word “grace” means outside of theology. The dictionary provides two basic definitions for grace.

Elegance or beauty of form, manner, motion or action.
Mercy; clemency; pardon
Because the Hebrew language is vastly different from English, we need to examine the Hebrew meaning of this word to see if one or both English definitions are appropriate definitions for the Hebrew word translated as grace.

The Hebrew word translated as grace is חן (hhen, Strong’s #2580) and is a two-letter parent root. In order to uncover the original meaning of this word it is important that we first examine each of the roots and words that are derived from this parent root.

From חן (hhen) comes the verbal root חנה (Hh.N.H, Strong’s #2583), spelled exactly the same except with the addition of the letter ה (h) at the end. The following verse provides a good example of the meaning of this verb.

And Isaac departed thence, and pitched his tent in the valley of Gerar, and dwelt there. (KJV, Genesis 26:17)

This verb means “to pitch a tent” or “to camp.” The noun derived from this verb is מחנה(mahhaneh, Strong’s # 4264).

And it came between the camp of the Egyptians and the camp of Israel; and it was a cloud and darkness to them, but it gave light by night to these: so that the one came not near the other all the night. (KJV, Exodus 14:20)

When we think of a camp we think of tents scattered about in a general area, but the camps of the Ancient Hebrews was a little different as the picture below demonstrates.

The tents were set up in a sort of circle and these tents serve as a “wall” separating the inside of the camp from the outside. At this point it would be helpful to examine the pictographic Hebrew script that was used to originally write the word חן (hhen). The first letter is the letter hhet, which was written as and is a picture of a wall and having the meaning of “separation” as the wall separates the inside from the outside. The second letter is the letter nun, which was written as and is a picture of a sprouting seed having the meaning of “continue” as the seed continues a lineage to the next generation. When these two letters are combined they mean “the wall that continues.” The tents in the picture above are a wall that continues around the camp.

A second verbal root derived from the parent root חן (hhen) is חנן (Hh.N.N, Strong’s #2603), spelled exactly the same except with the addition of the letter ן (n) at the end. This verb is often translated as “to be gracious” or “have mercy,” however these are abstract terms and do not help us understand the meaning of this verb from an Hebraic perspective, which always relates words to something concrete. One of the best tools to use to find the more concrete meaning of a word is to look at how that word is paralleled with other words in poetical passages. In the following verses the translation of the verb חנן (Hh.N.N) will be underlined and the word that it is paralleled with will be in bold.

Have mercy upon me, O LORD; for I am weak: O LORD, heal me; for my bones are vexed. (KJV, Psalm 6:2)

Hear, O LORD, and have mercy upon me: LORD, be thou my helper. (KJV, Psalm 30:10)

But thou, O LORD, be merciful unto me, and raise me up, that I may requite them. (KJV, Psalm 41:10)

Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me: for my soul trusteth in thee: yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until these calamities be overpast. (KJV, Psalm 57:1)

O turn unto me, and have mercy upon me; give thy strength unto thy servant, and save the son of thine handmaid. (KJV, Psalm 86:16)

Through this process we find that this Hebrew verb is paralleled with such ideas as healing, help, being lifted up, finding refuge, strength and salvation (literally rescue). From a concrete Hebraic perspective, חנן (Hh.N.N) means all of this, which we can sum up with “providing protection.” Where does one run to for protection? The camp, and now we see how חנה (Hh.N.H), the camp, and חנן (Hh.N.N), protection, are related. Now we need to see how these words are related to the parent root חן (hhen).

A gift is as a precious stone in the eyes of him that hath it… (KJV, Proverbs 17:8)

In this verse, the Hebrew word חן (hhen) is translated as “precious,” something of beauty and value.

A gracious woman retaineth honour: and strong men retain riches. (KJV, Proverbs 11:16)

In this verse the “grace,” or “beauty,” of the woman is contrasted with the strength of a man.

Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised. (KJV, Proverbs 31:30

Again, this Hebrew word is being paralleled with “beauty.” This “beauty” is something that is precious and graceful, which is exactly how the Hebrews would have seen the “camp of protection,” a graceful and precious place.”

Let us now return to our original definition of the English word “grace.”

Elegance or beauty of form, manner, motion or action.
Mercy; clemency; pardon
While these definitions do apply to the Hebrew word חן (hhen), they do not completely convey the full emotion and spectrum of the Hebrew word. This is the problem with translating Hebrew into English. The English vocabulary is limited in how it can express the full meaning of a given Hebrew word.

In my picture above, some kids will paint in a white picket fence.

Where all dictionaries and concordances define Grace as favour and kindness, which are abstract terms, intangible; and which display no kind of object and simply takes you back to where you began not really understanding what grace is.

Our Heavenly fathers’ pictograph letters for this word, CHEN/channah, paint a picture of pitching a tent with Him, God/Adonai. Just like He pitched a tent/the Mishkan Tabernacle in the wilderness with His children of Israel.

Chet =To protect and surround

Nun = His children his seed offspring

Hey = teaching them through revelation

Does this proverb now have more meaning to you?

Pro 18:10  The name of Jehovah is a strong tower; the righteous man runs into it and is safe.

We the prodigal sons of Israel are to run to the strong tower, the Tent of Yehovah where we will be safe. Where we find grace.

Let us again look at the Beyt or Tent only this time we are going to look at the Mishkan or Tabernacle of Yehovah.

The Hebrew word for sanctuary is mikdash (מקְדָּשׁ), which comes from the root word

kadash (קָדַשׁ), to be set apart as sacred.

A mikdash is therefore a set apart space, or a holy place that represents something treasured – a place of beauty and worship, a refuge, a place of rest.

In the Old Testament the word

miqdas [ v’D.qim] from qds, holy, implying a distinction between space that is sacred versus profane; commonly refers to the worship sanctuary (e.g., Exod 25:8), where the Israelites offered their various kinds of offerings and sacrifices to the Lord under the supervision of the priesthood.

[The] Sanctuary is a term in the Hebrew Bible which refers to the  inner sanctuary of the Tabernacle where God’s presence appeared.

According to Hebrew Tradition, the area was defined by: four pillars which held up the veil of the covering, under which the Ark of the Covenant was held above the floor.

Tabernacle, Hebrew Mishkan, dwelling, in Jewish history, the portable sanctuary constructed by Moses as a place of worship for the Hebrew tribes during the period of wandering that preceded their arrival in the Promised Land.

Moreover, the English translation becomes even more confusing when interpreters translate two entirely different Hebrew words

(אהל and משׁכן, ohel and mishkan, H168 and H4908), by using the exact same English tabernacle word.

In the case of Exodus 26:7, this translation is especially hard to understand, as the two different Hebrew words are used so close in the same sentence.

Another word for tabernacle or tent is:

In the middle of a word h or hey or man with raised arms means: to reveal the heart or the core of.

Placed in the middle of the word for God it becomes the word o-hel or lamed hey alef (reading right to left) this word for a tent or the tabernacle is presented as: the heart of God revealed.

This shows that both your home and where you worship, reveals your god.

Lord who shall abide in thy tabernacle? Who shall dwell in your holy hill? Psalm 15:1

OHEL –

The heart of God revealed.

God is EL = the letters alef and lamed and H = hey behold revealed.

The tabernacle was the place of God’s revelation.

Our tent or home where we live is where our God is revealed.

Again, when the letter H/hey is in the middle of a word it reveals all, especially the heart.

The god that we follow is revealed in the tent/home and in the tabernacle, the place of worship.

It is relevant not only for the home/physical structure or building we live in; but also the home within ourselves that we create for His Ruach HaKodesh/Holy Spirit to live/abide/dwell.

Brethren, Aleph Beyt Gimel Dalet.

Then we have Chet, Nun, Nun, Hey and Aleph Hey Lamid.

And they are all pointing to the same or similar thing. Yehovah is grace. The Tent is Grace and protection and safety. By understanding these things and more by keeping the seventh day Sabbath, and the 7 annual Feasts, the 7 weeks that we oath or seven ourselves to Yehovah, the Sabbatical Years and the 7 Sabbatical years where we again are oathing ourselves to Yehovah along with the Jubilee year, shows us the heart of Yehovah. It is how we get to know Him.

It is how we avoid being told those dreadful words, I never knew you.

To Love Much or To Love Little

This past week, I did one of the boring jobs I sometimes have to do and cleaned out over 100 names from our email list who had unsubcribed or were bouncing back due to the address being no longer valid.

As I read the names of those who left and the reason they left, I was saddened. I noticed that most left over three topics we covered this past year. The big one was the Calendar and the Barley issue. The other was over multiple wives and the the third over Vaccines.

As I considered those who left and how they left or their parting words, as it does ask why you are unsubscribing, I was again saddned by the bellicose of words they used. The vitriol they expressed after years of gushing accolades for the things they were learning here was disheartening.

Many of them were new and just starting this walk having joined us for a year or less. But not all were new.

Mat 18:12  What do you think? If a man has a hundred sheep and one of them strays, does he not leave the ninety and nine and go into the mountains and seek the straying one?

Mat 18:13  And if it happens that he finds it, truly I say to you, he rejoices more over it than over the ninety and nine which did not stray.

Mat 18:14  Even so it is not the will of your Father in Heaven that one of these little ones should perish.

This week I had a meeting with 7 other men who invited me to come and join them as they prepared for the 2nd Greater Exodus. As I listened to them talk I became very concerned for them. They have come out of Christianity into the Hebraic Roots as you could say, but they were for all intense and purposes still just Christians keeping the the Hillel Calendar.

All of them have come to sightedmoon.com at some point and were intrigued and then found their reason for leaving. Just like those who left over the vaccine issue and the Calendar Issue and the Multiple wives issue.

They want everyone to agree with them and their position and will not stand for someone to point out their sins or false positions. So they huff and puff and leave.

I never wanted to be a teacher. I never wanted to do a weekly Sabbath service. I never wanted to read what Torah says about sin and tell you. I have had enough of my own to deal with. But Yehovah had other plans and He allowed me to break every commandment and commit all the sins I could before He began to work with me. And I did not come along willingly at first. But I did come along slowly as I learned and as I repented.

A Sinful Woman Forgiven

Luk 7:36  And one of the Pharisees asked Him to eat with him. And going into the Pharisee’s house, He reclined.

Luk 7:37  And behold, a woman, a sinner in the city, knowing that He reclined in the Pharisee’s house, brought an alabaster vial of ointment.

Luk 7:38  And she stood behind Him, weeping at His feet, and she began to wash His feet with tears and wipe them with the hair of her head. And she ardently kissed His feet and anointed them with the ointment.

Luk 7:39  But seeing this, the Pharisee who had invited Him, spoke within himself, saying, This man, if he were a prophet, would have known who and what kind of woman this is who touches him, for she is a sinner.

Luk 7:40  And answering, Jesus said to him, Simon, I have something to say to you. And he said, Teacher, speak.

Luk 7:41  There was a certain creditor who had two debtors. The one owed five hundred denarii, and theother fifty.

Luk 7:42  And they having nothing to pay, he freely forgave both. Then which of them do you say will love him most?

Luk 7:43  And answering, Simon said, I suppose that one to whom he forgave most. And He said to him, You have judged rightly.

Luk 7:44  And He turned to the woman and said to Simon, Do you see this woman? I entered into your house, yet you gave Me no water for My feet. But she has washed My feet with tears, and has wiped themwith the hair of her head.

Luk 7:45  You gave Me no kiss, but this woman, since the time I came in, has not ceased to kiss My feet.

Luk 7:46  You did not anoint My head with oil, but this woman has anointed My feet with ointment.

Luk 7:47  Therefore I say to you, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven, for she loved much. But to whom little is forgiven, he loves little.

Luk 7:48  And He said to her, Your sins are forgiven.

Luk 7:49  And those reclining with Him began to say within themselves, Who is this who even forgives sins?

Luk 7:50  And He said to the woman, Your faith has saved you, go in peace.

Many of you act just like Simon. You do not appreciate what has been done for you and you carry on as though you are already righteous.

Let me now just take a brief look at each of the groups I have listed above that left.

The Anti Vaccine group was dead against all things vaccine. And anyone who disagreed with their view were evil and maligned.

I will include just two charts from the Los Angeles Times of May 25, 2021. Brazil were COVID deniers and did not believe in the vaccine. They are the main contributor to the death numbers in South America.

There is no need for me to comment. The facts are there before you.

How much is vaccination helping right now?

Some cases are pretty clear. Israel’s campaign to inoculate quickly and widely is “a mind-blowing example of what vaccines can do,” said Dr. Carlos del Rio, an infectious disease expert at Emory University School of Medicine.

At the same time, experts are reluctant to credit vaccines alone for the low COVID-19 death rates in the United States and Western Europe. Many factors contributed to the springtime calm, including the absence of major holidays that are synonymous with large gatherings.

It’s “way, way too early” to say whether higher vaccination rates will consistently lead to lower death rates across the world, Del Rio said.

And remember Uruguay and Hungary and their high death rates? Both countries have relatively high vaccination rates, stumping the experts.

The longer the pandemic persists, the greater the chance that new faster-spreading variants arise — such as the one ravaging India.

Now all those who died as a result of getting the Vaccine and or those who had serious side effects are about 1.1 to 1.6 per 100,000. And then you can compare that low number to the number of those being saved.

At the same time in the past 5 months alone the same anti vacciners have remained absolutely silent about the 17 million babies murdered around the world. In the USA 22% of ALL Pregnancies are aborted. Twenty Two Percent.

Let me say it again.

Over 17 Million children have been aborted, murdered in 2021 starting at January 1 of this year. 22% of all American pregnancies end in abortion.

According to WHO, every year in the world there are an estimated 40-50 million abortions. This corresponds to approximately 125,000 abortions per day.

In the USA, where nearly half of pregnancies are unintended and four in 10 of these are terminated by abortion [1] , there are over 3,000 abortions per day. Twenty-two percent of all pregnancies in the USA (excluding miscarriages) end in abortion.

I do not hear the anti vaccines people declaring the moralities of abstinence. Nor do I see them in front of clinics. Nor did I see them protesting the Biden administration when he reversed the Trump administrations defunding of abortion clinics.

No it is much easier to vilify Dr. Fauci and Bill Gates than to stand up against those who callously murder unborn children at the altar of Molech.

For some of you, the anti vaccine movement and cause became your new god. The Lashon Harah that spewed from your mouths and pens over this will be held against you. When this is all over, what will your message be then? How many people will you have drawn to Torah through the anti vaccine vitriol you shared? How many of them are you now teaching Torah to?

I heard many of you say how the COVID 19 plague was all a hoax. It was a false flag and fake news. This week at the meeting with those men, some of them believed that COVID 19 was not real, even though over 3 million have now died, even though Indias health care system is swamped and over 3000 a day are still dying there, every day.

You did not credit this plague to Yehovah. And because of that many brethren cannot still tell the times we are in and that is the real crime that you have spread.

The next group were those who left over the calendar issues. They could not believe the Barley would be ripe so early. Some just wanted to fellowship with others and so they went back to the Hillel calendar. Other tossed their hands in the air and just followed the crowd. It is easier that way.

But Yehovah is looking for those who are striving to be Kings and Priests in the Kingdom. But far too many are just striving to be sheep.

Psa 44:22  Yea, for Your sake we are put to death all the day long; we are counted as sheep for the slaughter.

Rom 8:36  As it is written, “For Your sake we are killed all the day long. We are counted as sheep of slaughter.”

Each Holy Day season, in fact every single one since I began we have explained over and over how to to determine the Holy Days. We know we must do this for new people, but many of those who have been here for years still do not get it, nor can they explain it let alone defend it in a court of law.

And yet this is exactly what a Priest and a King must do, teach and enforce these laws.

Is it because of laziness that you do not sit down and write out the proofs for each one and why we do this or that on them and do you not rationalize how to know them. What will you do this fall or next spring? You have very little time left to get this figured out.

This now brings me to the third group who parted. And I write this because some still read our Newsletter.

There are some women who want to teach so badly that they will leave a group and bring as many with them as they can gather, saying all sorts of evil things against the leadership of that group. But they do not have the backbone to stand up against a false teaching or gossip. They will coddle it in the hopes it will go away or work itself out.

And now after some time you are again looking for some man to teach you. You have assassinated the leadership you once had by your Lashon Harah. Now you have assassinated the leadership you left with. You still have not learned anything.

Judaism is intensely aware of the power of speech and of the harm that can be done through speech. The rabbis note that the universe itself was created through speech. Of the 43 sins enumerated in the Al Chet confession recited on Yom Kippur, 11 are sins committed through speech. The Talmud tells that the tongue is an instrument so dangerous that it must be kept hidden from view, behind two protective walls (the mouth and teeth) to prevent its misuse.

The harm done by speech is even worse than the harm done by stealing or by cheating someone financially, because amends can be made for monetary harms, but the harm done by speech can never be repaired. For this reason, some sources indicate that there is no forgiveness for lashon ha-ra (disparaging speech). A Chasidic tale illustrates this point: A man went about the community telling malicious lies about the rabbi. Later, he realized the wrong he had done, and began to feel remorse. He went to the rabbi and begged his forgiveness, saying he would do anything he could to make amends. The rabbi told the man, “Take a feather pillow, cut it open, and scatter the feathers to the winds.” The man thought this was a strange request, but it was a simple enough task, and he did it gladly. When he returned to tell the rabbi that he had done it, the rabbi said, “Now, go and gather the feathers. Because you can no more make amends for the damage your words have done than you can recollect the feathers.”

You post things condemning the Pharisees and Sadducees and calling all those who do not agree with you heretics. You attack your leaders, and you condemn others for their views. Yet you have admitted to me, your abortions from the past. You have admitted to me how you were sleeping around committing adultery and left your first love. You admitted that you have done these and more great sins.

And yet you stand there and point the accusing finger at everyone else in order for you to feel better about yourself and how righteous you are above all others?

Taming the Tongue
Jas 3:1  My brothers, do not be many teachers, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation.

Jas 3:2  For in many things we all offend. If anyone does not offend in word, the same is a full-grown man, able also to bridle the whole body.

Jas 3:3  Behold, we put bits in the horses’ mouths, so that they may obey us, and we turn about their whole body.

Jas 3:4  Behold also the ships being so great, and driven by fierce winds, yet they are turned about with a very small rudder, where the impulse of him steering desires.

Jas 3:5  Even so the tongue is a little member and boasts great things. Behold how little a fire kindles how large a forest!

Jas 3:6  And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity. So the tongue is set among our members, spotting all the body and inflaming the course of nature, and being inflamed by hell.

Jas 3:7  For every kind of animals, and of birds, and of reptiles, and of sea-animals, is tamed, and has been tamed by mankind.

Jas 3:8  But no one can tame the tongue, it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.

Jas 3:9  By this we bless God, even the Father. And by this we curse men, who have come into being according to the image of God.

Jas 3:10  Out of the same mouth proceeds blessing and cursing. My brothers, these things ought not to be so.

Jas 3:11  Does a fountain send forth at the same hole the sweet and the bitter?

Jas 3:12  Can the fig tree, my brothers, bear olive berries; or a vine, figs? So no fountain can yield both salt water and fresh.

Wisdom from Above
Jas 3:13  Who is wise and knowing among you? Let him show his works by his good conduct with meekness of wisdom.

Jas 3:14  But if you have bitter jealousy and strife in your hearts, do not glory and lie against the truth.

Jas 3:15  This is not the wisdom coming down from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.

Jas 3:16  For where envying and strife are, there isconfusion and every foul deed.

Jas 3:17  But the wisdom that is from above is first truly pure, then peaceable, gentle, easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.

Jas 3:18  And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

I learned many things from my Sunday school teacher. They did not know very much but they knew more than I did. I learned many things from my Sunday teaching Pastor and Priests. They all taught me what they were taught.

It was Yehovah who opened my eyes. Not me wanting the truth. Not me seeking the truth. It was all Yehovah’s doing. He called and I got to answer yes. My pastor and my priest was not called. My wife was not called. My children were not called. Or at least none of them answered the calling if they got one with a yes. But I did.

Should I condemn all of them for being pagan and evil? They just do not know. Yehovah did not choose them. He chose you. So why are you so hateful towards those who do not know better?

You have been forgiven a great sin. Your abortions have been forgiven. Your adulterous ways have been forgiven. Your murders have been forgiven. Your lies have been forgiven.

You have been forgiven so much. Why can’t you love much? Why do you not forgive others who fail and are struggling in their own sins. You have been forgiven so much and yet now all you want to do is accuse others for their failures. Should we change your name to Satan?

Rev 12:10  And I heard a great voice saying in Heaven, Now has come the salvation and power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of His Christ. For the accuser of our brothers is cast down, who accused them before our God day and night.

Your Pastors and your leaders are human beings. They are not perfect. The Sadducees and Pharisees were and are human beings. Nicodemus a Pharisee began to understand towards the end. Do you give your elders time to figure things out? Or do you accuse them as heretics as soon as they get something wrong?

If Your Brother Sins Against You

Mat 18:15  But if your brother shall trespass against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother.

Mat 18:16  But if he will not hear you, take one or two more with you, so that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.

Mat 18:17  And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it to the church. But if he neglects to hear the church, let him be to you as a heathen and a tax-collector.

Mat 18:18  Truly I say to you, Whatever you shall bind on earth shall occur, having been bound in Heaven; and whatever you shall loose on earth shall occur, having been loosed in Heaven.

Mat 18:19  Again I say to you that if two of you shall agree on earth as regarding anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them by My Father in Heaven.

Mat 18:20  For where two or three are gathered together in My name, there I am in their midst.

The Parable of the Unforgiving Servant

Mat 18:21  Then Peter came to Him and said, Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me and I forgive him? Until seven times?

Mat 18:22  Jesus said to him, I do not say to you, Until seven times; but, Until seventy times seven.

Mat 18:23  Therefore the kingdom of Heaven has been compared to a certain king who desired to make an accounting with his servants.

Mat 18:24  And when he had begun to count, one was brought to him who owed him ten thousand talents.

Mat 18:25  But as he had nothing to pay, his lord commanded that he, and his wife and children, and all that he had, be sold, and payment be made.

Mat 18:26  Then the servant fell down and worshiped him, saying, Lord, have patience with me and I will pay you all.

Mat 18:27  Then the lord of that servant was moved with compassion and released him and forgave him the debt.

Mat 18:28  But the same servant went out and found one of his fellow servants who owed him a hundred denarii. And he laid hands on him and took him by the throat, saying, Pay me what you owe.

Mat 18:29  And his fellow servant fell down at his feet and begged him, saying, Have patience with me and I will pay you all.

Mat 18:30  And he would not, but went and cast him into prison until he should pay the debt.

Mat 18:31  So when his fellow servants saw what was done, they were very sorry. And they came and told their lord all that was done.

Mat 18:32  Then his lord, after he had called him, said to him, O wicked servant, I forgave you all that debt because you begged me.

Mat 18:33  Should you not also have pitied your fellow servant, even as I had pity on you?

Mat 18:34  And his lord was angry, and delivered him to the tormentors until he should pay all that was due to him.

Mat 18:35  So likewise shall My heavenly Father do also to you, unless each one of you from your hearts forgive his brother their trespasses.

I know for a fact, that those of you who want to point the finger and accuse the brethren will face a stiff and vengeful judge. He is my protector. He has forgiven me my sins. He has blotted out my sins, the same sins you continuously bring up. The same goes for other leaders. But that same judge also put me in this position. I never wanted it. He is going to hold me to greater condemnation as James says. Why would you not want to pray for me and others who find themselves leading the likes of people, or should I say rebels like you. Why would you not want to respect the office Yehovah has place me and other leaders in so that they can teach you?

It is time for you to collect all those feathers you have spread about the brethren, if you can.
